One of the best hotels that I've stayed so far!

Beautiful place to stay in Charlottetown. Excellent selections for breakfast. Didn’t see staff much, but it may have been the season/weather. Wanted to ask about the history of the B&B. Highly recommend.

Entering Eden house step back 100 years of time and fall into the lap of extreme luxury.

My husband and I loved our stay at Eden Hall! The parking was easy, the room was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. The bed was super comfortable, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Definitely would stay again!

A wonderful stay, the inn is so quintessential for PEI and just added to the experience.

House was very representative of the 1800’s Victorian revival. Rooms were updated and beds comfortable. Exception with the one in the cozy little nook.

This is a beautiful property. The bathroom was a bit small but is to be expected with the era of the property. I chose to pay at property but funds were taken day before without my knowledge, i may have wanted to use a different payment method. It would have been nice to have some different breakfast options as everyday was the same. Maybe some traditional pancakes with maple syrup. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend Eden Hall.

Nice Autumn getaway

We had an incredible stay here. The room was great and the rate was very competitive. The staff was really helpful and we had such a great time. You could not go wrong booking a stay here. It is located a convenient 3 block walk away from the heart of Charlottetown.

A lovely beautifully restored victorian B&B. Our room was huge and beautifully decorated. The bed and linens were very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Parking lot is small and we almost had no room. The room itself and bathroom were also small with water damage to the ceiling. The historical nature of the house was still really cool and it was a good stay, however it could have been cleaner/better maintained.

Such a lovely stay in Charlottetown. They went the extra miles with giving us small goodie bags when we checked out.

Nice stay

Lovely Victorian Inn in a beautiful area of Victorian houses directly across from the ocean. A nearby walkway past Government House and along the ocean is stunning. Room was small but very comfortable and the wrap around porch was a dream filled with flowers and little nooks for reading or playing a game. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

Parking signs for assigned rooms. We had to find parking on the street. Everything else was great.

Wonderful stay

Great location but this once grand home has seen better days.

Loved the clawfoot tub in the room. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. There was a Keurig machine in the room. Only one coffe pod and one tea pod. Also no milk or sugar.

The owner, Beibei is so kind and considerate. The whole building and our room are clean and tidy. On top of these, the breakfast is fantastic. Definitely recommend to our friends.

The room and washroom all newly renovated and clean. Private entrance with great storage and parking. Walking distance to downtown and main attractions in Charlottetown. The property and guest areas, ie check in area and dining area, are tired and old fashioned or just out of date. Freshening up and paint needed.

They included a fee for housekeeping but there was no housekeeping during my stay. They told me (after I complained) that if I had wanted my room restocked or garbage emptied or cleaned I would have to hang a tag on my door. First of all, they never told me that while checking in and secondly there was no tag anywhere in my room to hang. I have never heard of a hotel or B&B not cleaning and restocking daily automatically. My room opened to the outside which meant that I had to walk outside around two sides of the house to go in to breakfast. That was very inconvenient to say the least. I asked what if the weather was bad, they said they have umbrellas. What?? The breakfast was a buffet of scrambled eggs and sausage links, grapes and bananas, mini pastries (looked like from Costco or Walmart) that had been frozen, and make your own toast. No different than Holiday Inn Express. Certainly not as you'd expect from a B&B. The owners are not on property to talk to or ask about the area like in most B&Bs. It is run by Chinese people. The room air conditioning worked but there was no air conditioning in the public areas and it was sweltering. The bed was comfortable but took up the entire room and was so high up you couldn't just sit down you had to hop up. Only one bedside table which was too low and too far back to be of any use. No place to sit and eat or write. I paid top dollar for this room and it was far below average. What a rip-off.

Beautiful spot in Charlottetown!

This was our first stay at Eden Hall Inn. It’s located in a very nice neighborhood very close to the historic downtown area of Charlottetown. Our room (11) was very comfortable, and had a large closet which was convenient for our suitcases. The bathroom was nice and had a nice shower. Our room and all common areas were very clean. The 2 staff members we interacted with were very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay there again.

This was an amazing experience ! The B&B was beautiful and the street was fantastic with other beautiful homes. The rooms were incredible and the staff were awesome. I would highly recommend it ! We will be back Eden Hall !

Just the cutest inn, charmingly decorated and well taken care of. The bed was not very comfy, but it was clean and the sheets were very soft and nice.

The prperty is uniques, it looks like the museum, and it is well maintained. Beautiful furniture, very clean, lovely garden. The breakfast was very tasty. Suggest ot add fresh vegetables, and cook oatmeal in the pot. It would add the felling of home for the guests. I hope to come to this hotel again. Thanks a lot for the wonderful place to stay.

It was very clean and bright and comfortable. Parking was a little tricky.The biggest concern was we did not see anyone our entire stay other than check in. The breakfast was laid out nicely but nobody was around to clean tables or answer questions. At check out we had to leave our key on the counter and leave there was no personal interaction seemed strange for a bed and breakfast. We did appreciate the help carrying our luggage upstairs but that was the last human contact we had.

A great place to stay

The Inn was very well maintained and kept very clean. In the morning they included a nice continental breakfast. Overall the rooms were well maintained and the beds were comfortable. The rooms had everything you needed. Only challenge was the bathroom was quite small, especially the shower (I am a larger person). It is located a few blocks from the downtown so am easy walk or quick drive.

Our first time to PEI and we stayed at the Eden Hall Inn. It is absolutely Stunning!! The staff were friendly and courteous! Very, Very clean, quiet, and romantic. Within walking distance to Restaurants, and Shopping. We got engaged their. Thank You to Eden Hall Inn....you made our vacation special!

Everything was good. We really loved the house and accommodation

Very clean and comfortable. Likely the best on our Maritimes trip. The room and the entire mansion is very well maintained, had a good buffet breakfast as well. The location is easily walkable to the harbour and centre of downtown Charlottetown. It appears the owners care a lot about this place and are maintaining it well. Many comfortable balconies, outdoor seating areas and gardens as well.

A beautiful Inn

The Inn was lovely. It is within walking distance to the stores and restaurants as well as Victoria Park. Our room was quite small with both the entrance and the bathroom being hard to maneuver. The beds are comfortable. I suggest ear plugs and a sound machine if you want to sleep past six though because both mornings I was woken up by all noises (walking, jumping? Moving furniture?) from the floor above us. Breakfast was good. The staff is very polite and accommodating.

A beautiful stay in a very fine house. The room AC had trouble keeping up with the unusual heat we had. I'm sure on any normal night it would have been fine. Good proximity to restaurants and the waterfront. We could see the water from our 3rd floor nook. The room did not lack for any amenities. Thank you Eden Hall.

Close to everything, we walked throughout downtown Charlottetown as well as the boardwalk along the harbour. The room was wonderful, even in the heatwave we were very comfortable as the ac kept up well, and we were in the lovely sunset suite on the 3rd floor. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, offering beach towels and chairs if needed. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. We were there for three days. I would highly recommend the Eden Hall.

Classic old style home.

The Eden Hall was a very nice stay. Breakfast was great, the room was small but comfortable. If you are prepared to carry your luggage up staircases in this beautiful and well maintained old house, this is a great spot for you.

Nice clean room. 10 minutes walk from downtown Charlottetown. Good breakfast.

Stayed for a week. Home base for coastal trips around the island. Viewed Canada Day fireworks on the harbor from Eden Halls second story balcony. Staff at Inn most pleasant.

An interesting mix

Beautiful old house Great location Clean sheets “Breakfast” is a bit of a joke… Craft Singles cheese and deli meat sitting in the sun… Cheap ikea bed frame which doesn’t allow you to open the door. Shower is very tight. A bit overpriced for what it is.

Eden Hall

The home is beautiful. Our Governor suite was next to an exit door to the parking area. That door would stick and the effort to open it could be heard in our room when others use that door. The breakfast had variety, but felt generic—cereal dispensers, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage links, toaster with a variety of breads, coffee and juice, yogurt and fruit. Location was excellent and the neighborhood is quiet and quaint. Can walk downtown in two blocks

Lovely experience. Special call out to the morning chef who presented the best morning meal. My only recommendation is the lawn and gardens could have been better kept nicer. And a pet free property would be nicer. Personally I do not like barking.

This was a beautiful property. It was very quiet so we had a great sleep. Our room was on the 3rd floor and got a little warm the 2nd night as it had been a beautiful day. I wouldn’t want to be up there in the middle of summer if there is no air conditioning. The breakfast that was offered was excellent…. 5 stars to the young man who ran the kitchen

Enjoyable stay. Generous continental breakfast. Very clean. Beautiful heritage home. Close to downtown, able to walk to shopping & restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Charming building in a lovely neighbourhood. Parking was a challenge as the lot has few options for vans. A pickup would be in trouble if the deeper spaces were already taken. Buffet breakfast was fine but no different than a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Linens were luxurious, bed was wonderful, Smart TV with all the options, decor was tasteful and updated.

It is a nice place, conveniently located and in a charming neighborhood.

The place is so organized beautiful and clean. What i love about is the renaissance theme and feels. I love that there is a free breakfast. Service is 10/10. We will definitely go back in this hotel again.

It’s a beautiful building and the staff was great

I enjoyed my stay at Eden Hall. The room was clean, the house was quiet and it was easy to come in and out. It is also 10 minutes away from the downtown Charlottetown. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the winter and it was half closed, so I believe my experience was not as good as the usual. All was great but the breakfast was lacking. It consisted of scrambled eggs, rotten ketchup on the table, cookies, yogurt, orange juice, white bread, and I am pretty sure that is it. Some bacon or sausages would have been nice. It seemed as if the usual cook may have been away. Other than that, the room was really beautiful and spotlessly clean. Beautiful home and in a great area.

Very friendly host and the best breakfast on our trip. Room was quite roomy. Very convenient to walk around the downtown area and to restaurants.

An entirely unique house, this beautiful PEI property is full of lovely comfortable old world charm combined perfectly with contemporary bathrooms, beautiful bedding and good wifi. The owners were exceptionally welcoming and helpful and stood out as being genuinely interested in the welfare of their guests. I loved staying there, especially sitting on the beautiful verandah in the sunshine.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was gorgeous spacious and quiet. We were on the 3rd floor. The neighborhood is charming and convenient to restaurants and parks. The hosts really put lots of thought into making our stay comfortable. Yummy breakfast. Highly recommended!

Lovely place to stay very near downtown

We enjoyed our stay. The Inn is lovely and very clean. The host is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful- healthy options. Our bed was comfortable. The Inn is located in a nice neighborhood and it is an easy five minute walk into town.

Loved the property, its location, and the hosts. The host told us she was a new owner but you would have thought she was doing this for years! She was so helpful with everything from suggestions for dining to doing the simple things like getting us ice. Her husband helped with bringing luggage inside and was there to help out with whatever was needed. Its a beautiful property and the hosts do a great job to make everyone feel welcome. I would definately go back if i was ever in the area again.

It’s clean

The photograph of this stately Victorian in Charlottetown won me over. It’s a shame this period was not reflected in the interior. Instead of Victorian pieces, the public spaces are decorated with ho-hum pseudo contemporary rugs and glass vases. Not charming at all, but it is clean, and the owners/hosts seem eager to please.

Trip was excellent Location of eden hall was great for everything we wanted to do Family that has it were one of the best we had ever had the pleasure to stay with
