The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The hotel is located between two underground stations for quick travel around London.
Lovely hotel, staff friendly and room clean and modern. Close to tube stations to explore and Westfield for shopping. Definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.
Lovely friendly staff on reception
Receptionists were very helpful and nice to talk to. The room was a bit small but very clean and we knew in advance the size of the room. Convenient walking distance to subway stations.
Comfortable but lacks service
All in all had a nice stay and was a great location for my visit. However I felt the service in the bar area was poor. Always seemed to be a lack of staff. Staff that were on the bar seemed to have no urgency whatsoever. Just a lack of self motivation. Restaurant service was a little better.
Free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. Great location for the o2
I really enjoyed my stay, I highly recommend it.
Great stay! Staff was very kind and helpful, transportation was easy with many bus stops into central London right in front of the property and a very cute bar/ dining area if you want to stay in. Rooms were a bit small but very clean.
This is an amazing hotel and very easy to get to everywhere in London from here. A lot of dining options in the area as well. The hotel also has a very cozy dining/lounge area (a very good place to have a tea/coffee). The room we got was cozy and clean, but it was very small. I wish it had a closet so they we can at least put our stuff away. Also when I had a noise complaint, the front desk took care of it promptly. Aside from the space, we would definitely stay at the this hotel again in future.
I booked this hotel stay as a break to recover from a minor surgery, my main objective for the trip was to relax and just watch tv and sleep. The staff upon check in were very pleasant. I decided to pay a little extra to stay here instead of 2 other cheaper options close by because i thought it would be higher quality. First of all the tv was glitching on the regular channels and wasn't a smart tv so we were unable to plug any of our devices in to get the tv to work and so only had the option to have it off or watch things from our phones , for context i was unable to get out of bed for at least 2 of the days and so this was really disappointing. We asked if they had a hdmi cable to help with the tv which they eventually brought but we were treated like it was an unreasonable request and the person even hung up on my partner. The room itself was very bare minimum , no shelf in the shower, no bedside drawers and no where to sit down we had to ask for a chair. The food was reasonable and decent but the staff at the resturaunt were generally not v friendly is the only way to put it. I think if i was in better physical fitness it might not have seemed so bad but needing the extra accessibility and slower pace did not seem very possible at this hotel. One of the mornings where i had managed to get to sleep very late from being in pain the front desk called the room around 8.30am on repeat until i had to get out of bed to answer, only to ask if i had the tv
Staff was awesome
The room was very nice and comfortable
Good for a quick business trip.
Good facilities. Good food/bar. Room i stayed was very small and cramped even for single occupancy. Good if you're traveling for 1 or 2 nights with a backpack.
Excellent customer service. Every single person was friendly and helpful. Comfortable and clean hotel.
Staff was very friendly, park across the street was nice, bustling nightlife at the hotel bar
Lovely property in lively Shepherds Bush. The hotel upgraded me to a corner room with wrap around windows. It was heaven.
Check in staff were excellent. The room was comfy and clean, love the decor. I will stay at Hoxtons everywhere I can in the future.
Staff were helpful, I lost an item on the plane and they tried in many ways to help me get in contact with the airport/airlines. Hygiene products were provided when asked. The hotel is in a great location and public transportation is near.
Amazing staff, hotel has a nice aesthetic, clean and good location. Also, enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel and the bar.
Good price for excellent quality
Wonderful stay. I stayed in a bunk room with my daughter and the room, whilst small, was very comfortable with all we needed. Very clean, lovely bedding. The hotel has a wonderful restaurant. Would stay here again. Good price for the quality of hotel.
Great hotel in a great location. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The bar area was cool and the Thai restaurant was delicious!
Perfect mix of comfort and vibe.
Amazing staff. Perfect location. One of my faves and always a part of my visit to London. From hanging in the lobby, my morning coffee, the comfy bed, and great vibe.
Loved it!
Ok, so the room was small, but I expect that in London especially. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Service was great. Neighborhood was great. Lots of restaurant options and an easy walk to the tube.
Great atmosphere staff I would stay there again 😊
Small room but super comfy bed. Lobby was a great place to hang out or get some work done.
We loved the friendliness of the staff the most.
The friendliness of each staff- made us feel right at home. They were also helpful with suggestions and making taxi arrangements. We loved staying here and would do it all again.
Good location for Heathrow and west end.
Very nice stay in London. Convenient to the tube. Only complaint would be that the room was a tight squeeze.
Great short stay
Great bustling hotel with a lively vibe. Ideally located for the Empire and underground trains. Staff were super friendly and attentive.
Great
Rihanna (hope that’s how you spell) checked us in and gave the most amazing service I’ve ever received at a hotel! SO kind, friendly and accommodating. The room/lobby was gorgeous and the bar at night and DJ superb. Would definitely stay again!
Was really impressed with the Hoxton. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived. The room was small but plenty big enough for our needs…it was well maintained with a really comfy bed. Plus it’s only 2 mins from the tube. All in all it was excellent value for money compared with other London hotels and I would definitely stay there again.
A great place for a short break
A beautiful hotel in a handy location for work. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed. There’s a handy restaurant for breakfast and dinner with some delicious options that all have an Asian twist. I was travelling for work, but this would be a great place for a short break too.
Fantastic location, great room, lovely property,
Hideout room fine for one night
Stayed in a "hideout" basement room. Was totally fine for one night. Would be great if there was a show at Shepherds Bush Empire. Ultimately I did miss the windows and glad I was only in the room for one night. It was very clean. There were some interesting smells in the late afternoon and at night that did waft through the room because it was so enclosed - food smells, spices, etc. that must have been from the restaurant. But it ended up being really quiet at night to be honest. Size of room was fine, although I do wish there had been a desk. It was definitely right off the underground stop (Shepherds Bush Market) so it easy to access.
I really like this hotel but I wasn't impressed with the service in the restaurant. Also, I had problems with the television set. Both times, I had to call reception to come up and fix it.
The staff were really friendly and aesthetics of the hotel was amazing!
superb hotel and lovely staff gave me a gift for my birthday. so kind.
My best hotel experience in a long time! Each member of staff I met was friendly, professional, polite and extremely helpful. The room was well insulated, so very quiet at night, and the bed was super comfortable - I slept brilliantly every night. Also, the hotel is well appointed with many transport links and Westfield on its doorstep for great shopping. I will definitely be checking in again when next visiting London!
The Hoxton is a great Hotel and good value. Where it is in Shepherds Bush isn't one of the better areas of London.
Little breakfast bags available in the room
Staff super friendly and helpful. From Shepherds bush station to the hotel, you pass through a bit dodgy street but apart from that, excellent location.
From start to finish my stay at The Hoxton was incredible. I’ve stayed at many different properties in London and this one was by far the best service and atmosphere. The young man who checked us in HOURSSSS early with no extra fee, excellent… the young woman who works at Chet’s from Spain, such a kind person, the young woman from Poland at the bar, super sweet, and Rihanna at check out was the best way to end things. Only slight complaint I had was the first floor was noisy after midnight with slamming doors, when I voiced to Rihanna she was empathetic and offered coffee or anything to help perk my day up. She was lovely. The room was clean and aesthetically pleasing, the bathroom was a good size for London, and the bed was very comfy, with a good amount of usable pillows. I will be a Hoxton fan for life. Thank you for making my mom’s first trip to London so memorable with your kindness! You guys are a true gem! It should not be considered luxury to be treated kindly, but you make it second nature.
The staff was amazing. Very attentive! The restaurant within the Hotel (Chet’s) has a very gourmet menu set in an American dining style. The full bar has everything you can imagine! I would stay here again, maybe a larger room. Met a wonderful friend Justina! She knew her stuff!
Better with the bigger room (some are small but pay extra and it's worth it). Wifi didn't work for me, but could have been my laptop.
The hotel was very good in general except that the rooms are too small
Overall I thought he property was very suitable and I would recommend it.
Excellent stuff and room, really bad guests
The stuff and room was excellent. I had a problem where the ofther guess was running up and down in the corridor all night me and my Mr's could not get to sleep we because of this. Ever time i went to check the ran away we was frightened because of this. Next time we would like to be in a room where there are camera's out in the corridor. Overall lovely room and stuff.
Soooo...this hotel shares a lobby with a fabulous restaurant/bar. We got the room with bunkbeds - it was a bit tight for 2 grown people but we made it work. Great front desk staff. would stay again but in adult sized room.
Excellent location, close to shopping, dining and transport.
Stylish and Chic
A beautiful hotel very close to Shepherd’s Bush station and Westfields. The hotel has a lovely aesthetic and my room felt like I was the first person to stay. The beds are super comfortable and the bathroom and shower were great too. Fresh milk in your room with the hospitality tray is a lovely touch which I really appreciated. The hotel was very clean and the staff were great, I really couldn’t fault it.
Lovely place
Well what a wonderful stay! Totally blown away by the staff, the decor, the comfort! Didn't want to leave. I booked a room without a window thinking it would be a tiny dark room but nope, felt like the most luxurious room. I would stay here in a heartbeat!
I loved this place!!! Super accommodating and kind staff. Lovely rooms and close to 2 tube stations!!
Welcoming
Lovely welcome to the hotel, good staff, great bright room.
Great service and super clean
Gorgeous, very stylish room!
We stayed at the Hoxton for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed and pillows, gorgeous decor, and an unexpected nature rich view (green trees) from our 5th floor window. The staff were all ultra polite, especially the doorman. We will be back for a longer stay.
Second time staying and I loved it both times! Staff is so friendly and the rooms are so nice.
Perfect base for all of London. Beds are really comfortable. Friendly helpful staff. Feels like a home from home.
Super accommodating, friendly and helpful staff. Great food, decor and atmosphere! Would stay again!
Walking around during the day is ok but at night is a little scary
A lovely find
Lovely hotel with a fresh look about it modern and classic, bed very comfortable and a lovely shower as well , good location as we was going to a concert at the empire
A perfect place to spend a weekend in London
An excellent choice of hotel when staying in London; perfectly located for ease of access to West London and close to the tube. Rooms are incredibly comfortable with the best beds and very stylishly decorated. Love the in room amenities such as the Robert’s radio and the proper coffee with proper milk. Service is brilliant and the food and beverage is out of this world. Perfect choice for a weekend in the big smoke.
Good value for money
Great hotel. Just not in best location.
Cool place… bar shut a bit early for Saturday though
Friendly, helpful staff and the most comfortable bed.
True 4 stars
Room was small but very cute and comfortable.
Great stay. Lovely hotel and rooms. Friendly staff.
Highly recommended
Excellent. Lovely set-up. Great bar and restaurant
Loved it. Hip and happening place with a definite vibe to the place. Easy to get to and great room to boot
Recommend this hotel very good
Comfortable and clean, superb staff, excellent facility, and close to the Westfield shopping Center.
Amazingly hotel!
Hotel was beautiful. Clean, very friendly staff. The food was amazing and the rooms were decorated to a high standard! Will definitely be returning here!
Luxury with value. Exceptional staff, clean and comfortable rooms and facility, walkable and close to Westfield shopping center and bus stops and tube. A definitely great choice.
Nice visit, nice restaurant and nice staff
Really nice hotel, very clean and staff were great
Friendly hotel
Super friendly on front desk when I arrived. I couldn’t check in as I was early but easy to leave my bag. And then pick it up when I came back later. Despite room overlooking Shepherd Bush green and the road, it was very quiet.
Nice old art deco style hotel (inside at least) which is located in a western part of London. Local access to Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith. The check in was efficient and friendly, the public areas are nicely decorated and appointed. The room was not as small as many London rooms at this price. It was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. I didn’t have breakfast- there are a few options nearby. I was pleased with the service and the hotel

Ok but rate doubled at the weekend. £300 way too expensive for a tiny room in a middling neighborhood
Excellent hotel and location
The stylish restaurant was superb in every respect. The superbly trained concierge and service teams made the entire experience a pleasure, and the delicately seasoned Thai specialties like barbequed pork belly with wok-fried spinach were outstanding. In the morning, a traditional cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs, homemade sausage, buttered sourdough toast with the single-brewed coffee of your choice was just the right start for the day. And if you need any special attention, the talented team at the front desk makes it happen effortlessly - and always with a smile. Even their security gentleman at the front door made you feel welcomed. In summary, there is nothing I would change about my extended stay at the Hoxton...!
Great hotel. Comfortable room with nice views over the green. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Let down by one of the worst hotel breakfasts I can remember. I was expecting the same menu as the Hoxton Shoreditch, it’s one of the reasons I booked as the breakfast there is fantastic. But the menu here is odd. You can almost get a deconstructed cooked breakfast by ordering sides of sausage and hash brown. But no cooked breakfast. What in the name of double reverse hipster is this. The rest of the menu was so uninspiring. There was a table next to me also looking at the menu in dis belief and we exchanged a confused glance and made a face. I ordered avocado toast and it arrived COVERED in shredded spring onion. This is a garnish that I’m sure nobody has ever asked for. Completely ruined it. Served with the poached egg I paid extra for which had clearly been cooked the day before it was so dry. I had 2 bites of the avocado toast and left it. Nobody came over to enquire why my plate was on the edge of the table. On check out nobody asked how my stay was. Would happily stay here again but I wouldn’t eat
Really nice property with high quality materials. Rooms a little small for the price and windows are locked (fresh air is good!).
Trendy spot. Really buzzy bar and restaurant, “Chets”. Room was a little on the smaller side but was expected. Nice bathroom. Slept very well - no noise from roads etc. Air conditioning very good. Fabulous lighting in the room too - really warm and chic. Plenty of space downstairs in the lobby/bar/“apartment” to catch up on a few emails before catching taxi to the airport. Staff very attentive - and lovely - at reception. Were more than happy to keep me stocked with water, coffee bags etc. I stayed here off a recommendation and would happily recommend it to anyone else! And it was easy for me to get to London Olympia Event space which is why I was there.
Enjoyed our stay and service. Daily auto cleaning service breakfast would take it to next level
We stayed at The Hoxton, whilst we ventured to Shepherds Bush to see Teddy Swims at the Empire and we had a fabulous stay. Lovely rooms, pretty views of the park, helpful & friendly staff, great food (Definitely recommend Chets), easy access to the Empire and a few nearby pubs/bars, food take outs, etc. Thank you!
Staff were great and I was able to Checkin with no delays Close to venue and walkable to other locations in London
Hotel charged us two times and not been issused refund yet, hopefully tomorrow. Fingers crossed. Alarms going off in our room at random times, keeping us awake. Which was very annoying and unsettling when they told us it could be because of gas but didnt offer to move us. We did receive breakfast but didnt feel it was good enough.
Nice
Modern hotel built to an amazing standard. Room was very clean. Staff on welcome attentive and helpful. Quiet sleep and very comfy bed. Marked down slightly for the breakfast. Having paid £50 extra for my wife and I, we were disappointed to be told our options. We both wanted a full English, which equated to some egg and sourdough plus one other from a list, eg sausage or bacon etc … just the one mind you, everything else was £3 extra. One coffee or tea with no top up offered and no fruit juice etc .. this just stuck in the throat a little. I would add the staff were very helpful and the setting fab. In summary a great hotel with brill staff, it was the tiny extra bits that have been trimmed out, eg no biscuit in £280 room on arrival, that you remember.
A Great Stay!
A great hotel as it was our first time in London. We were happy with the location, bus routes, etc. The huge nearby mall was definitely a plus. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt safe and secure and would definitely recommend The Hoxton.
Loved my stay at the Hoxton. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean.
1 Night stay
Stylish and clean hotel, very comfortable bed and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent too.
Lovely interiors, really well thought out with super helpful staff and a really nice vibe. The room was a bit cosy but was well stocked with everything we needed and room service was there at the touch of a button. Really clean and comfortable beds, I’d definitely go back.
Always welcoming
Great team, comfy room
