The hotel has wrong address mentioned which is helping them to get booking even for different location. The front desk incharge along with General Manager of the hotel are cheat. Despite several requests they gave their full effort to charge us even knowing that they have mentioned wrong address and due to which booking was made there. They aren't cooperative at all. It seems that The General Manager himself is very focused on cheating people and generating money from where ever he can. This hotel is highly not recommended at all. They are polite only till they receive money and once they get your money they turn upside down. A con-ning culture is being served to customers right from head of the hotel ( General Manager) till the bottom-line of the staff. Lucky that I booked it through Expedia and somehow I got my refund from these money eaters. Shame on the hotel and the General Manager.
