Room stanknof smoke and damp. Staff not helpful and laundry charge was absolutely ridiculous. Feel very ripped off

The hotel is conveniently situated. You can access the next door shopping mall through an exit from the second floor. The metro station at Chiegongmui which has four lines stopping there and is only a 10-15 minute stroll. However, be careful of all the crazy delivery drivers on mopeds zipping on the sidewalks. Didi ride share and taxis are also plenty in this area. Hotel staff are.very friendly. Room service was twice a day and they left complimentary bottled water during each service. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to Shenzhen

There was attention to every detail and the staff were very friendly. Having an executive room and access the Club lounge made for easier working day. It is probably by far one of the most beautiful lounges too.

Truely exceptional hotel - decor, rooms, food, and particularly service all second to none. Pool area extremely well kept and clean, with very good changing facilities and spa circuit. Room was extremely clean and spacious with every possible small touch noted. In central Shenzhen but in a calm quieter area with quick and cheap transport options into central Futian. I think, one of my favourite ever hotel stays and I look forward to some day returning.

Great check in experience

When I arrived, I was welcome by Chenny in the front desk with a warmed smile, which make me feel like coming back home. A wonderful start for my trip 👍

The hotel is amazing , good cleanliness , good location , friendly and helpful staff. It’s easy access to shopping mall enabled me to locate a restaurant for dinner saved the hazzle travelling around . The only concern is the size of room is 40m as stated in the booking website, however I do not feel the room is of that size .

small things made it annoying at best

Very difficult-few staff spoke english-difficult to communicate even though I. spoke some Chinese Other hotels change currencies - in Guilin and Shanghai hotels do - they refuse- even a small amount

Our stay was very comfortable and relaxing, and service was quite warm. The hotel is surrounded by trees and does have a resort feel to it. Breakfast offers many selections and was great today. Only downside is the room interior and furnishings feel and look quite aged, there are visible stains on the chairs and shower head seems a bit broken.

The best hotel in Shenzhen!

We stayed here for a week. This is the best hotel in Shenzhen. The service is impeccable, even better than a lot of the hotels we stayed in Japan! Whoever the GM is must run a tight ship. Everyone is super helpful. Great value! Great food! Great service. Lastly, I left my phone behind on my way to the airport. Cynthia, their client relations, was super helpful. She found my phone and shipped to my hotel in Beijing. She was very communicative and lowered my stress level knowing my phone is on the way to me. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Shenzhen next time.

Minor mistake

Staff is excellent， convenience, comfort, good location, good spa but when I enter the room, a bad smell is coming out , until the air con open for half an hour. Lift lobby in every floor spread out the bad smell , maybe due to wet and humidity environment. Need to improve immediately

Nice hotel with great staff. Located near a shopping mall with other dining options.

It has a good location and connects to MTR via the department store. It's a bit far (1 km), but there are many things along the way. The hotel is as luxurious as expected. I once stayed in Langham, London, and this Shenzhen hotel has that same vibe. The room is spacious, and the staff was attentive and responded to all requests quickly and correctly, even though they were not perfect in English. Overall, I will stay here again if I come to Shenzhen.

Excellent in every aspect! The room is charming and beautifully decorated in an Old World style. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient. There is a big shopping mall next to the hotel, in the same building block. Plenty of restaurants and shopping options there. The hotel is not far from the main attractions of the city. Highly recommended!

Very nice experience! A place like home

Does five-star hotel is the best in Shenzhen. The service is impeccable. The rooms are high and nicely decorated. It is located right next to the huge modern shopping center with choices of restaurants and food very convenient the only place I would stay in this city.

The staff was lovely and provided us with thoughtful personalized services (e.g. the manager in charge of the palm court). My daughter loves the stay very much. She also enjoys the pool.

Elegant with well-trained staff

Hotel is very elegant and feels more upmarket than those similarly priced. It is clearly well-managed and staff are well-trained, polite and friendly, which really separates it from majority of hotels in China.The room was a bit small in size for our family but comfortable enough, clean. Some lovely extra touches like a rose given to me by reception staff biscuits for the baby and a late check out-really appreciate those! The only reason I don't give this hotel top rating is because while staying with a small baby, I found that the toilet flush and shower are extremely loud and so could not be used when the baby was asleep...not ideal.I also found a dirty tea cup and saucer, which was very surprising, but staff were extremely apologetic about it and this is me nit-picking really.Overall our stay was great.Oh!the park nearby is excellent too!

Super clean but the service was truly outstanding. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to wish us a Merry Christmas. We had a great, super-relaxing time. Highly recommend!

The last two times I stayed at Langham Shenzhen the rooms smelled a little musty. The dinners on the 22nd floor were not hot. That was dissapointing. One last thing, the bedside treats were little cookies that literally tasted like vomit. They were horrible! Definitely not suitable for the esteem pallete. Overall though, I enjoy staying at the Langham.

A really lovely 5 star hotel with a personal touch

The Langham is an exceptional hotel with top service. The staff were friendly, very helpful and accommodating. We had a birthday to celebrate and they provided a few treats too. We needed help with booking train tickets and they went out of their way to look after us. We had a genuinely lovely stay and would not hesitate booking another stay in the future.

Property is ok. Service is not good. We extend one more night but they make it very complicate . I go back twice at lobby but they still can not figure it out

Best 5 star hotel in Shenzhen

The staff / facilities at the Executive lounge are fantastic, and are the highlight of my stay. Otherwise hotel is uniformly excellent including the outdoor swimming pool. Location is convenient for accessing most industrial areas in Shenzhen, and its easy to get to Hangguang crossing and Shekhou.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the last few years this hotel is in my opinion the standard by which all five star hotels should be judged the decoration, services and food is out of this world ! you haven’t stayed at a five-star hotel if you have not stayed here . Everything about this hotel is profession especially the executive lounge, the afternoon tea and happy hour which are all complementary for guests of the executive suite I have stayed at many of the five star hotels around the world including IN SHENZHEN and none can come even close! Do not be shortchanged by any other five star hotels, Play here and get your moneys worth!

Everything about this hotel was enjoyable. It was clean, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the facilities were incredible, and the dining options were great. The room was large and comfortable and had lots of great amenities.

Another good weekend stay at the Langham SZ. Booked the executive room and was offered complimentary upgrade as being a Voyager member. Room was spacious and comfy. Service at the club lounge was top notch.

Beyond expectations!

We stayed in the Langham for relaxing purpose out of crowd Hong Kong and it was perfect fit. Especially, Club Lounge enhanced our time with beautiful deco and attentive staff. Besides, Terry at front desk was exceptional to address by name and shared many usuful local information for dinner and massage. Tow other Korean staff expresses extra attention that made feel warm while staying there. Will definitely recommend to other friends.

Bigger room upgrade

Hotels must mention room sq meter everytime otherwise we face with troubles like can not add extra bed in room.. but night manager solved perfectly :)

Best hotel in Shenzhen

Made a last minute decision to have a weekend stay with my family in Langham Shenzhen. Chosen the executive room with club lounge access. The overall experience is excellent and certainly exceed my expectation. As a Expedia gold member, I have been traveled frequently around the world and be honest Langham is not my first choice in other locations. However this time I was impressed about Langham Shenzhen that the quality of the hospitality service is outstanding and consistent amongest all staffs I have met. I would choose Langham for my next visit to Shenzhen. Highly recommended.

Really nice hotel in a decent location for shopping and business, but not close to night life. About 25-30 minutes from the HK Border. Staff is excellent and responsive, and the hotel is one of the best in Asia for cleanliness and appearances. The buffet, lunch & breakfast is amazing.

Best hotel in Shenzhen

The Langham remains the best hotel (in my view) in Shenzhen. Good value for money / convenient location near Futien crossing, and excellent service in the club lounge. By far the nicest club lounge in Shenzhen, and makes each stay a pleasure. A big thank you to Candy and Christine!

Overnight stay

Staying overnight is always difficult to judge but from Pre-booking a limo to pick us up to the checkout, everyone was kind, professional and polite. Definitely a place to retunr!!
