Nice clean and tidy

Located very close to the Mount and hot springs. Not as close to shopping

The location was excellent.

Great property to visit. Staff are excellent, good location.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Very close to beach and mountain. Washer/dryer huge bonus. About a 10 minute walk to main restaurant area. Only complaint was no air conditioning and the floor fan provided was broken. Ceiling fans would be a huge and simple improvement. Fortunately the weather was cool enough at night to be able to sleep comfortably.

We loved our time in Mt Maunganui!

We loved Mount Maunganui, and the location of Atrium Apartments is ideally located between the cute town and the Mount, as well as steps from the beach. Our room had views of both the bay and the ocean/beach. The amenities were great and we made use of the pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and the walkway to the beach. This location is very close to the trailhead to hike to the top of the Mount, which we enjoyed doing in the mornings, and we loved some beach time in the afternoons. Our apartment was well stocked with kitchenware and the layout was great. The bed was a little “soft” for my preference, but everything overall was very clean and comfortable with great views. We would return.

The apartment was very well located and extremely clean. The view to the harbour was pleasant. Some rowdy neighbours but it was Christmas party season. Nice check in with the friendly team at reception. Bare basics in terms of condiments eg coffee etc so think about bringing your own coffee, cling wrap, oil, garbage bags etc. For the very high price, I will look to stay elsewhere next time I am at the Mount.

I gifted the overnight accommodation to a family member on their honeymoon from Australia. They liked the apartment. Loved the view.

Great location close to the beach, cafes/restaurants & the hot pools & the Mount. Amazing view of the water towards the marina. The room was a little tired and a bit dirty as it’s a non-serviced apartment so I don’t think it had been cleaned thoroughly prior to us staying there. The spa downstairs was a bit cold and the jets aren’t working that well so more like sitting in a warm bath and the outdoor pool is not heated so avoid outside of summer.

Lovely place to stay. Parking is great. Apartment is modern and clean.

Super weekend

Lovely weekend at the Mount. Very handy to walks, hot pools, beach, cafes and restaurants. Very welcoming people. Would stay again.

A great place to stay

While the complex was very nice and the views amazing, the apartment was very tired. Paint in the bathroom was peeling, the refrigerator had a dent in the door and the furnishings were quite tired.

Loved the location of the Atrium Apartments - we were handy to boardwalks, parks, cafes and beach. The Atrium itself is an amazing complex - it was very quiet even though it was almost fully booked. Has a private gym, outdoor pool and sauna room. The room we had was on the 5th level and the views were stunning. The room had everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer and the products needed. Also had a dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend the Atrium Apartments. Thank you for the stay.

This place is great!!! Close to the beach, great easy parking, sauna and pool is great (even in mid April) Lift from the carpark was great. Room was modern and clean. Bed was comfortable and had all the kitchen items one could need.

Great spot (except the parking)

Family weekend away. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Property convenient and well presented. We had a high level east side 2-bedroom apartment. #409. Shame about blinds in kids room that didn’t stop the light in the hall streaming in all night. Underground parking is very tight. Pleased we had the husbands smaller car! All in all a nice place for a weekend at the Mt.

We stayed in Room 300 for a long weekend which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The views facing the ocean and ships was amazing. Got to see Cruise ships come and go. The ensuite power point and heated towel rail didnt work, the oven was difficult to work and the instructions were poor. No basics like Sale & Pepper but crockery/cutlery well equiped. The door handle into the apartment was difficult to open. We complained twice but nothing happened to resolve the issues.

Comfortable with everything we needed right in the heart of the Mount with everything (the beach, the mount, the main shopping street, pilot bay) just a few minutes walk away. Great views from the Apartment we had. We overlooked pilot bay so could watch the shops come and go. And had the best view of the sunsets. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Location was good, walking distance to beach the Mount, shops, cafes etc. view from the room was great. Negatives: the bed was very uncomfortable, every time my partner moved it would disturb me. I’d nearly get to sleep and he’d turn over and wake me from the bed bouncing around. Next 2 nights slept/didn’t sleep on a 2 seater sofa. Very hot when we were there, only had 1 fan in the unit, no air conditioning. Had to leave the windows open due to being so hot but the noise of the boy racers on Friday/Saturday nights was deafening. The bathroom paint above the shower was all pealing off. Was so happy to be home in my own bed. Would love to return to The Mount but unfortunately won’t be staying here again. Very disappointed for the price we paid.

Like being in the Gold Coast.

Really nice location. Great hosts. It sucked that the pool did not open until later in the morning. Would have been nice to have a 7am swim.

Excellent apartment

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Close to both beaches, good location. Recommended.

Lack of storage

The apartment itself is good. Lack of wardrobe/ hangers is a problem. Also the lack of drawers or shelving added to problem. Friend had suitcase on the spare bed and lived out of it for 2weeks. Thankfully there were only the two of us.

We felt at home and relaxed. The sauna and pool were very nice. It would be great if there was easy access between the sauna and the pool.

Great location to beach and restaurants in the Mount. Room getting a bit tired but functional with everything you need to make a great stay.

Secure parking, easy walk to beach. But remember to put the spa pool cover back on after use so next guests have a warm spa.

This property was well situated close to the beach and also within easy walking distance from restaurants. The apartment we were allocated was well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Would highly recommend the apartments to others. Property managers were friendly and helpful.

WEEKEND AWAY AND A GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Great location between both beaches near the mount. lovely quiet, clean and modern room. Good communication via text about check in key collection. Was a great self catering stay with kids.

Had a very powerful and hot shower. Elevator a bit slow but ok.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We were a very short walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and the mount walks. The property manager, Rose is so friendly and helpful. Thanks fir making our stay wonderful.

premier pricing, sub-par product

Sadly, despite the premier pricing the unit was old and in much need of an upgrade. Even a decent clean would improve things. Car parking is secure but unusable. It’s very tight with concrete pillars and little swing space. We had to park on the street. Cabinetry is broken. Beds small, old and worn. Hotel is in good location and has good water pressure in the shower

Good secure parking nice apartment with harbour view

We enjoyed our stay here, with an apartment on the 3rd floor with a reasonable sea view. Great place to be at the Mount and our apartment was well equipped and well presented.

Friendly managers, easy check in, clean and tidy complex. Great location and apartment had everything we needed. Unfortunately we had a few maintenance issues but these were addressed promptly by manager.

A great location moments to the Mount and beach. The condition of our apartment was comfortable enough for a short stay but the mattress was too soft and caused back strain. The view of the harbour was excellent. Parking was safe and secure and the manager of the building very helpful. Would stay again if the bed was replaced.

we had a really great stay at te apartments, everything was nice and clean and well maintained, we had a room with a view of pilot bay which was beautiful.

Units are good location but interiors are tired and in need maintenence. Cupboards broken, dishwasher broken, fridge damaged, no toilet roll holder broken. You cant change high rates and then provide worn out rooms.

Liked the harbour view from the room. Proximity to cafes, shops, beach etc.

Enjoyed the view from our room. The room itself was nice, but overpriced. Onsite parking is a bonus. Everything is within walking distance, that was awesome. Nice big spa, relaxing nice clean surrounds.

The unit was pretty tidy, with the exception of the toilet. The location on was great with easy to walk to the Mount, beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Would stay there be again.

Great under cover parking, great location. Small 2 bedroom apartment. The bathroom was not clean enough- vanity and shower done but needed a deep clean, lots of marks around the place.

I loved everything. Very Quiet. I didn't like the boy racers on Friday night waking me every 5 minutes but not the hotels fault.

great location, great apartment. Only negative was ceiling fan in the bathroom ran continuously, there was no switch to turn it off, so there was a constant background noise from the fan trhough the night.

I found the property quite dated in external and internal appearance . The actual apt was an awful magnolia with dated furnishings . It was small for a 2 bedroom apt . The overall location is excellent .

Liked basic amenities available, tv in bedroom didnt work heater in living room took forever to warm the place, tv in living room litte complicated to do anything but turn on or off couldnt even change the volume
