Do not have high expectations for this hotel

The room was just a standard in cleanliness. Hair was found throughout the room. Items were missing such as a hot water pot, the clock had no battery so there was no time so I had to rely on my personal electronics to tell time. The AC did not provide an adequate cooling so the room temperature was inadequate. The housekeeper took our money while tidying up the room (200 Baht in coins). Even though it was our fault not to secure but the housekeepers should respect the guests personal space and items in the room. Therefore, I recommend that anyone that stays at this location (hotel), make sure to secure your personal belongings. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel.

False it was only about 2-3 star. No swimming pool, no laundry building falling apart the food in restaurant not good enough

Great location.

Terrible , only the staff at the reception was ok, otherwise room didn’t had any nightstands, no proper bed, no misc things in the bathroom, room was totally enclosed from all sides. Will not recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is not look like the picture, the floor and wall are yellow stains, the screen of television is so blurred, no yotube.

This property is a bit too dirty and dingy for my liking. I have a one year old and I would not feel comfy with her playing or rolling around the room or floors. I didn’t feel like I could sleep or bath here. I checked in, went to the room, found a new hotel and immediately checked out in less than an hour. Maybe singles or couples could do it. But I had kids with me and I couldn’t. Honestly I couldn’t even if my kids weren’t with me.

It was a very good hotel. As a foreigner the staff was very very helpful. Everything was amazing I will certainly stay there again as well as tell my friends about it as well.

They made me feel welcome. In the minute I walked in the front door. They took good care of me and my room was always clean and I will return there as soon as possible.

Very helpful staff. Sea view rooms are good. It takes a while to get the room cooled as the AC is only turned on when you check in. Restaurant at the property quite good. Central location with beach access I enjoyed my stay

A Fair Review

Hotel didn't fulfill the room type(2BR) I booked and downgraded to a family room untill I figured out. I've given the hotel and staff options of solution and took a on-site dining credit as a gesture of compensating the amount difference of the rooms. Staff are overall friendly and understand my request. The given room (Family Room, 1 Large Bed, 2 twins Bed) got a front view of the beach but the position of the Air Con is not installed correctly that took a long time of cooling down the room temperature. Bathroom is the most disappointing point as drainage is stucked and water would flood up the whole bathroom when you shower. Toilet bowl also has minor leakage which is kind of disturbing. Food/Restaurant on site offers multiple kinds of culinary (Thai, Western, Chinese, Korean) and taste is above standard. However there a big issue on their load capacity as they would be out of hands when the restaurant is about 70% seated ad the kitchen is unable to handle accumulated orders simultaneously, which could take your order up to 1+ hour to be fulfilled (happening on both Dinner and Breakfast) To conclude, if you have a tight budget but want a beach front hotel with nice food in pattaya, this is your go-to choice, just make sure you be caution on the above points being mentioned and you should enjoy your stay.

Price not so cheap and especially bathrooms need to be fixed.

A nice clean seaside hotel in a quiet and nice setting and a young and handsome and kind lady named Mint who works in the office there and helps guests. I love this hotel and recommendel

I got a very bad room on the second floor. Very small and noisy. The first staff was rude but the next person was nice. Location is good but I don't recommend the place. You can find better places in the ally close by.

overall a good location, very friendly staff and the room was as shown on the booking site I used. restaurant serves very good Thai food and its right on the beach so getting around is easy. Bathroom isn't great and could do with decorating and a lack of plug socket next to the bed to charge my phone but overall a good stay.

Regret checking in only stayed for two days out of 4 days, they wouldn't give me a upgrade from a no window standard room and they were upset that i used the Expedia online instead of coming in to book it! Never again, found a better place just down the road and it has a pool and better breakfast

All reception staff were rude, no towels in room, booked rooms not available, for price and location I would stay again.

Disappointed

I'm a bit disappointed. The room was called an executive suite but was a very very tiny room with no space to walk about once the luggage was placed. The room had no chair in it and the staff was unable to help organise a chair. I almost contemplated changing hotels because my wife works on her holidays and no chair was a deal breaker... until I went down to the restaurant and carried upstairs one of their spare chairs. The AC wasn't very effective either and took very very long to cool. Thankfully it started raining for most of my stay and per say the temperature became more manageable. But my wife worked out of Starbucks the entire stay at Pattaya... I have stayed at the baboona beach front earlier and I have to say that it's a much better deal for a simple deluxe room. And it's adjoining this hotel. Definitely won't recommend it.

Had a bad experience . No service.. bad hospitality.. bad staff We wer welcomed with no rooms saying rooms are yet to be cleaned . From 1..30 to 4 still no rooms given. N den wen we demanded a proper explanation they very rude n started telling n fighting- saying dun want to give rooms.. cancel ur booking.. Really disappointed.. wld not recommend anyone Infact close to beach is not a plus point..mostly all hotels are not more dan 5 mins walk So plz chk out other options

Terrible hotel to be in

Hotel was exteremely crowded .service very bad, took 45 minutes to get breakfast in the outdoor heat, front desk wad rude ,key wails not open our door , we called and walked the stairs 3 times to get help. Battery was dead in the door , and we were told to check out right at 12:00 noon. Stress , stress

Staff threatened to not honor my booking because name on booking Steve but passport shows full name. Got very uppity andmade me show booking on expedia and confirmation email before giving me key. Continuous odour from bathroom. Language barrierbecomes more pronounced if asking questions.

Close the beach

Very good small hotel right on the beachfront with good restaurant. Breakfast was good, eventhought it was a bit mix and match but you are in Thailand. I would recommend this hotel to any travellers.

The most dirtiest hotel I have visited.

The restaurant doesn't have the Minimum requirements of sanitation, while we were having dinner reaches were climbing the table trough the legs, and at night while we were having some drinks rats crossed de dining room area back and forth, we counted at least 6 rats during and hour, the The sewer water runs in from of the hotel entrance door and the smell is terrible. The hotel is in front of the beach but you can not swim because it is full of boats with the engine running at all times so there is oil or over to the water, there are homeless sitting right along the beach deck, prostitution is unbelievable this is not a hotel for a family with kids or a family with values. This hotel is disgusting and do not recommend it to anybody.

Good room but avoid the breakfast

The hotel is located beach front.The beach infront is extremely small and covered with beach beds. Family Mart is just outside the side door of the hotel. There is also a stall where you can book a taxi or rent bikes if required. We had a Deluxe Triple Bed Room with a good view facing the beach front which consisted of a Double Bed & a Single Bed.The Room was modern and spacious with wooden flooring.The bathroom also was huge.There was also a big size fridge and a table with 2 chairs. Most of the staff at this hotel are friendly. The WiFi speed in the room is good but keeps disconnecting.But I was surprised to find I couldn't access the WiFi when I was in the lobby or restaurant on the ground floor. Breakfast was a total let down.They give you to choose a set meal breakfast from a menu which has around 16 choices.The first 2 days we weren't given fruits and when we inquired on the 3rd day we were told why didn't you ask for the same cause we forget. I ordered The Beach Front Breakfast which was supposed to include 2 poached eggs benedict topped with hollandaise sauce, Toast,Ham,Baked Beans,Salad & Mixed Fruits. But when it arrived there was no hollandaise sauce or mixed fruits. We also had an upset stomach from the breakfast here for 2 days. Third day I skipped the breakfast. We had dinner at the restaurant 1 night.The food was tasty but the portions were too small for the price. And you get better food at the next door Hotel Baboona for a lesser price.

They are having some renovations, noise started at 9am and I slept at 5am !! A very good location, wroth the price .

The Front office staff and especially the lady who checked us in - was extremely rude. Infact none of the front office staff had even a courtesy smile on their face. the condition of the hotel is also very bad. Just because of the beach side location is not worth all the pain staying here. Very good hotels just 30 seconds away from this hotel. Which are much cleaner and better. Wish someone had told me earlier, I would not have made this mistake.

Ok but need to be careful with it

Room is ok, just beside beavh, lot of stuff you can use with a charge, consider there restaurant is little expensive, those things in your room can't be cheap, but we didn't use any of those, so we are quite happy with the service

I was close to the beach and other attractions

I have a very good stay and the staff was so nice. The hotel room was clean and ready for me when I checked in and each time I would the room for the day. There was a real nice restaurant in the hotel that served good food. I wish they had a buffet for breakfast instead of a special menu for the free breakfast
