Beautifully designed and well-located hotel

Th Click Clack Medellin is a beautifully designed and well-located hotel, just missing a bit of polish. Strengths: –Beautiful, modern, outdoor/indoor design –Nice rooftop pool with views –Multiple nice bars and restaurants inside –Mostly friendly staff Weaknesses: –No fitness center –Some noise noticeable from courtyard-facing room, but the hotel kindly gave me a white noise machine and lavender spray which helped –Hotel bars and eateries were closed at seemingly peak times for business (eg, late afternoon) and staff manning these closed facilities were never sure whether any other bars/restaurants on the property were open at a given time –Some security guards could use a bit more English etiquette training – eg, they'd often ask "Where are you going" when trying to re-enter the hotel as opposed to something nicer like "May I help you."

Staff wouldn’t accommodate guests of any kind

The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was great. The only thing is the ac in the room was not working properly. We did complain about it on our 2nd day. They did bring a portable ac. The exhaust pipe that took the hot air out kept falling. They came and fixed it but it fell again. We had a 7 day stay. They did upgrade the room at no charge on our final night. It would have been nice if they had done that earlier. But besides that, everything was good.

By far, the most accommodating, professional and friendly reception of any hotel stay. Provided with private area to get ready for my early afternoon meetings (way before check-in). Super organized and well staffed.... again, friendly and professional!!!

Great staff and service

Staff unbelievable and friendly

The property was nice, however the noise at night was really bad. We asked to be moved and they did, but its annoying. I also didn't care that the hotel is very dark. everything is black. Nice rooms but not really functional. On the other hand the staff was nice and very helpful. Especially Jesus. He went out of his way to help us with recommendations for tours and sightseeing.

Our stay was very good. This hotel is right by all shops and restaurants. The lobby was extremely trendy and nice. Our room had what we needed. It was small and simple but clean. We had an issue with the TV during our entire stay. When we alerted the staff on our last day they immediately took steps to rectify and even brought us some drinks to make up for the issue. We were unable to take advantage of this but the gesture and their quickness to respond was much appreciated.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Just be mindful that rooms can be really small. But I highly recommend it! You have restaurants, bars and cool shopping around.

This is one of the most glamourous hotels!

This was one of the fanciest hotels I've ever stayed in. I really cannot believe this place has any poor reviews. The service is impeccable; this property has many restaurants and bars, and everything is amazing and high-end. The pool is small, but I still had a blast laying out for hours and enjoyed the poolside bar/food services. They have great tour guide services, but book weeks in advance if you want a specific day. All the best restaurants surround this hotel (and you can walk to most of them on foot), and Poblado is cute and has great shopping). I was a solo, non-Spanish-speaking female traveler, and unfortunately, I never felt safe enough to leave the hotel after about 8 pm, which was fine since I did tons of sightseeing during the day. Luckily, I could relax, hang out, and have cocktails nightly at the rooftop bar at Click Clack and stay until close. The inside of the hotel was very safe; there were guards everywhere. Sadly, I never felt 100% safe as a woman to walk alone in certain areas of this neighborhood (other American travelers at the pool voiced the same concerns as I had regarding not feeling 100% safe when walking on the side streets of this neighborhood). I definitely would bring all the cash you need, before this trip as I wouldn't want to use any ATMs and get followed after. One last thought: this hotel would be amazing for couples because it has a sexy vibe. I will be back to the Click Clack next time I have a companion to travel with!

The Click Clack Hotel is located in Community 6 which is very touristy. There is many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby which can be walked to. The customer service by the hotel is excellent. You are welcomed immediately with a welcome drink. They are always there to help and answer any questions. They have a WhatsApp and you can ask questions at any time and someone will respond to you. They offer pickup and drop off service to the airport which was nice and reasonable. The breakfast offered a variety of options and staff was friendly . The cleaning service for the room always made my room nice and clean each day. There is a roof top bar which gets a lot of attraction and starting Thursday till the wknd you can hear the echo of the music from above. So, if you want silence as if in a library this may not be you place. It does offer for a fun atmosphere. I did not get to see the rooftop bar and pool due to my busy schedule but heard the views up there are amazing. Overall, I enjoyed staying at the Click Clack hotel and if possible would return for another stay.

This was my first trip to Columbia with my partner. I looked at a few different Hotel options and chose to stay at clickclack after receiving recommendation from a friend. We are very happy with our choice to stay here the hotel is very modern and luxurious with a unique theme. The service we received was top-notch and many of which were bilingual speaking English which was helpful considering my Spanish is not so good. The heated rooftop pool was a great addition to our stay. The included breakfast is excellent, Gourmet food. Along with complimentary breakfast buffet. Hotel is in a very safe location and staff is always there if you have any questions or concerns about transportation local dining or activities. If I find myself traveling to Medellin again in the future I will definitely visit this hotel again.

This was such a cute boutique the staff was extremely friendly and the service was wonderful. I also received an in room spa treatment that was wonderful. I will definitely be back.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were pristine, and there are a lot of different places to hang out with in the hotel, such as the rooftop poo. Also I really enjoyed starting each day with a well-rounded complimentary breakfast. I will definitely return in the future

The Hotel was a great choice. We had the XL Suite, we loved it. The location was near lots of places to eat. We were within walking distance of the Provenza in which has lots of Clubs and Restaurants. The Hotel had an open Terrace and they have various Restaurants on site too. The Staff was very nice and friendly too.

This hotel is amazing. My only complaint is that the showers should have some form of privacy for friends who share a room and maybe walk in showers instead of tubs. Everything was amazing from the food to the amenities to the restaurants and the staff was amazing too.

The hotel was beautiful, top of the line. The service was great too. Breakfast was very good and it was included. If you are looking to stay in a central part of Medellin, this is the place. On the weekend, they offer a brunch with di. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to stay. The music from the rooftop bar is on until 3:00 am. Besides that, everything was great!!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Ultra modern with open plan lobby and incredible design and attention to detail. Rooftop pool area fantastic, could have spent all day there, (actually I did!). And all in the heart of the action in El Poblado. Very reasonably priced and excellent value for money.

Excellent service, safe and great location

The hotel refused to allow my guest entry and refused to give a reason. I registered her with her government id but when we tried to enter security would not let her in. Based only on her appearance . She had just left work and was conservatively dressed. I asked why she is not allowed in and security as well as the hotel manager said they do not have to give me a reason. The law, which they quoted, allows them to deny entry to anyone they want without giving a reason. I left and went to Charlee Hotel. Had no problems there. Hotel has refused my freumd as well.

I have stayed in Medellin many times, but this was my first stay at click clack. Service was fantastic- everyone went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and recognize you. Breakfast was wonderful and drink in the bar were excellent. Comfortable beds and clean room.

Was mislead about the hotel guest policy and than given bad information at check in I was told even if my guest was not there a check in that if I provided her name she could come register later in the day . When she got there the clerk said that she could not stay because the hotel policy I asked why was I given the wrong info and although he apologized I still ended up having to find a room at a different hotel , this place will take no responsibility for their own mistakes and I would advice any foreigner to find a hotel else where I have stayed in over 4 hotels in Medellín and never had this problem very sad and will be requesting a charge back with my credit card
