Great location, budget friendly. Smelling terrible (probably smoke)

Seslerden uyuyamadım

Otelin otopark girişine bir araç parl ettiği için içeriye park edemedim aracımı yol kenarında kaldı ki otoparkı var diye tercih etmiştim. Gecenin bir vakti yan odadaki kişilerin giriş çıkış sesleri ve konuşmaları nedeniyle sıfır uyku ile sabah otelden ayrıldım. Yeniden tercih etme noktasında emin değilim.

No windows to open other than to the emergency stairs. Safe and fridge did not work. Sink tap faulty. Not enough sockets in the room and the only one was squashed behi d the mattress and couldnt use the adapter properly. When charging it wasnt and its very slow. I had better breakfast choices in Istanbul hotels. Wouldnt recommend this hotel and will never stay again.

Aircondition AC was broken, we had to stay two nights in a hot room, I talked to front-desk and they said they’ll send maintenance to fix and ofcourse no one came. I stayed here many nights throughout my travels before but wont book here anymore.

First stay at the Bostanci

Staff was wonderfully helpful. The internet was not perfect but it's the country's issue.

the worst experience of my entire existance

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in. I was really looking forward to my stay in istanbul, but this hotel was a complete let down. Paper thin walls means you can hear EVERYTHING including the 'you know what'. It was disgusting as I was staying with my retired elderly mum and we did NOT want to be kept up at night to hearing people doing it. It was shameful and absurd. Lots of rude arabs and guests who did not quieten even after requesting for them to do so. The cleanliness was decent, however we weren't ever given enough towels. The toilet seats are way up high, so your feet never touch the ground when your trying to go (which is super frustrating, at one point I had to grab my mini suitcase to put under my feet to go to the loo, and Im 5ft 5! No hot water for one of the days, with no explanation, and wifi was slow. The breakfast (ive heard) is sub par. Im a doctor in the uk with turkish origins (family are Turkish) and this was a complete let down. unbelievable. Location wise, very noisy, school across the road, and also lots of traffice and pollution. Cigarette smoke everyhwere, lots of buses to hop on outside the hotel. Not too far from bagdat avenue, which is a nice shopping venue.

The staff are very good and helpful.

Hi Expedia Team, I did not know that we are still in 80s and you can freely and officially smoke cigarettes in hotel rooms avoiding Turkish laws about smoking. I checked in “The Bostanci Hotel” last night got the room at the 7th floor. When I entered the floor it was smoking heavily everywhere. When I entered the room it was obvious that someone smoke in the room before. I went to the lobby and told the receptionist about the smell of smoking and he surely responded that 7th and 8th floors’ rooms are dedicated smoking rooms. I was shocked because it is against Turkish laws. I asked for nonsmoking room as it indicated in my reservation. He gave me room at 6th floor. I entered the room and turned the AC on. The smell of cigarette ash is still coming everywhere. As I you can predict smoke can travel indoors! I was so tired to go downstairs and change the room. In addition to all this experience, the bathroom toilet had stains so called clean. I am glad that this is only one night nightmare for me which I couldn’t sleep very well. This hotel is a threat to human health! They don’t follow basic clean principles and breaking the Turkish laws about smoking at the indoor living areas . They need to be penalized and closed until they realize why they are doing. Sincerely, Serdar

It did the job. I had a room that hadn't been deep-cleaned or redecorated since the smoking ban came into effect, and the tobacco smell was lingering so moved to a higher, cleaner room. Facilities fine, rooms a little tired but mattress comfortable, bed linen clean and very quiet considering its busy location. Staff were friendly, courteous and efficient; I'd be happy to stay again because of them.

very convenient location walkable to Bostanci pier to Adala island also only 8-10 minutes walk to Metro station, moreover, save time to SAW airport.

I stayed at this hotel as I was having dental treatment in the area, the hotel is so so nice, staff are so friendly and cannot help you enough, the room was very clean and cleaned each day with fresh bedding and towels, the staff helped me a lot they ordered food when I was unable to go out for dinner. Thankyou so so much and I will definitely stay again when I return for future treatment 😊

Gerçekten çok memnun kaldık, odaları çok konforlu ve temizdi. Personel çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle Emre Bey, Levent Bey ve Sinem Hanım'a çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

The room did not look like on the pictutes. The size of the room was max 50 feet (just one bed no room) / not 180 as advertised. The room did not evrn have a window. It was a dark back room - looked like a storage roon. When i complained. The staff said - thats a business room. All loom like this which is not true. I checked out 2h later. Couldnt sleep in a small storage without windows.

The location is very good. But, the AC was not working properly, blowing a lot of air but not cold enough to cool the room. It was hot and humid in the deluxe room I had there.

Otel güvenliği

Konumu çok iyi. Ancak yapı deprem, yngın gibi konularda bana güven vermedi. Sanki sonradan otele çevrilmiş bir yer. Ancak hizmet fena değil.

Talep edilen paranın karşılığı yok.

Oda temizliği genel olarak normal olması gerektiği gibiydi, standart bir oda da eğer bir ücret talep ediliyorsa karşılığında havlu ve bez terlik dışında hemen hemen her otelde bulunan bir pamuk kulak çubuğu veyahut duş bonesi, tek kullanımlık sabun şampuan ve saç kremi küçük şişelerde vucut losyonu olabilirdi ( tek çeşit pompalı sabun ve şampuan yerine) talep edilen paranın karşılığını ne yazıkki vermedi.

Konumu fena değil, odası yeterince büyük personeli yardımsever ve ilgili

2 husus harici Oda gayet iyi ve temizdi. 1. Duş'un kapısı yoktu. Haliyle sular dışarıya sıçrıyor 2. Çocuğum yanlışlıkla banyoya kendini içeriden kilitledi ve oda tarafından banyoyu acmak için görevliler yedek anahtar olmadığını söyledi. Ama birşekilde kapıyı çocuk kendi acabildi. Onun haricinde guzel ve temiz hotel..

Personnel sympa, toujours dispo et hôtel très propre

The worst hotel ever… If you don’t wanna lose your money in something low quality, I wouldn’t advise you to go to this hotel. On top of that, a very low educated turkish man that was a client of the hotel staying there, talked to me in insulting way while I was in the stairs to go to my room, after trying to harrass me. Once at the reception, he came down and he even dared to walk to me in order to punch me. Everyone of the hotel staff have seen the scene, but nobody cared. I had to beg for them to call the police. And when the police came, they protected the man. I’ve been to many hotels in different countries and also in Turkey but never seen such a horrible place. Plus the quality of the room isn’t worth it the money you pay for it at all.

Genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Personel yetersiz ve deneyimsiz, resepsiyonda tek kisi yetişemiyor, uyandırma istememize ragmen ,verdigimiz saatte kimse uyandırmadı ,iyiki resepsiyona güvenmedik. Koridorlardaki halılar , tuvalet ve duslar artık yenileme istiyor. son konaklamamız.

Harika bir deneyim

Otelin konumu çok iyi, metroya 10 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Oda çok geniş, ferah ve temiz. Yatak konforlu. Yatak başlarında priz olması büyük artı. 3 gece kaldık, her gün odamız temizlendi. Banyo standart bir odaya göre geniş. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü, ek isteklerimizin hepsi karşılandı. Fiyat performans açısından çok başarılı. Bir daha tercih edeceğiz.

Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren nicht sehr nett. Es gab überhaupt kein Lächeln im Gesicht. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer muss renoviert werden aufjedenfall! Es ist am schimmeln gewesen. Also ich hatte schon mal bessere Erfahrungen mit diesen Hotel. Ab jetzt werde ich diesen Hotel nicht mehr bevorzugen! Und die Balkontür hat sich nicht verriegeln lassen, weshalb es abends sehr kühl gewesen ist.

Hiç memnun kalmadım bir daha asla kalmam. Kimseye de tavsiye etmem. Hijyen değil, sıcak su akmıyor duştan ve odalar dökülüyor eski çok eski.

Très bon accueil, le personnel est souriant et agréable que se soit à l’accueil ou les agents d’entretiens. Chambre spacieuse et bon matelas. A noter qu’un effort sur l’état des douches seraient conseillés. A part cela tout est bon.

Konaklayanlar gece yarısı gelen giden bağırışlar pat küt kapı çarpmalar falan çok gürültü yaptılar. Yönetim oralı değil.. Yakışmadı.!

Yeri şehre uzak ama hem servis, hem fiyat, hem de en üst kattan manzara gayet güzel :)

Çok Güzel

Odalar yeni, konumu cok merkezi. Bir cok otele göre uygun fiyat sunuyor. Bundan sonra Anadolu yakasında tercihim belli. Ancak pandemi sürecinde ateş ölçerek otele alım yapılması daha mantıklı olurdu, ateşimiz ölçülmedi.

Not bad

Fena degildi ama calisanlar kesinlikle profesyonel degildi. Ancak bu fiyata bu hizmet cok da sasirtici degildi.

Fiyat - kalite

İstanbul'da Bostancı-Kadıköy bölgesindeki uygun fiyatlı Oteller arasında, (fiyat uygunluğu göz önünde bulundurularak) hiç kötü sayılabilecek bir otel sayılamaz. Tâbiki insanların beklentileri değişir ve bu beklentilerin üst sınırı yoktur fakat yatak temizliği-konforu olsun, sıcak suyu olsun, kliması olsun gayet iyi gayet güzel ve üst düzeyde sayılır.
