Super modern & beautiful property. Loved the kitchen and the jacuzzi, certainly my two favorites things.
Beautiful property. Clean and spacious rooms in our condo. In room washer and dryer is really handy. Spacious parking lot for every room in same building. Property has 3 buildings, a pool in the center. A shower next to the pool is convenient for washing away sand from beach. Easy walk to Leeward beach, which is less crowded than Grace bay. Property chairs and umbrellas on beach is really convenient! We enjoyed our 5 nights stay here!
We spent a wonderful week at the Atrium Resort. The room was had everything we needed and were lucky to get a ground floor unit, so my kids could walk right out to the pool. As other guest has mentioned, the Resort is very quiet. Most times we were the only ones in the pool. Beach is an easy 10 min. walk. The best part of our stay was beautiful gray tiger cat (we named Leela). She adopted us for the week and hung out on our patio with us. Leela made that resort feel like a home. Give Leela some love if you see her hanging around.
My room had all the things you would need for a week long vacation. It had a washer and dryer, mini fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The customer service isn’t the best and they only supply you with two rolls of toilet paper and tell you you’re on your own for more. The bar at the pool wasn’t open during our stay.
Could use a whirlpool built into the pool
After reading multiple reviews of the property we decided to book this for our trip. The rooms were spacious and clean full kitchens balconies overlooking the pool for where we stayed the front desk was helpful but as mentioned there is not a restaurant or a bar or daily cleaning services included like you would have in a hotel. Quick walk to the beach and restaurants and marinas in the area. This is your spot judging by other properties we looked at if you're not looking for those extras to save some money for excursions and dining. We would definitely stay here on our next trip.
Property was nice but the customer services sucks
Close to the beach, but not close to much else. But the front desk was very helpful with getting a taxi.
Clean and quiet
Beautiful pool area, short walk to beach. Decent gym.
The layout of the property was ideal. The amenities were within close proximity and well maintained. The parking facilities were also great. Overall, I would definitely recommend and return if possible. My experience at the front desk was also warm and welcoming. However, my only gripe somewhat is, the stairs leading up to the reception is difficult with heavy bags. I would recommend a ramp that would help reduce the strain on customers, and would also be conscious of persons with different abilities.
Studio room was decent Nice sized kitchen Very small bathroom Very uncomfortable bed
Great
Property didn't have any food. A swim up pool but the bar wasn't open. Very disappointing.
Great Property. Excellent Staff. Clean, Quiet safe and close to everything.
Great choice
Great environment
Love it
Good value - Recommended
I had a good stay and recommend The Atrium. My studio room was clean and well appointed. The only improvement would be a full size refrigerator (small fridge was OK, but, well, small). The air conditioner was excellent. The facility was also pretty clean and well appointed. The pool is a gem - outstanding. The poolside construction was pretty messy and sharp objects; sharp fasteners, small snips of aluminum (potential ouch) in the pool - not good. The gym is well equipped, but dark and dingy. Not dirty, but not appealing. With a little maintenance it could be 5-star. The gated entry and parking are a big plus. The staff is outstanding... pleasant, eager to help and happy (not like that everywhere on island). Thank you!

The Atrium is an excellent place to take your vacation. The staff is courteous and professional. The condo is clean and has all the amenities to make your stay comfortable. Easy accessibility to the pool that is a footstep away from your condo and walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend this vacation spot to anyone who is thinking of visiting Turks and Caicos.
The entire property was clean and everyone was friendly.
Ok but shower didn’t work
Water pressure and temp in shower v poor
overall enjoyed our stay
Real nice property. Will return!
5/5 property! This property was great! Our stay was perfect! Not too far from the city center, easy parking, staff was great! Affordable price! The only negative (which isn’t even a negative) was there was not a restaurant on site, but it’s close to several options. Honestly the rating of 8.2 online doesn’t do it justice. It’s easily a 9.5 property.
Pros:The room was great, full kitchen and supplies and the pool was perfect. Cons: -No food/drink onsite -Shower would not get hot -Plan for your own transportation because the shuttle was not reliable. They kept assuring us they were on the way to get us from the beach but even after 20 min we started walking and never ran into them on the 10 min walk back to the hotel. -Lastly, on our last day, we were 10 minutes behind check out, and although we verbally answered the door, the housekeeping used their key anyway, to open the door, while we were still occupying the room. We were not dressed, and it was an extremely uncomfortable situation.
Very run down property, not a resort with a horrible customer service! Our room had windows that led into the hallway and elevator. When we asked for a room with windows, they said that they have a contract with Expedia where it is clearly stated there are no windows that have outside view. The property located in the middle of nowhere! You have to take a cab $20 one way to the closes store or restaurant. The beach is about 8 min away walking on a highway! There was no cleaning services provided and we had to wash our own towels. The pool is in a very poor condition. DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES. When we asked to speak to the manager, he was not friendly at all. We told him that we will contact Expedia and let them know how bad their hotel and visitor service was, and he said, go ahead. Turks and Caicos is absolutely beautiful and do not let this plaice ruin your perfect vacation. I do not ever post any negative comments, but I feel obligated to share this information because it can really ruin your dream vacation.
Everything was perfect
My family truly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo was very clean and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the patio. Would definitely book another enjoyed stay at The Atrium.
Love it
Need A Car Or Have Taxi Service Everything About 2 Miles Away From Hotel….
My room was like a studio apt. With a full kitchen, dishes etc. Beautiful swimming pool & very quiet.
Great stay, peaceful not too far from the action but you’ll need your own transportation.
Amazing pool and perfect size rooms
Shuttle to the beach and beach lounges were a nice feature
My husband and I stayed at The Atrium for 9 days for our babymoon and we were absolutely blown away. Very spacious living condition, kitchen, washer/dryer, loved the accessibility with the pool, close to our favorite beach on the island, Leeward Beach and a shuttle ride to/from the beach provided along with beach towels, beach loungers and sun umbrella. As well as a reasonable price. We would absolutely stay here again! Only suggestion would be to have more a variety of knives to use for cooking for guests like us who like to cook our own meals. Thank you Atrium staff! :)
The entire resort was immaculately kept. The pool needed cleaning during my stay. There aren't any restaurants onsite, nor around. Closest restaurant was a 20 mins walk. The day concierge was very helpful but once he left the other staff didn't know where anything was. DON"T USE the Swifteats app. Food is delivered 2 hours later.
We really liked this property there was just a couple of things we did not like, there were no restaurants on site no breakfast place around and it said on the listing restaurants on site. The pool has no lighting after 7 so as soon it gets dark you can’t really let your kids go and use the pool it’s too dark. Other than that the property was very spacious and cleaned.
The accommodation surpassed expectations. The staff took good care of us from transportation to answering any questions we may have had.
Very nice clean and the place was soo beautiful. Felt like home definitely will come back.
The Atrium Resort is far from all the conveniences. So if you want a vibrant stay. close to the bars, lounge and stores, this is not the place for you. On the other hand, if you like me, are looking for quiet and calm, yes, this is the place. We had a great stay. All the staff was amazing, pool is always super clean. Had a great time.
Our stay was wonderful. VERY private and peaceful. You do need to supply your own food and transportation but you are walking distance to the most beautiful beach and the grounds are quiet and serene. NOT a party atmosphere at all but that was perfect for us. Thank you Atrium and Leeward beach!! We will be back!
Love it
Beautiful resort, not too much noise, very well located. Beautiful pool. Felt like home.
Very clean and quiet.
The property was nice and the pool excellent. The little store was ok. The property could use a new pool table. No bar on the property and no ice machine but you could make ice in your refrig or buy it at the store. They could have someone to help with the heavy luggage like the other condos in the area. Due to location, I suggest renting a car. You have to pay for housekeeping . My housekeeper was excellent. The beach shuttle service was excellent too. Good beach nearby but no venders so take your own drinks. They do have beach chairs and umbrellas.
We booked it for my parents, they said the property was spacious and beautiful. The receptionist was even kind enough to wait for them to arrive and check them in because they arrived past the receptionist hours.
Great location liked the security of the property.. Robert was awesome!! Definitely would stay there again.
Bed to low no phone in room
We really enjoyed our long weekend at this property. Before booking, there are a few things you should know before you make your decision: 1. This is more like an apartment than a typical hotel. There is no maid service- if you want clean towels you need to wash them (washer and dryer in each room), also there is no bar or restaurant (our room had a full kitchen). There is a very basic convenience store on the property where you can get $1 water bottles and reasonably priced coronas and prosecco. 2. This is not a beach front property. Instead, the beach is about a 10 minute walk. We felt safe walking to and from the beach, even at sunset. An attendant sets up loungers and umbrellas close to 10am. This is a very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful beach. We were there with only a handful of other people which was a huge plus. The property itself was pretty empty. We basically had the pool to ourselves during our January visit so no need to reserve chairs at the crack of dawn. The pool was large and hot tub was nice. The room itself was HUGE (we originally bookes a studio but were upgraded) and comfortable. Robert was even able to get us a late 12pm check out which accomodated our flight (thanks Robert!). Overall we were very happy with our stay, which was a fraction of the price of the local beachfront properties. As long as you dont mind walking to the beach, no housekeeping, and either cooking or walking/cabbing to restaurants you should be very happy here.
Property was a nice place to stay, will stay again
Nice stay. Will return.
very nice property, and rooms were really nice.
Great staff, location, and property. Would definitely stay there again!
Robert at the front desk was fantastic. He gave me an upgrade that was unbelievable. The unit was beautiful as was the property. Pool was hot tub were fantastic. I understand that there are some units that people live in but the only thing that would make it better is if they sold some beverages and some pic foods such as hot dogs cheese burgers fries and chicken fingers in the absolutely beautiful pool bar that is not being used, as the only bad reviews of this property is because there is no food available on the property.
I was excited to be celebrating my birthday with friends away from home only to be subjected to staying at this resort in one of the penthouses and they had running brown water. In the kitchen, bathrooms tubs. One of my friends even got sick from accident using the water before realizing it was brown. Imagine the horror!!! BEWARE
Great rooms. Staff were extremely helpful (especially KJ and Robert at the front desk)
quiet, clean and nice and responsive staff
Always plaisant to stay at the Atrium
The Atrium is a nice place, the studio was clean. Missing a small kitchen set and some base kitchen appliances. The Atrium
The Atrium was a good stay! My friend and I stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a full kitchen (fully loaded with dish ware, utensils, and dish detergent), washer and dryer, living room, full balcony with pool view. The master bedroom has a connecting bathroom with a tub and a separate walk in shower. Second bedroom is smaller, bathroom across the hall. We enjoyed the full privacy of having our own apartment. The resort is secured. Only way to get in, is if you have a room key. It’s both family friendly & adult friendly. What we didn’t like so much is that it isn’t in the middle of Grace Bay where the main activities, restaurants & bars are. We had to taxi to get around. Also there isn’t any resort staff on duty to routinely change out or clean your resort. You have to call the front desk and request it. Overall good stay!!
The property has a nice appearance but once you check in you are on your own. I rang the entrance door bell and waited forever until some coming out opened the door, there were no one at the front desk apparently there are certain hours when someone is there.
I enjoy everything about the property a vey pleasant place to relax and unwind.
Great place
Very nice to place to stay if you want to just relax and you don't want or need a fancy hotel room. Resorts in TCI are quite expensive and I was very happy that the Atrium is very reasonably priced, especially considering they have a beautiful pool to rival any fancy resort, and are a 5 minute nice walk from an absolutely beautiful beach in Leeward nicknamed Sunset Beach (much less crowded than Grace Bay beaches where most resorts are). They don't have a restaurant onsite, but they have an Italian Pasta Service available for delivery for must lunches/dinners which was very tasty. Also, it's within walking distance of the Blue Heron Marina that has a market and restaurants (though those are temp. closed because of Covid). They have parking onsite if you want to rent a car to explore on your own. (If you go on snorkeling, boating, horseback riding or other excursions through organizations like TCI heritage, those companies will pick you up and drop you back off at the Atrium free of charge).
Sink wouldn’t drain all week. Told then second day did not fix.
Very peaceful. Amazing pool . Pleasant staff. Short walk to the beach so must have a car to enjoy this property to its fullest. Rooms were clean and lots of space. Felt very safe. Would definitely stay here again .
We absolutely loved the peaceful and quite atmosphere. The sunset beach which is very close by is one of favorite spots. The Atrium is quite away from everything so a car rental is a must do if you want easy access to stores, restaurants and sightseeing. Since it is a condo rental you must buy food for stay. They do have washer and dryer so that was very helpful!
Tried booking an appointment with the Spa, talking to.a receptionist has yet to materialise. I was given on of the "interior rooms" which was a bit disappointing as it was on the ground floor with windows directly in front the elevator. Otherwise the grounds and the pool area was lovely.
Beautiful hotel very nice clean and quiet I would recommend it to anyone.
Nice Apt’s, well furnished. The pool is great, but there is no bar service. The beach is outstanding, close to the more famous grace bay beach.
Because it was false advertisement I didn’t get what I expected it was not a resort it was more like an âprement for you to stay because they don’t serve no food and they don’t even tell you what’s going on in the island you had to find out everything by yourself another thing is they located very far from where everything else is happening it’s more like a gated community
Amazing Resort! Only wish there was a bar or restaurant on site. A small store onsite that is open during the day for small items. Overall a great stay at a beautiful location!
I LOVED MY 2 BEDROOM CONDO AND THE BALCONY VIEW OF THE POOL. Very, very clean building and excellent customer service from the staff and night time security guard. Thanks, see you in a couple months.
We like that is well kept and they provide umbrella & beach lounge at the beach across the street about 5 minutes driving but can walk too like for 10 or 15 minutes. We didn't like there is nothing to do at the property, no music and too quiet and you need to rent a car if would like to go any where or can use taxi or uber. If you are fine walking for about 20 or 30 minutes can be at Grace Bay area from this place. We had a studio which was okay for a couple with kitchenette, washer & dryer and all the stuff you might need for cooking or breakfast/snack, if you want cleaning service is extra we didn't use it. We think this place is fine for the price we paid compare to other places, beaches are awesome love it.
The staff were great..they made sure anything needed was provided..we will definitely book here again
I like when I had a visitor rules and regulations were in order to my expectations highly recommend for people who value cleanliness, peace and security.
The property is best if you rent a car and can travel for food and other amenities.
There was no amenities, pool was pretty but the pool bar is not open. Ever, it is just used to swim up to to socialize! We we're pretty much given a room key and told to have a good time. For the price we paid for this room, our parents stayed at the Oasis for same amount and was way nicer, bigger, and all around better. Only reason we picked to try here was everything booked at Oasis. Island is amazing but would not recommend this to anyone. I normally don't write reviews but could not believe difference in hotels for same price.
First off let me start this review by stating that The Atrium is no longer a resort, it is a condominium. People actually live their with their families; however, they have condos that are rented out to vacationers. There use to be a pool bar which is now an empty space with bar stools at the pool. I was told it was removed due to the residents complaining it was too loud. There is also a club on the premises call Blue Note which is no longer opened. The pool was cold which I didn't mind, however I learned after my stay it was a heated pool, well it wasn't during my stay. After a long day out I wanted to have a soak, the hot tub was lukewarm. I turned on the timer to see if that would heat up the water, it started the jets however the temperature did not change. If you are looking for a traditional hotel with room service and certain amenities this is not the place for you. Do not get me wrong the grounds and apartments are very beautiful, however, I was looking for an actual resort experience. I went to the front desk for extra towels I was told "we do not provide extra towels, you have to wash and clean the ones in your condo. that's is why there is a washer and dryer in each condo". If you are looking for a quiet place to relax and just lounge at the pool with your family or signficant other this is the place for you. On the other hand if you are looking for services of a traditional hotel and activities such as a pool bar this is not the place for you.
The property was secured. I didn’t like the location there was no real transportation. If you had to leave the resort for any reason a taxi had to be taken. If you didn’t have every item to cook, drink or wash with you had to take a taxi and they were very expensive. You had to haggle every trip. The personnel at the resort acted like they were doing you a favor if the conveince store clearly marked OPEN was locked and you asked them to open it so you could purchase a needed item. When the Manager was around it was a different more professional experience.
Poor service.
This is a condo, horrible service here. No one is here to clean your room. No phones in room to contact front desk so have to walk there. No restaurant on premises. 15-20 minute walk to get to beach access and there is no shuttle. You need a car if staying here to get food or do anything. Taxi took 30 minutes to arrive when called for airport. Barely anyone around so like a ghost town. If you like quiet then it’s for you I guess. Only 5 channels on TV. The front desk service was horrible. Fine at check in but when I returned in the evening because WiFi was not working, I was met with a rude gentleman that had no explanation other than it may be fixed next day. Not helpful at all. No WiFi service for over 24 hours. Next day, I had item left for me at front desk that I bought and same guy stayed on his cell phone while I stood waiting. Acted like nothing was left for me until I persisted then he gave me the item which was right in front of him.
Very nice property, and location. Would be nice if there was a restaurant, just in case you didn’t want to cook.
This is NOT a Resort UNFORTUNATELY I found a roach in my room, it scurried into the laundry room under the washer. I have to say, " Your staff is EXCELLENT. Attentive, hard working, friendly." The issues that concern me go above the staff. HONESTLY when I think of a RESORT, three things are an Absolute must. 1) Food... You should have Breakfast setup by 6am every morning and Dinner 5pm - 830pm every evening. ( When you really consider how far away your hotel is from everything. Providing the guests with a meal at the beginning of the day and end, only makes sense. They shouldn't have leave the hotel just to eat. And at the end of a long day, they should know they can come back and eat. 2) There should ALWAYS be some one at the front desk. Especially when you consider that no one has a phone in their room, when some one comes all the way out of their room to the front desk, there better be some one sitting right there at ALL TIMES. 3) You should Always get clean towels everyday and the bed made. Never once did anyone ever come and give me clean towels or make the bed. I like the fact that the hotel looks just like the pictures with a nice Big pool area.
Very updated and tranquil, the pool area.is very nice and the staff is very helpful.
SAFE AND STRATEGICALLY LOCATED. BEST POOL IN TOWN. HELPFUL MANAGER.
Atrium is a very nice hotel but what disappointed me the most, there was no room attendant as to why I really don't know. And the front desk service was very poor not even a little smile to the customer. It's an excellent hotel but customer service needs to be improved and at list breakfast should be in the package.
Nice room helpful staff. Short walk to beautiful beach
The Atrium was a quiet place to stay on the island. It was very affordable with great value. The pool was great and the parking was very convenient. I would recommend this property to friends. If you are looking for daily room service, parking attendants, maids, life guards, and on property restaurants this is not the place to stay. However many services are within walking or a short drive. I would recommend you rent a car and visit many of the local artisans. On Thursday evening there is a local fair and fish fry with music on the beach. Sunset beach is awesome and is a 5 minute walk from The Atrium. You will love the privacy at this huge beach.
3 Night Stay
I was in a position where I needed to get something booked in a hurry. The rates were reasonable so I didn’t think much about it. I stood at the check in desk for 15 minutes before someone appeared. The room was a disaster. The curtains were not hung properly, the a/c leaked onto the floor, definitely had water damage throughout (I was on the first floor), the shower was mold ridden. I decided to do some laundry, opened the washing machine door and the washer was full of mold. There were no garbage bags in either trash can in the unit. There were two hand towels and two bath towels, but no wash rags. Never once did anyone come to Pick up dirty towels or empty the reach. The parking spaces are tight in the garage, and I had noticed beer bottles all around my parking spot. I brought this to their attention, and was told housekeeping would remove it. That never happened. I would not recommend this property. Apparently there are people living in this complex, so there is not the touristy vibe at all. Spacious pool area, with a swim up bar, but it’s not in operation. When I enquirer about that, I was told the residents did not like the noise from the pool area. It felt like a ghost town. I cannot really find anything positive to say for this property except that it is in Leeward, which is a nicer community than most of the island.
No hot water, no phone, no TV and room was not cleaned daily. No place to bet Bkft. Had to move to another hotel
Spacious
Spacious and quiet. Just far away from everything. So be prepared to pay in taxi fees or buy a rental car
I was very pleased with the resort!!! Nothing short of amazing!! However I was a lil bothered that there was a swim up bar but it was never opened. Other than that I had a wonderful stay!! Thank you to the staff at The Atrium Resort
Not a "Resort" but still a nice play to stay!
We stayed 4/5/18-4/10/18, Its located at the end of the "resort strip" far enough away from all the noise and hustle and bustle of the tourist scene. This place looks like it was a resort when it was first designed but then someone changed their mind, the pool is AWESOME, however, it has a swim up bar that is not attended, you wont find a pool attendant, but as it turned out we really didn't need one. Our room was really more like a condo...stove, fridge, microwave. It appeared to be clean, however, during my stay I found 2 cockroaches (the big ones)....thank goodness they were already dead! The guy at the front desk (cant remember name) was FANTASTIC he went above and beyond to help us out with getting a rental car...even got us a discount! Because this place is a condo there is NO room service/no one comes to make your bed either...it comes with "starter" necessities, dish soap, small box of tide, paper towels, tissue, but be warned it is only a "starter" so if you plan to be there for any amount of time bring your own cause you only get one roll...lol. Overall this was a great/affordable place to stay in Turks & Caicos. I would stay again
A Hot Shower Would Have Been Nice
I booked the cheapest room just to get a place for nighttime. The result was a room with a view of the elevator. I couldn't open my curtains ever since I would end up in a fishbowl. Make sure you know you are getting a room with some kind of view where you can open your curtains and let in some natural light. Otherwise, the bed was fine, the shower was lukewarm, and they are too cheap to pay for full TV service. Fuzzy ESPN, no CBS, NBC or CBC. All-in-all I wouldn't stay there again.
it was a great hotel i really love the facilites just one thing i stayed there entire week not once did housekeeping come to my room and when ask for housekeeping to come i was told that it would be a charge why is that so????????
Have stayed before and know how it works. Clean, and I quiet and away from the beach party crowd
More Like A Condo
I stayed at the this resort the second week of October...so not long after hurricane Irma and Maria. I was happy that the place was up and running so quickly after the hurricanes! Overall, the resort feels more like a condo. We stayed in the the 1 bedroom studio. The room had a living area and separate bedroom area. The living area had a kitchenette with a college size fridge, full size microwave, and 2 burner electric stove (no oven) and a small washer and dryer. It also had dishes and pans adequate for a week long stay. I had not complaints. I brought items from home like coffee, tea, popcorn, dish soap, laundry detergent and some food items. My son is a picky eater so eating out isn't always fun with him. It also saved money. We did eat out some meals but know that it's expensive to eat out on the island. It's also expensive buying groceries as well...but still less than eating out every meal. My only complaint about the resort was the bed. I am used to a pillow top mattress and the beds are very firm. Some people like firm but unfortunately for us we are used to very soft beds. I didn't sleep well at all. This one factor will probably make me hesitate on booking at this resort again. If that's not a big deal for you then this place is fine. We rented a car at the airport so we drove to a new beach every day. The beach closest to the resort can be walked to within 10 mins or so. The pool is great for family and kids. Overall, our stay was nice!
OKay Spot
This resort should include free breakfast during each day of your stay since it is not close to anything. The onsite cafe should have longer hours and better options. The front desk should have staff for longer hours. The room was nice, but the bathroom was tiny!!
First time guest to the island and hotel.
If you stay at this location taxi prices varies from $40 to $43. You are 25 mins from the airport. There are no restaurant at this hotel. You will have to walk ten mins to the right of hotel then make a left at International School of Turks and Caicos and you will see two restaurants and a grocery store/market that has coffee and fresh pastry.

We get there at 11am,There were not allowing us to check in until 4,and check out latest at 11.30
