Great view
We paid for the lapis suite at the Cove. The service there was great; however our housekeeping service was not. We had dirty extra blankets and a dirty robe. One day we left sand on a chair to see if it would be cleaned or vacuumed up and it was not. We were thankful to pay for the lapis suites as they served breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The restaurants were all very pricey and we weren’t impressed with the meals. We ended up doing almost all our meals on the suite level so that we weren’t paying $75-100 for meals that we weren’t impressed with. In addition, on the plane ride home we met a couple who wanted to check out the Atlantis to see if they should stay there in the future. The Atlantis wanted $250/person for a day pass. We definitely will not return there.
Staff was NOT friendly - especially in the food areas such as Frezca. Worst customer service I have had in the Caribbean.
Rooms were nice!!!
Staff was social and pleasant at all times. Very accommodating as well
When my wife had a medical problem. There was no help.
My wife and I had a fantastic time
Nice property. A bit dated
Great service. Most food and drink is a bit expensive
Great

Where to begin! This resort was beyond fantastic. We enjoyed every aspect of our 10 days here. The Cascades pool and staff in that area were top notch! Jamel led his team to customer service excellence daily, Cody, Everette, Justin, Shaquille, Zhavargo and Parish ensured we had our chairs, towels, umbrellas and wristbands and were always available for a good chat 😊 Our night time housekeeper Krystal was awesome at her job and was never too busy to take a few minutes to make sure we were doing good and had all we need The Cascades servers Anishka Hall and Gardenia took such good care of us and were always ready with a good laugh at my husbands jokes 😉 I cant remember the names of all the guys at bell services who helped us but they were outstanding, there was never a time when they weren't ready and willing to help us 😊 Our room was beautiful and peaceful and watching the cruise ships come and go was nice, but the waves hitting the shore was the part I enjoyed the most! I would like to congratulate the staff at The Cove because they made our vacation better than we hoped!
Our stay at The Cove was everything we hoped for and more.
Beautiful grounds, excellent service, wonderful ambience. The cove is definitely the most alluring of the Atlantis brand.
Celebrity chef restaurants were mediocre. Excessively overpriced.
It’s a stunning hotel! I loved my deluxe suite with an ocean view. The complimentary branded water bottles and beach bag was quite thoughtful. Didn’t know what I was missing when I stayed elsewhere on my first Bahamas visit.
Great choice
Beautiful resort and convenient transportation
Good
Private beach and shuttle services in between hotels
The beaches and water
Beautiful grounds and lots to see and do!
We have vacationed at The Cove in Bahamas for 8 years, never disappointed. Staff is friendly as are the Bahamian people. The restaurants are fantastic. The property is beautiful. The casino is lots of fun. What more could you want.....
From check in to check out...The Cove was amazing. First time visiting the Atlantis & the Food, cleanliness, friendly staff & proximity to the other Atlantis resorts was great. Shuttle service nonstop & convenient. The Cove Adult only pool was great too. No complaints. Will definitely be back.
The staff were all so pleasant and accommodating. We can’t wait to return. The property is breathtaking.
Great Hotel with great room and great beach. Wonderful ocean view. Great aquatic park. Only problem is the food because there are a few restaurants options and the food is very expensive. Carmines and Shake Shack were closed.
The Cove is more luxurious and quiet compared to The Royal however if you’re looking for a more lively upbeat time The Royal would be the best choice. Live Band and Casino gives off more noise and liveliness and these are located in The Royal.
Property is beautiful, staff is wonderful. Purchase food credits ahead of time if you can and prepare for $250 to be taken off credit cards a day, at the end all your taxes, etc will be charge to card along with food if you don’t have food credits. Taxes are not included on food credit purchase. We did have a small uninvited guess or last day which was shocking but mgmt was notified..
Very eloquent surroundings. Staff was excellent and very accomodating.
Family of Three from AR
Room was spacious and comfy. Service is incredibly friendly and they check on you twice per day, so you can get new towels in the evening every evening, if necessary. They usually came by around 7 or 8PM. Bose speaker in bathroom ceiling allows for TV sound to be connected to bathroom via wall controls. Cool feature though we didn’t use it much. Room temp was always perfect. Room came with two pair of Cove branded flip flops and tote bag. Flip flops didn’t fit us, but bag is useful for beach/Aquaventure trips. Good mini fridge and storage for groceries, plates, etc. Excellent water pressure in shower. Having two TVs is nice. Ice and water down the hall was super close and convenient, and worked perfectly. Elevators are extremely fast and we never waited more than 10 seconds for it to arrive, though the occupancy was rather low and likely a factor. Lanai is very small and not that functional, but the view was outstanding. Only other slight complaints are: 1. Carpet where it meets hard floor in bathroom is a bit shredded and could be cleaned up. 2. Vanity countertop was slightly out of alignment on the support that holds it above the towel storage area underneath. Overall great experience. Will be back.
Very good location. Great views of the ocean! Food was good however, significantly overpriced! Service was not consistent. Staff were friendly however, issues were not addressed during stay and credits were not complete.
Our stay at The Cove Atlantis was amazing and memorable.
Everything was closed. Barely any option to go eat. Pool side was closed. The slide ride was closed
The best experience! I loved celebrating my birthday there!
Atlantis cove was beautiful!
Great place for relaxing . Amazing beaches and the hotel . Great . Fantastic
This place is amazing. That’s all I have to say amazing.
The grounds are beautiful as always. The rooms are very nice as well....but. Put in room right next to balcony repairs instead of other side of hotel...which was only 1/4 full. Dining options were sparse, due to off season and repairs. I'm use to the high $$ here, like Hawaii everything has to be shipped in. Same with water park, wrong time of year to enjoy. Beach lounge chairs have seen better days, most are broken & need to be replaced or repaired. But if want to just relax in a quiet setting, it still has that.
Non
Overall, I had a good stay at The Cove. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and check in/out were a breeze. It was also very easy to arrange airport transfer via the hotel. The property is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The property is also starting to show it's age a bit, but the room was comfortable and the view was wonderful. A couple of areas for improvement: the carpet in the room needs a deeper cleaning particularly around the edges; also the carpeting in the hallways is very thick and because it's so hot and humid, it does tend to feel and smell damp in the hallways. I enjoyed the food at Perch and Field trip, and you can never go wrong with a Shake Shack burger. I also ate at Fish - the staff was wonderful but the food was just ok, nothing memorable. The spa was also good.
Excellent property. The best beach, and adults only pool. You will love it.
Hands down this was the Best vacation I’ve ever had in my life. The tone started with Ryan and the rest of the team was Absolutely Amazing. We got a complimentary upgrade that included a full ocean view without having to get out of bed. Our return trip will definitely include our adult children. Paradise on earth is The COVE! Thanks Ryan and Family! 😊
Landscaping is phenomenal
They ran out of towels at the Cain pool. Made no sense at all. Service is going down at the pool. We e been coming for 12 o so years. Desha in concierge is absolutely fantastic.
Perfect
Very good experience, need to add more restaurants
Amazing
Rude terrible service
Cove is a familiar place where I have loads of memories. U fortunately, it looks tired. The service is a fraction of what it was too. Not worth the cost compared to Park Hyatt. I will go to Baha Mar next time. Sad.
Very pretty property and very nice staff. Sea Lounge had a great singer on the weekend. Food could be better and there are noticeable leaks in the ceiling in the lobby that need immediate attention.
We found this property to be very clean. We also liked that although kid friendly, there were few
Beautiful property, outstanding customer service, close to everything but also tucked away. Would def go back.
Absolutely amazing!!
Place is ok for kids of all ages, but other than that it's exhaustingly huge, disorganized, crowded and overpriced. Service is hit&miss. Check-in person was dry & uninformative, some concierge were friendly while others were borderline rude, some servers around pool were super helpful & fast while others were just terrible, every person that delivered room service were actually nice but if we ever asked for some ice it was never delivered..... Here is what annoyed us the most about our stay. When we booked our two Deluxe Ocean Suits, in the description it said that those suits come with robes, so none of us packed robes. When we checked-in, both suits had two robes hanging in the closet. Me and my husband used our robes on the first day. I left me robe hanging on the bathroom hook and my husband left his on top of the bed. Our kids in adjoining room never had a chance to use their robes. Their robes were still hanging in the closet. When we returned back to the room after going to the pool, we realized that all robes were gone. Used robes from our suite were gone and unused robes from kids suite were gone. We called housekeeping to inquire what happened to our robe & response we got "we are currently out of robes". Now, because we actually had robes in our room when we first checked-in, I know hotel definitely had robes & our rooms were definitely supposed to come with robes, but that day hotel decided that someone else needed robes more that we did. Does this make any sense?
It's a beautiful property. The complimentary water bottles and bags/slippers were a nice add on but overall, the food is very pricey.
We stayed for 2 nights the coffee machine telephone were not working no body told us that you fill up water bottles from water dispenser which was outside the room also the fridge was empty no snakes available for sale internet was not steady and smooth and finally I tried to order breakfast on line on TV but couldn’t as there was some glitch so overall stay was very poor
Beautiful beaches and hotel. expensive restaurants
The COVE is unique: beautiful and peaceful. The stuff is amazing. Our cleaning lady cleaned our room twice a day! The pools are great. They did repair balconies though ...and it was loud sometimes.
This property is listed as an “Adult Only” property, it is not. The only part that was “Adult only” was INSIDE the adult only pool… but there were kids walking around in that area too. There were kids at the bars and casinos, it was shocking.
Overall good service, and nice property with comfortable bed and ambiance. Would prefer to have been all inclusive with some common amenities that typically are free like a microwave to warm leftovers. Daily food cost are extremely overpriced. Prepare to be charged for any and everything that may seem to be normally included in a hotel stay like daily maid service and getting any leftovers warmed. Balcony areas need a facelift as well.
This place is sooooo nice! We were told by the locals, this resort is the oldest and biggest in the island, the beach is very private which we loved, very quiet, very exclusive. The building does looks like it needs little renovation but nothing to crazy it still very fancy. There is shuttles that pass by every tower in the resort so you can move easily around the hotel. Service is amazing, everyone is so nice, welcoming ans friendly, but I feel like everyone on the island is the same way. The only downside I saw is the restaurants. They all need reservations so you might just find yourself walking around to be able to find someone that can make a little space for you or just eat at the pizzeria or burger place. Overall the place was very nice, quiet, fancy.
Loved it!
Overall this hotel is the best in Paradise Island
People so friendly We pass a really good time
Really needs a refresh. Also needs to review premium pricing of resort, restaurants, etc. Nice facility but aging…
Beach and pool
Everything!!! So nice will love to go again!!
The property was incredibly beautiful, very clean . The view from the rooms is amazing . The rooms are spacious. The beach area was beautiful and well kept . The only problem we had was several of the staff were very unfriendly and seemed very unhappy . It felt like they hate tourists. Not just at the cove but everywhere we went it was rare to find a staff member that was kind and helpful . I tried to be understanding. I’m sure it can get annoying . Some would not even look at us when we were talking or asking a question they would just point or shake their head yes or no Not all the staff were like this . The greeters at the entrance to the cove were very friendly and always had smiles and always asking if we needed help . The cove is supposed to have private beach , it was not enforced . It was mostly at the food areas that the staff was rude . I would love to return again but if I don’t it would be because of the rude people we encountered.
It is a construction zone! "No-go" for the time being. They are doing major maintenance on balconies of the Cove. It involves cutting and drilling metal and cement. You can hear it from several floors away. They inform you after you reserve the room and the cancellation deadline has past about the construction. They will tell you that they will reserve a room away from the construction. I believed them and they didn't. I suggest that you wait until you have third party verification that the construction is finished before you go.
As soon as we entered the property it was immediate serenity! The staff was amazing and resourceful. The property pool and beach was cleaning and inviting. Although food is really expensive it was yummy. I like the property shuttle that drove us to each property every 10 minutes as needed! I definitely had a relaxing time!!
Beautiful. Not enough food options.
Great Hotel
Beautiful hotel. The beach and pools are incredible
Loved the atmosphere and all staff was particularly helpful really great experience but we stayed at the Cove resort as it stated it was Adult only yet we still had a lot of families with kids within our resort so it removes from the quiet and relaxation a bit. The only adults only was one pool area but the hotel rooms still had families.
It’s a great location with great amenities, the resort needs a face lift, I booked the room and only after that did they tell me there was construction going on. The construction prevents you from staying in the room as the noise is excruciating!
The issue was nit with the amenities. It was with staff attitude. It was my first trip to the Bahamas and after a few days I thought the poor customer interaction was just inherent to the area. We went to Baha Mar the competing resort on Nassau and was proven wrong. The staff at that resort was amazing, friendly, and what you would expect from a high end resort. There is a command climate issue at Atlantis. I will go back to the Bahamas but to Baha Mar next time
This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning. Unfortunately, the balcony was not clean so we weren’t able to enjoy it (again, stray hairs, bird droppings, liquid — not water— stains on tile). The service was not as great as I remembered from previous visits and the staff not as friendly; I attribute this to “hospitality” in a post-COVID world. It is worth noting that we had EXCELLENT service at both Fish and Nobu. I would still recommend it, but for the cost, it felt more like a 4 star experience than a 5 star.
Everything great always love it
Overall was good, but not worth it is money. All was crazy expensive.
We stayed in the Cove Atlantis for 5 days. The resort is outstanding, huge room with three beds. Huge closets and bathrooms with shower and bath tub. Staff are extremely helpful and happy. But most of the most important is a beach and ocean. Water is crystal blue calm waves. Sand is white and not hot. You can swim all day and won’t get tired. Grill is on the beach open until 6 pm. You can take shuttle to any place you need on the paradise island. It’s free of charge and very convenient. Highly recommended the Cove of Atlantis. Won’t regret if you stay at least once thank you Cove. Will be back soon
Public areas were nicely maintained
The property is absolutely beautiful. This is my third time staying, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful. The manager at the towel bar assisted me with getting chairs and a table at the beach. He was wonderful.
Good
The Cove was excellent and the beach was beautiful. Not too busy at all and very accessible to the rest of Atlantis either walking or the shuttle. Great Vacation!
Great place to stay for family or friends no complaints!!
There are cockroaches in the place, the employees who work at the front desk, when I asked them if I had $250 as credit, they told me I didn't have it. Apparently they didn't know. i loat almost $100 tgat i can use fir differents purchases
Clean, quiet at night. Staff were friendly and accommodating
I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN
The property was directly located by the beach and was a fabulous choice for our stay. The restaurant within the hotel were expensive and the service was very slow. They all had waiting lists to get into so the restaurants were not convenient regardless of the price. We sat in a cocktail lounge for 30 minutes and no one approached our table. I finally had to ask for help to send someone to our table. But the food was very good along with the drinks, just the service was very slow.
The cove is beautiful and upscale. However, our AC did not work properly the entire vacation so it did get hot in the room. Drinks were very expensive and the waiters and waitresses did not come to the beach nearly enough so you had to get up and get your own food and drinks a lot of the time.
Our stay at the Cove was excellent. Concierge staff, Fellesia and Antonio, we're absolutely the best at ensuring we had an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed that we were able to engage with local Bahamian and enjoyed food from nearby Oh Andres at the Fish Fry and Poop Deck restaurants. All the amenities available at the resort were lovely especially the lazy river, beach, and adult only pool area with a live DJ at the Cove. Favorite restaurants were Paranza and Frezca.
This property is magical and perfect for a 4-5 day get away
If you want service, this is not the place to visit. I am not even saying great service, I am saying if you are the type that would like someone to respond when you tell them hello, don’t go here. Rooms are nice and clean. Food options are limited, and not good. Perch was horrible service and food. Paranza was better, it ruined it a little that they try to lead you to believe there is no tip auto included. Just a shady environment, all around. Housekeeping tried to enter our room on 2 different occasions with us inside and do not disturb light turned on. Would not recommend
Great staff and excellent property.
absolutely amazing service and kind staff
We loved staying at the Cove, it was so peaceful.
I found that the Expedia rooms offered were of the lower room with no view (floors 1-3). And I needed to upgrade 100.00 more to have a room with a view (rooms 10-17)
Cove pool is excellent and pool staff amazing. Only issue is rooms are getting dated, AC not great. Now for late check out request charging $165 an hour. No matter status w Marriott or frequent guest. Crazy nickel and dime even when hotel not full. Will loose repeat guest.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Exceptional customer service. Felt like such a lavish trip!
Beautiful, relaxing, close to beach and poil
Great proximity to the beach and waterpark facilities. We booked deluxe suite and got upgraded to a Sapphire suite which was really awesome. The room is very spacious and have great view to the beach front. Our room is a little noisy during the day since we were on the first floor but the view and convenience to walk to the beach and lie down within 2 min walk is just incomparable.
