Hotel is new working out a lot of kinks. Gym is temporary. Rooms have far too many doors inside - makes it feel crowded. Courtyard rooms are really odd- you look into other people’s rooms. They did move my room and give me a complimentary upgrade..

Wonderful hotel in central london. Very nice room and loads of real storage and amenities that you dont find in other hotel in this category. Very friendly staff.

I had the loveliest of stays at the BoTree. Staff were incredibly helpful and nice, the room was beautiful and it was as if they anticipated my every need. A new favourite in London.

True 5* hotel

One of our favourite hotels to stay at in London. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, super clean. If you haven’t stayed there yet give it a go, you won’t be disappointed

The BoTree staff are just lovely! The property is modern and well equipped, and the location convenient to explore Marylebone, SoHo, and all the shops on Oxford Street. Room service was tasty. Enjoyed our stay.

It was our second time staying in The Bo Tree and it was just as wonderful as the first. Rooms are spacious, hotel is spotless and staff are extremely friendly!

Everything was perfect. Room service needs improvement

Very clean and nice hotel. Some staffs are better than the others. Paying the money for a luxury hotel like Botree, we asked for 2 more bottles of water one night, they said no. that leave a 4 stars, instead of 5.

Remarkably quiet hotel room in such a central area. The room was spacious with an incredibly comfortable bed. Complimentary water and fruit juice as well as tea and coffee machine. Lively bar area. Although we did not eat in the restaurant if the quality of the breakfast was anything to go on I imagine it would be very good.

Very well appointed rooms. Modern contemporary chic twinned with technology frills. Soundproofed walls, great mini bar with some free non-alcoholic beverages. A few steps away from an Elizabeth Line tube station. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet. We had a superb view down Marylebone Lane towards Oxford Street. Service is sporadic and theres an odd attitude that I can only describe as cliquey and condescending (not everyone, but it’s a theme we spotted). There were several daily misses with room cleaning and restocking, some errors took a couple of calls to get right. The lack of a reception desk is weird, instead there’s half a dozen people stood around holding iPads. It’s off-putting. I understand that a cosy personal experience is the objective, but it’s an uncomfortable experience to navigate through when arriving and leaving. I wanted to rate this experience higher because the rooms and the location are fabulous. The overwhelming tech and inconsistency in service let it down.

Very beautiful and modern hotels, nice and very modern rooms - one comment on the room, no handler to open the shower door. Disappointing service - after skipping cleaning of the room, the receptionist answered impolitely, not hesitating to bluntly lie for the source of the reason. It required unpleasant argument to have the room cleaned. Repetitive billing mistakes including "sneaking in" the final bill a "discretionary service charge" as well as dismissing the use of a voucher trying to charge as it is not exist. Four mistakes in one bill cannot be perceived as coincidence. Great potential ruined by disrespecting service and multiple attempts to take advantage of us as guests.

Everything was impeccable from start to finish. Easy access to public transportation and very walkable.

Fantastic new hotel in centre of London!!!

Decent hotel, but London has many really good 5 star hotels. This one does not stand out from the crowd. Gym was small and very limited in equipment for a luxary hoyel. Serice was not consistently high as you might expect in a luxary hotel

Location ,location ,location.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location .Very modern took us sometime to get used to some of the gadgets but i think that is an age thing.Great Italian Restaurant and bars within the Hotel. I guess the only problem is the service charge on everything but this is LONDON .

I had an amazing stay here, from great service at check-in to a large room that was very clean and modern. The room was spacious and had lots of room to be able to unpack and relax. The hotel is right in the middle of London but the street was nice and quiet. It was incredibly walkable and a minute away from the bond street station which was very convenient. Room service and the restaurant in the hotel were both delicious. Overall a wonderful place to stay in London.

Used to be much better in terms of service. Might be some difficulties due to place being super busy.

The hotel processed unauthorised charges to my bank account, when disputing this with them they denied any accountability and lied to me by saying they do not hold my card details.

While I read good things about the BoTree prior to booking, it surpassed my expectations on arrival. From the welcoming received, right through to departure, the staff were amazingly attentive and catered to every need. Further, the BoTree is centrally located, walkable to many key areas of London, and right near the Bond Street tube station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Good location and nice room.

Brand New - amazing Service

The BoTree was wonderful. Brand new, very clean, with amazing service. We had a welcome note and treats in our room as a nice surprise. Room service was very quick and tasty. After having to wait at check in on our second visit, the team went above and beyond to make us feel appreciated for the rest of our stay. We’d definitely stay here again.

Higher end business express type hotel room , so it’s basically a bed and bathroom with a small sitting area - clean, quiet with decent WiFi and a/c

A lovely modern hotel with engaging staff. The rooms are beautifully designed and there are lots of nice touches. As an Expedia VIP customer I felt very well looked after. The rooms have excellent amenities like GHD hairdryers and premium bathroom amenities, extremely comfortably bed and powerful rain shower. Suits a modern traveler who doesn't like a fuss. Skip breakfast as it's not in the same league as the rooms.

Modernistic design compliments the attempt at providing a 5 star service. Not bad. Superb shower.

We had an amazing stay at The BoTree. From the check-in to our check-out, everything was amazing and we were well taken care of. The concierge team is amazing, and goes above and beyond. The ease for walkability to shopping and attractions is great. I highly recommend the BoTree and will definitely be coming back to the hotel in the future.

The location is amazing and hotel is really good. For this price I expected a better view, better shower steam and not a broken hair dryer.

It's not really a 5* hotel, more like a 4 if there was such a thing. No reception it's handled by floating staff, but strange, no mention of the deals available in the restaurant, and room didn't get serviced on day two whilst we was out. Checkout was the worst part, waited 15 mins for a floater to come and see us, proceeded to not show us the bill, after asking to see it she showed me and it had "room service charges" on the bill for each night we stayed, I'm sure there was other items on the bill that I missed. Then she assumed we wanted to pay via the card on file - we didn't, no thank you once paid, all in all terrible checkout. We wouldn't recommend this hotel, try somewhere else for that 5* service.

Great city hotel. All was good and clean. Only negative are rooms are a little tight with funky layouts. Would recommend.

Excellent London Hotel. Great location to Mayfair. Good value for money. Their restaurant is definately a must visit. A walk away from Oxford St, Selfridges and Fortnum & Mason.

Fantastic

I had a great stay at the BoTree. The location was perfect, right in the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. recommend!

Lovely staff, beautiful hotel, spacious room.

It is new hotel and they have a good way checking in I had one day they missed to clean my room although i put the sign !! No gym in the hotel and they give you access to a gym but a bit far from the hotel !! The AC bit hot in day time

Room had no view except into other people’s rooms. Very bizarre design. No natural sunlight so you felt trapped.

Absolutely loved this hotel. From the time we checked in until checking out - fantastic staff & accommodations! Will be back .
