Simple cozy hotel. Room is not so big but comfortable. Breakfast option is ok.

Location is strategic

The 101 is a standard 3.5 star hotel, location is strategic. The room is quite clean for a non carpet floor but a carpet itself is dirty. The room is also not sound proof so you can see other voices coming. Bathroom is Ok, but can be improved by placing a mat in shower room and you must ask for a small towel. Pillow is only one for each single/twin beds which is usually you can get two pillows in similar hotel.

I would like to comment the breakfast and housekeeping team for their good service and warm hospitality. However I also like to highlight one disappointing incident with the reception staff who had suggested for us to visit an attraction that had been closed 2 months ago. It’s a 4 hours return trip wasted due to the staff’s lack of knowledge.

Close to Indah plaza, Massage was excellent in the room. But they need more English speaking staff. Room deco is in modern style.

Unexpected fee

Booked king bed but when checked in only twin bed available. We know this is common practice hotels lie to customers who booked thru online hotel agency. Also asked to leave deposit for IDR 300k while the room has no minibar or else to offer

I was amazed to receive the 'is everything okay' WA from 101 ambassador! It was definitely something that I did not expect! Thank you 101 Bandung Dago for keeping up with technology and trends, other than thr service, I just love your insta-able ambiance, even the toilets ( down at the lobby ) and elevators are a delight and we could not help but to snap a few photos in the elevators! Our breakfast time was slightly longer than normal as we would spend our time eating and laughing over a few witty captions and signages. Some areas for improvement, though. Our duplex unit was a bit bare, unlike the ones shown in the photos and the AC took quite sometimes to cool - especially the one upstairs. It would be good to have airport transfers as well as we found that most Grab transports are small/ cannot accommodate the heavy luggage that one would end up everytime they travel to Bandung! Overall, I will definitely come back to 101 Bandung Dago again so keep up the good work!

The room isnt clean and many dust stick in the bed. We were tell the receptionist but they weren't change ONLY tidy up. We are very dissapointed for the room higienis

It was a pleasant stay with very good hotel staff always ready to go out of the way to help. They were well-informed and knowledgeable as they could answer most of my queries.

Decent Hotel with a good location

Hotel has really nice interior. SODA Restaurant has good food at rock bottom prices. Hotel staff is satisfactory and willing to help. Room is big and does not have any issues. Would definitely come again due to its nice interior and prime location, which is at most a cheap taxi ride away to the attractions.

Shortgate with friends

Duplex room with 2 single bed and 1 double bed for 4 person. Have fun inside room. Comfortable room, good environment, friendly services. Overall is good.

I loved their decor

The place was lovely but the beds are a little too soft. I had a backache every morning.

Excellent Boutique Hotel

I was in Bandung for 4 days and nothing makes me dissappointed about this hotel, i really recommend this hotel to everyone if they are looking for comfort, good breakfast, value for money and strategic location which is near to most of the factory outlets, Holland Bakery, Amanda brownies and also ATM, very very very convenient to all travellers, the exterior and interior design is very unique and travaller can experience something different with the interior, very clean and nice toilet as well, i will definitely checked in to this hotel again..overall I am really satisfied with this hotel, thank you for your good service!

Hotel 101 Dago

It was a great stylish hotel! Cheap good and most of all, safe. To access the lift, the room access card is required. Further more, most of the staffs are well verse with English so no issues for foreign tourists. The rooms are big and comfy, toilet is clean, no issues. Hotel staffs are friendly as well.

Its clean, but do remember to check all the electrical appliances before accepting the room. Our room main lights was not working, fridge was not cold, have to call the front desk to fixed it. Also, the stairs in the family room could use some oil on the joints as it was creaking too loud. Walking up and down the stairs will wake those sleeping. The neighborhood was nice. Close by to a few mini marts and shopping mall (eg. Bandung Indah Plaza, Bundung Electronic Centre). Room service food was not good but the breakfast was not bad. Not too much variety in the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff but must be patient with them as their English needs some polishing.

Trendy and Hip Hotel

The hotel is trendy and hip in a very central location of Bandung's main activities and attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only setback is that the bathroom/toilet is too bare and does not blend in well with the trendy/hip feeling you get about the lobby and the bedroom itself. Amenities could be improved - better quality towels and toiletries to be added. Try to get a bedroom not facing the main road for a quieter night. Will definitely return.

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and checking in was a breeze. They were also very helpful in directions/where to go, etc. Room is clean and gorgeous, facing the main road with a balcony. Room service is good and fast too! Thumbs up for Soda restaurant food! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

Good overall

Overall is good. Clean, new, comfortable. However, insufficient toiletries for bath soap and shampoo. Did not provide top up even though we stayed for 4 nights. Need to request. No room service. Restaurant food is delicious but service & preparation took a long time. Also, some in menu are already out of order early in the day.

Good overall, just don't have food service yet. Lack of electrical socket. But very nice room,nice bathroom, nice big windows, even has a balcony!
