Property is one of our favorites. Can't be the view while the constant surf puts you into the best sleep at night. Staff is great and the food quality has gotten better from our last stay. Highly recommend
This is the only place we visit in Cabo.. The service is impeccable and the attention to detail is insane. We always love visiting here and can't wait to come back.
Great stay - perfect service
I was so pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was!
It's a beauttiful hotel.
Unbelievable all the way around
The best
We booked this trip, not quite knowing what to expect, and we’re blown away by every aspect of it. The property was stunning. The service was exceptional. The food and drinks were fantastic. We absolutely loved watching the whales from our balcony each morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Great people, great view!!!!
GREAT EXPERIENCE
AMAZING HOTEL AND SERVICE. DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND OR COME BACK. JUST BE READY TO PAY FOR THE EXPERIENCE, IT IS EXPENSIVE
Loved our stay at the Cape! This boutique hotel was perfect, the private beach feel, infinity pool, and impeccable restaurants! We got engaged on the beach, and had a dinner to follow on the beach, it was perfect!
One of my fiance and I favorite hotels in the world! Incredible! Beautiful in every way imaginable. Excellent experience. What a beautiful place with a tremendous team running this place.
Beautiful and quiet with easy access to the city. Loved our balcony with the amazing views of the arch, bay, and Sea of Cortez. Seeing whales our last morning was an added plus. The service is impeccable and all the staff was all very friendly.
Manta & the views are excellent.
This property was incredible the moment you arrive. The staff is amazing and helpful but not pushy or looking for tips. The view from our room was breathtaking and sitting at the infinity pool overlooking the ocean is heaven. We never wanted to leave the resort but we did a few times and the security of coming and going was great! Can’t wait to come back! Food was amazing too!! Only thing is we wish there weren’t so many small unattended screaming kids at times at the pool. It’s an adult vibe for sure with drinks, dj, etc and I wish it was adults only bc parents don’t always watch their children and it’s annoying for others getting away to relax.
One of my fav places, I stay all the time
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and the food and drinks are very good. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the fitness center was better than an average hotel. The only thing that could use improvement is the service to the chairs around the pool - it wasn’t that busy but it was very slow.
The cap is a small but beautiful property with the highlight being the infinity pool looking over the gorgeous ocean views. The crowd can get rowdy and busy but all in all the food and service is top notch and we came back for our anniversary!
Great service and the food was delicious!
The property is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so kind and truly celebrated our honeymoon and made us feel special. The view is like nothing we’ve ever experienced and we are avid travelers. We will be back for sure!
A++ if you’ve got the budget.
Amazing service. Beautiful resort. Expensive food.
Beautiful property, clean, quiet, friendly staff!
Beautiful hotel with amazing service. Can use more dining options for simple grab and go meals. Food was delicious but quite pricey.
Great hotel. Best tacos. Nice waiters. Aldo is the best
Great pool and view… boutique property so never overcrowded!
Every time I go to Cabo, I will stay here
I love The Cape! I’ve been five times and wouldn’t recommend any other property in Cabo.
Best hotel in Cabo
This was my favorite hotel we have ever stayed at in Cabo and we have stayed just about everywhere. We were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and they upgraded our room. The staff was so nice and the place was gorgeous. The food at every restaurant on the property (including room service) was unbelievably good. We didn’t want to leave the property the whole time we were there!!!
.
The Property was very nice . The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms was nice as well. The only thing about this resort I didn’t like was the Price of the Food and Drinks . It was definitely overpriced the Food especially. It shouldn’t cost 100$ for 2 eggs and potatoes a bowl of oatmeal and a cup of coffee and an orange juice. But I still enjoyed my stay there
Muy bueno.
We were upgraded from a room to a residence due to several destination weddings taking place that weekend. The residence included a dining and living room plus a kitchen. A balcony stretching from living area to bedroom. The view was directly across bay to three arches of Cabo San Lucas. The staff was excellent and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool was great as was the beach and grounds. An excellent 5 night stay! Ole!
Beautiful property and location. Staff was superb. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our stay in the junior suite was a memorable one because of the beautiful natural setting and view from The Cape Hotel. The meal options and quality of the food was average, and I expected better given the cost associated.
We had an excellent stay at The Cape and cannot wait to go back. We stayed in one of the ocean view panoramic suites and highly recommend those rooms- the view and patio were incredible. Service was top notch and we felt everyone was willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us everywhere we went on the resort. Location is great with a wonderful view of the arch. The food was good, but was pricey, but that was not unexpected at a resort like this (in my experience, most times with travel you get what you pay for), and we loved the tasting menu at Manta. Location is great as long as you are not looking to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle of the Cabo party scene (which we were not)- it’s a short (10min) drive into Cabo and a little longer drive to visit the restaurants and art galleries in San Juan. The beach is beautiful and great for photo ops, but a bit rough and rocky- not swimmable, but fun to watch the surfers. If you are thinking of staying here, do it- we could not recommend this resort enough and hope to be back soon!
We’d love to see you resurface the adult pool with a smoother, more comfortable materiel (I.e. plaster). Manta restaurant was excellent all around!
Hhhu
Always great service.
Fantastic stay
very nice hotel
The hotel has top-notch service, staff, and facilities. You also probably get one of the best views in the region. This is for a traveller who likes to be pampered. It was a bit much for me but if that's your style; you'll love it.
Amazing
Loved the jacuzzi on the balcony and whale watching from the balcony
Great property! All the amenities….
Gorgeous property no need to leave
Amazing views of Cabo. Prime real estate. Beautiful/one of a kind rooms. Friendly and accomodating staff. Great food. Get to the pool early to get a seat!
Beautiful property
The property is exquisite and the food was extremely delicious. The staff was very helpful and nice. I was disappointed with the quality of drinks at pool bar. Towels need to be revamped with a fluffier option. Food portions were quite questionable. For the price I expect all facets of the stay to be impeccable.
The Cape is a beautiful hotel. The staff are all delightful and always very helpful. We will definitely be back!
Amazing!! Best views in Cabo. Hotel was phenomenal. Room was fabulous. Staff was super helpful. So fun to watch the surfers. Spa was nice. Only complaints are that prices for food and beverage are very high but to be expected. Service at pool a little slow. Gym was always super crowded and its small. Cant really walk the beach from this location. 10 min Uber into Cabo, so not far but you are a little isolated on the property. Loved it though and would definitely go back.
Loved The Cape
We loved The Cape it was a 4 day "get me away from everything" trip and it was successful at The Cape. They made us feel taken care of and very safe. The hotel is in a perfect spot with views of The Arch and whale sitings galore. The resort is small which is what we were looking for in a place. No big families, no kids (maybe 4 or 5) FYI I love kids but wanted quiet and we had it. The food and drinks were fabulous and the service was a 10! I reccomend highly!
Amazing-would go again.
Amazing resort. Everything is done so well. The grounds are well cared for and the rooms are amazing with the ocean views. There are “daybeds” on the balcony and we spent hours just relaxing. Not sure if the pool is heated but it was plenty warm enough to swim in-this is from someone that does not like cool water. Also, it’s great there is a hot tub, that was not clear on website. The service is distinctive. The people are genuine and not the fake good service. Wish all hotels and stores trained employees this way. The only two areas that were not as great. One was the Rooftop bar. We were seated at the worst table and had to ask to be moved, which they did. Also a bit of upselling of offering water immediately and it turns out it was $16US for two bottles of water. This didn’t happen at the other restaurants. The other wish is bigger coffee cups at the Ledge in the morning at breakfast. We were having to ask for coffee refills often, which they were happy to do. Overall, one of the best resorts from around the world we have been to and one of the few we would go back to.
This is an absolutely beautiful hotel with the most stunning views. Watching humpback whales breach from the infinity pool was simply unbelievable. Sunsets are the best and the staff are great to work with. My only critique would be that the food and beverages are quite expensive.
Fantastic location and view. Bell staff where incredible!
This is a beautiful property. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff could not be more hospitable. They were attentive and friendly. We wished the beach were longer as we like to take beach walks. The fitness room was clean and had good equipment. This is a good property for relaxing by the pool with amazing views.
The food was not good and so expensive. Also, they charge for the cold plunge and sauna. If you’re a guest it should be included. Everything was an up charge, even a side of cream cheese on a bagel 😂
Top notch property, service, pools, restaurants.
Amazing property with modern architecture, great ocean views and multiple dining options!
This was such a beautiful hotel, amazing view, food was delicious, and the best customer service.
Service was supreme. Food and drinks were delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.
Poor customer service
Nice views. Pretty beach.
Wonderful service!
Incredible experience!
We've stayed at The Cape twice now, and both times we had the most amazing experience. We can't wait to go back again. Everything was wonderful from the rooms to the service and everything in between. You can't beat the location and the views. We've stayed in the panoramic room and the deluxe king room, and both were excellent. Definitely stay here if you come to Cabo!
Incredible hotel! Comfortable room, clean, incredible service, food was delicious!
Amazing property! Staff is phenomenal.
Inspiring stay
I extended my vacation and moved from Las Venatanas al Paraiso to The Cape for a couple of nights and was glad to finally stay at this hotel. My Deluxe King Suite felt like it was straight above the ocean and has an incredible view of the surfers in the morning and the crashing waves and the beautiful pools. The suite felt modern, hip and very comfortable and spacious. Service was excellent, from the front desk staff to the concierge team and the housekeeping staff, all were attentive. I felt well taken care of. And finally, the restaurant The Ledge offered fresh and delicious options so I had breakfast and lunch there on three separate occasions. Would stay there again.
Truly one of the best stays in Cabo. Beautiful hotel and great service!
It was a beautiful resort. Very trendy with great food options and a wonderful staff. The only negative is that food/drinks were very expensive.
The property is in a beautiful location, but the service and facility maintenance level is not even a 5-star hotel quality at all. I was very disappointed. It was overly hyped and overly priced for what it is.
The view from the property is the first thing that grabs your attention and it’s an overwhelming beautiful sight of crashing waves and rocks. The open air lobby has a constant breeze that adds to the vibe. Yet the structure is mostly painted black concrete and the furniture is dark and heavy. On our trip we were looking forward to mulch peace and quiet but five floors of the property were going through plumbing repairs and the drilling noise was insane! Overall, the cost of food at the restaurants were highly overpriced for the quantity, quality and service given. We had previously stayed at other resorts in cabo like one and only Palmilla, Grand Velas, and they were better value. Not sure if we would return since there is ample resort choices available to experience. I would say The Cape was neither outstanding nor terrible.
Had the best time ever!! The staff was amazing from the moment we got there till we left. I will definitely be back soon.
This hotel is a wedding mill. If you're there for a wedding...great! Lots of fun. But if you're there for some relaxation you're out of luck. It's like an overpriced spring break resort for 35-45yr olds. Pools water is filthy...and a can of sunblock is $42.
Wonderful property. Incredibly courteous staff
It was a dream! And cannot wait to plan our next trip.
amazing!
Great hotel. Awesome staff and amenities. Not cheap but worth every cent.
Loved the hotel, the view is beautiful and the staff extremely friendly and the food at the restaurants were simply delectable! Can’t wait for our next stay!
Stunning views from this hotel - one of the best in Cabo! Rooms are large and beautiful, staff and service are amazing, lots of personal touches - leaving a small amenity for our anniversary, accommodating my dietary restrictions, etc. It was a really relaxing space to spend a few days - the Rooftop restaurant has great food (lots gluten free options) and awesome live music nightly.
The location of this property was great
The Cape has fantastic views from every room. It is a quaint property that is not overly crowded. Service was fantastic. We will definitely come back again.
This is a gorgeous property and we can't wait to come back! The service was always super friendly but sometimes slower paced, but that is more likely because we ar so fast paced in regualr life, it was good for us to slow down. The staff were great though across the board. I will say this was probably the best room service we ever had. Both times we felt like were we at a sit down. Truly a magical place!
Amazing!
Everything about the Cape is wonderful. It exceed our expectations and was the most relaxing stay! There isn’t one bad thing about this hotel!
This is a really nice property located in one of the most beautiful spots in Cabo San Lucas. We would also like to mention the outstanding job of Mr. Eduardo Tirado (Concierge) in all aspects.
The staff were helpful and attentive, the pool staff amazing.
Beautiful beach views, thoughtful design, helpful staff and a relaxed vibe all make The Cape a wonderful place to stay!
The staff here went above and beyond during one of the busiest holiday travel seasons to make our stay so memorable. The food was so fresh. Who gets to eat sushi grade blue fin tuna by the pool? You! That's who. The housekeeping staff made the place look spotless and the concierge helped us secure so many wonderful reservations. I cannot wait to come back!
Great vibe/friendly staff/ great food
My family stayed here for 6 nights and very satisfied. The atmosphere in this hotel is so good and make the stay here very relax and comfortable..
The Cape is elegant, private, and very comfortable. We take a very private cabana at the saltwater pool that is very private. It's like having your own private pool. Their workout facility is state-of-the-art and brilliantly maintained.
Overall wonderful stay! Beautiful view and great location. Some construction next to our room which was a bummer in the afternoons and no ice to be found. I would stay again for sure!
Having stayed at other high end properties in Cabo I had high expectations when we made out reservations…. and The Cape lived up to all of them plus more!! It’s a gorgeous property! The entire staff bends over backwards to make sure anything you need is taken care of promptly. Room service only took 20 minutes to deliver an incredible breakfast on two mornings. The spa was fantastic! Definitely get a couples massage if traveling with your significant other. The room was spotless and the Dalit housekeeping was happy to accommodate us on a couple of days when we needed our room cleaned at a different time. Concierges go out of their way to get you the best table in the house at the restaurants they book for you. The pools and service at the pools was fantastic as well. We can’t think of one thing that could have made our stay more enjoyable. Best resort in our opinion in Cabo! We are already planning the next trip back!
This property has a gorgeous view of the ocean but it's def not worth the price for a nights stay plus all the fees you incur from the restaurant alone. Will definitely be staying at an all inclusive next time I'm in Cabo.
Beautiful property. Service and food was excellent
Stayed the week during Hurricane Kay and the hotel property remained impeccable. Pool concierge was outstanding as was guest services, wait staff, check in, bellmen, and maintenance. Had small issue with fire alarm defaulted 2X In the night but we were on vacation in a beautiful hotel set on a gorgeous beach! Special thanks to Bernie, Lennie and the pool Concierge. He was awesome!! All the pool staff hung in there during light rain to let us swim. Will absolutely book again for our next trip! ❤️
The Hotel is very nice. At the price that we paid and cost of things at the hotel it is a bit overpriced. The service was very good not great. The food was very good again not great. The hotel quality was very good and again not great. At the 5 star rating and quality you get at other resorts I would say it is a strong 4.5. The big complaint I would have was with the DJ at the pool. The music was terrible and they would not pay any different music even when multiple people asked not even for certain songs just a little variety. Maybe this is there policy, but to be honest it turned many people off and created a very annoying time at the pool. This was shared by many people we spoke with. The Dj's overall even at the rooftop bar were all the same people just couldn't get dancing. There was one very good female Dj she played on Friday the 12th of August at the pool. She was excellent and it was very refreshing. The other 4 days were not close.
Excellent!!!
Top notch facility and top notch service. We had an amazing stay here and it may be my favorite hotel
We stayed in room 710. The air conditioner works well in the back part of the room. No air vents near front door or bathroom. Wife complained about humidity in those areas. We would stay at the property again and would recommend to our friends.
All staff were extremely customer focussed, friendly and generous. Thanks to all
Loved that there was an actual beach in front of the hotel
The property and service is amazing however there seems to be a wedding daily which impacts guests not staying for a wedding. Areas were closed off for special events so we had to go off property for dinners. Some weddings are large and the reception/music can go late into the night.
The Cape is a nice hotel but the food prices are too high
