Great location and friendly staff

Very nice hotel and staff. They were able to check us into our room early since our flight was changed and we arrived in Rome earlier than expected.

Attention to details

Great hotel close to the train station. Amazing service, we had a terrace room which was a lovely sanctuary in the city with a small lemon tree in the corner. Breakfast was great, they have some buffet options but make other items to order. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the nespresso machine which i didnt find often in Italy as well as a cell phone you can use for international calls and navigating the city which was a wonderful touch. All mini bar items were 2 Euro which was great. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Staff could not have been better

We enjoyed a wonderful 2-night stay at The Liberty Boutique Hotel in Rome. Just a few blocks away from the Termini train station in a quaint quiet neighborhood, the boutique hotel only has 25 rooms and we received amazing service from the front desk staff from the moment we arrived at the front steps of the hotel. Our room was lovely a corner room which was simply beautiful, loved the lighting, the decor, comfortable beds, just the right size bathroom, huge towels, lots of storage and yet so quiet. Any questions we had maps, bottled water, tips on places nearby & securing taxis. When in Rome look no further for a welcoming stay than the Liberty Boutique hotel!

An exceptional find. The hotel is situated amidst a cluster of embassies, which naturally lends a strong sense of security to the area. The building’s exterior is elegant and inviting, and the entrance and reception area lived up to expectations. The staff were outstanding—attentive, welcoming, and consistently willing to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our room was a true highlight: a spacious corner suite featuring dual-aspect windows and an impressively large terrace, nearly the same size as the room itself. Thoughtful touches such as stylish furniture and a lemon tree, as well as privacy screening from adjacent terraces, made the space feel like a peaceful retreat. The terrace doors and windows were fitted with full blackout blinds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom was modern and well-appointed, with a luxurious rain-style shower head. Breakfast primarily featured a European buffet, complemented by a modest à la carte selection—ample and satisfying. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful room. Very quiet which is greatly important for a good night's sleep. The best breakfast in Rome. Staff is super polite. Super helpful. The room was very upscale and the beds were extremely comfortable. A big thumbs up in every category.

It was a beautiful stay at the hotel I truly enjoyed the stay and the shower is incredible the breakfast was yummy best coffee and croissant your close to everything great food and location and great staff and only thing I didn’t like they charge you for additional guest in room which doesn’t make sense and extra fees and so on

Lovely hotel. It is outside of the main tourist area which we enjoyed. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great; the staff for breakfast really take pride in their job. Comfortable rooms with lots of space. It’s about a 10 minute walk to/from the train station, easy to do unless you have heavy roller bags, but manageable enough. There is a little restaurant across the street from the hotel that was lovely and our first place we ate. Pizza place on the corner was great! Would stay here again.

This was the best stay we had during our honeymoon trip. We got offered champagne from the staff as a surprise and the staff was just amazingly accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We really enjoyed our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff honestly made it the best experience for us!

I really wanted to try and find a mass to attend the day I was checking out, and two concierges helped me find a church for the time frame and that was walkable.

Jade was absolutely amazing. She was so pleasant and helpful, The hotel was VERY clean and the breakfast was wonderful. Our room had a balcony with a lemon tree. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely stay here again when in Rome.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Antoni and Stefan were very helpful and friendly. They made our check in very pleasant. My family loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the breakfast was by far the best we have ever had at any hotel both in Italy and here in the US where we live. We will for sure be staying here the next time we go to Rome.

Fantastic hotel

This hotel was brilliant for us. The location is good as it's close to public transport but in a quieter area than the main tourist areas. A metro stop is only 2 blocks away or you can walk to most main areas (Trevi fountain, Colluseum etc) in 30 mins. We tended to walk one way and get the metro back. There are a few decent restaurants nearby which are very reasonably priced because itnot a tourist area. Our room was large, comfy and nicely furnished. The breakfast was outstanding (don't be put off by the description saying 'continental' as you can order cooked food too). By far the best thing was the amazing staff who really went above and beyond to make our stay in Rome as good as it could possibly be. Very friendly, helpful and informative. I doubt you would get better service anywhere.

Amazing trip as always. Staff are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located near Termini Train station and is an ideal location as a base in Rome. Rooms are superb, clean and have lovely finishing touches. Staff surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine to welcome us back. We will definitely come back to The Liberty Hotel and would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Rome

Loved our stay. Staff was great. Accomodations were clean and well maintained. We were able to walk (with a lot of luggage), to and from the train station.

Liberty Boutique Hotel is beautiful and the hospitality was outstanding. Afternoon cappuccino in the library was a delight. The breakfast was wonderful. The private patio was lovely and had it been warm we would have loved using it. Each member of staff was warm and friendly and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We will return.

Impecable service

The staff were simply amazing!!! Very accommodating, very friendly and very eager to help and assist with anything!! They met us outside, took our bags and took great care of us during our entire stay. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if anyone visits Rome!! The hotel made my experience a great one. I cannot overstate how great this place is. The staff makes the experience. They aren't just professional and excellent at their jobs, they are genuinely invested in you having an incredible stay. We would ask questions about Christmas concerts or restaurants and they would go above and beyond to meet your needs. Not only so, my wife made an off-hand comment about us being on our babymoon and they showed up at our door with a beautifully displayed gift. You can tell these folks are a cut above the rest. For reference, we stayed at the Rome Cavalieri last time (a Waldorf Astoria hotel). It was beautiful and the staff highly professional, but I would choose Liberty above it any day. Their attention to detail was excellent as well. The cleaning staff did an excellent job on our room and accommodated our schedule when needed without any complaint or attitude. They were so good to us. The icing on the cake was coming down to check out to find that they already had our receipts and forms printed. They are on the ball in every respect. Beyond that, the room was beautiful. The breakfast was great (worth the 15 Euro value). I do not regularly review places but if I could give this hotel a 15/10 I would. Whoever is managing here is doing so with excellence and hiring the best people. Certain things can't be trained, and this entire staff embodies those intangibles down to a person. Thank you Liberty for making our stay in Rome a great one.

Best breakfast ever!

Stayed overnight with my family on a quick, two day one night, jaunt to Rome, we found this hotel to have absolutely amazing staff, who seemed to have been trained in giving an exceptional customer hotel experience, they all made my daughter feel very special on her birthday. The rooms are huge, the breakfast is excellent, it’s five minutes walk from Rimini station, outstanding value for money, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Liberty Boutique hotel, you made us feel very welcome.

The hotel staff were awesome, super helpful and friendly, especially the two ladies at the breakfast cafe. The breakfast was very good with many options.

The staff here are stellar. They were able to accommodate us checking-in early and were so amazing explaining what was in the area and where to go. I injured myself the first night we arrived and they were so amazing in calling a doctor to come see me, delivered ice to my room daily and followed up daily to see how I was doing. Such an amazing team - would definitely go back!

Outstanding! The reviews led me to the Liberty and the property did not disappoint. Staff were excellent beyond all expectations in their service level, room was lovely, entire property gorgeously renovated. Breakfast blew us away each morning, and the location could not have been more convenient to bus and rail with plenty of local dining options as well. Will return!

Excellent Hotel near Termini Station

Great stay at Liberty Hotel. Clean, comfortable bed, roomy, outstanding made to order hot breakfast with fresh fruit, warm crossiants, yogurt, and cappuccinos. Friendly helpful welcoming staff. Laundry available across the street (pay by weight 2 hour service) open until 9 pm.

The staff of this 25 room boutique hotel are very professional and highly attentive to the guests, at a level that I have seen only at higher end hotels of major chains. Rooms are neat as a pin, well decorated and appointed. The terrace attached to our room was fantastic - comfortable chairs with nice, thick cushions tucked under a huge umbrella made sure we had shade and privacy. The library bar is small but elegant. Daily breakfast is very good. Location is an easy walk from Roma Termini and there are TONS of restaurants and pubs within a short walk. Easy access to a subway station (1 1/2 blocks) or Rome Termini (5 blocks). Area seemed reasonably safe during day and evening. My only complaint is that after we checked out we were invited to stay in the garden lounge area while waiting for our afternoon train, which was great. The young man at the reception desk was warm and hospitable but when we left for the station and I went to pay the tab for the two Cokes out on the terrace, a different guy at reception charged me 10 Euro for 2 Cokes that were only 2 Euro each in the minibar in the room. The only time I felt taken advantage of in the entire stay. Nevertheless, highly recommended and we will stay there again if we return to Rome - I’ll just be sure to avoid Cokes from the bar.

Awesome property. Absolutely fantastic staff!! Short walk from the train station. Parked the car there and used the train to explore Rome. The room was very clean and came well equipped. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Amazing hotel and staff! Located less then 10 mins from the train station. Rooms were amazing a spacious. Will definitely be staying here again when in Rome. Sergio was great at check in he provided us with a ton of information about the city. Highely recommend ataying here if you get the chance while in Rome.

This hotel is an easy walk from the train station just be sure you come out on the correct side of the station. We landed early in the day so could not check in yet but the front desk was very helpful and held our luggage while we explored. Room was nice-did not eat at the hotel. Would recommend

Hotel is newly renovated, clean and comfortable. WALKABLE from Termini Station. Safe neighborhood. Most remarkably staff are SUPER helpful and take a lot to time to ensure you have what you need. A very nice place to land after a long trip and train ride into town. Highly recommend.

Liberty Boutique Hotel was a great place to stay. Our flight was cancelled and the staff was so helpful and accommodating with our change of plans. The hotel is close to Rome Termini and within a 15-20 minute walk to major attractions. Our room and bathroom was spacious and we even had a large patio to sit and enjoy. Overall a great stay!

Breakfast was very good and we really liked the garden area. Sergio was incredibly helpful and took the time to go thru a map of Rome with us and highlight sights that he recommended we visit. Staff was great, the hotel was beautiful, and very clean!

The staff were wonderful- would rate them a 10 . They were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely. Very convenient to the train station and there are a number of restaurants in the area. The main attractions; ie coliseum, Trevi Fountain; Pantheon; etc. are a little too far to walk but taxis are prevalent. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again when I’m Rome.

Wonderful hotel!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing with delicious and wide variety of choices!!

We were hesitant upon arrival due to the fact that the walk from the train station was a bit shady. Trash everywhere and a few homeless laying around. I had mentioned that to the staff and they assured me that everything will be fine, no need for worry. We eventually decided to stay at this hotel for the remainder of our stay in Rome. We had to use scooters and or taxis to reach the popular attractions since this hotel is on the other side of town. Overall the staff was amazing and I must give credit to Anthony and Jade for being so professional. I appreciated their effort to keep us happy throughout the stay. The rate was higher than what I would have liked to pay for a hotel that's so further out, but it was good service.

The staff was beyond kind and helpful from the first interaction to the last, every single one was friendly and thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the location was good as we used a lot of public transportation. The location is good, rooms clean but the best part has to be the staff.

The staff made our stay so special. They gave us amazing recommendations for food and routes to walk to all the best sights. They also surprised us with a birthday treat! Very Nice stay

Stayed here for our honeymoon. Beautiful and new hotel just minutes away from the train station. Rome is a huge city so we wanted to be close to a train station. Although this hotel is not close to city center, taking the Metro to the Coliseum was very easy, only 2 stops away. The check in process was very quick and easy, they were able to get us an early check in. The room was spotless and very quiet at night. I read some reviews saying this was a bad part of town but Rome is a huge city, so expect huge city things, i.e pick pockets at the train stations, graffiti on walls, and litter. We felt safe walking at night just staying aware of our surroundings. The streets were quiet at night and we both slept through the night without hearing a lot of traffic. Only suggestion I have is the outdoor patio is swarming with mosquitoes, it would help if the hotel could find a solution to help prevent getting bit. I have about 10 bites after sitting out there for 15 minutes.

Liberty boutique is a fantastic hotel in a great location. Rooms are exceptionally quiet, staff are fantastic and breakfast is next level. Walking distance to many attractions. Close to Rome Termini station but in a very quiet area.

Ideal location for a short touristic visit. Very close to station but away from the city centre so several good value dining options with fewer tourists than other areas of the city. Staff exceptionally kind and helpful. Suggested 3 walking routes for our 3 days and we managed to see just about all of the sights on foot. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was just as described. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was a short walk to the train/metro station and there were some good restaurants in the area. The rooms were very nice, updated and beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, this property looked nothing like it's photos. I am not certain why it is considered 4 star. This is a very limited service hotel. The hotel is not well cared for inside and out. All of the buildings in this area, for blocks on end, have an enormous amount of graffiti spray painted onto them, including this hotel. There is a lift that you can get your luggage up to your room, otherwise you take the stairs. For the price, I expected more. I would not rate this a 4 star property, at all. Also, for perspective, it is not close to the center of the city as it came up in my search for hotels in that area. The staff were friendly and it is convenient to the train station, if that is of interest to others.

Extremely accommodating staff, clean and modern rooms, and a fantastic breakfast. We are a family of four traveling with teens and this was a wonderful accommodation walkable to Roma Termini train station.

The hotel was within easy walking distance of Stazione Roma Termini. The complementary breakfast was fantastic with multiple choices. The front seat staff was extremely helpful with great recommendations for dinner. Will definitely stay here again!
