Great location. Staff was very accommodating and informative. Room had all essentials. Bathroom was a good size but lacked storage (even a hook?). Continental breakfast was adequate and tasty but a little unclear about true cost. Breakfast consisted of a coffee/tea, juice and either a croissant or toasted cheese sandwich. Put your own value on it.

The property is very well located, clean and with many complementary amenities but what make the stay different is the staff. Isabella and the other sweet girl ( sorry I have forgotten her name) were incredibly supportive and help us with lots of information

Wow. All I can say is that it was amazing. Service and help and breakfast was fantastic. I’ve been travelling Italy for 2 months and it’s my 6th time, and never been to lake Como. You should all go and stay here. Isabella couldn’t do anything more, Sharon was my first person I meet and she was so helpful. Small comfortable room and so close to the lake , restaurants, shopping and funicular. Just go. Because I will come back

Our room was small, but clean and comfortable. Convenient location. The host, Isabella, was charming snd helpful with ideas for our one night visit. We would love to stay here agsin!

Lovely little place, right in the centre of Como. Surrounded by restaurants and shops and very close to the lake. We only stayed one night but we were very happy and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here if you're in Como.

The lady at the reception was very nice and friendly. The room needs some update specially the bathroom. The room looks nicer in the photos.

It was nice and cozy, and the staff was lovely. However no parking. They have a small elevator for the luggage which helped alot. It was mear the main square and the lake. It is a good location.

A charming jewel near the lake, train station, bus station and Town of Como. Isabella the hostess is a friendly, helpful and kind person. Strongly recommended!

Nice room - modern and well thought out. Unfortunately for us there was nobody there to check us in for c.20 minutes which then disrupted our plans - an otherwise flawless stay.

The hotel is brand new one block from the Lake Como and walking distance to city center, ferry, and rail station. The room was expremely nice and the bed was comfortable. The hostess was very firendly and very helpful with finding budget parking as well sight seeing and dining suggestions. I would come again if in Como.

Isabella was amazing to work with. She was personable and is there for you whatever you need. The hotel room is very comfortable and clean. We found our favorite morning coffee shop just down the street with a lake view to enjoy our breakfast. The location is near ferries, buses and even the train station was walkable off you don’t travel to heavy. Enjoy your stay. We will be back.
