The hotel is perfectly located, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Few minutes walk from Istiklal street. Common transport is easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Istanbul. I’ll definitely go back!

Good location, friendly staff, large breakfast buffet, Duplex rooms are 2 floors abs very spacious watch worked great do us since we had a large family reunion and could get together in the evenings in one of the rooms.

U asked the hotel for early check in they didn’t help and i slept over a night in the lobby and i was sure there was empty rooms but they didn’t helped plus when i was want to make extension for my room they wasn’t helpful so i make my reservation through the application so they was never helpful

Best hotel in istanbul

For me this is the only hotel that i will stay in when visiting istanbul , location is great, rooms are spacious staff are friendly and helpful

The rooms were dirty and the showers full of mould. Communal areas covered in what looked like years worth of dust. Dead flowers in reception. TV not working, heating in room not working, shower was cold, bed was rock hard. Checked out 4 days early. The first room I was in had the roller blind removed and the window was at street level. Do not stay here - you have been warned.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel which has a great location. Close to taksim but in a calm location. The spa is great.The reception team are great. However i had some problems with the hotel: 1-i had reservation which was to pay at property and no down payment was needed. however 2 days before arriving the hotel tried to take money from my card and they send me a message that it was declined and my reservation will be cancelled after 24 hours! I tried to contact them on expedia but they didn’t explain well. I tried to call them many many tomes but no one answered. Then expedia team helped me to cancel the reservation and book another one paid. 2- the room service and the bar check service oped my room using their card without even knocking!! This was very unacceptable! 3- i stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean on arrival. The following day the room service cleaned. On the third day it was a disaster. The room service barely even cleaned the room. It was dirty and messy and they didnt put water.

It has duplex suites with large windows with a great view of the city. It has a starbucks in the complex and a restaurant with room service 24/7 which is very convenient.

I booked and pre paid a 3 night stay at the hotel. Once I travels back to my home I not s in the 2nd day of my stay the hotel made an unauthorized charges to the card the had on file. The charge was done in the 2nd night of my stay. This charge it separate from the deposit and the room service fees. I have reached out to the hotel several times and have yet to hear back from anyone.

The property is excellent except that they don’t allow food from outside despite that the suit has kitchen and a microwave which is not working The staf is friendly specially on the checkout Ammar Yasir made it so easy Definitely will recommend the property and sure will come again

Elysium taksim stay

The hotel was nice beds really comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful just a nice place to stay. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and food a little overpriced for kids who want to eat every five mins but plenty of shops close by . Thankyou for a lovely stay

There is a kitchen with no utensils in the cabinets.That was weird even with corona. No food from outside rule is nonsense. Then why do we get a room like an apt. Some guests were not wearing masks and noone was reinforcing it.

Its a terrible hotel , everything is broken in the room , AC is not working . I couldn't stay more than 2 hours and changed my hotel.

Perfect rooms, quiet lobby area, friendly staff like Miss Cagla from guest relation and receptionists.

Hotel was to good . Location was good . I would not recommend with families to stay there these days . Hotel is looking less party club more . On most of floors room were party rooms .

Disappointed of my stay

We booked and paid for queen size bed , but they gave us a double size bed with the same charge , also all night there was a party on the same floor we called the front desk more than one more time finally the party stopped at 7:30 am the room wasn't cleaned when we checked in there was a black hair on the sink the room needed maintenance , no glass to drink , and not even a cup to drink tea or coffee the microwave was disconnected we called the front desk to fix it , problem with the lighting , its not worth the money which been paid , also I booked in Canadian dollar but they charge me in Turkish lira which cost me more what I was expected to pay overall , very disappointed

Pros Hotel staff is very friendly. Room is clean and huge!! Better rooms than anywhere else at this price. Food is good! Cons Not a good place for family. Most guest are young Arabs. No one wearing mask in covid 19. Elevators are tiny and slow I wouldn’t recommend staying here in covid. Very bad precaution by guests. Staff is ok.

Prestigious 4-night Stay

I’ve been to many hotels in Istanbul, but what made this stay extra special is the service! The staff were very helpful and supportive. Extra precautions were made due to COVID which made me love this hotel even more. At the check-in counter make sure to ask about Gokhan Akca, he is very nice and helpful. Thank you for this stay.

I was very disappointed in the room which was nothing as described in Expedia. I booked a Deluxe King in the Annex which was to be 331sq ft.. Nothing like as described..

I had to stay two more nights at my favorite hotel, and I enjoy my peaceful time at the gym, a beautiful swimming pool, and a lovely sauna. I love my huge, absolutely gorgeous room. This hotel is the only choice when I am in Istanbul.

I've been to this amazing hotel two years ago in 2018 with my family, we had a great time and this time I tried to stay here again and I treasured my time. Note the receptionist does not respect the guests and always works problems with the guests, a rude character because I am late to go out an hour and a half. He wants me to pay 50 euros, knowing that the hotel has lived in it for years, cooperates in the matter of a little delay and said to me if you do not pay the 50 euros, I will put you on the blacklist

Gone downhill

Have stayed here manybtimes before bit the levels have dropped. For room service even though they take a deposit block your credit card every time i ordered they demanded cash and had no bill, tried to charge me extra at breakfast when i asked for fruit. Full of prostitutes hanging around in lobby and not recomended for family. Will ask customers for friends for id but when a prostitute comes they just give her a card to let her up. Tried downgrading a room even though it was fully paid as a suite on hotel.com Never used to be like this but it has deteriorated badly. Definately avoid especially if you are a family.

For me , it is the best hotel in istanbul , period.

The receptionist wasn’t nice at all, the room are just okay and not that fancy They are old rooms so I didn’t like them

Room view was amazing, worth the money paid. It was calm, didn't get a chance to try the food. They provide complimentary water and coffee on daily basis. Air conditioning is really good.

Not worth the money we bay. The internet are not working most of the time and when catch up very slow. Bad smell all the time from the toilets and water pressure very low. The location without proper road cross for pedestrian. Not recommended for family with kids below 3 years, the stairs without any safety lock The elevator not enough, during the day sometimes take 15 to 20 min. Waiting The lobby is very small and crowded during the day. The staff are very friendly and helpful The breakfast is very good and very well organized with variety of food. The location not bad but need road crossing area for the resident safety

Nice Hotel

Everything was correct. The bed mattress was a bit hard. The Turkish hammam is at 400 TL per hour while in other hotels it is for free.

Hello, the hotel is one of the best in Istabul, I had a Duplex room a lot of space and great view, breakfast was great, the staff were very nice and all know english, even know arabic or whoever cares we had also turkish bath and massage, the girls were really funny and entertaining what i didnt like was that the person responsible of changing the cups of coffee and water didnt do a good job and that's really shocking from an hotel like The Elysium, the cups had coffee dried everyehre on them from previous use and the water cups had lipsticks on them As for another inconvenience is the location so that people know you have to walk 5 min to arrive to the nearest metro, unless you like to walk thats a great option i give it 9/10 and surely i will be back

This is not a 5 star hotel as its claimed It’s a 3 star hotel at best with 3 star facilities. There is only one lift for the whole hotel You may have to wait up to 15 mintues for the lift it maybe full of people as you can imagine. It took more than a hour to get electrical adaptor and you have to pay for it. The location is very close to taksim.
