Quite far from downtown. And the bus service that was outside the hotel has now been discontinued. Otherwise a nice hotel, decent room for the price that we paid.

The only reason I made it 2 stars instead of one is because the after hours person in reception was actually really nice and went above and beyond in helping me. If more people were like him, the hotel would have a chance. The aggressive people in the day should be ashamed. Let me start: First- they have a card with a QR code for having snacks and food brought up. The bar code just goes to their website not menu. When you call down and ask for the menu, they say it is at the front desk. So you go down. Then they say it’s at the bar. The bar says there is no such thing. And they won’t send a drink up because it’s for “safety.”. There is no room service or snacks to be sent up after being sent around to different people. Second, when you tell them you have to have a meeting right at check out and they say “ok” you can expect to have your meeting disturbed multiple times by an aggressive front desk asking to confirm you are in a meeting. When your boss is irritated after the call from the disturbances, they will chase you down and disrupt that conversation to tell you that you need to finish check out, despite telling them that you will handle it after. Half of my credit cards refused payment because it is a “questionable vendor” Then when you order a Long Island, instead of telling you they ran out of Coca Cola (!!), they will make you an abomination with sugar free peach soda. Then make you sign before agreed to remove. Aggressive front desk demands you pay because you sign

Hotel muy bien ubicado en los suburbios. Contaba con estacionamiento. Y buena comunicación con el centro de la ciudad ya que en la puerta del hotel pasaba un bus. Muy buena experiencia.

Decent stay.

We only stayed 1 night and headed to the airport the next morning. No issues. The hotel just seemed a bit outdated.

Staff was amazing …. Especially Angelica …. Lobby was really nice ….. but as soon as you get to floors with rooms all is so different …. Carpet seems 100 years old and very very dirty. Rooms are really dark and musty. Had trouble breathing for how dusty and moldy it was. Bed was comfortable but because of the surroundings it was hard to get a good nights sleep. So sorry for the comments but really did not like or find it up to par.

Had a nice bar and food was good. Friendly staff.

Its a Basic Hotel with Appropriate Service & Romos. Its ok For 1 Night before Our Flight. GRATEFUL

We like that it's out of the city. We didn't love that there was no AC... and the soccer field is right below so that can be loud. But all in all great place. No frills, but pleasant and comfortable.

They gave the keys of our room to another couple who ended up opening our room door at 9pm. The next day someone from reception opens the door at 9am making sure its our room...

The only issue was breakfast on the last day. Too crowded. But i guess it was due to a shcool stay at the hotel.

The front office lady that checked me in was RUDE .Sorry would never go back there because of her.The carpet in the rooms and the hall was dirty need to be renewed.Where you can shower is tiny covered with a shower curtain all the water flow and go all over the floor.For 1 night and the price it is ok

This was a last minute booking ! We loved this property far from the city center . Bus stop is just across the street, super convenient.

Not a good hotel! The day we arrived a fabulous lady employee did a very good check in (sorry I have forgotten to ask her name). Beside that nothing else to remark!!!

The room was clean but smelled like cigarette smoke in the room.

Staff at reception was very good the only negative thing was that,while having breakfast a very out of tune lady repeating continuously 2 words of the same song and slamming cups and cutlery was very annoying but that is easy fix with a better training ,I will stay again for sure

The hotel is clean, quiet and is nearby public transportation across the street. They cleaned the room daily and stocked it with clean towers and toiletries. It offered a breakfast buffet choice($) convenient for the start of your day. It also has a deli(store) next door with additional choices to buy food or snacks. The staff for the most part assisted with most of my inquiries and were always generous in calling a taxi each time I needed one. The only problem I had was that they don’t have an iron or a room for pressing clothes, neither a laundry room. It is also aproxímate 30 mins away for the city center in public bus. Other than that I do recommend.

Very nice place to stay with a great staff!

The staff were outstanding. Very helpful and courteous. It was in a quiet area, which we were thankful for as we were on our way to the airport the next day. A great little eating area next door where we had a nice lunch, and a great restaurant within walking distance for dinner. We were hoping for a restaurant on the premises but they haven’t opened up yet, although they did have breakfast. The room was comfortable and clean, although, the carpeting on the floor was stained, not sure if it needed cleaning or replacing. Also, reasonably priced.

Location was good. Breakfast was ok. Lots of tour groups so breakfast was a bit chaotic. Great coffee. Rooms were a bit small but clean and comfortable.

Great hotel with easy access to the city

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. A bit outside the center but there is a bus just in front of the hotel that takes you straight into the city center (close to the Vatican). Bus leaves every 12 minutes or so and is running until 2am. There is also a great bakery just outside the hotel that is cheap and tasty. Highly recommended!

Transporte público saliendo del hotel, buena zona, con cafetería, farmacia a solo pasos del hotel, muy limpio , recomendado !

Hotel com péssimo custo benefício.

Hotel super simples e super distante do centro da cidade. Não vale a pena nem para quem deseja ficar “próximo” do aeroporto, pois de carro, o trajeto demora em torno de 20 minutos, e caso opte por ônibus, você demora mais de 1 hora e precisando fazer troca entre ônibus e metrô. Além disso, poucas opções de restaurante e localização muito esquisita, acabamos optando por comer no restaurante do próprio hotel, porém com atendimento ruim e lento e comida ok. Ou seja, a diária é barata mas não compensa o perrengue.

郊外の立地だが、ローマ中心にはタクシーで約15～20分(20~30€)でアクセス可能。交通の便は良い。フロントでタクシーを頼むと概ね5分で来てくれる。日本語が通じないが、英語での会話は可能(とても親切に対応して貰えた)。ランドリーサービスがなく、近くのクリーニング屋を紹介してくれたが土日が休みなので使えなかった。部屋/施設は綺麗で満足できる。1Fのレストランも美味かった。隣にカフェがあり軽食は可能。
