The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very quiet and cleanliness. We will definitely go back next time.

Gorgeous property the rooms are excellent the beds are divine!

We were stopping in Montreal on our way further up to Canada to ski. We had a tall car with a tuhle that wouldn't fit in the garage. The front desk staff and supervisor were so accommodating and helpful to make sure we got it sorted. It was not easy because there are not a lot of large lots around there so I would not recommend bringing a car that exceeds the height limit of the garages, but they were awesome and got it sorted. Very beautiful hotel and right in the heart of the action.

Good place

Pool area clean and wonderful, Rooms clean and super unique. A boutique experience within a larger hotel. Only suggestions would be to watch the hot tub’s need for keeping the water looking as clean as when we first arrived vs 4 days later. The restaurant’s breakfast was great but the dinners could be improved

Such a beautiful hotel, the rooms were set up perfect, the decor is vintage and tasteful, the gym had everything you need to workout on the go, the hot tub and sauna were so relaxing, not one negative thing to say. So much to do within a 20 minute walk, or the Bixi bike rentals were right out front. I traveled here alone, but can see it being perfect for a romantic couples trip. As a solo traveler from the states, I felt safe the entire time. The underground parking was secured, the elevator and other areas are key access only, the staff was attentive and checked on me as I came and went, and the area is clean and the streets are busy with pedestrians. Not sure if I will be back to Montreal, but will stay here for sure if I do.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. My one complaint would be the darkness of the hallways. We could barely see our way to our room! The service was wonderful, every staff member we encountered was helpful and friendly. We had breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious. The location was fantastic with a subway station across the street, and within walking distance to St. Catherine’s and many iconic restaurants and stores.

It was such a wonderful trip, overall such a beautiful hotel and comfortable stay . Its location is super convenient aswell. The staff was very polite and welcoming Only improvement would be to have water refill stations as to not be wasteful with multiple bottles .

The drain in the room is not good. that you flush water in the sink or toilet. You have a very loud noise a few minutes later. The hotel is not so suitable for children. Room service and ordering food is very limited in time and unfortunately the service is not very good. We followed recommendations, but for us the experience was not that positive…. We will not come back.

Great staff, good location

Beautiful high end hotel in the heart of downtown Montreal. Perfect location, just a short walk to Old Montreal and steps away from Sainte-Catherine Street. The hotel is absolutely stunning as was our suite. However, our suite was located on the 8th floor with a view of the Muze lounge below on the 5th floor and, on our last night when we wanted to go to bed a little earlier, we realized how loud it was. The noise from the lounge (which has an outdoor patio) was so disruptive that we could not sleep until it closed. Finally, although the hotel appears high end luxury, the service that should go along with that is in need of improvement. However, all in all, we received extremely good value for what we paid and were overall satisfied and will stay here again.

A small gem in the heart of montreal

Honeyrose Montreal is an amazing hotel. Although it is owned by the Marriot Group, it is considered a boutique, upscale hotel. You immediately feel the difference once you enter the main lobby with the friendly and warm service and how staff make you feel welcome and special. When entering the room the first thing you would notice is how clean and chique the furniture and amenities. The thought of every small details to make a guest feel comfortable. The location is perfect to wonder in downtown Montreal to the major shopping malls (Eatons Centre, the Bay, etc.). I am impressed and will definitely make Honeyrose my first choice every time I visit Montreal.

Loved staying here. Super convenient in terms of getting around and has loads of places to eat in the area. The Metro is a few steps away from the hotel and there’s a convenience store and a mall very closeby (within walking distance). The staff was super helpful and friendly, always available when needed and let us borrow some umbrellas while it was raining out. Overall, I’d definitely stay at the Honeyrose again.

Beautiful hotel, unique design which is a refreshing change from the standard hotel chains. The showers are amazing in style and function. Our only negative was that for duch a luxurious feel, we couldnt get morning room service. Even the option to order a carafe of coffee would have been amazing. However, there was a Nespresso in the room for those who dont mind coffee without milk. The pool, fitness centre and overall feel of the hotel made it an exceptional place to stay. A very unique experience, highly recommend.

Perfect luxury hotel!

We loved everything about it. Centrally located, perfect for couples as we enjoyed the Spa, swimming and gym finishing with dinner on the Terrace.

Rooms are beautiful

Overall a very pleasant stay, great concierge staff. Large room, options were offered and location was great. Decor is pleasant and pricing was competitive. Mini bar and room service is not adequately dimensioned. The restaurant was bright, open and offered a nice take on french brasserie menu. Unfortunately the food and service were quite unexpectedly under par. The canard confit was really a miss and the tartare lacking seasoning. It was quite disappointing. The waiter was unhappy of our tardy arrival and couldn’t have cared less. No manager on site to greet. That’s an area we’re there is definitely room for improvement.

I have no bad feedback to give about the hotel. From the loveliness of the staff to the overall look of the hotel, it was definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I would definitely go back!!

Excellent value

I honestly cannot think of a negative thing to say about this property! I love a bougie hotel and this fit the bill! Impressive lobby, exceptional service and the rooms are stunning. We visited for my daughters 19th birthday so i emailed prior to arrival to let them know and i ordered a charcutery tray to be in the room. They also decorated withe balloons and gave us the end unit double queen room which was extra spacious. Total wow factor! Five minutes after arriving to her room, there was a knock on the door with staff delivering a plate of macrons and a handwritten birthday note for my daughter.

Very convenient to Jazz Fest venues. Clean, nice room with an excellent shower. The only sub-par experience was a strange 'house cleaning' knock at 7:30am. We requested later service and they came back (after we were out and about all day, from 10a until 4p) around 5 as we were getting ready to go out for dinner. Not a huge thing and it was only one of the days, but worth mentioning.

Excellent facilities and staff. Food is not good.

Hotel is fairly new and definitely safe with needing to use a key card for everything. For a fee they have an enclosed parking garage as well. Hotel was clean, spacious and staff were friendly as well. Two blocks away is shopping, restaurants and stages for free performances at night on the weekend.

Great Business Stay

The hotel is excellent, everything feels very new and well-kept. The decor is modern and well-themed throughout. I experienced the restaurant and bar; the service and food were good. The location is within walking to St Catherines and other areas, very pedestrian friendly. It has a well-equipped gym, with a great sauna and pool.

Super convenient location and very nice facility. The metro stop is literally around the corner as well as another exit across the street. Highly recommend!

Great Hotel, weird bathrooms

The hotel is beautiful, but it has one of the weirdest bathroom setups I've ever witnessed in a hotel. The toilet is not in a stall, and there is no door for the bathroom, just a large curtain that you can pull to cover the bathroom and shower enclosure, the toilet is located just next to the shower enclosure. If you are travelling alone, no problem at all, with a significant other, its awkward at best

Nice Art Deco design hotel

This hotel was completed mid 2023 so very new! Really enjoyed the art deco inspired interior design which was top notch. We really enjoyed the roof top restaurant although the menu is somewhat limited. The pool and gym was lovely with city views. Pool is on the smaller side though at about 15M long. The rooms and bathrooms are very nicely designed but no tub and no view. Service was great however! Kudos to Rostom for his friendly service. Location is close to Beaux Arts and St. Catherine St just a block away. I would recommend this hotel! 👍

For a new hotel, cleanliness not up to par, several hairs in bathroom and a trash can not emptied....very noisy at night and bed and pillows overly firm...service levels mediocre at best for a hotel of this stature...

Wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. We are at both restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed the food and ambiance. We will definitely stay here again when next in Montreal.
