Gorgeous resort! Loved every minute here! Very personable owners with great communication and answered all my questions leading up to my trip. They even email you a guest booklet which includes everything the resort has to offer as well as things to see and do in the town of Loreto and is a perfect roadmap to planning out your trip. Staff is top notch and take great care of you. Best vacation I ever had and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend.
Para nada nos gusto que anunciaban habitación vista al mar y nos dieron habitación trasera y nadie se hizo responsable No cumple lo que exhiben

I have to give it a 5 out of 10. As soon as we checked in they staff overwhelm you with trying to buy a time share. Obviously they don’t take NO for an answer. You would think that since we’re paying a good amount to stay at their resort they would accommodate us from the airport. Nope, they charge 160 US dollars one way!! For a family of 8. We didn’t use their shuttle service once the whole 5 days. We found a local with connections that picked us up took us to downtown and the island of Coronado for more than half of what the hotel charged. The resort automatically charges gratuity on ALL transactions weather you like the service or not. Room service food is HORRIBLE. Everything came to us cold. Asked for nachos and got tar cheese that stretched from arm’s length and broken chips. Flies everywhere, while you eat. These flies don’t care. They constantly land in your face, hair, arms ect. You can’t escape them, they follow you everywhere. You cannot use cash or pesos. You have to leave a credit card on file or pay with a card. Last rant was upon checking out the charge you a service fee for every thing. Double check your bill and ask question at check out. Now the raves. Despite the resort aimed to take all your money. The place was beautiful. The rooms are big. Everything was modern. The restaurants by the pools served great food if you can get a reservation. We tried to make dinner reservations twice and they told us it was full. Every time we walked by it appeared empty.
