Close to Euston station, around 7 minutes walk. Felt very safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean and ideal for a short stay.
One night stay
Clean and modern hotel/good location/good night sleep 💤
Very small room for 2 people
The room is way too small and not designed well. I've stayed in small rooms previously that are designed well for suitcase and stuff. It was a struggle to maneveur as a couple in the room. It's more for one person.
Excelent Experience
Good location & value
Good location a short walk from Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross Railway Stations and Underground. Ideal as i was arriving at Euston and had an early Eurostar from St Pancras the next morning. Good value for the location and suitable for business or leisure travellers
Weekend getaway with family
The hotel is fabulous.Comfy beds and very convenient for Euston tube station. The only fault was when we wanted to check out. Long queue at reception and we just wanted to hand in the room key. There should be a box available to drop keys into. But would definitely go back as great value and really nice staff.
Staff were lovely and offer to check us in 3 hours early when we came in to drop off bags, very clean place and room was spot on on first visit. It was when we went to get in bed later that night that we discovered the window doesnt close properly and the draf was so strong it was moving the blind constantly and it was freezing!!! to the point that we discovered on closer inspection that pevious guests had tried sealing it with a rolled up towel which was still there.
Close to transportation (bus and train) Clean rooms however not so spacious. Welcoming staff and delicious breakfast.
Modern but tiny and noisy if you overlook the road
Room was fitted out in a modern way, but couldn't have been any smaller. bedding too hot. traffic too loud. combined = awful sleep. Bed too high on a platform, awkward to get up on to. No kettle/tea/coffee. No where to sit apart from on the high bed, or one tiny folding chair. Stop tucking the duvet in so tight you can hardly un tuck it. Only one towel - what if you've washed your hair? Unlikely to stay again, wouldn't stay for more than one night, or use the room to spend any more time in than to sleep.
This was ideal for an affordable hotel for one for a work trip. I booked the compact room with window and it worked for me but it’s definitely compact and would’ve felt tight if there were two people. The tea/coffee facilities are in the lobby which was fine. Only complaint was it was very noisy and I heard every noise throughout the night so bring earplugs.
Great hotel
Lovely hotel. Loved the decor of the room. Room was compact but comfortable and we slept very well. Very quiet in room 105. Staff very friendly and helpful
Avoid if you want to sleep
I wasn't bothered by the tiny rooms. What ruined the trip was the noise. I could hear the road noise all night and couldn't sleep before an important trip When I woke for breakfast, it was empty by 10 am. The staff came out but didn't make any effort to refil the breakfast despite several people being there If I had known the paid breakfast was so terrible I would have tried to sleep some more Good location but nothing else is worth staying for. Save your money and get sleep elsewhere
Great location and price
Great location and very comfortable. Showers es not great in morning can be very cold. Friendly staff
Miss HK
Too small room and same price can choose other better
good central base, small rooms, the shower wasn't the warmest and the toilet smelt of sewerage.
No hot water. Basic requirements is bed and to be able to shower. I complained but just a weak apology, Of course problems occur, but I was expecting some token of compensation as it was highly disappointing and inconvenient.
Good place to stay on a budget
Great location. Rooms clean and compact. Everything you need for a few days.
We booked a windowless room but was happily surprised with a window lol Room was clean, tidy and comfy perfect for a night away. Only downfall no kettle for a cuppa but wasn't an issue. Breakfast was also really good, hot food and continental breakfast. Quick walk from the train station and easy to find, staff were really helpful. Would definitely stay again.
Good overall
Tiny rooms which are only just about big enough, wouldn’t want to stay for more than a night at at a time!
Near St Pancras. Clean and affordable. Nice update on property and rooms.
All about location here, free coffee and tea a bonus in reception, rooms very small but modern
Stat
Lovely friendly staff. Convenient location, great price, clean and fresh
Small room. good for short trip with small bags
Close to st pancrass station
Great
This was a great place to stay. We appreciated the helpful staff especially Zhara. The room was very cosy. A bit more soundproofing would be welcome such as the type of curtains that mitigate sound. But it is central London so city sounds are normal!
Good botel
newly refurbished budget type hotel in the area. The shower drain was blocked and nearly overflowed into the bathroom- reported to reception the buffet breakfast was ok but lacked fruit choices, only an apple available
Tiny but very nice rooms
The rooms here are tiny but they're modern and comfortable and the hotel was way nicer than the prices would suggest. At £80 for a night in central London this was excellent value
Great value, small rooms perfectly formed with excellent staff. If you need a bed for the night in London this is well worth consideration.
Perfect overnighter
Overnight stay to catch the eurostar the following day. The hotel room was compact but had everything needed. The bed and bedding was very confortable. Huge tv and bed compared to room size. Nice little ensuite with shower.
Small, but clean I highly recommend it
Very good for the price
Very good for the price, I needed a bed and somewhere to get a shower, so a win/win for me. Staff Friendly and welcoming
Room very small for 2
I would go back
Great location if you don’t mind relying on public transport. Close to Euston station/underground. Easy check in and polite staff. Clean rooms, but pods are very small.
2 night stay. Brilliant location for what was needed. Nice room, massive tv. Room was a little small other than that absolutely spot on.
Small room but very beautiful and great for one 1 night stay. Location is close to the Eurostar train station :)
Delightful stay.
A delightful stay at London’s Four Points. We were near Kings Cross which was convenient. We were nicely upgraded to a slightly larger room so we all (two of us and luggage) would fit. Very quiet and comfortable! Thank you.
Convenient location
The hotel is Great, the área not so much however it’s pretty close to the train station I would stay there again bc it’s clean and convenient but didn’t like the area went to other places to explore and eat
Rooms are tiny couldn’t even move around
There was no hot water and the heater didn’t work
Clean, comfortable, great location
Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and then minutes from Euston station.
It was a comfortable stay in a clean space.
The room was ridiculous smaller for 2 people at the same time. Was terrible. Not worth the price.
It was a lovely place, but the room was very small, so it was difficult to move around. The hot water didn't work in the morning.
Cosy and comfortable
Small room but very comfortable, clean, and helpful staff.
The micro size of the room was expected but the level of noise was absurd. The windows offer zero sound-proofing and sirens/beeping are constant in this area regardless of the hour unfortunately. The window also didn't seem to be sealed properly and very cold air was blowing through which made the bed quite cold.
Clean, comfortable and compact
Spotlessly clean, compact rooms which have everything you need. Good bar, free tea and coffee in lobby. Area to relax or browse phone or laptop. Visited for England match at Wembley. Only a 5 min walk from Euston station. Would definitely stay again!
Very happy with our quick overnight stay
Allowed us early check in which was extremely helpful to us. Rooms compact but have everything you need, stylish and modern hotel. Would definitely return!
The only marginal point is the London traffic noise if on the main road
Nothing ever got fixed. Heating didn’t work. TV kept flickering. Internet was incredibly slow and often went out. The room has no fridge or closet. Much smaller than expected. Don’t bother complaining to Monte, he’ll gaslight you. Otherwise lovely staff down stairs who are powerless to help. Also, no phone in room, so can’t call down, so have to you mobile. But they don’t pick up. Terrible experience. Hardly what you’d expect from a Sheraton. Avoid!
Convenient to St Pancras and Bloomsbury. Room is a pod with bathroom. Think a very comfy dog crate with bathroom. No room to unpack. Minimalist with essentials. Ok for solo over night. Checkout is noon, which is a plus.
Comfortable and convenient
It was just what I needed for a one-night stopover - friendly staff, quiet, comfortable room, convenient location.
Good lace
Watch out if obese 👀
I was quite surprised at the size of the room. If you are morbidly obese or have any mobility problems you may struggle to get into the standard room. Or similarly if two people are staying, it would be a struggle as well. However, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had impressive water pressure the staff were very kind and helpful. The toiletries smell delightful.
Eurostar trip
Modern, clean hotel with an excellent location. Nice lobby and seating area. The room was extremely small, too small for a couple.
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location
Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are small but quaint and cosy. Beds are comfy, lovely large TV and clean as a whistle. Staff are uber friendly. Only downside was breakfast was cold as buffet style and food warmers were not switched on so after some time being out the food had chilled. However this wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just get up earlier to grab that hot food! Would definitely recommend.
The place is great. Rooms are not good for two Americans but should work for two loving Europeans. I didn’t like how funky my towels smell in my first day but they replaced it shortly after. Otherwise, recommended.
City break
A small but well appointed room suitable for a short city break. The staff were very helpful.
Stayed in Room 009 in the Basement - and could hear all night the services and presumably waste / drainage from the upper floors
November stay at Four Points Express
Unfortunately i cant reccomend this hotel, despite its good location and good cleanliness. It started badly with reception saying that there is no left luggage facility and saying that we could wait until 3pm until our room was ready, which is not exactly practical. This meant leaving luggage at a facility in a shop nearby adding £40 to the weekend cost. The rooms are are interesting design experiment in making them as compact as possible. May be ok for a one noght business trip, but not for a long weekend for a couple. Nowhere to comfortably turn around, get dressed or store anything. Not even drinks making facilities in the room. Not sure how it gets 3* rating, expensive for what it is and not a good advert for the Marriot brand, which is normally excellent.
Property was located relativity close to th Eurostar train and brittish museum. Also about a 15 min walk to covent gardens. The room was extremely small and so was the bathroom. the window was also tiny but i have heard that about some hotels in Europe
Fabulous
Wonderful staff, extremely clean, small but cosy rooms
I was really shocked that the hotel doesn't offer any sort of baggage storage for its guests. I have never stayed at a hotel that doesn't offer this, and even cheaper hotels I have stayed at will offer this service for free. The facilities in the room are very basic although brand new. The beds are bizarrely high up so might be an issue for anyone with accessibility needs.
Great location next to station and not far from British museum and lots of other places to see or dine at. Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Room was incredibly small, withthe bed taking up the most of the space, but if you're commuting/single traveller, might not be a bad option. Issue is noise, room next to the main road was very noisy and made it difficult to sleep. Walls are thin too. Had a leak from my shower which was unexpected, but reported. Staff were helpful though. No frills stay but comfortable (beside the noise)!
The hotel was very positioned and easy to find. The staff were attentive. My stay would have been better if the breakfast was hot and the bar was open earlier than 4pm. I think the breakfast room directly opposite the entrance dit not help. A set of doors i think would help or a swing door. The breakfast was also a little expensive for what it was, and for the size of the hotel, no bog enough. Only 1 coffee machine etc.
It was a great hotel and great location but the room was super tiny. Good if you’re just using it to sleep. They don’t hold luggage for you before check in or after check out but there is a luggage storage place behind the building
Excellent hotel, but the compact rooms are really too small to be practical. There isn't any storage or space to get dressed easily.
As a solo traveller, I have booked the single room and they have put me in the basement. The first night I was woken up by loud (and strange sounding) toilet noises from the rooms beside and above. I woke up super groggy and that affected my working day. The second night the fire alarm went off at 4am for 5 minutes then turned itself off. I couldnt fall back asleep. Again I was in a zombie state for the rest of my work trip. Was not happy at all. Plus, Both check in staff and check out staff never had a smile on their faces, and looked absolutely miserable to greet a guest. Is it a London thing? To top it off, for the first time in a Marriott hotel, I asked for somewhere to put my luggage for 2 hours so I can nip into town for a coffee before my train and they said they do not have leave luggage facility.
Very small, but cute, cosy and convenient.
We started here the night before an early euro star trip. I stay in a lot of hotels for work, and was pleasantly surprised. The room is very small, but as long as you’re aware that this is going to be the case, the room is well thought out with space under the bed for luggage, a lap table and fold away stool. The TV can connect to your device so you can watch your own content and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet and we didn’t hear or neighbors. Don’t expect space (at all) in this room, but convenience and a base for either a stay in London or, like us, and early train to Paris!
Generally the hotel served its purpose and was clean and comfortable. However, the rooms are extremely small, like a cabin on a ship, and not suitable for 2 adults sharing.
Small and perfect
The smallest room I’ve ever been in, but really nice features, sink, toilet seat, lights mattress, etc. very well done, super comfy. Great tile work. 2 people would have trouble passing n the “hall”

Did not have any “room” for our luggage to be stored safely whilst we waited for our train home
