It was clean and comfortable. Exactly what I needed. The rooms are small but the location next to the underground station with parking as well was perfect.
Always A Pleasure
The Hide London is always welcoming, wonderful relaxed atmosphere, great breakfast setting. Superb parking. Good coffee!
The lady who checked us in was very nice. We arrived exhausted after coming from another country only to find out there was no elevator, and we had to drag four suitcases up two flights of stairs. The room smelled like urine, there was mold, hair, dirty towels, dust everywhere, the AC didn’t work and we were hot at night and my wife was miserable, really grossed out and couldn’t sleep. We will never stay there again and won’t recommend this to anyone.
Excellent
An amazing stay, we popped to London for a couple of days and booked TheHideLondon. It was a perfect location, plenty of parking and literally 3minutes from the tube. The staff were exceptional, and the room was great, very clean and tidy.
Will definitely stay again
Very impressed. Modern, clean and comfortable. Used as base for a few days working in london and hotel close to Hendon Station.
The hide hotel - excellent on all counts.
Excellent service from Ilknur, Nehe and team. Could not have been more accommodating and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. From check in to check out very professional throughout. Room was warm, clean and quiet with a good selection of toiletries, teas, coffees, biscuits etc. Breakfast was also very good and reasonably priced. Have used this hotel several times and appreciate the benefit of the car park, with the tube 5 mins walk away it is a big bonus and so easy to get around. Will definitely return.
Amazing. We will be coming again
Nice little find, we will book again.
Very clean, the executive doube we booked, we had room 7 which had comfortable a king sized bed a large bathroom with great walk in shower, wide rain style head and hand held shower too. 2 minute walk to Hendon Central underground, so 20 minutes into the city. OUr only issue was that we have a big car and the tunnel to the rear car park literally was a few inch eother side squeeze, so pre book a front space if you can.
Good value and excellent service and tasty contine
Comfortable hotel in Hendon in North London. We spent one night there in terrible weather [Storm Bert] in November 2024. Despite the weather our room was warm and cozy. Modern bathroom. Excellent continental style breakfast. Truly excellent staff on reception and in breakfast room. On site car parking and very short walk to London Underground station is great. We will be back
Staff are very welcoming. Lovely toiletries in bedroom. Walk in shower.
Lovely hotel, staff were friendly and breakfast was simple but great. Exactly what you need whilst staying in a hotel.
The Ride London
The good. Near train station and free parking. Bad. Cleanliness is bad. Pillow smells. Aircon not functioning. WiFi is bad. Ground floor unable to open window as in front of walkway and dustbin. Room smell of cigarette. Bed is too soft. Amenity are good. Using branded. But the rest of items are not suitable for couple or family. This is only suitable for men for a day of no fuss stay. Else. Don’t come.
Fabulous find!
We only stayed one night but felt very at home, the welcome was friendly, the staff very helpful, the bed was comfy, car parking was easy, room service was prompt and breakfast was delicious!
Amazing staff
Fantastic staff at a great hotel, thoroughly recommend.
It was lovely place to stay. Room drowned out most of the noise from the busy road only bothered by reved up cars which was far and few between. Both my son and have coeliac disease so required gluten-free alternatives for breakfast. Unfortunately they didn't get any cereal in but that was no big deal as I had in the car and they nicely had bought cookies and chocolate snack pots. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Even came out to meet us upon arrival and advice on parking.
Really handy for Wembley stadium and easy to get to off the motorway. All staff really polite and friendly, breakfast was yummy too. Clean and tidy, toiletries were a nice touch too.
Very friendly staff, room was very nice. Great location for a London visit, you can park for free, catch the tube from Hendon station just a couple of minutes away.
Our stay was fantastic. The staff were friendly and London was easily accessible
Lovely little hotel in easy reach of the Wembley arena (we took the bus). Very nicely decorated, staff were friendly.
Staff lovely, room comfortable and with everything you need, free parking a bonus. We will use again when we go to Wembley next. We used Uber for cabs which was easy too.
Free parking with convenient location near Wembley Stadium.
Great hotel 5 minutes from Hendon tube station. Nice, clean well maintained hotel and rooms. Definitely recommended 👍
Very friendly and helpful staff and a lovely room. I was sad not to have time for breakfast because it smelled lovely!
Great hotel. Comfortable. Clean. Good location
The Hide was absolutely amazing. Awesome staff. Great breakfast. The only drawback is no elevator.
The staff was really friend and helpful, made me feel welcome as soon as arrived.
Great first time stay at this hotel with very friendly staff, particularly ILKNUR who was so friendly and made every effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Good continental breakfast and the rooms were clean with a proper walk in shower. Would definitely stay again.
The front desk staff, Ilknur and Joanna, were wonderful. They helped me with directions, luggage, and lots of other things. I can’t compliment or recommend them enough. Although right on a main road, my room faced the back and was extremely quiet. Included breakfast was very good- croissants, cereals, eggs, yogurt, fruit, etc. Location was good for my purposes, to be near a family event. Hotel is very close to Tube stop (Hendon Central), but be aware the surrounding shops are geared to the neighborhood, it is NOT central London. Room was very clean. Not huge but had a kettle amd small fridge. No complaints at all, it was very comfortable for the 3 nights I stayed.
A great base to explore with a car park!
The Hide is a great place as a base for business in London, the hotel is well appointed and has great amenities. The thing that TRULY sets it a part is it's amazing staff who go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I must mention Alessandro in this regard, who was always ready with a smile to help with any situation I came across during my stay.
Second time staying there, lovely and friendly staff, they offer us free breakfast too, a stone away from the underground, an a bus away from Wembley Stadium. Just couldn’t recommend them enough, thank you
Nice stay
Amazing staff that are very friendly
We just had the most wonderful five night stay at The Hide London. The best part was the incredible service from Ilknur and Allesandro who anticipated our every need. They are both charming, attentive, friendly and thoughtful. We highly recommend staying here if you don't need to stay in Central London. The Hendon Central tube station is only half a block away though and you can get to the city center in about 20 minutes. Nicely appointed rooms with wonderful amenities including slippers which were a delightful surprise. The breakfast has a lot of variety- something for everyone. Some parking is available and best to book that in advance.
Good hotel, minutes from the tube, free parking.
Staff were super polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little sparse on the choices having said that I got plenty to eat and was pleasantly surprised that it was value for money.
Staff are super friendly!
Surprised how quiet rooms were as on busy dusk carriageway. Free parking but limited Lovely friendly staff Alessandro reception just beautiful soul
Excellent customer service
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Although we live at 2nd floor, the staff is willing to take out luggage downstairs. . The hotel is very close to the tube station.
Excellent Customer Service
The staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer services. When we check in, we are allocated two rooms at 1st floor. When we tell the staff, ILKNUR, that two of our relatives are senior, she immediately replaced the room for us and help us to take the luggage’s to the room. When we check out, it is a rainy day. ALESSANDRO helps us to take the luggages to our car.
Fantastic staff
We always stay at The Hide whenever we visit London and as always had a great stay. Staff are all excellent, friendly and professional, especially Ilknur, Alessandro and Amarjeet on reception and Sukh who did a great job of keeping the room clean for us. Free parking, tube and bus stops all walking distance, maximum 5 minutes and a clean, quiet hotel, perfect.
Room was very nice but a little small for 2 people on a 10 day stay. Otherwise it was just what we wanted.
Wonderful stay. An incredibly comfortable and well furnished hotel with easy parking and very friendly staff. A perfect stay
Fantastic hotel in great location
The hotel is superb. Friendly and attentive staff, clean rooms, quiet and easily accessible from the tube. Would highly recommend.
Clean comfortable
I have stayed here a few times and always very pleased.
An enjoyable stay
Booked The Hide for two night stay, just for a bit of a city break, few minutes walk from tube station with easy access to buses into the heart of London. Check in went smoothly - we were slightly surprised to be asked for a passport for identification, which we hadn’t brought, but they accepted a scanned copy sent via email. Hotel is small but nicely decorated with lots of thoughtful modern touches, our room was at the back so we were in a quiet spot which was lovely and peaceful, when getting ready for bedtime found there was an issue with our bed and the staff quickly remedied this and offered us free breakfast in the morning, the staff were really friendly and attentive especially Ilknur and Alessandro who looked after us at breakfast, nothing was too much to ask, which made our stay an enjoyable one.
Lovely staff and great food! Highly recommend.
Nice clean and friendly
Great staff!!
Hide stay
The Hide always has wonderful service with attention to detail. Bed is comfortable and squeaky clean. The only suggestion is a softer pillow for us with neck issues.
Good option
The Hide is a superb small hotel with a lovely group of staff who on all my visits (for business travel) have been absolutely lovely. They are polite, helpful and go out of their way to make me feel well looked after. I also travel alone a lot and this hotel is one where as a woman on her own I feel secure both in my room and in and about the hotel which is why whenever I am in this area of London this will be my first choice of place to stay. On my most recent visit the lovely lady who looked after me (Ilknur) was just terrific and the hotel should be proud of the way she looked after their guests.
Great stay in a stylish room with convenient parki
We had a great 2 night stay. The staff were very friendly, the room was stylish and well equipped with a decent hairdryer, plenty of sockets/USB charging points and even a small fridge which came in handy. We stayed in a room facing the rear carpark which was very quiet, and there was plenty of spaces available. We had breakfast on one morning at the hotel. There was plenty of cereals, yoghurts , toast and pastries and the staff were happy to provide fresh hot drinks. On the second morning we had a great breakfast at Cafe Genic opposite the station. There is a Nisa local next to the station if you need to pick up any essentials for your visit, Hendon Central which is on the Northern Line is a 5 minute walk from the hotel, it takes 20 mins to get to Camden where we visited the Curzon cinema on one evening and 30 mins too get to Leicester square for our planned theatre trip. We took the opportunity to explore some highlights in the area, Hampstead Heath, Kenwood house and the RAF Museum in Hendon which are all close by. Brent Cross is 5 minutes away in the car
Fantastic find.
The team were so very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The heating in the room (24) was stuck on high but this was sorted out straight away. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the underground station where you are straight on the northern line so great for getting into London. In the room there is a hairdryer, safe, toiletries and kettle. Plenty of drinks including water and hot chocolate. Overall I would highly recommended this hotel.
The room was very comfortable, I’d definitely stay again.
We really enjoyed our stay; the hotel was close to a tube station which made it convenient getting around London. All the staff were lovely and went above and beyond for us, the hotel was lovely clean and equipped. Thank you, we will be recommending this hotel and definitely stay in the future :)
Excellent staff experience, good signposting advice and nothing was too much trouble. Location of The Hide is great for transportation to the capital and surrounding attractions.
We loved our stay at the Hide. Such a wonderful and friendly place. The hotel is well designed and has all the amenities you need. The staff is brilliant and creates a home from home atmosphere. Special thanks to Ilknur, who was just brilliant during the brekfast service.
Would highly recommend the Hide London. Train station 2mins walking distance. Staff very friendly. Room very modern tea and coffee in room. Toiletries supplied Could not fault in any way. Definitely book again
This hotel was excellent. The rooms were perfect. Ilknue along with the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also great with lots of selection. We stayed here 3 nights and highly recommended it.
Very good for London's stardands
This was my second time staying in this hotel. For London standards, it's pretty good! Very close to the subway, comfortable rooms and relatively modern bathrooms.
Good property handy to tube. Hosts were terrific, close to Brent Cross shopping centre.
A great place , good value , 2 minutes from the underground and free parking, I will definitely be back
The Hide lives up to all the other positive reviews. The staff was excellent. The breakfast, more than I expected. From the driver who picked us up, to the Libby front staff and the dining area. Excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. A bit out of the city, but the tube is just up the street to get you where you need to go. We used it everyday. Thank you Hide Hotel
Great Experience at The Hide London
My wife and I had an excellent experience at The Hide London. From the moment we arrived at the hotel till the time we departed, we experienced excellent service all round. Every single staff was very polite, friendly and warm. The hotel was well maintained and clean. Our room was very nice, comfortable and very clean. And the hotel is conveniently located close to Hendon Central Station and also close to Brent Cross Shopping Center. Really good location. We will be back there for sure.
Reception very friendly
Excellent stay
4th time this year we have stayed at The Hide and as always, exceptional service from Alessandro and Ilknur. Great location for tube straight in to central London, or direct bus to Lords. Hotel is spotless and also has car parking. The only hotel we use when staying in London
Welcoming and Comfortable
The Hide is a most charming and welcoming hotel. We stayed in this area to be close to family and found everything we needed -- even a large shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk away. The front desk staff is among the friendliest and most engaging that we experienced on our 3 country vacation. No question was too trivial and they went out of their way to be helpful. The room itself was spacious and well appointed. Despite being on the first floor, right on a busy street, the room was suprisingly quiet. Highly recommend this property.
Hide hotel
Beautiful, small hotel, rooms are clean well-maintained. I loved all the extras in the room toothbrush Etc. Breakfast is really good and well worth it. Customer service is great.
Impressed
Great staff - always ready with a smile and a friendly greeting
Great small hotel, exactly what you need to get good night sleep.
Excellent Hotel
Amazing hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, well maintained with good amenities - fridge, hairdryer, water, tea/coffee, safe. Excellent toiletries plus slippers, toothbrushes, razor etc. Continental breakfast (extra charge) was really good quality and variety. Highly recommend The Hide and will definitely return
Good hotel close to Tube in the suburbs, good transport routes, not far from Central London
Great location being so close to the tube station. 4 mins walk maybe? We were in town for a gig at Chalk farm so very convenient. Room nice and comfortable. Check in a little slow as only one staff member trying to serve drinks, snacks and check guests in, not his fault and really lovely guy once he got to us and checked us in. Not sure if the norm only one. Complimentary water in the fridge a nice touch. Would consider staying again if back in the area.
I picked The Hide London as it was conveniently close to both Hendon underground station and the University where I was attending business meetings. I will go back there again because it was very comfortable, spotlessly clean and the staff on duty (Joanna, Ilknur and Alessandro) were exceptional! I didn't see anything but smiles, they paid immediate attention to anything asked and they were friendly and chatty without being obtrusive. Do not let the unassuming exterior put you off it is a great little hotel and I'll definitely be booking there again.
The Hide, London - visit to Middlesex University
The hotel was in a great location for where we were visiting and also easy for central London. It was on a main road but the noise was unnoticed. The hotel was clean and the facilities were good, the staff were friendly and polite. Everything you need for a short break
Great hotel.
Great hotel. Amazing staff who couldn’t do enough.
Great hotel, perfect location for access to tube on the Northern Line. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel would benefit from more outside areas, especially for the warmer days.
Lovely hotel. Staff amazingly helpful. This is a boutique hotel which is beautifully fitted out and rooms are great with really comfy beds. Close to Hendon Central tube.Would definitely stay again.
This is a diamond in the rough. London is expensive but for a little extra tube ride you get a fantastic hotel with super service.
Fantastic hotel, superb staff
This is a fantastic hotel, with excellent staff. A big thank you to Ilknur, Joanna and Vurgun, always cheerful, helpful and professional, a real credit to the hotel. A lovely hotel with superb staff. Thank you for looking after us and see you all soon. Neil and Donna
The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was very accommodating, and it was a 5 minute walk to the subway.
Perfect location, less than 10 mins walk from tube station. Comfortable, clean and staff were really friendly.
Good location, great price
Great hotel for London standards, reasonable price and 30min away from the city centre by tube.
Bit disappointed
It was a bit disappointing- the last time we stayed we were given a better room & allowed to leave the car parked when we checked out with no charge. This time the room was very small & to leave the car for the afternoon was going to be £15.
A “Hyde”n gem
Ilknur the lovely lady making cappuccino at breakfast and looking after the guests us a credit to the The Hyde. Stayed here twice and would definitely stay again.
From the greeting at reception to our leaving our stay was perfect. The hotel is on Hendon Way but the room was quiet and comfortable. The shower was a walk in with plenty of room and lots of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
North London secret.
Great boutique hotel in N London in close proximity to Hendon Central tube station. Amazingly quiet rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The service was ok but the AC didn't work at night
Great hotel in a good location.
Great hotel. No lifts though so maybe not suitable if you have difficulty climbing stairs. Room was clean and modern if a little on the small side. TV was quite small, used to bigger TV's these days. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very near to Hendon Central Tube station so access to London is very good.
Great hotel in a good location
Lovely hotel although no lift so probably not suitable for people with mobility issues. Room was modern and clean. Although bathroom was a little small it was adequate. TV was quite small though, used to larger screens these days in hotels. Parking was good and never had problems finding a space. Restaurant does continental breakfast only but there are plenty of restaurants a short walk away. The only minor criticism was that the tea/coffee wasn't replenished during my 3 night stay. Wasn't really that much of a problem as I was out most of the time but had to rely on drinking coffee as there were no normal tea bags. Staff were pleasent and helpful.
The staff was very wonderful, Allesandro in particular was very helpful with my reservation and was knowledgeable of the area. The room was very clean and comfortable especially the bed! Would definitely stay again if in London in the future.
Clean bathroom, nice ambience.
Friendly and helpful staff, onsite parking, clean and comfy rooms, nice breakfast
Room 2 horrible fan noise all night , wet floor
Do not stay in room No 2 - I had to complain early hours - hotel did not move me to another room, this room is next to kitchen and there is a loud noise like a fan screeching all night. Terrible. The floor next to the bed was also soaking wet, soaked my socks, generally was not so clean when you start to look in detail. Stay clear of this hotel.
Average
Recently returned from a stay at the Hide. Location is good, with easy access to the underground. Welcome was friendly, however waited 45 minutes for an extra pillow on the second night to go back to reception and them not knowing where the pillows were. Bed was uncomfy and room uncomfortably warm, unable to get air conditioning to work. We were under the impression there would be a mini bar in the room, this consisted of 2 bottles of water that were not filled up the entire stay.
Too much noise and pillows were not great. Poor breakfast
Great stay, really close to tube so super convenient
Friendly team
Lovely handy hotel, no evening meal but plenty of local restaurants so not a problem, it’s a shame because of the quality and friendliness of the staff it would of been nice to stay.
Came and stayed with my daughter as going to stranger things experience and had the best time , the hotel was walking distance or short trip in taxi and close to tube , the staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, esp meldy she was the sweetest person and made our stay even more enjoyable , highly recommended and would stay again 😊
Clean, quiet and great service . Highly recommend
