Excellent location, very comfy. I’ll 100% stay here again when I come to lisbon

Loved our stay at Ridan!! Comfortable, walkable and central. Will stay there on my upcoming trip to Lisboa.

Prime LOCATION to all Lisbon has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the apartment we booked.

Incredible customer service

We had an amazing stay. Luis was so incredibly helpful and made our stay perfect. We tried to stay an extra night but they were booked up. Luis helped us find a great room even though it wasn’t at his hotel.

A little misleading but great location.

The staff was excellent and the location incredible but the room was very very small. Like so small all there was was a bed and desk. The online pictures made it seem like a full apartment but there wasn’t even a mini fridge. A little misleading but the location was perfectly central to everything. The front desk was in the main hotel with the apartments being around the corner (about a 3-5 min walk).

Very spacious property, great location for seeing the local sites and accessing transport. Would stay here again

Great place and location

My 2 guest and I enjoyed our stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The location was great, the staff was very friendly, and the apartment was clean. We did ask for early check-in and they did not allow it, but they did place our bags on storage while we waited for our room to be ready. The only complaint is the lift did not work. We were grateful to have assistance with our bags at check-in. Would definitely stay again, but would pack less items.

This apartment was great for two couples. We stayed two nights and it was clean and spacious. Two of our travelers have trouble walking and this property was close to shops and dining. They also had a very small elevator that the staff let the two people with us use, however a couple stairs were inevitable. The check in location is actually around the block and up a small hill (what's not in Portugal!?), however one of the gentleman working at the property helped us with our luggage to the apartment. If everyone in our party was able to walk well, I would have no complaints! We enjoyed the modern upgrades and close location to shops and dining. The apartment was really like our own place in Portugal.

Fantastic location close to shopping and lots of the interesting sites. Safe and clean building. Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working when we arrived and we were on the top floor which wasn’t ideal, but we didn’t let that ruin what was an amazing holiday.

Our stay at the Lift Apartments by RIDAN Hotels was fantastic. The staff were all lovely, the apartment was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. The location was excellent very central so we were able to walk to a lot of the sites such as the cathedral, the castle etc and there is a metro station and a train station very close for when we wanted to go further out. Plenty of options for food around and a little supermarket just a minute away. We would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon.

Superb apartment

Location was great, apartment was beautiful and had everything you'd need. Service was very friendly and helpful and always there. Apartment was cleaned daily. Breakfast was available on the hotel and was very fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend!

Bruno & Luis were great at check-in - personable, polite, and helpful with tips, maps and answering a barrage of our questions. The apartment was lovely - clean, good size fridge, wine openers, all the basic necessities and pretty art deco-style decor. Bathrooms are tiny (however, that's normal across Europe) but they seemed newly renovated, modern, clean and well-maintained. Lovely soaps. Beds were heaven to sleep in. Windows and shutters kept out the street noise down below. A delightful stay!

The apartment shower is not flowing down. Causing a flood issue in the apartment. Based on the conversation with staff, it seems this is not the first time it happened

horrid smell in room

The apartment was absolutely perfect for a family of four! It was a lot bigger than I had expected. Kitchen and both bathrooms were spotless and clean. Bedding and towels smelled fresh. Location is very central to restaurants and coffee shops but did not hear any street noise because of the great windows. I would definitely stay again.

We had a one bedroom with a kitchen , huge washroom and a large balcony on the 5th floor overlooking the street . The only thing I didn’t like about the suite was there bathroom sink had no place to put toothbrush and shaving items down, excellent location and great walk ability .

Great spot in Lisbon

Great central location in Lisbon, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs and a slow elevator, but the convenience of the location more than make up for it. Overall, a fantastic stay!"

The Lift Apartments exceeded our expectations. The place was lovely. We stayed in the two bedroom, two bath which was perfect for 4 adults. We loved the amenities in the apartment such as the kitchen and laundry machine. We had a fabulous balcony. I would absolutely stay here again.

Right in the heart of the city. We had two children with us and while the apartment was a good size, it had lots of steps and was near a night club that is a bit loud on the weekends. The windows have shutters that help block most of the sound but not all.

We had an excellent two bedroom apartment, more expensive than we wanted but location and apartment were wonderful

Modern, convenient, comfortable.

Great location in heart of Baxia. We stayed in the apartments and had a two bedroom with great living room area. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great. Front staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great space

This apartment hotel was perfect for a family. it is located very centrally and we were able to walk to almost everything we needed to. There’s only about 10 units in this building and the front door is only accessible by tenants. so it felt very secure. We were comfortable enough to leave our adolescent children in the apartment and go for a couples private dinner. Couple of things that could be improved. They probably was equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans but no silverware. We need a tip these things from the restaurant we ordered from. We were also annoyed to find that there was no wine opener or bottle opener and had to go purchase one from the souvenir store down the street to be able to drink the beer and wine that we had purchased. The other thing apartment is missing is a washer/dryer for laundry

The apartment was freshly renovated and in a great location. Perfect for our family. Only issue we had was a broken elevator, but they helped get all of our luggage up the stairs and we were just a few flights up. The front desk attendant was knowledgeable and helpful with anything we asked of her. It was in a nice location and we were able to walk to many shops and restaurants. Would recommend it!

Great location, clean, updated and comfortable apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. Carina at the reception desk was so kind and helpful. Cons: Elevator was super slow when operational.

Excellent stay in Libon

The location of our apartment hotel was perfect! Everything was walkable and lots of things to do and see nearby. The elevator was temporarily out of service but they took care of us. The staff is super friendly and responded to all our questions via WhatsApp and in the lobby very quickly. Loved the solid doors over the windows to block out noise.

Lovely new apt hotel. We had a 2 bd 2 bath unit. Daily cleaning and towels etc. Coffee provided. Fully equipped but no laundry. On a pedestrian street around the corner from main hotel. Great location. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast available at hotel for €10. Would definitely recommend

The apartment was very spacious and location was excellent. Loved the central location! We were able to walk to be many popular sites and transit was very accessible. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic place. Super clean and location is excellent. Everything is walkable distance. The 1 downfall was that the elevators were not working and we had to carry our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Other than that, excellent and highly recommend!

Great stay at the property.

The apartment was perfect for my fiancé and our 2 kids. There were 2 bedrooms in a fully renovated apartment with 2 full bathrooms. The front desk was great and although our apartment was around the corner from the lobby, it wasn’t a big issue at all. All around, I would stay here again if given the opportunity.

It was an absolute amazing experience. From booking, to checking in, to check out. Diana was amazing. She made my family and I feel welcome, she accomodated us after a bit of a stressful arrival, to make it a great experience overall. Thank you. The place is gorgeous, elegant and not to mention the cleaniness. Very well located. Will recommend anyone i know.

Lovely apartment with amazingly helpful staff

The apartments are separate from the boutique hotel. We had a private locked entrance into the building and then another door to the apartment. It was a two bedroom and two bath with small kitchen and it was lovely. Despite being right in the middle of shops and foot traffic it was very quiet. Temperature was controlled and everything was walkable from this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available. It was perfect!

Can’t say enough great things about The Lift! We stayed in the apartments — great location, great amenities and great staff. The apartment was spacious for 4 people — adequate seating, just the right kitchen and The Lift provided daily housekeeping if you wanted it. The area was full of fun restaurants and shopping with easy access to transportation.

Great place to stay for first visit to Lisbon

Great hotel. We stayed in the apartments and really liked the space. Lots of space and hotel room was very clean. Staff is very friendly and the location is perfect for first visit to Lisbon. Only feedback is the lack-luster breakfast. Not very extensive so if you’re American you should keep your expectations in line with general European breakfast buffets.

This was a really nice place. It had everything we needed to make our stay memorable and special. Great for shopping, excellent restaurants nearby. Especially if you enjoy fresh seafood.

Perfect stay

Perfect location for 1st trip to Lisboa. Quiet and comfortable. Check in was very slow - like the elevator but worth the wait, Apartment 4B had a fantastic view of the elevator and plaza. Friendly staff

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. The location was incredible, the flat was clean, spacious and beautiful and the staff at the hotel reception were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the property to others, hands down one of the best places we've stayed on holiday.
