Great location to the places we want to go to. Excellent staff especially during check in. Great lounge, too. I enjoyed the live music. The bathroom door wasn’t closing due to broken hinge but it was fixed quickly. A little noisy at night with all the cars passing in the street infront of the hotel. Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel.

We didn't stay here, we tried to rebook or cancel because of our flight change but they didn't let us. Instead We stayed at Sheraton they give us options. So, we wasted our $250.00 dollars, in heritage hotel. No empathy with their customers. Thank you!

The checkin was fairly easy and fast. There was high speed internet and the room was big for $70 with a king size bed. However, the hotel could use some upgrading as it looks dated. Overall, I will stay at this hotel again.

My expectation was different. I was there in 2019 and my room was excellent and looked so elegant. I got a double room this time that seemed old and a carpet that badly needs changing. Staff were nice, feiendly, and professional but rooms need updating. You can do better. I can't tell if ill come back next time...sorry.

When I book hotels in Manila, I always check if this hotel has rooms available. This is our first to go hotel in Manila. Very welcoming lobby with comfortable chairs. Rooms are clean and spacious👌

Suites are a little outdated but clean. Hotel is situated around busy streets. Not much around for shops and restaurants but they offer free shuttle service to Mall of Asia. Easy access to Grab service so you can go wherever or order whatever you want. Very limited TV options for entertainment though. There was no Netflix or Prime access. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Our check in wasn’t until 2pm but they let us in as soon as the room was ready. It’s about 20 minutes away from the airport’s terminal 1, so quite convenient if you’re just in Manila for a night waiting to fly out the following day. Pool looked nice but unfortunately did not get to use it as we got back to the hotel quite late from the shops. It was closed by 8pm. My son was quite disappointed about that, but c’est la vie! I hope they consider late closures as there isn’t much to do around the property especially for children.

Property is not what I expected for. Not updated like no netflix, no roof top to enjoy the fireworks, I forgot to check for New Year event, parking is hard and no microwave. I just didnt like the inconvenience I've experienced but I did enjoy the service. Every staff are accommodating and helpful. That's all. Thank you.

The staff were amazing, food was way better than I expected, but the price of the executive suite was about twice what it should have been. The tub wouldn't drain, the windows wouldn't seal, so road noise was AWFUL, no bidet as advertised, aircon was either always on or off, there was a strange smell, the entry smelled (strong) of vomit. But I need to push again, the staff were amazing and the food was great. Get the less expensive rooms and you probably won't be let down.

Nice hotel, but they are renovating rooms and painting the outside facade. They did not advise the booking site we used about the ongoing renovations. We were woken up at 8 in the morning by work being done in the room above us. They offered to move us, but we were in 2 adjoining rooms and had a lot of luggage, so moving was not an option. They did acknowledge that we should not have been given the room since the room above was being worked on. They also said that the workers were not supposed to start working until 10 AM. We requested compensation for one night for one of the rooms, but they were unable to do it until they sent it to upper management for approval. In the meantime, we had to fly back to the US with no resolution. We are waiting to hear back from them. Update: I never heard back from them. I even called the hotel again from the US (13 hour difference) and left messages. I asked to speak to any management. At this point, I give them 1 Star.

Bad: The area outside of the hotel is very busy/crowded & feels a bit unsafe as it gets dark. Our room desperately needed updating, a few repairs (though everything functioned properly) & a deep cleaning. The bathtub, shower faucet/head & towel rack, all need to be replaced/restored & deep cleaned. The hallway constantly smelled of nail polish fumes & sometimes it permeated into our room. Good: The location is convenient to walk to shops, groceries & close to the airport. The free shuttle service to/from the MOA was very helpful. Security was great & I always felt safe within the hotel. The excellent hotel staff, including the front desk & cleaning staff, were professional, friendly, courteous & efficient. Overall: great/best value for a safe & comfy stay in Manila.

Staffs are excellent and the service is very good, shuttle bus to the mall is the best, but the property itself needs complete renovation, bathroom is so terrible, rooms with bad odour, water leak from the bathroom etc. the manager on duty is not friendly, only greets the persons he knows etc.

For a hotel in downtown Manila, this was better than average (I have stayed in more uncomfortable areas of town). The security system and doormen are amazing and so on top of things. All of the staff was truly superb. I appreciated a very nice restaurant in the hotel, which was serving a buffet the night I stayed. The chef and his assistant were so helpful (I have dietary restrictions, and they did so much to be accommodating). It is an older hotel, and it a bit rundown, but basically clean. Also reasonably priced. Close proximity to the airport, which was the main reason for me to stay here. The major negative for me was some sort of chemical being infused into the air of the hallway where my room was. It was very strong-smelling and gave me a migraine headache. That made for a very difficult travel day for me. So I won't stay here in the future because of that.

The front lobby was very nice but when we are assigned to our room, 603, the bathroom was a very outdated. The shower head was falling and it won't be in its place, had to put a tape around it to be in place but had to adjust head and body as the shower head is so hard to adjust even with the tape on it. The air conditioner was not working properly- no cold air coming instead was just a fan.

Very disappointed for my first check in i know the hotel is vintage but need to more upgrade like bathroom the closet the door everything is not inviting place to stay.

Overall stay is good. Property is clean but washroom needs updating. Buffet breakfast is great and staff were awesome and helpful. You need cab to get around the area. Wasnt able to enjoy the pool. The down part was the early check in charge that was 3k but its understandable, thought most hotel weve stayed offer to either store our luggage first so that we can go around and stroll. Or offer a different room, the ending was we booked a king sized bed but got 2 twin beds instead and wasnt offered to moved back to a king size room when its available. Do we want to come back next trip? No. Theres a lot of newer hotels around. Though we sincerely love and appreciate the welcoming staff on the dining area. They were very nice and of course everyone was nice.

Staffs are very helpful and the location is near to Mall of Asia. They also have a free shuttle to Mall of Asia which is a convenient service to all the clients of this hotel.

Staff were all very friendly... But were not attentive - took forever to order food or drinks, or get refills, or get check at the restaurants. Housekeeping: each day I received fewer and fewer towels.. until they left me with none.. I had to get towels from another housekeeper servicing room across hall. Pre-paid breakfast.. breakfast was alright.. but for some reason,.after 4th night, no longer had breakfast as being pre-paid.

This is a nice hotel but the resturant is way over priced and the food is not that good. That disappointed me. If they can improve the resturant I would stay here regularly

Walking distance to Moa. I didn’t like the noise. I can hear phone ring on the next door, footsteps on the hallway & even people talking. Rooms smell chemical or strong paint

Stayed 2 nights the hotel is old but beautiful and clean and the staff are helpful, super friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast is excellent and I had the pool all to myself for an evening swim.
