Wonderful hotel! With amazing very very helpful staff!! Rooms are beautifully decorated/very modern/very clean/well appointed/super comfortable bed/high tech features everywhere! From greeting at their reception to the checkout all was fantastic, staff pampered us throughout our stay. Truly a 5 stars experience !!

staffs are incredible nice

We had a corner suite with amazing view of the city and canal. The staff was so welcoming and attentif to all our needs. The restaurant and rooftop bar was exquisite and had marvellous views of Rome. Everyone made sure we were well taking care off for our 2 days in Rome.

Stayed here for 6 days during my first trip to Rome! Such a Beautiful & Modern boutique hotel. From the moment my husband and I stepped into the hotel and everyday up until our last goodbye there, we were greeted so very kindly from every single staff member. This has been my best hotel experience ever honestly! Everyone that works here was extremely friendly and so helpful! The hotel is conveniently located to nearly every single Rome attraction, with a beautiful location overlooking the Tiber River. I wish I could rate this hotel a 100! This place knows outstanding customer service!

My recent visit to Rome was made exceptional by The First Musica Hotel. The staff’s friendliness and helpfulness stood out: they assisted with tour recommendations, transportation, and local insights. The food was amazing the the rooms spacious and elegant. In summary, The First Musica combines elegance, friendly service, and culinary delights—a gem in the heart of Rome!

The entire hotel staff was amazing! They anticipated and accommodated our every need to enjoy the best of Rome. They switched our rooms due to some unpleasant plumbing issues and comp us a couple of drinks after we endured furniture being moved above us after a private event near midnight. The location is prime for walking everywhere in Rome. The nearby alleys, however, were unpleasant in terms of odor. The restaurant "Alto" staff was not as friendly nor accommodating as everyone else and after dining at other recommended local restaurants where our palettes were tastefully amused and service was stellar, our experience with Alto was just "ok". We should've dined elsewhere on our final night but we wanted to enjoy the gorgeous rooftop view as our farewell to Rome. Wish we were able to delight both our pallets and service WITH the view.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is the best option in the Prati neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

We had a super stay at this hotel - 2 connecting rooms each with their own entrance connected by a private passageway. Staff we super friendly and helpful. Very clean, comfy beds, large rooms. Excellent all round.

Lovely hotel in Rome

Lovely hotel, staff at reception were incredibly welcoming and provided helpful recommendations of where to eat which was much appreciated. Also very helpful in terms of booking taxis etc. Shower in particular was exceptional

Amazing stay at The First Musica Hotel. The room had a great view and was spacious and very well equipped. The hotels location is awesome and wakable to all major sites. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Overall beats my expectations and I highly recommend the hotel!

First Musica's hotel was one of our best experience on our stay in Roma. The rooms were clean, new and modern. The rooftop bar was amazing. Can't wait until next year when the spa is ready.

This is not of 5 stars hotel. This is a boutique and not a hotel. If you expect to see large areas and the opulence of a 5 stars hotel, you will definitely be disappointed. The hotel is very small . The lobby just has the green sofa and a desk for the concierge ( I won’t call it a reception). Very small lobby. The hotel has probably about 20-30 rooms ( just guessing based on what I saw). So this hotel/ boutique is definitely overpriced. Pool was in construction… so there was no amenity available. Definitely overpriced. The pictures on the website or the hotel advertisement are definitely misleading.

We are from Montreal, Canada. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Stefano and the rest of the staff. Absolutely 10/10 the whole way, incredible room, incredible staff, location is steps from the best shopping and the Spanish steps, we will be returning to this hotel when we return to Rome in the future.

Our stay at First Musica far exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, Stefano was very kind and already prepared our documents for check in. It was a fast and easy process. Our room felt so luxurious with thoughtful details such as a towel warmer and black out shades. It was beautiful with high quality furniture, marble floor to ceiling bathroom and beautiful brass accents. There was a water bottle on our nightstands daily, a plate with a variety of fruits, and candy. In the afternoon they would place slippers by our bed with robes. High functioning A/C. Brand new rooms that are spotless clean. The location is great too. It’s a quiet area next to some good food spots that locals go to. From our room we had a full view of the River Tiber! Walking distance to anything you want to explore. We highly recommend this hotel! We decided to stay an extra night because we enjoyed the hotel so much.

Brand new hotel with amazing views of Rome. The rooms are decked out with Bang and Olufsen speakers. This is part of the Arte series and this one is focused on music. We had drinks at their rooftop bar, Alto. The service was excellent. The music was perfect. I'd stay here again.

The room, as well as the bathroom, was very clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was the same every day and became monotonous, so it would be nice if they could vary the menu a bit more.Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, so I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Rome again in the near future

Fantastiskt välkomnande av personalen, vi erbjöds en god kaffe och fick all information av personalen. På eftermiddagen fick vi tillgång till rummet som va fantastiskt. Rent, fräscht, innovativt och modernt. En flaska prosecco hade personalen lämnat för att välkomna oss.På kvällen gick vi upp till takterrassen som hade vy över staden och drinkarna var lika fantastiskt som hotellet och personalen har verkligen gett ”det där lilla extra” vid varje tillfälle. Vi har sovit som prinsar och prinsessor och kan inte klaga på något. Självklart kommer vi tillbaka nästa gång vi besöker Rom.

Bom hotel boutique, bom bar. Localização é conveniente (perto de muita coisa) mas a rua em si é menos conveniente - não tem nenhum espaço para um táxi por exemplo. Hotel deve ter um SPA no futuro, mas ainda não tem. Tomei café no hotel um dia apenas por conveniência, não achei excepcional.

Trockene Luft, obwohl Klima abgestellt wurde oder auf 25 aufgedreht wurde.. Zudem Room Service sehr lecker! Aber wurde auf extrawünsche nicht eingegangen.. nicht sehr flexibel insgesmt
