• Pool access available from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments. Reservations can be made by contacting the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.

Special Instructions

Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check-in along with matching photo identification. Other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. Each adult staying at the property must present valid photo identification at check-in. Dining hours are currently limited to 7 AM-10:30 PM daily at Winter Garden. High Palms High Tea hours are 3-5:30 PM on Friday and 1:30-5:30 PM Saturday-Sunday. Other venues are closed until further notice. Please note: Spa facilities are accessible only for 45-minute time slots; reservations are required
