Hotel is very clean, has modern amenities and centrally located. Staff also very helpful.

Beautiful little hotel. We had room 301 off the small dining room. Our room was dual aspect with two sets of doors leading onto 2 small balconies. Room was spacious and had ample storage for a short break. Contemporary decor creating a relaxing space. Lovely bathroom with a large shower. The bed was very comfortable. Even though we were overlooking the busy main road, it was remarkably quiet. The air-conditioning would be really useful in the hotter summer months. The room was equipped with a mimi fridge, safe and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were all brilliant, friendly and so helpful. Would say our stay in the hotel was just about perfect.

Great staff! Our flights were delayed and didn’t get in until 1am and they had everything ready for us when we got in!

The Grey was very beautiful from a look. However, you could tell some of the appliances/wall was scuffed and damaged. You could tell things were wearing out. The wall had shoe/luggage wheel marks. The corner of the rooms were damaged due to high traffic area. The shower head had a lot of calcium buildup and the bath floor had some scums. My fiancés pillow had brown/red stains on it. Despite the cleanliness, the staffs were nice and accommodating. They helped us book our ride to our airport as well.

The area around the property is dirty. Naples is dirty and the area is noisy. The Grey was lovely and the staff was helpful and attentive. We were impressed with the staff and how quickly they were willing to help with anything needed.

Clean, modern small “hotel”, only 6 rooms I think? . On the 3rd floor of an old building with a tiny old lift - big bags, big people would be an issue. Shower space in my room would also be an issue for big people - long and narrow . 18 “/ 45cm x 36”/ 100cm . I couldn’t stand sideways in the shower. Rooms well insulated from outside noise , but I could hear every word of phone conversations going on in the next room , and I am sure my morning alarm woke their baby ( sorry ). Hotel does describe itself as a “B&B”, but I unintentionally managed to book just the room, and breakfast was going to be an extra 15 Euros. Good area between the station / university and main tourist attractions- all walkable . Lots of cafes and restaurants- which was great .

Great location close to the historic center & very friendly & accommodating staff. Clean & safe place to stay with easy access to the center of town.

The hotel is absolutely great The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The hotel was a lovely oasis set in the historic center and a 15 minute walk from the marina where you can catch the ferries. It is within close walking distance to a lot of great places to eat and if you need to go further the train station is not too far away. There is also a continental breakfast that we didn’t get to enjoy because we were out and about too early each day but seemed to have good options.

Our stay at the stay (2 nites) surpassed our expectations. The room and bed was very comfortable. When we arrived we were quickly given a tour of the facilities and hints of stuff to visit (with maps). The breakfast was very good... they even made us scrambled eggs! We had to leave early before breakfast to catch our flight: they made us sandwiches for the trip... Wow!

Excellent hotel. Central for all our needs. Excellent service staff. Manager very helpful arranging tours, taxis and local info. Flexible in arranging breakfast around some early morning plans. Highly recommended.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel in a really central part of Naples. Check in was quick and easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean, stylish and a really nice escape from the hustle and bustle of Naples. I’d definitely stay here again.

A fantastic place, very clean and modern. I found the location perfect and central to Naples. Easy to get around Naples on foot, close to the airport, 25 minutes by car. Easy access to The Grey via elevator and very secure. Staff helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend and I will definitely use again if visiting Naples. Steve.

Amazing place

Great hospitality, good breakfast and comfortable rooms. Would recommend to others. Only downside is tha the main sign on the door is rather small, so easily missed, but overall i am very happy with my stay here.

Clean and brand new place

The rooms: Welcoming and friendly staff. Very personable greeting and check-in with Francesco . Excellent room which was quiet and clean (Deluxe with balcony). Simple yet plentiful breakfast, served by a lovely lady with a smile. I would suggest that the entrance from the street to the premises could be improved to reflect the quality of the interior. The city: Napoli is an unforgiving city and will be a challenge to some visitors from the UK. However, if you look beyond the noisy streets, you will discover a wide array of beautiful (yet tired) buildings, history, and good food. Further afield: some of the real gems are situated outside Napoli. For this you need a car and the patience to deal with the aggressive drivers on the road. Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi are great places to drive through, especially along the coast. Vesuvius, Pompei ans Herculaneum must be visited. Would I visit Napoli again? Despite some of its obvious challenges, I would visit again and I would certainly stay at The Grey. To Francesco and the team, thank you for making our trip a pleasant one.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The property is beautifully designed and spotless. Comfortable beds. Luxurious toiletries. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Excellent central location. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again!
