This was our second time staying here. We love the large rooms with all the amenities you could ask for. So clean and both times have had great service. Mike went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Amazing suites! Clean comfortable and super friendly staff!

The rooms are lovely, spacious with full kitchens. The down side is a bit noisy from the highway being close and the bed isnt rhe comfiest

The hotel is great and the rooms are big with a full equipped kitchen, but is a little far away from everything

The property didn't have the necessary items like toothbrushes and paste. At reception, the lady was not customer-oriented and did not allow us 10 extra mins for checkout. For the bathrobes, they asked us to pick them up from the reception instead of having them delivered to the room. The property itself has nice rooms and is maintained.

Great place to stay in Kelowna …

The room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Our room overlooked the lake which was really nice. All staff we encountered were super helpful and friendly. Loved our stay here though the dining options were limited in the off season.

This was my second experience with the Castle. It was excellent. The staff are very friendly and professional. It’s beautiful quiet and perfect for my needs. I will not hesitate in the future to stay again. Highly recommend!

Lovely facility, funny the castle in name was more like a faux castle! Overlooking the swan lake, over retail strip and fast road way

Rooms were great and the view was awesome! Parking wasn't the best and a little hard to get luggage to suites.

The hotel is next to a busy highway and the traffic was loud. Too loud to enjoy the nice deck looking out at the lake. Front desk staff was awesome and helped us put air in our flat tire so we could get to a tire shop. Five stars for the staff.

Stayed for an overnighter for work during the offseason. Rooms are HUGE and quite nice. The odd part of the building how it is situated on the property, its kinda like the person who designed it was just trying to fill the property. Enter on ground floor, elevator up 1 level to another ground floor. Not bad, just odd. Lots of signs about taking valuables out of the car, but the property is not in an area at all where one would be worried about car theft. All in all a good place to stay. No car charger that I could find.

Not bad for a night stay, parking is limited out front near the rooms and entrance, more parking available around back. Restaurant only opens at 4pm so useless for breakfast or lunch.

Very nice unique rooms, super clean.

A very nice room with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the long walk up a ramp to the pool and pet area, otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

Lovely untis. Large. Comfortable. Like a home away from home. Pool and hot tub are great and scenery and area are wonderful. And still only 5 minutes from the city.

One night stay during our road trip.

Very nice overnight stay, room was clean and spacious. The view was good as we were on the first level, higher level or in the upper building will probably be better and quieter from the highway.

We had a lovely stay here - the room was spacious and had everything we needed - met some lovely people around the pool and the restaurant is fantastic 😀

This property is a hidden gem! Very much a resort with small scale, personable service. We will be making this our home base for future visits to the Okanagan

We loved staying at the Castle. Parking was limited at times because of how others parked their vehicles. Didn't love the one way drive up the side to the back, but we didn't run into any problems. One side of the bed was very squeaky. One of the bedside lamps was wobbly and only worked some of the time and the ceiling fan downstairs made a lot of noise on low setting. I would just suggest checking such things before your guests arrive. Otherwise it is a beautiful place and we would stay again.

Excellent price for the space and service. The only negative was if your on the first floor of the “townhome” units you can hear everything moving around in the unit above you. Still 10/10 will stay again

Quiet.

Rooms are fantastic only complaints are you have to go to the desk to replenish towels, coffee, robes etc and that the rooms need to be assessed better for maintenance issues. The full kitchens need drying racks for dishes

Pool is amazing. Location is quiet and private. More for family so not for party people. It is a boring area which I like. So if you are a quiet person and like the Urban tourist type areas it will not be your type. Service great. Vernon is a fabulous city and this hotel awesome.

Great room, location, pool and hot tub!

Every summer, I drive by the castle at Swan Lake And say that one day, I will stay there. This week I did. I was originally booked for two days and liked it so much I added two more. The fully stocked suite was exceptional with a balcony and Lakeview on the front and the pool and hot tub in the rear. Splash down waterslides are only a couple minutes walk away. This place has a lot going for it. You should check it out.

The suites were well Appointed and the location and noise level were great!

We stayed at the Castle in Swan Lake a few times. There is limited amount of lounge chairs by the pool, all are in poor condition. The hotel itself is needing renovations inside and out.

Great location for waterslides. Very nice condos.

I stay at the Castle every time I stay Vernon. Having a kitchen and two bathrooms is ideal.

This hotel was fantastic! Great pool, easy access to the waterslides next door, fabulous restaurant and 900sq ft. room.

I really this hotel. It’s reasonable and close to where I need to be.

Nice Place

Just a one night stay and rest before we were on our way. Friendly front desk and comfortable room. First rate refrigerator, stove, nice sheets and towels. Grounds were spotless, pool looked inviting. Our room was at the back, so very quiet. A very nice place to stay.

Nice place, spacious, kitchenette, pool and hot tub, in nice condition, would definitely rexommend.

Beautiful hotel

Well maintained, very close to the water slides. Kids had lots of fun

Property was nice and clean. Rooms were spacious and had everything you need for your stay. We found it was super hot at night in the rooms even with the AC running non stop. Luckily the out side temp was 25-27 degrees. I couldn’t imagine sleeping in that room if it were in the mid to high 30s out side.

I would not stay here again

The hotel is terribly understaffed. They offer next to no support. The layout of the hotel is difficult and I have the misfortune of wanting to check out before 7am. The door to the lobby was locked, meaning there was no way to get from my first level room down to the lobby. I had all of our luggage and belongings and I had no choice but to walk up the 3 levels of switchbacks to the upper parking lot and then walk down the road to the front of the hotel. No one there. I called security and they opened the door and allowed me to get my disabled wife onto an elevator so that we could depart this place. Annoying. The decor...faux 1980s ugly. Spacious, yes. Overpriced, yes. Desirable, no.

Located on the side of a hill. Have to be in shape to get around the property as you have to go up and down the hill a lot.

Enjoyed our stay! Property is unique, rooms were clean and very spacious. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Will have to take advantage of the waterslides right next door next time we travel through.

Nice Find outside of Vernon!

Nice, clean and quiet stay. Rooms were sizeable and quite comfortable. Note that the location requires a car to get around / to the market / into town (Vernon). Immediately beside the splashpark (relatively mellow during the day).

We loved the on site restaurant. Did not like that it is difficult to turn left on the highway as the hotel is very remote from downtown Vernon. A traffic light should be put in place.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Unit was clean and spacious. Not much in walking distance but short drive to central Vernon.

Really nice view, convenient off the highway

This spot is a hidden gem! I love that you can use the bbqs while watching your kids play in the pool. It was so quiet despite being close to the highway. I will be back!

Facility is nice, but we felt unwelcome

The facility is nice. It was clean, although various mosquitoes, moths, and random bugs (no roaches or I would have bailed!) made their way into the room somehow during our stay. We were not leaving the door open and I do not know where they were coming from. However, for the price of the hotel I felt the hospitality was distinctly lacking. We were greeted by a sign in the parking lot saying that our car might be broken into, then we had to a sign a waiver that we wouldn't steal their towels (which were absolutely terrible cheap little towels), and we got a lecture about only calling the front desk in an emergency during the night. Overall, it left me feeling like our stay was an imposition on them, and that we were not welcome. The price point is too high to be treated as an unwelcome intruder who is likely to tear the place up and steal the hotel's property.

Great Experience!

We had an amazing stay and would love to come back! My reason for only giving 4 stars is because everything is closed from 10pm-7am for quiet hours. I appreciate the idea of quiet hours, but it would have been nice to sit and have a quiet cup of coffee next to the pool each morning before my kids woke up. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we had an amazing time.

Excellent stay! Love the layout of the rooms with the kitchen, plenty of space and super comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice pool area and super casual atmosphere. Close to Vernon, golf courses, O’Keefe Ranch, etc. Thank you for the great stay, this was our second time here and we will return!

We have been staying at this property ever since it opened. Everything was excellent except the wifi was very slow and sometimes with no connection at all. But overall, our stay was good. Kids still love to come back next summer.
