Decent, in need of upgrades!

Cleaning never brought us clean towels. We stayed there for five days and never had new toilet paper or soap

My stay at Pegasus was pleasant and welcoming. The staff made it feel like I was meeting friends for a reunion. I was charmed by the disarming smiles of the associates at the front desk which conveyed genuine friendliness and warmth. Pegasus will always be on the top of my list of relaxing and calming places to stay.

Nice hotel , carnival was on so was busy but fun, good views across the carnival from Room. All staff super friendly and accomodating

The personnel at the reception desk and the guys at the door were so helpful. The staff connected us with a driver making us feel safe and welcomed. Thank you!

I didn’t get to stay at the hotel and they refused to give me back my money…

The hotel is beautifully decorated and the complimentary breakfast abundant and well prepared. The staff us welcoming and attentive.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Special shoutout to Wendy at the spa. That was my favorite part about the whole stay. Staff was a little too strict about towels but the towels in the room weren’t being replenished well either. Most of the staff were nice, but some of them were rude on the low not knowing I understand patois as my family is Jamaican, which I did not like because that’s rude to speak about somebody in front of them regardless if you think they can understand you or not. Bar staff by the pool were amazing and I also really enjoyed the snapper appetizer which is large enough to be a meal.

I had an awesome time at the hotel…everything was on point and the staff were excellent.

I didn't like is the appearance of the 9th floor that i was on. It need a face lift, and i think the carpet needs to change, the floor had a stuffy smell. Staff, food, appearance and hospitality is tantamount to a 5 star hotel. Worth recommending.

I did an emergency visit and enjoyed the safety of the hotel. I have not seen this place since to was built as I haven't visited this side of JA for several years. I would definitely stay here again

Room was clean, Staff was professional, helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Especially Richard in the dining room and the two ladies in the gift shop.

I had a great time. The ambiance was great and not to mention the food. The dinner and the breakfast choices were unforgettable. The property is well kept and beautiful for taking memorable pictures.

The experience was quite good and the staff were friendly, courteous, and very responsive

Check in was easy and we were allowed an early check-in with no extra charge, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and included some tasty local jamaican delights, the 24 hour cafe was also very convenient, there is a pool with pool side bar, we felt safe and the staff were very helpful

I enjoyed the stay . The pool/bar area was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfasts. The issues even though the bathroom was clean it smells like urine. The hallway could use some air freshener as well. But in general it was comfortable for the price.

The room was basic. The carpet had an odor.

Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful

No hot water and couldn't turn off the AC in the room. Cold water and cold room was a bad combo.

Everything was made easy for us knowing its our first time there.

The place is dated, it could use an update. The room I was in had a leak in the bathroom, the carpet was dirty, and when you took a shower it leaked everywhere. I was not impressed by this property.

This is my 2nd time at Pegasus and I like it here. Staff are nice and I felt safe. I would recommend.

Property is nice but the room could use some work. The bathroom pocket door was hard to close and open. The rollers appear to be damaged. The staff was really helpful and courteous.

Kemar, Chassie, and other staff at the reception desk made the stay pleasurable

Everything was great from the staff to the quality of the service. The only hiccup , I used US funds for pay for a meal and when I received my change, it was later discovered that the US bills that I received from the staff was counterfeit. So I am out 30.00 dollars.

Housekeeping could be better - we had to call for replacement of towels and coffee - that is minor Overall - it was a very pleasant experience

Overall stay was good. The WiFi service in the room needs to be significantly improved. Breakfast needs to be improved with more options especially for Jamaican breakfast items. Poolside restaurant service was slow and needs to be improved.

The Jamaica Pegasus is in an ideal location. I love staying there. The staff is amazing. Actually all the staff. The greetings from them is just amazing.

Decent stop some stuff needs updating

Excellent customer service, very polite at front desk.

The incompetence level here was ridiculous. No one’s attentive at the restaurants and most acts as if asking a question is a huge inconvenience. Huge shout out to the bell boys, they were really helpful and always tried. Would not recommend.

Staff not very accommodating. AC was not working properly and was leaking water on room floor causing place to smell unpleasantly.

My stay at the Pegasus was good. Greeting guest at the resturant particularly need to be better. This should be consistent for everyone and not ignore local guest when they arrive at the hotel and at the resturant. Parking attendents are great and friendly and feel at home. Inside the office could learn from them. Overall review is average need improvement.

Parking attendents and security were great and friendly. I feel safe at Pegasus hotel. I also enjoy the Jazz in the Garden Musical. Great time with my family and this was open to guest in the Hotel. Outdoor resturant is great and the DJ was a great asset. Enjoy the great music melodies and some oldies.

The experience was enhanced by the quality of service provided by the staff from the parking attendants and food service to the front desk and housekeeping; all provided service with a smile. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

Every staff member was extremely courteous and professional in particular the young woman at the pool bar and the breakfast server

The staff were outstanding, especially Jerome, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection. I’ll be returning to this hotel for my upcoming business trip in a couple of weeks—definitely my top choice!

Experience was good but we found the room to be too cool for us at night and it never warmed up above 24.5 degrees even after we turned the AC off; too cool for us!

The Jamaica Pegusus Hotel is certainly a vibe. We enjoyed the lobby seating, as well as the convenience of the 24/7 cafe that had a variety of foods and drinks. There is always an event happening on the property so people watching in the lobby can be a good pass time. We enjoyed the pool and music on Friday night.

Loved the ambiance and the breastfast. The 24 hr cafe is a plus. It was an overall great experience being there. Will definitely come again.

Only one bottle of water in room reserved for two people. Additional charge for a bottle of water at breakfast dining room.

Close to public transportation as well as tourist attractions! Friendly staff that assist all needs.

i like everything about Hilton,the food,hospitality,pool,beach,room,view and so much more.

The staff was amazing. My bartenders Franzwaugh, Nicholi and Sheldon were all amazing! They kept my vacation mode on high !!! The check in staff were also great ! Noel at check in was very nice. Bell boys were great. i had a wonderful time !! I will be back in October !!
