We expected more from the accommodations (no window, too basic) since we didn’t see any pictures of the rooms it was a surprise when we finally arrived. However, the staff was so pleasant, efficient and aiming to please and helpful it more than made up for the room deficiencies.

Find a better hotel !

The hotel is li ated in old Quartier but for the same price you can choose a better one. Room was comfortable but the bath was really bad.

It’s in the heart of old town so it’s bound to be busy and noisy around the area. However the room and hotel was surprisingly quiet as the alley location provides a buffer for the noise. Tracy was very helpful providing information about the city

Had a great stay at Cosy Inn in the heart of Old Town of Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance. Originally booked a “superior double” which we found to be very small but we were able to upgrade to a “deluxe double” for small price difference. If you have the choice, book the larger room! Nice breakfast with hot and cold options provided. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. You won’t be sorry booking here.

Great place

This hotel was perfect for exploring the Old Quarter! It was right in the middle of everything, but tucked back into an alleyway so that it was still quiet at night. There were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The staff were all so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was great with a very nice view of the city.

Tracy,John and all the staff will do everything to make you feel comfortable and welcome. This hotel is just off a busy, lively street down a short passage and has all the facilities you would need. The breakfast is cooked to order and very good. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Hanoi for the price. The service provided by the staff was excellent and the breakfast offered was made fresh and to order. Near major tourist attentions and shopping. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was my first time traveling solo and this hotel made me feel so comfortable! They arranged for me to be picked up at the airport and they came and greeted me at the door to make sure I got in comfortably. Had an early check in with no issues. Tracy arranged a walking food tour for me, my transport to my next location on Cat Ba Island as well as a tour while I'm there! Love this place so much I booked it again for when I come through Hanoi to fly back home. 10/10 for everything from staff, cleanliness and location! No question, book this hotel!!

I had a wonderful stay at the Cosy Inn, the place was conveniently located and the check process was painless and had all the amenities I needed. The staff was excellent and very professional, especially Tracy at the reception. Will highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for our visit of Hanoi. The hotel was conveniently located in the old quarters, in the middle of everything. Staff were super friendly. They booked for us tours to Halong Bay and Nihn Bihn, places we are highly recommend to visit. We had massage, nail care, Vietnamese and European food right on same street. They also managed us transportation to and from airport at good price. We are enjoyed our stay.

In the heart of old quarter. You are able to walk everywhere. Staff are able to help with any requests. Amazing spot to stay! Will be coming back again 😀

It was bit hard to find the exact location but helped by other review. Please walk down to the alley and you can see the small sliding door to get in. Clean and quiet building. Definitely will come back next time.

Small hotel situated between 2 buildings in a dark alley. Sounds like the light at the end of the tunnel. But it is. Sound proofs rooms which allow you to rest from the hectic surroundings which is the old quarter, its restaurants and streets performances. The staffs are super friendly. Need anything? Ask Tracy, Rosie, Leo and the staff and they will help you. Don’t know what to do? Ask Cloudy and her sister Tracy. They will suggest awesome locations to go visit. The hotel provides breakfast. And You can also request for laundry. Provides free WIFI. Make up and clean your room everyday. Another plus, they match Grab price for taxi. So if ever you need to reserve a taxi and you don’t know if at a certain hour, there will be Grab this solution helps and you avoid also to wait. The area has good restaurants to choose from. Furthermore, there’s a pharmacy, convenience store, atm around it, if needed. The hotel also does money exchange. Overall, a convenient place to stay if you’re in Hanoi.

Rosie and all the rest of the staff were excellent. The location was I the heart of the old quarter down a alleyway.With the property in good condition. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I like this property, definitely will comeback to stay again. Staffs are very friendly, the room is clean, very quiet even outside has many restaurants.,,just a bit small but reasonable with what we paid. They have breakfast also. Room has TV with Netflix,,, The location is walkable to Ta Hien street and Hoan Kiem lake, some restaurants nearby are just for tourists. The hotel is in the end of the alley, So you better contact hotel to guide you how to go or they will come to fetch you to hotel (they came to my place and pick me up due to I got loss).

Great hotel, conveniently located and quiet given its location in the heart of the old quarter of Hanoi. The free dinner was also quite good. Staff were very pleasant and engaging...in particular Tracey who was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice little hotel near the busy area of the old town. The staff were really nice, Tracy at the reception was so kind and helpful! They even kept our bags while we were on a short trip away for a few days. The breakfast was nice too, especially the coffee!!

Booked via Expedia without doing a very deep research and comparison; glad I picked this one and stayed 3 nights. Convenient location to attractions but quiet as it is recessed from the main road. Nice clean room (and John upgraded us to a large room without charge) and courteous staff (John, Rosie and Tracy). The included breakfast at rooftop is nice. The cook is amazing! Highly recommended!

Fabulous

This place is a gem! It’s very new and located down a narrow alley in a bustling, convenient location. However, at night there is no outside noise that seeps through the exterior walls. The staff are gracious and friendly and will help you arrange transport and yours if you’d like. Everyone speaks English well so it’s easy to communicate. The room is very compact, so if you are travelling with someone else, the entry level room may be too tight- personally, I’d suggest that just for a solo traveller (or two people who are travelling light and who don’t mind a bit of a squeeze). The room itself is very clean, modern, and bright. The A/C and hot water were great and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was served in a cute little space that had limitless fruit juice, coffee, bread, milk, cereal, and two kinds of fruit. You could then order one hot dish from a list of 6 or so items. Good value!

The staff were very friendly and the room was very nice and modern. One of the best places I stayed in Vietnam.

Overall my ratting is almost excellent except the entrance is too narrow and zero front yard for parking even motobyte

Very cosy

The people at front desk so nice and helpful the room very clean and quiet also comes with free breakfast. The only complaint is you cannot park motorcycle there but everything else was perfect

Es un hotel muy bien localizado. Pero los cuartos tienen malos baños / sanitarios. No tienen calefacción. El personal es muy atento y trata de resolver todas las consultas. Por la misma tarifa, hay otras opciones en la zona. No volvería allí.

Le personnels de l’hôtel est très accueillant et gentils. Surtout Mme. Tracy qui est tellement charmante et entreprenante à vous aider et informer à tout occasion. Telle personne vous laisse de mémorable souvenir d’un voyage et rend ainsi un voyage extraordinaire! Merci Tracy!

Petite chambre très mignonne, literie confortable, l' emplacement de l' hôtel est parfait, restaurants, pleins de commerces, et près des endroits à visiter. Le personnel est au top, que ce soit à l' accueil ou pour le petit déjeuner.

Trevligt boende med fint rum. Rätt så lyhört och bodde på första våningen över receptionen så ljud hördes tidigt på morgonen. Supertrevlig personal som hjälpte till att anordna flera dagsturer. Skulle komma tillbaka igen.

去年に引き続き２度目の宿泊です 前回は、1人で 今回は、嫁さんと2人で宿泊 深夜便で到着し遅い時間にもかかわらず素早く対応して頂きありがとうございます 朝食は、メニューから選び注文 作りたてのアツアツの食事が提供され、美味しい 部屋も清潔感があり綺麗に清掃されています 立地は、旧市街のど真ん中、夜には道が飲み屋にかわりおおにぎわい🍻 また、ハノイにいく際は、宿泊します

Fueron muy amables con nosotros durante toda la estancia. Se preocuparon de que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto y nos dieron todo tipo de facilidades. Está en medio de todo el jaleo del centro del barrio antiguo así que facilita la visita.

Lidt svært at finde, for enden af en smal gyde. Men fint og pænt trestjernet hotel. Og stille selvom kaosset i Hanois gamle bydel er lige udenfor. De var hjælpsomme i receptionen og opmærksomme ved morgenmaden.

Great hotel in Hanoi old town

We had two separate stays at this hotel, and it was great. Location was perfect, breakfast was delicious, room was spacious and the staff and service was amazing. Tracy and John really was great support with our adventures in the northern part of Vietnam. Would stay again if ever in Hanoi and definitely recommend.

英語やベトナム後もまともに話せない女性1人で泊まりましたが、優しいスタッフの方にサポート頂き、とても良い旅となりました。 部屋はたまたまアップグレードして頂き非常に広く、Netflixや YouTubeが見れるテレビで、観るものに飽きなく過ごせました。 ホテルの立地は、ビアホイ通り？のど真ん中で夜の賑やかさに驚きましたが、寝れないほどのうるささではありませんでした（ここは個人差）。 お風呂場の水が、少しだけ外に漏れていたのと、シーツやタオルは年季が入っていたのだけが少し気になりました。 ただ総合して、快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございました。

따히엔 맥주거리 속 조용한 호텔!̆̈

2박 3일 계획으로 예약을 했는데 사파에서 오느라 늦은 시간 체크인을 하게 되었을 때도 친절하게 응대해주고 첫 날 문제가 생겨 다른 호텔에 머물게 되었을 때도 길 안내를 해주며 엄청 친절하게 안내해주었습니다 그 호텔에서도 무료 조식은 먹을 수 있었습니다! 다음 날 와서 체크인을 할 때도 친절하게 대해주었고 엘레베이터도 있어 높은 층을 받아도 걱정 없이 잘 올라갔습니다! 참고로 6층 방을 받았는데 같은 층에 방이 2개 뿐이라 조용하게 잘 썼습니다! 물도 잘 나오고 에어컨도 잘 되고 일단 여기 직원들이 엄청 친절해서 짧은 기간 이였지만 맘 편히 잘 머물다가 갑니당!̆̈ 그리고 조식 맛있어요 쌀국수 뜨끈 존맛

맥주거리가운데라 시끄러울줄알았는데 조용했고 따뜻한물 잘나왔어요. 주변에 조금만걸어도 하노이 느낄 수 있어서 좋았어요.

맥주거리 한가운데 위치해서 저녁에 맥주한잔하고 들어오기 좋습니다. 시끄러울꺼라 생각햇는데 너무 조용해서 놀람. 직원분들 항상 웃으며 인사해주시고 친절해요. 조식은 가서 얘기하면 만들어 주시는데 괜찮앗어요. 가성비 좋다고 봅니다
