Area of Patong close to family condo.

Not the cleanest area

They not even providing linen napkins in bathrooms. Only 2 big towels are available for use. Lifts are 2 slow. Cleaning must be imrove. Breakfasts are good variety.

It’s terrible because they can’t speak English and coominication is very hard. I have to wait for the manager to explain myself because I have problem. There is no microwave and plates to use. I don’t think that hotel is terrible nothing in there! Don’t want to come back there.

It a nice hotel but the area sucks. Their food is awful. No service at the pool. The amount of motor bikes reving their engines at all hours of the night. I got mo sleep.. the staff was awesome very friendly but they need to speak more english.

budget friendly hotel

Good hotel close to OTop Market. Night markets close. Roof to pool doesn’t offer much shade but it’s a nice pool. Self serve laundry is cheap, 80Baht and detergent and softener provide. Decent breakfast . Beach is about a 18 minute walk.

The attitude of the staff are poor! They are not helpful at all! I broke a glass and asked them to replace for me at night. They didn’t respond even if I asked for three more times. In the next morning, a new glass came together with a 40b bill. Nobody say anything to you but a bill on the table. One more thing which is very ridiculous is that they fold the towels on the floor right beside the elevator. That’s the towels that all the guests use everyday. Is it a joke? I will not stay here again and I will not recommend this hotel to anybody!

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Would love if pool was open later, but this is all, everything else was very good.

I found the air conditioning fans in the alleyway outside my balcony door extremely loud causing a lack of sleep ! also the white Silicon sealant in the shower was covered with black mould

Property was clean and close to everything. The market was very close by and the staff was helpful.

Do stay

Pretty bad hotel staff was rude and the pool is nothing like in the picture

Firstly, we had roaches in our first room. We told the staff, to which they moved us to the room next door. It also had roaches.. they where in the bathroom all of the ceilings and almost every corner of the room. I have tons of photos and videos of this. We complained once again and they finally moved us to the main building. This brings me to my second point. When you book this hotel, they do not tell you that there is more then one building. The main building has all the main amenities. This isn’t a big deal to be honest. But it is one one of the buildings is full of roaches..

Restaurant has halal certificate from Government of Thailand. Easy access to market to buy some souvenirs.

Location was great. Just a few things need to be improved Not all lights in our room were working we reported it & nothing got fixed. Powerpoints weren’t working Clean hotel however they were delayed in making up our rooms daily. Our sliding door to the balcony wouldn’t open the whole way. Staff spoke very little English hard to communicate Pool was never attended at any time of the day. Not a place I’d stay at again

Them messed up on first night hence did not get sleep or have a room. Neither did i have wifi for the duration otherwise staff were pleasant Vikas

Property was good staff excellent only problem no shelter on roof pool fot shade.

It was truely value for money. Me and my partner stayed there for 4 nights, it was really wonderful to stay with Ashlee, cannot expect any more interms of hotel. We wish if the hotel also had tour desk to assist with the guest. We approached couple in front of the hotel, they were not great, found out later we were charged higher than the usual rates.

The Phuket experience

The location is good , the internet does not work in the rooms and the service is not the best . The hotel is old the pool area is not very clean

There was'nt any help available for luggage. We all four were senior citizens and would have appreciated help atleast upto elevators. But none. same during chk out. & the same bespectacled person at counter was very very happily bending, himself leaving the counter and helping other guests with luggage, right upto the rooms. We have seen with our own eyes. Moreover, there was no bottle opener in our room. But while chking out, they said its missing and we were made to pay exhortantly for it !

Perfect location for shopping, 5min to beach.. Staff tries to be as unfriendly as possible... Do not bank on their agreed email confirmations re Jain breakfast.!

The property is old, looks nothing like the pictures.

When we arrived at the hotel, the gentleman across the counter came across as being rude and almost unaware of giving a friendly smile and simple hello to new guests. His initial greeting was abrupt, unfriendly and unsocial. When we spoke to him about the requests of our booking and rooms etc he simply sniggered and was almost demeaning. Throughout our visit, the staff were okay with regards to service and almost borderline did not understand the type of requests/things which normal guests require. The level of English amongst the staff is quite poor and communication was really difficult which is not what would be expected at a hotel where international guests would be staying. Furthermore, the breakfast was relatively bad and not worth paying fir, hence we decided to skip it on several days. One point which must be stressed and is not clear on the property listing, this hotel is split up over 4 different buildings. They are all located at different corners of intersecting streets. Only buildings 1 and 2 were equipped with the pool. The pool itself was clean, but very undesirable to lounge around. It had only 6 loungers and the bar was empty and unused. Basically it had been deserted. This hotel is okay for guests who want something on the cheap and do not require any extra amenities and/or desire to stay inside the hotel during the day for extended periods of times. It's certainly good enough and clean enough for you to have a good night sleep and then go out.

Internet connection is so bad. There is no connection or wifi access point in the building.

Good position building 1 pool good not good view from balcony if on right side looking at reception as looking into an alleyway but quieter than the road side.

Close to Malin plaza and walking distance to patong beach!

Nice and clean

Friendly staff, a lot of options for local food nearby, and provide free shuttle service to patong beach (10 minutes away)

Ashlee Plaza was a great hotel. I really enjoyed my time there with the friendly staff and great locality. It was great value for money and I would recommend it to all.

Nice hotel, 20 min walk to Patong Beach

Lovely warm welcome at checkin. Wonderful staff member Mickey was kind enough to check me in early. Also he was always funny, kind, helpful & accommodating. All staff were friendly respectful & warm. I loved Ashlee Plaza hotel, close to everything including a short walk to Patong Beach, Marlin Market, shops, eating places. Catch a tuk tuk for 200 baht to Jungceylon shopping mall, Bangla markets or Patong Beach. Or catch the hotel shuttle which takes you to these same places. Nice rooftop pool at hotel. Generally a fabulous experience. Well done Ashley Plaza

Quite convenient

The location of the hotel quite ok. 2min walking distance to food court. 15 - 20min walking distance to Patong Beach. The hotel provide shutter bus to Patong Beach and Jungceylon Shopping Mall at 10am, 2pm, 4pm & 8pm daily. There are 4 blocks of this hotel, only Block 1&2 got swimming pool;however, you are allow to use the swimming pool as well if you stay in other block. I haven't got time to visit as i got other activities. The room is clean and spacious. The double bed room is basically combine of 2 super single bed, so the bed pretty big. Basic amenities are provided. Only 1 key card is given, however there are no charges on additional 1 key card if you want to. The only thing i complaint is the door lock is not sensitive to the key card, it need to try few times to open the door, maybe the door battery low. The hotel do not provide International Plug; they not even rent out. You may need to bring your own.

Nice hotel good nearby facilities and access to the beach. Plenty to do and lots of shopping as well as places to visit.

Good stay

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything in general was very good only we found it a bit noisy as our windows were down the street.

Horrible hotel shocking way to end my trip

Terrible staff, dirty rooms , uncomfortable beds- could feel the springs, pillows ragged and tired!!! Only saving grace was an egg station for breakfast DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! Paid for smoking superior room - don’t even think they have this no furniture on balcony’s no ashtrays - was the most awful experience !!! I never complain and I even filled in the hotels review sheet as it was the dumps and does not deserve any tourists money !!!

Pleasant stay

The Expedia information said there was a free shuttle service from the airport but this was not the case. Generally the hotel was good and the staff were helpful. Our rooms were spacious and well equipped (although only one chair in a double room???). There were three of us in two adjoining rooms and a connecting door was useful. We were on holiday and had a lovely time but a holiday is what you make it and my idea of a hotel room is somewhere comfortable to sleep and take a shower.

Don't be fooled by the filtered pictures!

Disappointing stay. Booked 4 nights, our room was only cleaned upon arrival and even then there were stains on the mirrors and towels had black stains. The A.C. was freezing cold in the living room and was still working when turned off; they sent an engineer to fix it but we came back to find the same issue so we had to constantly close our bedroom to keep it warm or cool and could not relax in the front room because it was freezing cold. Each morning we put the "clean the room" sign but came back to find that the bare minimum was done (I.e changed a few towels and toiletries) the floors, toilets, bathroom etc were not cleaned. It was a nightmare to communicate with the staff let alone call them from the room as none spoke english nor understood. I sent my jacket for a dry clean in the morning to be told in the evening that it would take 3 days to wash so it was returned in hanger and dry cleaning plastic bag (which i thought was odd so called to double check, just to be hung up on twice) as we were checking out the next day but to my surprise they tried to charge me at check out on top of trying to charge us for towels missing which the cleaner had not been bothered to put in our room in the first place. We had to wait over 30min for them to check with their cleaner about the jacket we had to keep on explaining the situation to eventually not be charged. The swimming pool is not what's on the pics, it's more an abandoned warehouse with 3 sunbed, a closed bar, terrible view!

Useless buffet breakfast

Staff unfriendly ; no customer service; accusing us of missing umbrella ; not extending checkout time by 2 hrs even after er 8 nights stay; breakfast menu same every day, eggs not cooked properly. Overall quite disappointed and expedia should not offer this hotel.

Nice Hotel for the price!

We stayed here for 4 days, we loved our room! The internet was not that great to be honest and the staff could of been more friendly and helpful. It was so surprising to me that the staff wasn’t that very nice since all the other hotels we stayed at in Thailand were so welcoming and approachable! I work in hospitality so I did expect a certain level of acknowledgement or a simple hello or good morning when we walk in the lobby area. If your staff could improve on this this hotel would be a gold mine and you would have more returning and happy guests!

Good value hotel in Patong

I arrived early, well before the official check-in time, and was immediately upgraded and checked in to a better room. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Very clean and comfortable room, good pool on roof and good gym in an adjoining building, wifi was adequate but not great. Quiet hotel away from beach and main entertainment areas but well within walking distance. Shops and restaurants nearby, as well as the night market.

Nice Hotel close to Patong beach

I really enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. It is close to the beach as well as the vibrant area of Patong, Phuket. The staff of the hotel are sympathetic and importantly, most of them speaks English. If one day I go back to Phuket, i will definitely take again a room in this hotel.

Hotel location good

Location is very good, feasibly ckean, but I was disappointed with the breakfast. Thai style breakfast and not international type breakfast, no chesse, no rolls, ...cheap breakfast. Bed was not of reasonable quality. I would rate them two stars hotel than three. But price was very reasonable . Maybe, I should not expect more than what they have offered.

Don't expect any more than the basics.

I was here for all of 2 days and 1 night and the biggest plus point of this place is it's pool, and it's location. The pool is located on the 6th floor of the building (a level dedicated entirely to the pool) - so even if you'd like to upgrade your 'superior' room, you can't. By the average standard, the 'superior' room is rather disappointing, being kitted with the basics only. Space is not to their advantage and i was grateful for not sharing the room as it would've been a tight squeeze. The language barrier is a very real issue and it took a while before all parties were understood and keys were issued. One of the plus points is that it is near to many amenities and there is a market literally behind the building which caters for everything from food to clothing and trinkets. If you have access to Google Maps or have a good sense of direction, public transport is unnecessary as everything is within a roughly 10 - 20 minute walk. I missed the breakfast, however i did hear the variety on offer was pretty impressive.

Nice, unexpensive hotel

The room was nice. This hotel provide free scheduled shuttle bus to Patong Beach and Junceylong, which was great! There's the Marlin Plaza right behind the hotel. However, the internet in the room was poor.

hotel not a 4 star

would not recommend this hotel as is not a four star hotel, when arriving asked for adapter but was told to go and buy one,by reception who were very rude, housemaid was great and very friendly, and bar staff was great friendly and helpful, over all room view was a rubbish dump, so rating for this hotel is a 1 star

A decent stay

It was a good stay at the hotel, great location and very clean, staff was very nice. Room needs iron! Had to go out with wrinkly clothes some nights.

Terrible mattress and limited breakfast.

Good: - Location as it is close to everything but not in the center. Which means not too noisy. Down side: - The state of matresses was very poor. Cheap and springy mattresses. After the 4th day our backs were not happy even though we had a harder cover placed on top after the 1st night (which by the way would not cover the full surface). We stayed for 10 nights...ouch!! - The bedrooms are not sound proof as they advertise... - NO INTERNET!! No matter what they advertise... NO INTERNET IN THE ROOMS... you can get free wifi in the streets but not in the hotel unsless you are by the reception... then you may be lucky and get "some signal" at certain times...

Overall a pleasant experience

The hotel is in patong and quite near to all the good things happening in patong. A good 5-8min you can reach the main attractions in patong. The staffs are extremely helpful and nice. Although there are a few staffs that are a little hard to converse with due to the language barrier. The breakfast is decent with a good variety. I wished they provided with way more variety. The place is quite secluded from the main roads so you can have quite a peace of mind. There's also multiple restaurants of different ethnicity which is quite a treat.

Nice staff, OK hotel

The staff were brilliant and done everything they could to help. We had a set of very noisy neighbours/guests who were running through the corridors and screaming, slamming doors brining in prostitutes and taking turns with them all between 2-4am two or three days in a row. Grow men who were behaving worse than teenagers at their new found freedom. The noise kept us awake which meant the next day we were a bit shattered and did not want to do much. Breakfast was deja vu some days and some of the items so spicy you can't dream of eating it. Swimming pool in our building was out of service for most of the days and we had to visit the other building across the road for the service. For the price you pay it's an ok hotel but if your looking for a bit more class then look elsewhere.

terrible staff in all parts of the Hotel. Charged 40Bht for a broken glass, yes in the middle of the night in the dark I accidentally broke a glass looking for my ASTHMA medication, they gave me a bill for that. I read the reviews before and I should have paid attention to them. When I checked out they ALSO tried to charge for a BEER, saying it was open, they have little paper tags on them, well I never touched any of their in room bar products and luckily had a Thai friend with me who fixed it, otherwise I would of had to pay for a beer I NEVER used or opened, NEVER EVER AGAIN. up untl this point I was going to re book for next visit, although terrible service reasonable price, BUT after the terrible experience at check out, NEVER AGAIN. Full of Chinese, Indian and Russian working class tourists, they are rude and dirty and the Hotel caters MAINLY for them, make your own mind up, but if westerner, my advice go elsewhere.

Beautiful staff, great location!

My partner and I stayed for 8 days and had a wonderful stay. The staff were overly helpful and extremely nice! The room was lovelier than expected and the location of the hotel was quite convenient as it was walking distance to the central streets.

helpful friendly and unobtrusive Upon booking through Expedia I had very few expectations for this hotel other than what was said about it. It fully satisfied me as a 3 star hotel leaning towards the higher end of the scale The hotel is actually four separate buildings, with a breakfast room on the ground floor of one and the reception and bar in another. The wifi in my room was not particularly good but was accessible. I found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and unobtrusive. The hotel itself was clean bright and airy and all the facilities in good working order, bed linen and towels changed daily and a very simple switch by the door to let the maid know when she can clean or not to disturb using a red and green light system, that is so much better than the traditional do not disturb sign hung on the door handle. I think that the hotel may be in the process of changing its smoking policy as at the time of booking I requested a smoking room as they were said to be available, and the room contents list an ashtray as part of the room contents but smoking is no longer permitted in the rooms. That is not a problem as they do not mind if you smoke on the room balcony, although a chair on the balcony would have been welcome. Location wise the hotel is in the southern part of Patong and set back from the main drag so as to only get very minor passing traffic. Average taxi/tut tut price to or from the centre/beach is about 200 baht, but is in easy walking distance for all b

Second stay with worst experience i ever had

I stayed this hotel before and was happy with it. thats why booked again but this time they have opened 4 different buildings which is the worst part because they can't manage the whole branch. original building 1 is better but it depend what u get whne u check in. AC not working properly, water supply distruppted. Hotwl staff was very rude. Towels are smelly. overall it was pathetic... Never stay again

Clean, good location

Paid in full when booked, upon arrival hotel claimed it wasn't paid. After checkout keep getting calls about room device charges they forgot to add to bill. Breakfast was appalling

Good enough

The Ashlee plaza is a decent place, if you're not trying to spend too much money. It's about a 10-minute walk to the beach. They have a bar, but you'll rarely find patrons there because the markets right across the street own the food and drink arena around that area. The Ashlee Plaza has a workout area with a couple (literally) of machines, so you can get a quick workout in, but if you're a true gym head, it may be more prudent to simply pay for a few days at the gym down the street. The beds were super stiff, but the room was clean. The staff was very friendly, and you can book all your excursions right in the lobby.

Nice & peace

While Reception staff are busy in counter, nobody help to go the room. We didn't know where is the room & in which building. Some Staff should stand by lobby area to help the customers.

Good value for money nice location too prettt conveniently located in not too far from all the action but far enough to be quite.

Not very happy

The hotel double booked our room so we were down graded to a different room with no refund, which was disappointing as we were on our honeymoon and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice room. then in the room we did get the bed was so uncomfortable my partner and I didn't sleep well and woke up sore every day. Also no room service or mini bar as advertised.

Not even close to a 4 star hotel..

The internet was extremely useless, the tv barely worked at all, it was so fuzzy you could not use it. The pool in our building was not available to use (this would have been nice to know prior since we booked a superior suite and Phuket is extremely hot). The room was very average with a very hard bed. 1-2 stars MAX (I also tripped on an unsigned step coming out of the lobby restroom and ripped my toe nail off, staff just looked and did not want to try help as I was very upset)

Perfect location

Perfect location. Up from main part so quiet but could walk or catch free shuttle. Next to food market which was amazing and we used whole holiday. Lots to choose from and they cook fresh while you watch. Section of clothes and gift stalls too which we found cheaper than near Beach. Hotel very good. Clean and spacious. Breakfast good. Egg counter doing different types while you wait, fried potatoes nice and selection of meals we don't associate with breakfast like curry and noodle dishes but we not in England so embrace it and try we did and enjoyed. Loved our stay and would return

Nice hotel good location

Hotel was nice and clean with good internet. Location was a short walk to markets/bangla rd/beach. Only issue was the breakfast.. aimed completely at Asian guests, the buffet consists mainly of things like noodles and curries. Other than this was a great place to stay.

Super close to the beach. Great location.

Great location. No frills. Good for budget travelers or young people in groups who care more about the beach and the nightlife and won't be spending too much time in the room.

spacious and nice to stay in

it's spacious with a balcony and there's a night market just downstairs so it was very easy to explore around. It's also a walking distance to the beach (~15min) and the various bars around the place, and the mall is about a 15min walk as well. It was a very pleasant stay albeit the do not disturb button not working as we preferred to not have housekeeping but it's a small matter. might have blackouts too if there's a storm; we experienced that during the first night but there's a flashlight provided in the room in case this happens.

Good value for money

Staff friendly but don't speak much English. Hotel pretty clean. 10-15min walk to Bangla Rd & 5-10min walk to beach. Has local market in same block & great local food......cheap & drinks cheap too

Comfortable hotel away from the crowds

I had a pleasant stay. The room was spacious but faced the noisy front of the hotel where there's a bike rental. If you are sensitive ask for rooms facing away from the share. Room had a laptop sized safe which was good. The breakfast was extremely basic but there are plenty good alternatives close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

A 3* really, comfy beds, nice rooftop pool

Manic area full of motorbikes so prepare for noise and general buzz of a manic place. Great location if you are staying in Patong as 5 minute walk to beach, loads of places to eat and on the right side of town to negotiate the roads if hiring a bike. Good rooftop pool, but needs more sunbeds and it didn't seem to be cleaned enough. Gym was useless, and not as photographed so after some persuasion they let us use the Fishermans Harbour resort Gym next door. I liked the breakfast choices as always something Thai and I Dian available as well as the usual. A bit manic as the hotel has four large blocks and one small restaurant. Although staff seemed to work hard it needed more to keep on top of the turnover. I would say it was a three star hotel. Tiny balcony. Good housekeeping with clean linen and towels daily of good quality and a very comfy bed! We didn't like Patong but for what we paid for the hotel it was good value.

Do Not choose this hotel!!

- 2 night checked into hotel as I was in a deep sleep a lady came into my room and claimed that it was her room at 4am she kicked and screams and would get out! The reception did not check who was in the room and how many ppl was there had it was a male I would of been in big trouble, room had lots of mosquito was not clean, asked to speak to the manager Language was a barrier so could resolve problems, breakfast buffet was terrible the service was terrible it was always a plead to get serviced. Checked out 2 days before stay as I felt so unsafe.

Comfortable budget hotel

By no means a luxury resort, ok if you only want a room to sleep and shower etc. clean and comfortable. It confusingly is contained in 3 buildings , reception is in a different building to dining area across the street. The buffet breakfast was disappointingly spartan lacking great range of choice ie only one type of cereal and toast topping. No sign of any beef or bacon to go with eggs. The pool was small shallow and on the roof with no gardens. The nearby Marlin markets were great at night for shopping food and ice cold beer to chill out. Hotel Staff were helpful especially housekeeping ladies. Ok if you're on a budget trip but Not a luxury villa resort

Nothing special

Nothing really bad and nothing really good. They are trying to reduce costs on everything, especially on breakfast meals and staff. The only good thing about the hotel is its location close to Malin Plaza market.

Average

Our stay was very average. Check-in was inconvenient as I booked a room with a double bed and when I showed up it turned out to be a room with twin beds. Contacted concierge and they tried to deter me by saying that they don't have anything available - ODD. I expressed that I really would prefer a room with a double as it's what I requested and I showed them the email confirmation that I received upon booking. The concierge said that she'll "check and call back". 15 mins passes by - still nothing. I had to call back and spoke to a man who seemed to know the problem and said he'll send someone up with our new room key to a room with a double bed. WiFi kept cutting in and out, not a huge deal as we weren't at the hotel much. The shower is great: water pressure, heater and general cleanliness. The cleaner is lovely but wouldn't get to our room until 3-4 pm which seems a bit late to me. Ad stated, my partner and I had an average stay. This hotel isn't the 4 star establishment as advertised. It's 3 at best.

The hotel was great but they could add more variety to the breakfast in the morning.

Next to small but popular market

It is 20 mins walk to OTOP and the shopping centre. The breakfast is average. The bathroom is mouldy and the sink drainage isn't very good. The bed always felt like it had grains of sand or something .... even after three times of housekeeping services.

Pleasant for the price

I have stayed in this hotel many times under its old name. It is a good hotel for the price. There are a few minor niggles but as mentioned the price you pay makes up for that. The rooms are clean and spacious. If you are a beach person the beach is a bit of a trek but there are lots of tuk-tuks around. Wi-Fi is good. The lobby is functional and comfortable. There is a computer/internet room (I've never used it)

Great place to stay and conveniently located

The room was all that I wanted it to be, will stay there again when next in Phuket

Nice place but Pathong has a lot better to offer

The hotel was nice . A few times our room was not cleaned so in a 7 day our room was cleaned 4 times . Also the swimming pool was a bit neglected

The water heater was spoiled, water sudden cold sudden hot. Besides, the bed also not comfortable to sleep. I remembered one of the day when we sleep until midnight, there was suddenly no electrical power supply! I would not recommend my friend to this hotel.

Pleasant stay for the price.

The room was okay, the bed was hard. The shower temperature went from hot to very cool while the shower was running. I found the staff to be very friendly. The rooms are not soundproof, we could hear any conversation in the hallway. The buffet breakfast was not very well sorted for a westerner, I did not think it was worth the cost.

Needs TLC

Hotel in the middle of no where. Staff were rude except the lovely girl who showed us to our room. Originally we were put in a completely different run down building, but we complained and changed rooms which was then ok. The pool area was alright, but run down. It seems the hotel was set up with 4 buildings but they don't have enough customers/money to keep them all. Good size room and good breakfast. Hotel just needs more love!

An "ok" hotel

I honestly didn't get what I expected from this hotel. First night we checked in too late when I went to bed, my bed sheet had a disgusting stain, couldn't really sleep that night, next morning 7am asked to change bed linens, when I arrived 7pm, still the same! I had to change rooms!!! First day breakfast, no orange juice I had to pay 2 dollars for one glass after a bad attitude from the lady in the restaurant. Next three days there was the juice. Finally, we had a problem with the driver of a tour we took and I asked the front desk to help me and call the driver (local call) they pretended to charge me almost a dollar for the call , so customer service? Perks? Don't expect that from this "just ok" hotel.

Good breakfast and shuttle service

Breakfast was so great unexpectedly! And they have free shuttle to the mall and beach which was really nice!

Fabulous

Great hotel, in a very good location. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating... Swimming pools are very clean and plenty of loungers.... Bar has very tasty selection of drinks and amazing quality cheap food. Hotel rooms are comfortable, cleaned daily by housekeeping, have a stocked mini bar and a nice sized balcony This hotel is 2 minutes walk to a local market with great stalls and food... 8 minutes walk to the beach... 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants, bars and shops you could ever ask for.

it was a nice hotel , the surrounding environment is good and very near to patong beach.

Not very clean hotel,your room gets cleaned even after 5 pm if it gets cleaned...

Room and the whole building needs proper cleaning

Long stay, 15 nights, close to busy life style and close to quiet chill out at the beach, easy access, good location, not too close to busy Bangla Street,

Rooms to small. No chairs on balcony

Although the rooms were modern, they are very small which makes them not nice to spend much time in them. The balcony offers no escape, as they are also small with nothing to sit on.
