Rooms were decently sized for American family of 4. Surrounding area has a lot of things to do! Easy to find.

Fantastic hotel, jus really warm

Hot. Very hot. A/c off as of Nov 1. Too hot to sleep. Need fans in rooms for us spoiled Americans lol otherwise awesome

The staff is very polite and friendly. The location is very good. The breakfast is tasty but the portions are very small. The room is not big, and the restroom is tiny.

The B Suidobashi is a very clean business hotel in a convenient area near Suidobashi station. The room I stayed in was small, but perfectly suitable for one person staying for a little less than a full week. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well. The staff was also very pleasant during check in and check out. Thank you, I would recommend this hotel and will likely return on my next trip to Tokyo.

ロケーション、サービス、コストパフォーマンス、それにお風呂もかなり良かったです。 また、予約時にシステムの不具合なのか3人で申し込んだが、2人の予約になってしまった様でしたが、ホテル側で対応して受け入れて頂きました。大変助かりました。

Decent hotel for a good price

Staff was friendly. Hotel is a bit aged.

The things that disappoints us: 1. Stairs only on entrance 2. Shower area is small. So we use the Onsen mostly for showering instead of shower in room 3.On top of that, shower curtain smells. Even after we ask for it to be replaced, it smells bleach after 4. Be mindful that there are tourists that still do not follow rules of onsen, these includes not showering before entering the bath, onsen with swimwear on, or even looking at phonew while in the onsen.

Clean, convenient, friendly

Visiting Tokyo for the cherry blossoms and to watch major league baseball at Tokyo Stadium - the hotel was very close to the stadium. Just a 10 minute walk to the train station. Service was very helpful at the front desk, breakfast was good. The room size was quite spacious for Japan. Also enjoyed the soaking tub & sauna.

This was a great hotel, the place i stayed the longest on my journey. Staff were very friendly and accommodating even lending me tools to fix my suitcase with, free coffee 24/7 and a nice breakfast buffet too with western and eastern choices. Very comfortable here.

Great location

Great location, few minutes from train station. Close to restaurants, amusement park, baseball stadium, grocery store. Nice breakfast, Japanese soaking tub, staff very helpful. The rooms are quite spacious for Japanese hotels, but our room did not have air conditioning, it got a little stuffy even though it was only March.

I loved the bidet. The room was rather small. The bed was very comfortable.

While it was a little difficult to find the first time, It is only about a 10 minute walk from the JR Suidobashi station and 5 or 6 minutes walk from Tokyo Dome. A very comfortable hotel with a great buffet breakfast. Japanese bath on the basement level is a welcome spot to rest weary muscles after a day of walking

Close to the station and Tokyo Dome. Single rooms are very small. Double rooms have too little cupboard space. The public bath (onsen) is a real bonus.

Would stay here again worth the price

Nice room. Staff was incredible. Tiny bathroom but it’s Tokyo. The location was convenient to Tokyo Dome, restaurants, rail and subway, but on a quiet side street. Good value in Tokyo.

Rooms are comfy but very tiny, which I suppose is to be expected for the area. (Like, I'm not usually fussy about room sizes but finding somewhere to put my suitcase while still being able to a) open the bathroom door and b) get to the bed was a bit finicky) Staff were helpful and friendly but communication was occasionally a bit of a comedy of errors due to language issues. Breakfast is pretty nice, and the onsen in the basement is lovely. The location was great - I was in town for a couple of events in and near the Tokyo Dome, and it was basically across the street. Loads of public transport nearby, too.

Good hotel near U. of Tokyo!

This was a very good hotel close to the University of Tokyo. The room was very spacious by Japanese standards. Conveniently located near the Tokyo Metro/Subway lines, Hongo-Sanchome station.

We really enjoyed our stay. friendly and helpful staff, good sized twin room, onsen was great and location was convenient (close to the Kodakan)

Good location as is very near Suidobashi station for Metro subway and Tokyo Dome Hotel for taking Limousine Bus to Tokyo Airport.

We really loved our stay here. It has everything - location, service, very good wifi connection, great staff great buffet breakfast and a comfortable bed. The room we had was spacious compared to Japanese standard size rooms. We'll definitely come back in the future!

I like that the room is super spacious and clean. This is very close to Tokyo Dome, train stations and restaurants. They also have an onsen which is good to use after a long day of walking.

Good service, very clean and well maintained. Near suidobashi station. But room and toilet is small, hence not for the bigger sized. Breakfast was simple fare. All good for me. Recommended for a simple stay.

Easy location to navigate from since it's close to the Tokyo Dome. We found lots of great little restaurants nearby along with easy commuting. Room, staff, extra facilities were all above expectations for the price.

First Tokyo trip

Very close to suidobashi station and the Tokyo dome. The price was very good compared to others in the area. Only downfall was that it was in a small side street so the first time finding it was a little crazy. Staff was very friendly and room was more than big enough. Will definitely stay again if I come back to this area.

Mediocre

Hotel reasonably located from the subway and JR stations. Staff polite and helpful but the breakfast lets the hotel down. over-boiled frozen vegetables and chopped-up frankfurters is not a breakfast. Very disappointing, especially when other hotels in the area do such a good job at breakfast.

The hotel location is nice, just a few minutes walk to the nearest subway. The staffs were nice. The room was quite clean and comfort. One thing to complain was weak wifi signal.

Good hotel with hot bath and sauna.

Staff were friendly and room is good for the price. Really liked the hot baths as it gave a quick recharge at the end of the day. The surrounding area has many food outlets. However, it was a bit hard to find since it is actually located off the main road and not easily visible from the road. Not a problem once you find it though. Will definitely come back next time.

Ibis clone close to Tokyo Dome!

The b suidobashi Hotel is very similar to any of the worldwide Ibis Hotel chain, right down to design and color scheme. The b suidobashi is on a quiet street near Tokyo Dome, not far from Ueno station. There are Tokyo Metro and JR stations nearby, within a 10 minute walk. The hotel is clean and quiet.

Rather good location

Location is not really bad or far from main city. Like my times with the onsen too. Great for onsen lovers!

Amazing Bath House!

I just had a lovely stay at the b suidobashi! Pros: helpful staff, free wi-fi, free coffee, large breakfast spread, very close proximity to Tokyo Dome and underground transportation. Best of all is the bath house. The bath houses are separated, one for men and one for women. It is a very relaxing environment complete with a shallow hot water bath, sauna and shower stations. Cons: rooms are fairly small (but if you are out touring all day it is no problem) and the bed was a bit harder than my liking. But overall, great place to stay!

It was great. But I had had hard time accessing wifi.

Amazing staff, awesome bath

Was staying here due to problems with my flights back to Australia. He staff and facilities made it stress free, relaxing. The guys on front desk were wonderful as was the buffet breakfast

Standard Business Hotel

Stayed just one night on business. I choose this hotel mostly on location, it is just around the corner from where I had to be the next day. it was a pretty standard business hotel in slightly better condition than most. great location if you are headed for an event at Tokyo Dome. Other than that, nothing special.

Good hotel, great location

This is a great new hotel! Very clean and efficient. The room is small, but far from the smallest I've encountered in Asia. It is very comfortable. Decent wifi. Very friendly staff, though their English is limited (not a big deal though -- they are eager to help). Great, quiet residential neighborhood about a 5 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the Tokyo Dome and its restaurants, bars, cafes, and amusements. As with most places in Tokyo, the excellent subway system is closeby, too. Definitely a good hotel for the money!

The B Suidobashi

I stayed in the b Suidobashi for 9 nights on a business trip. The hotel is what I expected: a Japanese business hotel with a very small room that utilizes all available space very economically. I found the room to be small but very clean and cozy. The hotel was recently refurbished, so was in good shape. The breakfast is typical of a 3 star Japanese business hotel, no great shakes but enough bread, coffee and a few other things to get you going in the morning. I communicated with the staff only in Japanese, and they were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers free wifi, but it was hit or miss. The front desk gave me an internet cable to connect to the jack in the desk in my room. The connection was sometimes still slow but much better. The b Suidobashi is a 5 minute walk to the Tokyo dome restaurants and shops, about a 10 minute walk to JR Suidobashi station and the Toei Mita line Suidobashi station. The hotel clientele seemed mostly international with only a few Japanese visitors. A couple times the lobby was crammed with large and loud tour groups from mainland China that impeded elevator access to my room for almost 10 minutes each time. Overall the b Suidobashi was reasonably priced by Japanese standards. It's clean, convenient and located in a quiet part of Tokyo.You get what pay for and the b Suidobashi met my needs. I'd stay there again for business or pleasure

立地よく、1人で泊まるには十分でした。

加湿器のフィルターにゴミが沢山溜まっていた。 壁が薄いようで、隣の部屋の騒いでいる声で殆ど眠れなかった。

Det var et ok værelse. Dog var der en del træk ved vinduerne, hvilket betød at det var koldt ved den ene dobbeltseng, som stod ved et af vinduerne. Hotellet ligger godt centralt og der er en livlig atmosfære. Det er et sted der er forholdsvis let at komme til med tog/metro fra Haneda og Narita lufthavn.

大浴場が24時までなのでせわしなかった。

都内のホテルながら大浴場があるのが嬉しかったです ソフトクリームのサービスは種類が選べて子供も喜んでいました

東京ドームのライブで宿泊させていただきました。壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の笑い声が午前2時ぐらいまで聞こえ、良く眠れませんでした。 他は良かったので、残念でした。

朝食付きプランなのに　無かった チェックアウト時間と朝食閉まる時間の設定がマッチしてないのでは？

部屋が狭いこと、玄関に階段があり、スーツケース等を持ってきていると不便なのはマイナス。大浴場付き、アイスクリームのサービス、短パンのサービス、コーヒーのサービス等、できることをしているのは良い。

毎日19:00〜のサービスのアイスクリームが、 何種類も味があり、美味しくて良かった。 大浴場は、更衣室がやや狭い感じで、洗い場の数も5ヶ所しか無いので、混雑時には、利用しづらいと思う。 大浴場の檜風呂の雰囲気は良かった。

スタッフの方の気遣いや対応もよく、各駅からの利便性がよかったです。コーヒーやアイスのサービスも楽しめました。 ただ、施設の老朽化や、お風呂のタイルがはげているところなどあり、混んでる割には清掃にまめに入ってる気配がなく洗い場のゴミも溜まってましたので清潔感がもう少しあるといいな、と思いました。 ライブがあり、料金が高い日に宿泊したので料金の割には、と少し辛口になりましたが、総じて便利で、東京ドーム近くで用事がある際はまた利用させて頂きたいと思いました。

東京ドームのイベントに参加するために宿泊しました。大浴場で疲れを癒せて、とても大満足です！

前回の部屋は、そうでもなかったと思いますが 今回の部屋は、シャワーの水の勢いが悪くて 髪の毛を洗った気がしなかった！

都会にあって静かな場所

イベント会場の近くで駅近でとても便利だと思います。周りは住宅地で週末の夜でも静かでした。 お風呂やサウナがあるのが魅力的で宿泊の決め手になりましたが、コンパクトな作りなので女性脱衣所にある洗面所やドライヤーを2人組や親子などで占拠されてしまうと、待たなければならないか、諦めて自室へ戻るかしないといけない数です。 大きいお風呂に浸かることができて、出張の疲れも緩和されましたが、髪の毛やゴミが浮いているのは仕方ないか、と思いました。 チェックアウトして出勤前にロビーのコーヒーを頂こうと思いましたが、並んでいたので諦めました。 全体的に数に限りがあるのは承知で、それぞれのサービスを使うためには時間の余裕が必要ですね。

部屋は広くて良かったが綺麗だったのはベットぐらい… 値段が高い割には家具が汚かってちょっと値段との割が合わなかった。

●水道の蛇口の後ろとシャワーカーテンの裾にカビが生えている。 ●浴槽内の機器が外れて壊れかかっていてシャワーのホース部分が引っかかる。 ●二泊したので部屋の清掃をお願いしていたが、食べ終わったカップ麺の容器などをゴミ箱近くにまとめていても回収されなかったホテルは初めてだった。 ●ポットのお湯が沸くのが遅い。通常のケトルなら2-3分の所を10分くらい待たされる。しかも、再沸騰が出来ない。 ●チェックイン30分前に着いたが柔軟な対応で、接客には不快感はなかったが、部屋の衛生面では他のホテルより劣る。 今回はドームホテルとれず、こちらのホテルを利用したが、値段、リッチや衛生面を考えれば2度目の利用はないと思う。

客室が広々としていて良かった。 大浴場は、浴槽のお湯の温度が高めで、熱かった。 それから、コーヒーサービスが、あったのが 良かった。

東京ドーム近くで夜にはとても静かな立地にあるホテルです。 大浴場とサウナがとても良く、滞在しやすいと感じました。 ただ少しだけ防音に関しては問題があり、部屋によっては施設内の音が気になる場合もあると思います。

ベッドがゆったりしてるからか、思ったより部屋が狭く感じて、椅子を動かす度にキャスターが足に当たって不快でした。椅子はもう少し小さくても良いのではと思います。 洗面シャワー室がトイレの匂いが染み付いてるのか、入りたくない感じでした。大浴場が有るのは良かった。トイレは仕方なく使用したけど、多分お掃除が行き届いてない(便器の奥や周辺)と思います。ベッドはゆったりしてて良かったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。コーヒーがいつでも飲めるのも有り難かったです。

部屋はそんなに広くはないが大浴場やサウナもあり交通の便が良いので便利です！

浴場にサウナあり、大浴場とは言えませんが、そこそこ広くヒノキ風呂もあり、男女共セキュリティーもあり、快適。1Fにコーヒーのサービスもありました。東京ドームシティも近く便利でした。

浴場とサウナがあるので身体をゆっくりと休めることが出来ました。朝食はちょっとメニューが少ないですがスタッフさんの丁寧な対応が良かったので良しとします。

ゆっくり静かに過ごせました。 スタッフの方も皆さん丁寧で優しく対応していただけました。

大浴場のお湯が良かった。 全館暖房に切り替わっていて、夜暑くて寝苦しかった。

東京ドームのすぐ近くなので選びました。コンサートが終わったらすぐにホテルへ戻れるので、人混みを避けることができます 丸の内線水道橋駅近くなので、出かけるのにも便利です

東京ドームからの距離と価格がとにかく魅力です。壁紙が浮いていたり、浴槽の手前板が外れてたりと古さが目立ちますが、寝る場所の確保だけと思えば十分広くて快適です。

フロントのスタッフの丁寧な対応が良かったです。たまたま滞在したとき限定でのラムネorコーラが1本いただけたサービスもうれしかったです！

宿泊直前に追加オプションの連絡をしたり夜遅くにチェックインしたりでしたが、スタッフの方々は快く対応してくださりました。部屋も広くて快適に過ごせました。

温泉よかったです。 部屋は狭いです。

お部屋は広さとか普通でした。大浴場があるせいか洗面、トイレ、浴室が全体的に不衛生に感じました。洗面所に髪の毛があったり、浴室や洗面所に赤い汚れがあり、お風呂に入ったり歯を磨いたりは辛かったです…。 お部屋も所々掃除が行き届いてないのがすぐに目につき残念でした。(埃が溜まってる)粗探しをしなくてもデスクでスキンケアをしてる時にすぐに目につくので、ゔーん、って感じでした。 お部屋自体はソファやデスクがありキャリーケースを広げられる広さがありとても良かったです。 スタッフの方もとても良かったです。
