A great visit to Chiang Mai

Nice people, very friendly. Kept our luggage for four days between two visits so we did not have to carry big bags while we travelled in Thailand. Location is wonderful. Right in the middle of the historic city, every thing is walking distance, including food, temples, shops.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Bed was comfortable. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

It was a great location. We had adjoining rooms which were clean, comfortable and stylish.

It is right on the night market but that makes parking near by impossible, the food in the restaurant was good but way overpriced. Breakfast also priced correctly but just average

Nicely renovated

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff, nice rooms, good breakfast options. Although very much in the central area, it’s quiet and peaceful. Easily walkable to the main central sights and the Night Bazaar. Plenty of nearby dining options. Very easy to get taxi transport using the “Grab Taxi” app.

Property was clean and in a convenient location. Bed was very uncomfortable. Several breakfast options were always sold out and we weren't told when ordering them, we were told after waiting a while that items weren't coming because they were out.

The rooms were very nice and modern and the staff was very attentive and friendly.

The chief there is the best around great food and the staff is so helpful great people

Had a great stay. The location is excellent and convenient. Food was really good. Room was great except for the mildew and sewage smell in the bathroom.

5/5 couldnt recommend it more. GET THE BREAKFAST!!!

This is a nice hotel located in the heart of the old city The staff were very helpful and they upgraded my room My only complaint was the hot water ran out before I had finished showering

Very hard beds, outdated room

Our 11 day stay at the Experience Walking Street was so, so very nice! The food was amazing, the hotel is clean & spotless, the location in Old Time section is perfect! Highly recommend & hope someday to return to this beautiful city. The staff are so professional, thoughtful and attentive...but, beyond that, having observed them for 12 days, the staff members are sincerely kind and wonderful people - for that my wife and I are forever richer. Staff are very friendly and accomodating. We arrived early but were welcomed and a room allocated quickly. We also received a complimentary upgrade.The room was excellently presented and equipped with all we needed for our 2 night stay in Chiang Mai. We will be back for a longer stay in the future.

Upscale basic. Nice people, decent breakfast though not a buffet. In a busy area. Good area for walking. Dining and reception areas are nice but only place to hang out. Easter among staff is FANTASTIC! I was looking for a bit more luxury but price is hard to beat

The place was very close to a lot of temple. Sunday market was literally outside this hotel. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The room looks like it’s been recently been updated. We booked both our excursion in the hotel lobby for elephant sanctuary and Inthanon National Park tour. Both was great. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

The Sunday night market is literally on the street of the hotel, very convenient, rooms are small but very clean & inexpensive.

Overall a decent stay

The staff was incredible and very accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of Old City and is very close to Wat Chedi Luang.

Great value for the money. Rooms are new and fresh. Housekeeping was good but a little inconsistent. Forgot certain things from day to day. Breakfast option is ok but limited in options. Staff went out of their way to make us happy

Had a very comfortable 2 day stay. Room was spacious and had nice view outside with green lush and pretty neighborhood. Staffs were friendly and helpful.

Walking Experience Hotel in Chiang Mai

Overall, the hotel in in a superb, very central location in Old Chiang Mai. The hotel is great too and I saw that most rooms had a window to the outside but I would like to warn travellers selecting the “recommended for solo travellers” that these rooms do not have a window.

We could walk to most attractions include night markets. Room was clean. Our room was in back/side of building so we heard lots frogs. We enjoyed stay at this hotel.
