Amazing experience overall

Steven specifically was wonderful and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable !! Definitely 5 star stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Toronto or a staycation.

Staff was accommodating and upgraded the room. They also were very sweet and included a bottle of wine.

I had a great stay and staff were really friendly. I would highly recommend. It was too bad that the swimming was closed. The spa stayed open and they made due what they have in the mean time.

I loved my stay at the Hazelton! I went with my boyfriend for a weekend trip after Christmas and it was the perfect little getaway. The bathroom was the best part! Definitely the best bathroom at a hotel that I have visited. The area is perfect if you're looking to walk around without a rental car or uber. We walked almost everyone. Beautiful shops in the area and super safe. Would strongly recommend!

Great location, amazing staff. Very attentive staff and extremely friendly and accommodating

The property is nice, but I was not able to benefit from my $50 spa credit as there was no spa availability (despite having called a week ahead). The hotel was not willing to apply the $50 credit elsewhere (ie the hotel bar or restaurant), which I found disappointing for a 5* hotel. I had also asked for face wash to be brought to my room and after about 25 mins, I received shower gel. I expected a bit more in terms of level of service.

Spectacular hotel. One of the best hotels we’ve ever experienced. Capacious rooms with all the comforts, including a heated bathroom floor. Tremendous service from an extremely nice, highly competent staff.

The staff here are amazing and will do anything they can to make your stay special. Beautiful hotel and experience.

Great costumer Service , Luxury hotel with am affordable price

Property and staff are incredible but the hvac in this particular room was not working properly. Despite having maintenance come to our room to address the problem, it did not work and we did not sleep at all as the room was stifling hot.

The front desk was extremely helpful, i burned my hand while curling my hair and they were quick to help with first aid kits.

Great experience staying at this lovely hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Spacious room, very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located on a lovely street full of shops and restaurants. Would recommend.

Great location, spacious room

All of the amenities

From beginning to end, the experience was extraordinary. Andre Kelly assisted with our reservation, as novice, he made the entire process seamless and truly set the bar before we even step foot in the hotel. I was planning a surprise proposal and the staff worked flawlessly together to help make this dream come true. The experience was amazing and unforgettable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning soon.

Overall was great. Friendly service , but. Check in was not professional. Check in was 4 pm But room was not ready until 5:15 pm

I loved my stay, although I wish I had requested a memory foam pillow from the pillow menu (forgot). We were upgraded to balcony room without even asking for it! The staff was very warm and friendly! The only thing that I didn’t like was the shampoo and conditioner , which though L’Occitane, weren’t of very good quality.

No complains at all. Highly recommended.

Ok so this is a five star facility all the way around, No question... but when you get a balcony and it faces directly on a air duct of the next building in a dirty alley behind the hitel you gotta put "obstructed view" or something like that.... this wasnt bc of construction its just a busted balcony looking out to brick and a back alley. Every thing else, 5 star just buyer beware lol

I would definitely return to the Hazelton because of the staff and the extra attention they paid to us during our stay. A special mention to Toni and Maira at the concierge desk and Michael at the front door for their excellent recommendations for shopping and dining!

I have stayed here previously 7 years ago . I would say the hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh . The rooms are still dark which we found last time . The breakfast menu is great . The staff are very friendly but a little intrusive .

Stunning hotel. Absolute class from check-in to check out, I can’t say enough wonderful things about my stay. Every staff member went above and beyond, the aesthetics and details of this hotel are beautiful. The Hazelton Hotel has now become my hotel of choice for future visits to Toronto

While the staff and service as well as the gym facilities were great, $70 for overnight parking and $1300 for a room with faulty air conditioning and a bathroom door that wouldn't close was way, way, too much. They should have at least comped the parking fee...Very disappointing.

The staff are a credit to the Hazelton Hotel. We travel quite a lot and the staff are the most pleasant I have ever come across. Great property, fabulous rooms. It's not cheap but it was worth every penny. Would love to stay again. It's the only hotel I would choose if staying in Toronto.

Would recommend this and can’t wait to return. Staff are incredible.

Be careful with room selection. Rooms with balconies on front attractive. Hotel gave me room with balcony on rear looking directly into 2 dental surgery rooms and entrance to a parking garage. There wasn't even one plant on balcony to distract the eye so ugly to sit out. Rooms are dark with a lot of black and grey if that’s your cool. Not for me and wouldn’t stay again.
