Perfect location in Covent Garden very convenient for shopping and shows. I had a beautiful room though slightly smaller than expected for a luxury room, the rooms booked on my previous stay were considerably more spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, definitely a great place to stay.

The Henrietta Experimental is just the nicest hotel in every way. The location in Covent Garden is central to all transportation, theaters, shopping, sightseeing, and dining. We were there in late February and the street was blissfully quiet. The beds, linens, towels, slippers and bathrobe were all deluxe. The bathroom was a delight! We loved the sophisticated English decor with Art Deco touches. The staff was also incredibly helpful. Lovely, lovely experience!

We had a wonderful week long stay at Henrietta. The room was beautiful, clearly each detail was considered. Housekeeping was top notch, as was the service we received. They adjusted to our needs, noticing we tended to drink extra coffee and leaving us extra pods, etc. While we did not eat at the in house restaurant, Henri, we did stop for a cocktail more than once, and Amy at the bar was wonderful- giving recommendations for places to visit while in London, and making some excellent cocktails. The Covent Garden area is a perfect home base to explore London, very near many things we wanted to see, and the hotel is a short walk to bus stops and Charing Cross station. We honestly could not ask for a better experience, and we absolutely would plan to stay here again the next time we find ourselves in London.

Lovely location right around the corner from Covent Garden. The area was nice and quiet mid-week. The room was cozy and clean; great shower. One bathroom fixture needed attending to, but otherwise this was a pleasant, pretty, comfortable property in an unbeatable locale.

Great boutique hotel

Loved it. Great experience all around. Loved the slippers, robe, king bed, two sink bathroom, decor, small hotel feel, beautiful and welcoming nearby St Paul’s Church which we attended and highly recommend. The only warning is that you can hear bells ring each hour through the night.

Wonderful little hotel in the heart of London

This little hotel is wonderful. The staff is the jewel in this crown!! From the costumer facing staff (particularly Daniela and Sebastiano) was excellent and helpful. We needed to switch rooms because the original one faced the street and was a bit too loud for us. They took care of everything and moved our stuff while we were out enjoying our day. The second room was in the building across the street with windows facing the church courtyard and it was perfect. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Housekeeping was very attentive and came every day. Really enjoyed our stay.

Love the Henrietta!

Everytime we are in London, we stay at the Henrietta. It is such an amazing boutique hotel and the service, location and cost could not be better. It’s in a great area and very close walk (5 minutes) to the Piccadilly line on the tube that takes you directly to LHR. Book it if you have the opportunity!

Great location on southern side of Covent Garden (which was a bit loud if you wanted to nap in the afternoon, but wonderfully quiet overnight). Short walk to West End theatres or bus stop. Delightfully friendly and helpful staff, beginning with Clémentine on our arrival.

Great hotel right in the heart of Covent Garden. We got upgraded to a larger room, and we were really impressed with the space. Everything in the room was high quality and clearly thoughtfully chosen. Would stay here over and over again!

Second time at the Henrietta, just love the hotel and the location to Covent Garden, SOHO, and the west end theaters!

Phenomenal Front Desk Service

Clementine & Daniela provided absolutely top tier service — on an extremely busy Christmas Eve, no less. The kind of staff that the very best hotels in London would be envious of. Highly recommend.

love this hotel have stayed here multiple time but didn’t like my room as much as previous stays. thought i booked a room with a window seat but was in a much smaller room. staff is very accommodating & friendly

The hotel is on a lovely cobblestone street right behind Covent Garden-lovely area full of nice restaurants and stores. Be aware that there are no vehicles allowed on that street so you have to walk about 100 ft to get to hotel. The hotel is in a very narrow townhouse with what seems to be a nice restaurant on the ground floor. For whatever reason, the front door is left open so if it’s cold there’s a draft that runs all the way up the stairs to the hotel area.the rooms are small and at least my room had windows that were not fully sealed so there was a draft in the room. Also closest tubes are a 7-8 min walk from hotel.

A boutique hotel in a perfect location and a very friendly and accommodating staff. The bar and restaurant downstairs are intimate.

Our second time at The Herrietta Hotel. We love the location and the convenience to all the theatres in the Westend and all the shops. Perfect for us.

We booked this hotel because it is close to the opera at Covent Garden, so convenience was the key consideration. The room was relatively small but clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The attention to detail here was incredible. So many small touches that made tue experience exemplary! Great staff and a double headed shower that was amazing! Bedding was also super high quality and very comfortable. In the heart of Covent Garden. Look for Henri sign for entrance. The doorway is otherwise hard to find.

Perfect location

The Henrietta was perfect. The location had restaurants shops easy access to the tube and comfortable room. The shower was the best and towels were luxurious. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The staff was so friendly. We will definitely be back.

This place is amazing. So beautiful and such outstanding service. Julie and other front desk staff. The barkeep, Tara in the dining room. Everyone was fantastic. Nicely done. And the area, no limit to restaurant options and shopping. All within a short walk, including several stage theaters.

We just love this hotel. For us it is a special place and ticks all the boxes for a boutique London hotel.

The Henrietta experimental was a slice of home away from home. For my first visit to London, I found the perfect nook that was close to seven dials, Trafalgar Square, soho, The Westend and the Covent garden subway station and hop-on hop-off bus stop. I will absolutely be here to stay again- it was a beautiful experience from the lemon butter bickies left in a crystal jar by my bedside each night, to the beautifully thoughtful room cleans every morning. Rooms are spacious, big enough for two people plus luggage and then some. A slight upgrade in room gets you a view of the street down below and double glazed windows keeps out the sounds at night. Amazing property. Perfect location, can walk to anything including public transport. Good sized rooms with lovely decor. Comfiest bed I have ever stayed in. 10/10

Fabulous London location

Excellent facility very clean. We stayed at the new annex and the room was wonderful. The attention to details was outstanding very clean and they thought of everything. The house staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful.

Great place to stay for a few days for work

We stayed here for the night before our wedding and the wedding night. The room was lovely and the staff were excellent. They allowed us to check in early and had and the room look really special for our weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend break

Brilliant location in London. Very central but also very quiet. Little touches such as homemade biscuits given every evening were lovely. We ate in the hotel restaurant which was also very good & exceeded our expectations! If I was to visit London again I would not hesitate in booking the Henrietta experimental.

I had a 4 night stay at The Henrietta Hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on recently. The check in staff were very nice and accommodating. This hotel is situated in active Covent Garden, with a lot of action and people.

Hotel staff gave us a complimentary upgrade. The room was extremely nice, neat, and clean. Building is very safe with coded entry. This is located in the heart of Covent Garden so lots of walkable options nearby. We were very comfortable during our stay here!

Very central Lovely friendly staff. They made everything go very smoothly. Loved that they arranged transport to the airport, the driver was professional and friendly. A wonderful little hotel in the centre of London.

Lovely boutique hotel. Signs for the two buildings are subtle, so make certain to look for the "Henri" sign for the restaurant. That's the door where the "front desk" is to check in. We loved our stay.

Beautiful hotel!

The Henrietta Hotel great boutique hotel. Nice rooms, great location nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch. The hotel is on one of the pedestrian only streets - so you’ll need to deal with you bag for a block or so.

We had a lovely stay at The Henrietta! Although it’s in Covent Garden, it’s relatively quiet. The location is perfect - easy access to multiple tube lines, shopping, dining, and theatres. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. It truly felt like a home away from home! We will be staying there the next time we are in London.

The BEST stay!

We had the best time at the hotel. Clementine, Shania and Lucky were awesome! We also enjoyed our bartender who made the perfect perfect Manhattan. I don’t remember her name. It’s a great Covent Garden location and we highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at The Henrietta Hotel. Unfortunately, the hot water was not working for a large portion of our stay, so we weren’t able to take full advantage of the huge bathroom area. Many extras were offered. Free drinks in the downstairs bar. Lovely biscuits. The area feels safe, very close to theatres and a wide range of dining choices.

Our stay was amazing. Area around the hotel is super walkable and has many dining options, so very convenient. Access to the tube is very close so it lets you move around the city very easily. Hotel staff were always helpful and friendly.

This location is very busy and noisy. We had a lovely room that overlooked the church courtyard nearby. The place was lovely but had a few quirks. First of all, they put a limit on how hot the water can get in the shower so we didn’t have hot water for 2 out of six days. The light switches did not work properly. There was no iron in the room. Finally, the heater/air conditioner was terrible. You could have in air or heat and setting the temperature meant nothing. A bit stuffy and either too warm or too cold. We would stay here again as it was a great central location in the city and we loved our room

The hotel was in a great location but we had an issue with the bed being too small and our feet were hanging out the end - I’m 5’10. Otherwise a great hotel and if in the area we would probably stay again.

The rooms were well appointed, clean and surprisingly quiet for central London. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the room upgrade. Splendid views across to the London Eye. Tip - read the location instructions the hotel send you as they also have a building on the other side of the street!

We had to switch buildings due to our extended stay and that was a problem we wished to avoid.

One of the best hotel experiences of my life. The service of the staff is remarkable and the location can’t get any better if you want good food and shopping.

Very clean, very comfortable. Not much wardrobe space and no drawers.

What a great hotel. From start to finish the staff could not do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Location couldn’t have been any better, ideally situated in the heart of Covent Garden within easy reach of the theatre's. I will definitely be recommending this lovely hotel to friends and family.

The Henrietta is a great place to stay in Covent Garden. It’s in an excellent location. The staff is so nice and helpful. We loved the room and bathroom - super clean and well appointed. The elevator was broken during our stay, but the staff was so helpful with luggage, so it really didn’t matter, and we got lots of extra steps in! I would stay there again and plan to. Thank you Henrietta! I can’t wait to come back.

Gorgeous little hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were spacious and clean and beds were incredibly comfy. Our bathroom was also a great size. Staff were lovely and offered us a late check out of 1pm as they knew we had a late afternoon flight. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends.
