Although a bit pricey, this property is very convenient, with all conveniences in the immediate area. Little need for a car, except for sightseeing.

Noisy and confusing hotel

They have their own policy about kids age.I booked my trip through hotels.com stated my kids age just like any reservation I made at any hotel, but when I checked in they charged my an extra hundred dollars for age variance and a tiny roll in bed. The property is located in busy shopping/hangout area. The breakfast is located in a different building that you have to exit the hotel and walk to the other building, the swimming pool and gyms are also located in another building. It's very confusing At night it is very noisy, people screaming and cars honking till 2 am.

Very late check out and check in progress. BERY SLOW. BUT THEY Are very friendly. Room service was rhe worse ever. They dont clean. Actually they dont clean the floor at all. I wont give this hotel 2 stars even. Dosent worth to stay there. And very slow when you need something.

In theory, staying next to an upscale outdoor entertainment area is nice. In reality, the noise level is inescapable. You’re either facing the street, where cars are blasting music and groups of people are yelling, or you’re facing the Boulevard, where crowds are present until the wee hours of the morning. Customer service at the front desk is stingy, rude, and inflexible, especially to guests visiting us in the lobby (even our friends and family were surprised). They nickel and dime you while giving the least amount possible (one tiny bar of soap for the bathroom, one towel, etc). There was no iron in the room, the water kettle was broken, the safe didn’t work, and the washing machine leaked puddles of water. Oh, and even though we specifically asked for a non smoking room bc my son has allergies, the supposed “non smoking” room reeked of stale smoke. Pros: It was clean. A local friend suggested this place, and I let her know about our experience so as not to put others through this. I recommend saving your money or spending it justifiably at another hotel.

Need to find a solution of the noise coming from outside construction activities Rusted water.. need to fix the internal sewage system Room floor looks not clean although its clean. Need maybe to change the tiles type. Couches burnt due to previous smokers guests

The twin beds room was small and the beds are too small for adults, but management changed our room to a bigger one with a king size bed and it was great.

Extended my stay

I loved this hotel that I extended my booking to more 5 days, I just reviewed the hotel in my previous booking but want to add that I appreciate the staff employee Malek for being so kind and upgrading my stay to a vey big apartment 💕

Best experience ever, I’ve been traveling a lot this year around the world and definitely Arjan Rotana is my favorite so far The luxury and modernity in this hotel is beyond amazing, the staff are very friendly and hospitable, definitely the Jordanian hospitality is something you can’t even think about it twice ❤️

The studio was nice, the restroom doors needs fixing, i did not know it was a four building hotel and i needed to move to the last building to checkin, and you need to move from one building to the other "through the street" to get to the other facilities such as having the breakfast which was not convenient

The receptionist make me wait 45 minute when check in after that she told me my room on onther building so I have to walk with my kids and my bags

First it was very confusing to get to our unit. The place looks dirty with bird poop on the balcony. Kitchen has no utensils/cutlery. We requested on the 2nd day but nothing was done. No guest as allowed to go up as per the security. This is the worst place I ve stayed in a very long time.

Terrible room service. Extremely Terrible. The room says sleeps 3, it only sleeps 2. When we asked for an upgrade, the guy started shouting at us that this is not the hotel's problem, and the problem is from expedia, and they are not responsible. The hotel is so noisy, cant sleep. Room service never reply on the phone and when they reply, they keep telling you call again after 5 minutes. I dont know how this hotel has survived. Room tap water is very dirty, all sand and dirt ( brown color )

Spacious rooms, excellent location.

I booked 1king bed room to stay a night to use the pool and have a breakfast with my daughter, at checked in i was surprised that the hotel is 3 separated buildings, and the pool at the 1st closed building!! So i had to walk on a puplic street to swim!!! I called the front desk from the room phone and they never answer, NEVER AND I MEAN IT, so the only way was to call the hotel from my cell phone. No kitchen utensils AT ALL, although there was cooker and microwave, COME ON guys!!! 5 stars hotel never been like that!! I asked for plates " sure i used my phone to call the hotel", the plates took 35 minutes !!! Very terrible service, i wont recommend it at all. Not even worth it

The Boulevard Arjaan hotel is a very convenient hotel to stay while touring in Jordan. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, my room had a kitchenette too, I don't know if all do. It's located right next to Abdali mall, and a nice boulevard to hung out at night after all the touring of the day. It has a taxi service, to go on tours or to the airport. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower doesn't have a door, instead, it has a small glass cover and water spills to the outside, which wasn't a confortable experience.

The hotel service is very bad from the beginning until we left the hotel the staff are not polite with the quest and the room is 24/7 is not cleaned the change the towels and prepare the bed only what ever you throw on the floor they won’t take it and the staff whey how they speak to they are very dry no smiles very lazy I don’t prefer it to any one

The worst ever, bad service, I booked this room for a friend and his new bride, despite having do not disturb sign on the door, the cleaning team still woke them up and wanted to clean the room,,,, Parking , they charge 2JD equal to $7 every time you give the car to valet parking, not daily, but every time. Very rude uncivilized staff and no respect. I will never book or advise anyone to stay in this hotel. A d if you do, don't expect anything normal, not special, regardless of who you are or the occasion. I recommend a zero star for this hotel.

Friendly staff, new, and generally a happy place. The only issue we faced was with the AC. In the rooms it was cold but in the living room was a bit warm. Overall a good experience.

The check out experience was exceptionally bad. There was only one person at the desk who was unable to help me for such a long time that I had to leave to catch my flight without being able to anyone.

Modern and well maintained hotel, with great design and comfy setting. Well located, in a new touristic area, where you access nice cafés and restaurants as well as few shops. It is connected to Abdali mall where you can find few known clothing and accessories shops. Service is prompt and professional. Food is super great especially at the italian café downstairs. I would go back with a smile.

Dishonest staff

If there was less than one star I would have given it to this hotel. Our stay was pleasant until we came back one day and we found our door was left open. We complained to the front desk and they said sometimes the houskeeping people do not close it properly! One ridiculous excuse !! When we left the hotel, we found out that we left a cell phone in one of the drawers. We called and went to the hotel and they said we didn’t find any phone in the room! We are so certain that we left the phone there as we didn’t check the drawer when we left. The manager claimed that he’ll have a meeting with the staff who cleaned the room that day and will come back to us but he never did. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel at all. Beside the cell phone incident, we had so many troubles with the internet connection and the keys which were not working and need to be reprogramed!

The room was not cleaned well, dust and dirt was obvious. Felt jipped because the cost was so expensive.

Not clean enough for 5-star

The room was not clean to five star standards at all! It senseless damp and I spotted some hairs here and there. The area is good but also I did not like how housekeeping knock on your door at 9am and that the housekeepers they hire are MEN. I am a girl traveling to an Arab country and do not wish to have a man in my room even just for cleansing purposes...the room was nice overall, just not well maintained. And I did not like how they charge you for any LOCAL phone calls you make from the room. I had to pay 4 JOD at check out just for 2 quick phone calls I made in the city. Strange.

Hotel is centrally located, staff are the kindest ever but with very slow service. it took them more than half an hour to check us in. rooms are huge and with very nice designs and materials. floors were sticky maybe because of using wrong cleaning material with the right floors.

As usual the administration and the whole staff are super amazing and they never do anything unprofessional. Whenever me or my wife go visit Amman we always stay at this hotel which we can call home. Even when there are other 5 stars hotel for cheaper price we always prefer to come to this hotel because of everything in it ! The rooms are super clean with great aminities and spacious space! The staff are always friendly and do there best to ensure a great stay. The administration always recommend us for a free room upgrade which is much appreciate it and make our stay even more special . The restaurants and stores outside the hotel are great too and it's within 5 minutes walking distance to the Abdali Mall. Thank you for making our stay always special!

unfortunately my room was very noisy - couldn't sleep even with earplugs, which we removed by the cleaning staff, which made my sleep even worse.

Nice Facility

The facilities were very good and in a very good complex with restraunts etc. The only issue was the noise coming from outside. Room facing the road is very noisy due to people talking that could be heard until midnight and the traffic going by. Next time will request a room on the inside of the complex.

Mediocre hotel

This is not a 5 star hotel. It is a mediocre hotel, but the price is unfair for such a hotel. Even thought it is a new hotel, the bathroom is almost rundown. When I checked in, the room was cleaned in the most bad way. The floor was dirty and the bathroom looked as it were just used by another one. The sound isolation is very bad and you keep hearing ugly noise from the surrounding cafes and restaurants all the time. I will not return back to this hotel.

It was a great stay . Nice location in a new commercial center. Many restaurants and banks around . In the center of Amman . A full kitchen fridge,stove,microwave and washing machine . A large balcony that shows Amman .

An Ultra Modern Hotel/Apartment in Amman Jordan

I was wonderfully surprise with the look and feel of this hotel; sleek ultra modern design; rooms are big and very comforatble. The living room is seprate from the bed rooms and the small kitchen was great. This is a good place to stay when you’re in Amman but its not very close to the historic sites. You’d need a car to get around.

The hotel was nice and decent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms. Perfect location, everything is nearby. The only problem was the noise from the street and cars because we were on the first floor. Also, the hotel should mention for guests that small speakers for personal use are not allowed inside the hotel and MUST be taken and given back once the guest checkout!

Close to the Mall

The drainage of the bathroom was horrible. If you want to take shower then the water is not drained properly and the waste water would cover the feet.

Nice big room but not many amenities. Room stunk of smoke. The food quality and service at the hotel was way below par for the prices. We otrdered burgers and half the ingredients were missing.
