More than expected

My wife and i were told this was a good hotel so we tried it out.we found the staff very friendly delivering an excellent service.the room was v.clean and comfortable as was the rest of the hotel.the food was excellent.we were more than pleased and we are looking forward to staying in this hotel again in the near future.

Lovely, cozy hotel by the Giants Causeway. The staff are absolutely fabulous. The food was a little pricey, but very good. The rooms are very large and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Nespresso, coffee, and the morning. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are comfortable. The showers are clean and fully stocked with everything you could need.

Wonderful hotel! The atmosphere is just beautiful and historical. Staff were phenomenal! So pleasant and willing to go above and beyond. It was a nice walk to Bushmills distillery and a short drive to many points of interest. Food was wonderful. We had a 2 floor room that was immaculate and had a great soaker tub. Only issue was lack of dresser or cabinet for clothes. No room upstairs for suitcase and closet was very awkward. A dresser or cabinet in living room would make a huge difference. Loved the hotel and would highly recommend!

Great place to stay. Very helpful staff. Wonderful bar and restaurant. Staff can arrange cabs--like with Bush Taxi run by Gordon. Great guy!

Bushmills Hotel is a quaint place, lovely decor, room was a good space, comfortable bed. Shower was difficult to regulate. Sofa cushions kept sinking down so a bar kept popping up. Dining room had rather unfriendly staff. A manager in a suit was very stone faced and felt quite unfriendly. For the high cost we expected more.

Beautiful room with everything I needed at a good and fair price.

This is a nice hotel but in no way is it worth £300 a night. Rooms are clean and a decent size but very ordinary. Restaurant is fine and breakfast was decent but this is a best a three star hotel. Full of a lot of golfers going to spectacular local golf courses and that explains the London prices.

Perfect night away

Lovely evening and overnight at Bushmills with fabulous food, accommodating staff, and a comfy night of rest.

A very nice boutique hotel close to Giants Causeway on the Coastal Causeway. The staff were wonderful and friendly and the dining was excellent. Lovely stay

One of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed in. Old but with all the mod cons. There were vegan options, and no two evening meals were the same. The staff were friendly and professional. We hope to stay here again.

I spend a lot of time in hotels and there are not many where i can recommend as highly as this one. Staff were friendly, food was excellent. Its one of the few hotels where you feel genuinely relaxed

We had such a lovely trip. The service of the staff at the hotel was really friendly and very helpful. The room was super clean, well stocked and beautiful. The food at the restaurant was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience

Favorite hotel in Northern Ireland!

We spent 5 nights traveling through Northern Ireland and Bushmills Hotel was our absolute favorite stay! Staff friendly and courteous, the Pub and restaurant were both delicious and delightful. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel built around its 17th century history, every aspect from when you walk through the door until you leave is perfect. Amazing staff. Fabulous room and fantastic food. Open fires to sit in front of and a lovely setting just up the road from the beach. Top top……try a “Bushmills Coffee.

The staff are wonderful, as always! I like the hotel style, it was warm and clean.

Great location in a nice town and easy access to the Causeway sites and bus.

Utterly charming, super luxurious, incredibly well-located, easy parking, super comfy bed, fantastic bath/shower, tasteful decor, comfortable and everyone so nice! Delicious food. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was the nicest room we stayed in our 2 week trip. The service was excellent and the restaurant food and beverages were top notch. It was the most comfortable bed we stayed at in Ireland where most of the mattresses and pillows were hard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an excellent place to stay.

Perfect stop in Northern Ireland

The Bushmills Inn has been our favorite hotel so far on our trip. The Inn has been so welcoming and we love the room, so cozy and well decorated. The bar was also wonderful with delicious food and great service.

Check in quick staff very pleasant and showed us to our room. Room very nice with separate, clean and bed very comfy. Bar staff friendly and enjoyed breakfast next morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was great and well kept. The prices were a bit high and TV needs updating.

Irish charm all the way

Lovely and seems to be recently updated . Charming and very comfortable rooms Only wish more variety for food at restaurant Loved the chocolates left in our room!!

Did not like that we were not provided breakfast as their website states rooms come with breakfast. They said because we booked through Orbitz we were out of luck--we tried to persuade them without any luck. Their website does not state you must book directly with them to receive breakfast.

Friendly, helpful staff; lovely facility; quaint property

Amazing experience!

We had an amazing experience here, the inn is beautiful! Service is top notch as well and we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant. The room was a bit warm and didn't have a fan in the thermostat system but that was really just a minor inconvenience. Bed was comfy and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy. Can't recommend it enough!

This was the best hotel on our 15 day Ireland trip. Was a suite with walk-in closet. Book your reservation for dinning early, as it is highly rated and fills up before you arrive. It is an easy walk to the train stop, that goes close to the visitor center. There is a small parking lot at the train stop. The hotel is in the heart of the town of Bushmill. This was the first king size bed, on it trip.

The helpfulness of the staff,especially in the restaurant,was especially good.Please pass my thanks on to the chef for his excellent advice and skills regarding my difficult diet requirements.

A restful, relaxing hotel

I would highly recommend the Bushmills Inn. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly & helpful and the service was excellent. We ate in the bar & the food was delicious & freshly cooked. My only regret is that we were only there for 1 night, we will definitely be returning soon.

Our go-to place. Gorgeous food, comfy room and nothing’s ever too much trouble for the staff. We love it!

For £330 the room was nice but not exceptional. Disappointed for the cost to what the room was.

Relaxing stay

A warm welcome on a blustery afternoon with a cosy fire lit in the lounge. It would have been nice if more than one of the fires had been lit so that more than one couple could enjoy the benefit of it. Restaurant food was excellent and staff friendly and helpful. Another relaxing stay. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience and it was mostly based on your wonderful front desk staff. Julie Fetherston in particular was so accomodating and friendly. She took the time to make us feel special and we so appreciated it.

Comfortable from the start

Our last visit to Bushmills we come here for dinner and decided this time to try the accommodation. Sure glad we did The staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. The room was well set out and comfortable. The location is brilliant with everything in town within walking distance. We noticed on the way from the car the Australian flag flying on the hotel, so we asked the staff and what we found was the hotel each day flies the National flag of the guest that has travelled the furthest to be there. Which we thought was a wonderful customer relations thing to do. The wifi in the room was strong and reliable and we would certainly stay here again.

The room condition was just okay and a bit cramped but otherwise it was fine for one night. The food in the restaurant was fine, not brilliant.

Loved this hotel. Live music in the Gas Bar on Saturday night was great and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend

Just as pictured. The rooms, common areas, bar and restaurant are all very comfortable and a pleasure to be in.

Overall, it was great! Check-in was lovely. Very convenient location and a lovely outdoor area to enjoy a drink or two in nice weather. The hotel restaurant wasn't our favorite, but it is very convenient. We were gone for over six hours one day, came back for an hour and a half to rest and freshen up and got a card under the door that we missed daily housekeeping service. We didn't particularly care or need it, but we found it a little odd that we were gone most of the day and this still happened. That being said, the card did say if we needed anything to let them know.

My sister and I had a wonderful stay. Enjoyed the restaurant and pub. Perfect location. Close to major attractions ie Giant Causeway. Staff was extremely helpful and professional.

We were travelling along the coastal driving route from Belfast to Londonderry and this was our mid stop. Absolutely great place. Great food, room and service.

Attentive staff and great chef

We were very well looked after by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The chef is wonderful and dinner was amazing. It’s expensive to eat there for dinner but really worth it.

Bushmills Inn is a gem of a hotel. It has location location location for all the major nearby sites and walking distance to the Bushmills Whiskey Distillery. The hotel restaurant and pub are charming and offer a great selection. The staff was helpful with our questions about travel and doing a wonderfully quick turn around with in house laundry.

Hotel staff extremely helpful Food in restaurant was delicious, to say the least, and waiting staff very attentive. Room ok but very dark. Need to cut back shrubs outside window or add more/brighter lights. Bright sunshine outside but depressing in the room.

My favorite hotel!!

My girlfriend and I traveled around the entire country and stayed in great places, but this was our favorite. Please keep in mind we stayed at Ashford Castle the night before and the time spent here was the best. Everyone here was so friendly it was hard to leave the hotel to do anything.
