Stayed at this facility a few times now suits me

Nice and clean rooms but less space

We had two bedrooms. The rooms were clean, staff were very helpful and nice. But the space in the rooms was very less, no wardrobe or bench to put luggage on. No chair to sit on in living room.

It was a good place to stay just noisy sometimes with kids and others people

Great area ,friendly staff and awesome breakfast at a good price..

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable! Everything about the property was nice and convenient. The front desk and service staff were extremely polite and very nice! The only downside was that there was no closet in bedroom to hang clothing. We stayed for 14 days.

Hotel under renovation - 8 am every morning

There is work been carried out at the property and making it impossible for you to get godnight sleep. The workers are carrying repairs 8am in the morning.

Hotel staff was arguing with me over one towel. I requested another towel because coffee had spilled on it and the staff member showed up at my room asking to see the towel…. Are you serious? She could tell I was getting frustrated and said “please give me one towel now” and she finally gave it to me. It was 1210 and I was rushing to checkout and got 3 reminders.? I’d never stay here again

We loved this property we extended our stay 2 times! Staff is so helpful, very nice hotel. Short drive to walking street. Everything you need is onsite. There is a convenience store, beauty parlor, laundry service.

Like the quiet environment. Easy access to restaurants and night live. A few good live bands around. Overall the room is just nice.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Their laundry service was 10/10 and they made sure to be ready on time. The family style suite was exactly what I was looking for !

The bed is not one piece double. It is in fact two single bed put together so when you sleep in the middle the feeling is bad.

We booked and paid for 6 nights but only stayed one night. The room and the linen stunk of cigarette smoke. The checkin staff were lovely and it was not their fault.

The Staff at Grass Services Suite was very helpful and very pleasant whenever I needed anything or questions about things not directly associated with the hotel. I would like to give a special thanks to a staffer I only know as "Pop". She was very professional in her duties and knowledgeable.

Nice comfortable stay

Over all 4 star only disadvantage is the parking is too compact and no security they come and go.

There was a schedule power outage for 2 hours starting at 10.00 therefore no internet no hot water no air conditioning no power but I wasn’t told this when checking in yesterday also the room is very compact Definitely not staying ever again

Not a clean place

I like the breakfast as it has a wide variety. Especially the waiter, he will greet , open and close door for you. He is polite and collect dishes on your table shortly. He care about us while we are eating. We enjoy to have breakfast there.

Ok if price is biggest concern

The room was noisy and double bed was 2 singles pushed together that didn't stay together.

Staff very nice and love the room with kitchen

Good room but bathroom was too small, they had 2 single mattres next to each other instead of a large single mattress which wasn't very comfortable. They had a good gym, nice swimming pool and a good buffet breakfast. Staff were very polite. There was a store and couple of other shops in the area that was a big help if you wanted something. Nice Thai restaurants nearby

There are some bars around so you can hear music noise late. Can hear door slam, people talking in hallway, and people talking on the street. Facilities are a bit old. Other than that everything else is good.

the attitude of staff at the reception was terrible if you book Expedia they look down on you and want so much detail when they already have money and information and this place parking is TERRIBLE. My advice there are many options in Pattaya I would not stay again, also in rooms NO TV IN BEDROOM, would rather have in bedroom than in another room so you can not watch from bed.

Poor hotel

Room was very small. Master bedroom bed was from wall to wall.

The massage therapists and receptionists were very friendly! The rooms were ok, but could be much cleaner...

Great apartment

Loved staying here. Very nice apartment. 15 min walk from soi baukhao. Far enough away but close enough to the attractions of Pattaya

It’s okay. The bed is hard. Staff are not great with English but they are friendly.

Small rooms, good breakfast spread, neat and clean in pattaya

I left some stuff in the refrigerator and the staff was kind enough to return it to me.

Over all very nice

Extremely clean Nice pool a plus because there was a sana for men and Women. I did not like the fact that there were no pool towels

It was short and wonderfull. We enjoyes our one night tsty there and will like to stay there again. I have a suggetion they should start a shutell bus to beach road.

An amazing place to stay here and is better place to stay as compare to major luxury hotel.

Nice clean ,bright room .location was close to centre ,but far enough away to be quiet .

The worst hotel I had been in my entire life. Since the service, the noise from traffic and location.

The accommodation was nice . The reception staff were friendly and helpful . The place is a bit far from the beach but I often walked it although there’s a busy crossroads that you need to negotiate and it would be very hard if you were elderly . Sadly twice the cleaning staff forgot to leave me any towels so I had to go chase them . WiFi was a bit weak at times but I had data so it wasn’t a big problem

Great place to stay with all required modern amenities.Cleanliness and good service throughout the period of stay.Buffet breakfast also was very good.

Quick cheap stay

You get what you pay for with this one. It’s good for a quick (cheap) stop over in Pattaya. Check in is a lengthy process, the bed is a little on the harder side, the walls/windows are very thin and in need of a serious deep clean. If you’re looking for comfort, I’d suggest looking for something with a higher price point. But if you just want something cheap for a long weekend, this hotel will suite just fine.

Very noisy at night, not enough car park

The apartment was nice but the local area is very noisy as it surrounded by street. You can even hear the noise whole night that make u cant sleep

New secured proerty

The staff at the Grass is very friendly and helpful. For the price, I think the complex is a great deal. The following are my honest observations. The complex appears to relatively new but shows wear and tear from all the scuffs on the doors and stains on the backspash in the kitchen. As noted in previous reviews, the bed is very hard and not very comfortable(comfortable is subjective...) If you want to take a songtaew to walking street or second road, you'll have to wait around 15 minutes as empty songtaews fly by you. I ended up using a motor bike taxi half the time.

Can't get what we request

I requested to stay at high floor before i arrive a month but when time comes i get 2nd floor to stay. So that's mean they ignore and dont read what we going to request at all. anyway, everything is good there. Clean and room is nice Except its a bit loud outside

Excellent apartment. Clean and had everything we needed for the stay. Took cab to Jomtien beach and it wasn't far away.

Would not go back

Overall my experience was bad. The only good thing was the room had everything you would expect in an apartment - dishes, microwave, kettle, etc. Also if you are in the second building there is a lot of privacy. The bad overwhelmed the good. Check in and check out was so slow, thin walls, they put me in the room near the elevator even though I checked in around 2pm and other rooms were ready. While the rooms have everything, they are too small for everything. I had to squeeze into the bathroom, seriously. The attitude of some of the night staff was not good. Room wasn't cleaned until 6pm daily even though I was out by about noon. One other thing, it's in an area that isn't always easy to get back to late at night, even though it's on the tuk tuk line. Also, the bed was too firm for my American back. I would not stay there again.

Our two bedroom suite was like a home away from home. Everything was amazing except that our room is located along the main highway which was quite noisy.

저희는 총 8일 숙박했는데요 비행기 연착으로 저녁 늦게나 도착했어요 영어가 능숙하지 않은 절 배려도 많이 해주시고 저희 아이들을 일하시는분들이 많이 이뻐라해주셔서 아이들이 외출하고 돌아올때마다 이모 삼촌들 환대에 늘 행복해했어요 귀국날에도 여행이 끝나는 아쉬움보단 이모삼촌들을 못보는걸 다 아쉬워할정도였어요 실내는 깔끔했고 청소도 수영장도 아이들 놀기 적당하고 좋았어요 다만 구글쪽에 소음이 있다는 리뷰는 지리적 특성상 어쩔수없는듯해요! 도로쪽이고 방문기간이 신년에 걸쳐져 있어서 경찰이나 축제 소음이 있었어요 저희는 다음에도 파타야 방문시에도 여기오자고 약속했어요

Bon sejour dans cette residence de services. Un appart hôtel, l'autonomie d'un appartement avec les services hoteliers. Le personnel est souriant et sympathique, les studios sont bien aménager et ne manque de rien. Et la sécurité veille.

훌륭합니다. 청결도나 친절도나 모든 서비스가 좋습니다. 가성비 숙소로 최고입니다. 자정임에도 문제없이 바로 체크인했고 편한히 잤습니다. 조식도 무난했고 조식당에 얼음이 있었으면 시원한 커피를 마실 수 있어 더 좋았을것 같습니다.

Personal sehr freundlich, einiges was nicht mehr schön war in den Zimmern, habe das Erste Zimmer abgelehnt , konnte aber ohne weiteres wechseln. Preisleistung ok .
