Property location was excellent and facilities were good. However, this was offset by sleepless nights due to horrific traffic noises that could be heard even on the 33rd FL! 33A above us were also inconsiderate people rearranging furtniture and crashing about at 2AM in the morning. Additionally the owner of 33-03 gave us a defective TV and did not change it even after our complaints. Property maybe good value with a good location but save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Shame as it has all the elements of being a great serviced apartment and near Little India and Bansgar station.

This property lacked hot water, the shower was clogged, and the check in information had typos regarding Wi-Fi access. There were zero amenities aside from soap/shampoo/toilet paper but was not stocked sufficiently for more than a 2 day stay. Not to mention they don’t have a front desk and require a deposit which Expedia and my bank flagged as a dangerous and fraudulent transaction. Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had particularly for the astronomical price relative to competitors.

Good location, and clean room. Services were below average . Washing machine didn’t work from day one. Reported and someone attended and confirmed its faulty but never reported or replaced. Had to use public laundry every day. The only word from the property management was ‘sorry’ .

Upset with service

It was bad. We had to wait very long before someone come down to pass all the keys. It stated here that credit card deposit is accepted but we were asked to make deposit with cash. Not only that, we need to hold to room key which sometimed work and sometimes does not, when we scanned at the lift. There is also another red card for security purposes. So in total, we held on to 2 room cards, 1 security card and 1 parking card, which is too much of a hassle. The 2 room cards are our preference for our convenience but i wonder if they can do better to consolidate the room keys/card and security card together as different places require different cards to enter. Our shower hose is also spoilt from first day, thought we can bear with it till check out and didnt make much of it. We reported it on the 2nd last day, only to realise no one attended to it once we return to the apartment. We were out for almost 12 hours and no one rectified it. They only replied sorry their maintenance already out of shift. There was no courtesy call to apologise at all. Deeply disaappointed in our stay. We wont return again.

Excellent Appartment You won’t go wrong

This was one of the best deals and place I could think of staying in.. sleeps easily 6 adults 3x couples.. we stayed two night but will be looking a more on our next return to Malaysia... I strongly suggest if you have a group that all get on together don’t pay for 3 rooms when you can have it all and a lot more for the price of one... This is just unbelievable for the security and service along with value of money! Loved it Ian

We booked for 8pp but the bed provided was only for 6ppl. We are supposed to get carpark for two cars but was not given. The shower head was spoilt n not fixed. Not enough pillows for 8ppl We were told carpark is per day rm15. Later when we went to pay..we were told per entry rm15. We are charge each time we exit. The reception was rude. First experience that this apt hotel is run by different agent n is very confusing..time wasted on waiting. No toileteries provided for us. One key for whole family very invonvenience. We were charged on housekeeping

Fab apartment in Little India

Very clean modern apartment. 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine bed. Great for a larger family. The owner was very helpful and pleasant. Bridge direct to Bangsar Station. Great pool and gym. Many places to eat out full of locals. Local area great buzz and vibe

An extremely bad experience

I didn't stay. At first, I was going to stay for at least the first night but as more negative added to the experience I decided to book another hotel and leave immediately. I have been communicating with the Managing company via WhatsApp however they didn't answer my last message. I let them know I would communicate with the reservation service. The neighborhood is disgusting and doesn't feel safe. The apartment itself would have been fine except that it offers the bare minimum and it should be clearly announced. There is much more I could add here!! I know that the cancellation policy was no refund however I asked to be reimbursed at least one night. I intend to write more on social media.

Fantastic deal with Plush Homes to affordably short term rent a condo in this amazing, swanky building. Great pools, gym, and quick walk (via catwalk!) to train station (the LRT). Loved it!!!

5 star family vacation

No. 1 family service apartment in KL. It's right next to city centre and was close to Indian restaurant which made my stay even better. The apartment was spacious and fully air-conditioned with iron box and washing machine. Our stay went so well that if could have rated 10 stars 🌟 I would have. Highly recommended to all.

Location is very good as it is a 2 minute walk to the LRT. We have stayed in The Est for some time, however, it is inconsistent as there are many different owners who have different conditions and terms. Some comes with cleaning charges and some do not. Some have very nice furnished flats with nice amenities while some are just bare minimum and there are many more. I wish there are some consistency in the operations of these flats.

Overall a great stay!

Overall a good and enjoyable stay. Room and public area was clean. Residence unit was comfortable for 05 to 06 persons. EST linked to LRT Bangsar station (Only station away from KL Sentral) which very convenient. The only comment is the access card and room key. The security of the residence is good but might caused inconveniences when you have two different group that wish to travel different time and coming back at different time. Although there is mail box provided in the room next to lift entrance.But you still need access card to enter the door to access to mail box area. Every access doors required access card to enter. No doubt is good for security ans safety. Even the access to enter the swimming pool and gym area after the lift. That will be great if at least two access card and keys given to guest. Another thing is the administrator responded promptly via WhatsApp. Keep up the good work. Well done!

As indicated in the ratings, the flat is great value, comfortable, well-furnished and currently bran-new; the view from the spacious balcony sums up KL's contrasts; the communal swimming pool is wonderful; the staff are friendly. The small studio flat is very convenient for Bangsar station, one stop from KL Sentral which is an awkward walk away. There were shortcomings in the check-in, as the EST staff were not aware of the nature of the arrangement with Plush, who run the flat (ie the listing as EST is slightly misleading), and it was left to the cleaner to explain the arrangements in limited English; she was not clear whether the booking was Expedia or Air BnB, and what payments were due. A quick run-through in the flat of basics would have been useful, such as door-opening, use of the elevator, how to use the facilities etc and where to leave the key on departure, but shortcomings in this type of help and explanation are, in my limited experience, standard in KL: for instance, an EST check-in staff member found it hard to understand what I meant by buying a stamp or posting a letter, let alone being able to advise me where I might be able to do so. But that's KL. Tall people beware the low ceiling when getting out of bed in the cosy mezzanine; and careful when coming down the narrow steep stairs from the sleeping area.

Comfortable room and convenient location

I had a great stay at The Establishment. The area was convenient to get to/from the International airport by train - it's literally just across the road from Bangsar Station. The hotel is also convenient to get around other areas of Kuala Lumpur. The room is clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for a 3-night stay there. However, The Establishment is not exactly a "traditional" hotel. It's a collection of serviced apartments owned by different people/companies. The check-in process was not at a receptionist desk and they charged a bond even though we have paid the full fee online - I think this is to cover for any damages or loss of key etc. But don't let this process doubt the convenience of the place and the comfortable ambience it offers. Other minor comments include no full-length mirror and no towel racks in the room. Overall, I really enjoyed my time at The Establishment and I will definitely come back again when I visit KL.

Great value service apartment

Good value apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms , close to mid valley center only RM6 for a grab drive. Quite and nice view of city. Love the swimming pool! Customer service reply Is very quick and helpful.

I know it’s not “Hotel” but reception deadly messy and they don’t know the operation of accommodation. Since the room is very comfortable and nice view, it will be pretty good one once operation became better.

Needs to pay attention to details

The serviced apartment (not a hotel) was conveniently located. The pool was large enough for laps and the exercise room was decently equipped. I found certain inconveniences that made my overall stay annoying. The check in process was chaotic as the apartments had different providers with separate systems. The check in desk (the concierge) was an independent provider and had only one computer to check guests in. As such they get easily overwhelmed and you can expect to wait when they get busy. Their services were limited to checking in guests (period). If you had questions about the apartments you had to call the provider directly! The apartments, though they sleep more than one guests, come with one key and access card. This is highly inconvenient as it means that everyone had to coordinate their comings and goings as you need the access card to activate the lifts and gain entry into the lift lobby and the pool/recreation areas. Also there were no pool towels. These are simple fixes and would greatly enhance my stay.

Exceed expectation

Will not come back

Expected more of this as the building is relatively new but walls in apartment already dirty and the shower was dirty too. Also had to wait a long time for the key upon check in, did not really catch that from the booking that had to contact them in advance, now I know that but still had to wait 50 min which is too long time. Also, pretty sure they had been a cat in the apartment as I am allergic and woke up with itchy eyes and ears. Also a lot of noice from the hallway. Price and locations is good though.

コンドミニアムに宿泊するのが初めてだったことはひとつ理由としてあると思いますが、チェックインに時間がかかります。受付で係を呼ぶ→係が来る→説明(英語があまりわからないスタッフ=こちらからの質問にほとんど答えられない)→部屋へ。15分くらいかかったと思います。またこの係の人は、こちらが要望するまで荷物を持つ、部屋の説明をする気はまったくない。 普通のホテルの感覚で行くと、きっと幻滅すると思います。それなりの心づもりが必要。

숙소 자체는 더이상 나무랄것이 없을 정도로 훌륭합니다. 치안 역시 완벽하고 정말 이 가격에 이런 숙소가 가능할까 싶을 정도입니다. KL 센트럴 역 부근을 검색해서 찾은 숙소였기에 처음에는 KL 센트럴 역에서 걸어서 가느라고 조금 고생을 하였는데 KL 센트럴에서 한 정거장 떨어진 Bangsa 역에 내리면 호텔과 연결된 브릿지가 있습니다. (여기는 호텔과 레지던스로 구성되어 있는데 Bangsa역과 연결된 브릿지는 호텔로 들어가게 되어 있습니다 호텔을 지나 레지던스로 들어갈 수 있습니다. 출입카드 동일하게 적용됨) 다만 이 지역이 인디안 촌이라고 하네요. 약간 주변도 빈민촌과 새로 지어진 고급 호텔이 뒤섞여있고 주변 환경이 그다지 좋지는 않습니다. 여자분 혼자 투숙할 예정이시라면 조금 무서울 수도 있을 겁니다. 편의점 같은 것들이 조금 떨어져있다는 점도 불편하겠네요. 하지만 주방도 사용 가능하고 깨끗한 시설에 완벽한 치안, 그리고 초 저렴한 가격. 별 다섯개 주고 싶은 숙소입니다.

非常好的一間旅店,交通非常方便只離中央車站一站,可以從MRL直接走天橋過進入旅店,完全不用怕下雨等狀況,下次有在到吉隆坡會在次預訂,唯一的小缺點是只能用英文溝通,英文很破會很麻煩

New and clean room

Room was clean and comfortable, nice view. Worth for the money I paid. Location wise, it is near KL Sentral, it’s good only if you are aim at going to KL Sentral, but it’s not so near to tourist attractions but driving is only abt 20mins, that’s acceptable. Self check in procedure is unclear. They let us know the steps BUT no one tell me the password ( which was the most important info) until I asked, Waited at lobby (no one at the lobby can hel) for 20min before I could reach the staff on phone. Be aware of the free parking part, you need to let them know in advance, otherwise parking can be expensive. It is not a hotel, it’s a self-service apartment, so don’t expect any service, then you will be happy with what you’ve paid for.
