we book a nite but did not stay becos the room is small and abit smelly

Noisy till 4+am

Hotel is beside a thai club and music ends around 4+am hence although we are staying in a "soundproof" suite, it is still loud enough to keep us awake.

Everything is Fine...except the room, i was staying facing the road n can the noise from vehicles outside can be heard.

Reception staff was very kind.

Sleeping in the middle of the night feels that the roof has been leaking.The rest are not bad.

I love the fact that the hotel is near a mamak shop can eat roti canai and nasi lemak for breakfast on a daily basis. Customer service was ok the rooms tho not good uneven flooring and toilet was unsatisfying was quite unclean the design was also not good.

It was recommended to stay here by a friend. It was dirty, I asked for no smoking room but the room was soo bad, smell of someone smoking was fresh. I asked to change but they said they will spray it and it was the same. i asked for toothbrush, toothpaste and soap was not given. The room was not clean even bed was not refreshed the next day. They only topped up the water and coffee.

the room sound insulation very bad, your event room directly effected the room. One more thing we cannot accept is i can listen the disco music in our room at midnight time, totally disturbing.

Staff was nice

Convenient and clean. Room was a pleasant size. Not noisy even though we were on 2nd level.

Astro was not functioning

Amazingly(for the price) well maintained room and service but felt cheated that the Astro (cable channels as advertised) was not functioning. Not many shops around walking distance as this was in an office majority location, you need to head out around Sutera mall for more necessities

Nice comfortable boutique hotel. Very clean, new and modern. Has all the basic requirements of a hotel yet feels homely and cosy.

Room was cheap and okay for the price, did not get any disposable razors which I needed, saw some wallpaper on the wall were peeling off and I was only given one hotel card, aircon takes a long time to cool the room but the room layout looks good, bed and pillows were soft and comfortable

A very tip top hotel

I had a very good stay and staffs service was excellent! Cleanliness was tip top and will definitely back again for my next stay. Only cons are parking at own risk.

Fantastic Leverage!

I love the restaurants around that area. The hotel room was spacious, but the toilet happen to "flood" after a shower. I stayed only for a night, thus I didn't bother to change a room.

Clean and comfortable room

Room is clean and comfortable and staff at check in is also friendly. Unfortunately, the room wasn't really sound proof and inconsiderate guests who talked loudly outside our room, slamming doors and knocking on each other's doors late at night and early morning didn't help. Was also not happy that the room service cleared our room slippers on their first cleaning, didn't leave extra roll of toilet paper and did not top up the shower gel. Overall a pleasant stay nevertheless.

the room we booked is written there's a fridge but when we checked in receptionist say for the room we booked is without fridge. We are carrying infant (10months) with frozen stuff, also the reason we booked as this room has fridge. Result: Fresh food turn bad and all infant purees cannot be consume anymore.

Very comfortable, relax and convenient to stay.

Rooms looks ok, bed is comfortable. But 1 of the hotel slipper is wet and the basin is very small. Wanted to Get a metal spoon form counter but was told the cafe is close. Overall still acceptable.

Affordable stay with spacious room for 4 pax. However, do note that there is limited parking lots that are always full. The windows of the hotel are also lighted up by the led light that is housed in each room .It can be scary to enter the room for the first time with the lighted room with the (red/green/blue/light) LED lights placed at the window. The curtains have to be drawn so that your sleep is not disturbed with the bright LED light, as it cannot be turned off even though we requested it at the front desk. Hotel is also next to the coffee shop, great for late supper.

Great room and good service

Room was great and service was good and professional. Only minus point is that the air-con control is spoiled so the room is quite cold. Overall we are satisfied and value for money.

It is a nice place to stay but some of the facilities are not functioning well for example the shower can not be used for two options provided. The fridge is not cold. Thank you. I hope the receptionist will keep my mom's prayer bag cos she left it in the room. I will come again to stay.

Convenient location to Sutera mall area and has King bed. Good and comfortable stay value for money. Only con is probably the shower area and the water seemed to be able to splash out even when door is closed.

Very satisfy with the room however maintenance need to be done as the room condition is starting to degrade compare to my first visit 1 years back. WiFi need lots of improvement as network is extremely weak

My husband and I were surprised when we first entered the room as it was really worth it for the price we paid. The room was clean, neatly furnished and the bed was comfortable. We loved the bathroom the most as it had 2 rain showers so we didn't have to take turns to use it. Check in & out was quick and hassle-free. We had complete amenities just like those you'd see in 4-star hotels. Overall we were pleased with our stay and we are looking forward to our next return.

Shower Room Issue

The room has a nicely made shift toilet and shower area. The water was running into the room after shower due to water proofing the shower place has failed.

The room that we got was nice at first glance. However during the stay, we noticed a ball of hair in the toilet (showing that they didn’t clean properly) & the hose next to the toilet bowl does not work well (needs to be changed). I went over to have a seat when I realise there’s a hole in the chair. Overall it was pretty disappointing. - But to find food it was pretty convenient (there was a lot of shops/bars/cafes etc.) Paradigm mall and sutera mall is a 5-10min drive from there (if you take Grab around RM9)

SImple review

The Hotel is clean and the reception service is good. Only issue encounter is the parking space. Suggest there is reserve parking for hotel guests. Encounter no parking lots at night as there are quite a lot of ppl who come to patronize the indian eatery and all park near the hotel.

The hotel is value-for-money! Room is clean, spacious and bed is comfortable. They provide essential toiletries. Oh ya, did I mention that their breakfast is RM5 per pax?

Though only a newish property the interior is not being maintained. We stayed a year ago and there is a marked difference. Check in was slow, as were other inquiries at the desk. The rooms are cleaned ok. We were woken at app 1am both nights with hooning on the road. We asked for the police to attend but the noise got worse up till app 3.30am Never again.

Weak wifi but comfy stay

Stayed here more than once, the wifi seems slow to connect this time. Overall stay is good and everything is clean.

At first, we were allocated a room that was not ready. We went down and complained to the staff. Another room was assigned to us quite quickly. Overall cleaniness is good and room is well stocked wifh the basic necessities. Excellent for a budget hotel.

Room is clean and comfortable. Just that the wooden flooring is sinking in a few areas. Should have used tiles instead to reduce wear and tear. Near Paradigm Mall.

Big room with 2 queen beds, good for families with children. But walls are very thin, feeling bad for other travellers who had to bear with the noise that my children made! Friendly staff at reception and housekeeping. Convenient location.

Ventilation could be better as the washroom smells of cigars and bedsheet is filled with stain and quilt cover was opened to show teh stains for makeup of room yet was not changed. Overall service is good.

Overall satisfied

This is my second stayed at this hotel. Like its room design as bathroom and toilet separate. Super like the TV because can insert own thumb drive to watch desired movie. All the tv channel is clear and well reception. Just a little bit about bed sheet, there is blood stain on it. Wondering whether really change the sheet or not. Overall satisfied,will come back again next time.

Requested to change to non-smoking room, and the staff had been very helpful. Complementary breakfast was a nice surprise as it was not stated during booking process. Room was clean.

hard to get halal food around that area. accommodation like pool, spa and gym are not included.

This area seems quite new like near furniture showrooms etc. No bus stops around and nearby surrounding area. Can only access by self driving, Grab and taxis. Not much facilities nearby and supper is good if you like Indian food. The street seems to be quite busy at night with many cars passing by. The staff/s are v. friendly, approachable, helpful and professional in customer service.

Hotel was neat and clean. Location was good as its near paradigm mall, just a short 5 mins drive away. Hotel rates were reasonable.
