Nice hotel, friendly staff. 101 Oasis is a well located hotel in Sanur. We had a lagoon access room which overlooks the pool. It smelt a bit musty at first, I think the aircon filter might need replacing. Breakfast was included and there is a good variety of food choices. Not far to walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the new Icon mall. I would stay again at this property.

We always stay here it’s clean has a perfect buffet breakfast and we get the cabana room with the plunge pool! Just the best!

Our stay was excellent with a nice room and friendly staff. Overall good spot if you want a quiet holiday.

The pool side room was not a good choice, unless you were in one of the rooms not right next to the pool - the damp/ mouldy smell was pretty gross and this particular room didn’t get much sunlight which made it worse. The rooms were very basic with no additional amenities such as mini bar items. The restaurant was nice but very hot as it was outside. There were never pool loungers available so unless you had a pool side room it was hard to use the pool. This property was okay if you just want a basic room.

We loved our stay at 101 Bali oasis. The location was great, access to the beach loungers was brilliant. Staff were all amazing. Would recommend a pool access room and this hotel 👌

Our room was pretty clean and nice, staff friendly and helpful, super close to the beach (5-10min walk). One downside was food at the hotel, we got the breakfast included for the convenience, pretty disappointing food and beverage.

This was a great bargain find for a last minute reservation. We missed the last boat to Nusa Penida so needed a clean, safe, inexpensive place to stay the night and 101 Bali Oasis fit the bill and then some. With spa services on site and great food next door and multiple places within a block, we could not be happier. Had a great looking pool, we could have been happy here for more than a night.

Pleasant hotel in great location in central Sanur. Good staff. Very poor Internet makes work online difficult.

It was a nice stay however the rooms above were noisy the scraping of chairs etc But staff were lovely and very help The pool water is cold but I liked it that way. There isn’t a lot of sun on the pool, so it’s not anyone fault .

Welcome from reception and staff everyday. Breakfast wasn’t that exciting but eatable. Sanur night markets food was great and very cheap. Lots of Shopping close by.

The property was OK, excellent breakfast, but seemed expensive for the service received. Had to ask for new towels multiple times, beds were made but sheets not changed. Bar and restaurant is expensive compared to surrounding restaurants.

Great place if you’re kind of on a budget. Family room (duplex) fit parent with two adult children comfortably, great breakfast buffet, beach and pool areas both slightly small but we did not have trouble finding places. The beach isn’t the nicest cleanest beach of all time, still very nice, but we had a great time and saw many amazing starfish! (There is a decent amount of seaweed and therefore sea life — plus or minus depending on what you want)

We loved our week stay at this hotel. Very accommodating staff from front desk, maintenance and dining staff. Excellent service! Just one minor thing we would’ve wanted changed is that the room didn’t have enough lights. That’s all. Overall, we had a great time. Thank you 101 Bali Oasis Sanur!

Great location

Be aware they do have a spot assigned at the beach. I didn’t find out this until the end of my stay, I wish they gave me all this information during my check in. Staff is nice and friendly. Rooms are good, just little noisy due walls can be too thin and people is smashing doors. During my stay was a construction going on next door started working after 9am. Breakfast Buffet is great really happy with it I think totally worth it. Great location. Would stay again there? Probably yes.

The 101 Bali Oasis was a good price for the value of the resort. We stayed here for 2 weeks with our 6 and 2 year old. We had originally booked the two bedroom loft but quickly found that it wasn’t the safest option for our family. The stairs are quite steep and open and that’s where the “kids room” would have been. Management was wonderful though and we were able to switch to a two bedroom family suite instead. This room was significantly more spacious and I’d definitely recommend it to people traveling with small children. The pool deck and the koi pond could use some updates but it was fine for our family. The highlight of our stay was the kind and friendly staff. We’ll miss Damar and Ulan so very much!!!!

Lovely place to stay staff amazing the only complaint would be very loud could hear everything going on in the hallway or in the unit above us. I would stay here again.

Large pool was very nice but the lounge chair pads were very thin and didn't provide any comfort. Breakfast was ok, but everyday(6)there was not enough utensils and the setup was poor. There's balconies but you have to step up and sit on the floor, not good for older tourists.

The 101 has done an amazing job of creating a tranquil environment where the rooms and pool are whilst the restaurant is right in the hub of Sanur conveniently placed next to shops and bars. Breakfast was amazing and there was even Gluten free bread along with staff cooking eggs as you wanted them alongside traditional Balinese food. Would definitely return.

Loved the lagoon access room but walls are paper thin so expect to hear lots of banging as people move about next door and above. Otherwise we had an amazing stay. Staff were lovely and breakfast was great.

All in all a four star rating. Nice hotel and facilities, rooms are definitely dated. Great having a poolside room, great staff.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here, the rooms are nice and spacious, the pool area is great our toddler loved the little pool and the floaty we borrowed from the hotel. Great location with the beach in walking distance as well as a lot of great cafes / restaurants. The staff were all very friendly and helpful

Good place for families

Very nice, good breakfast, helpful staff. Only problem was too many young noisy children, but that is to be expected. Highly recommend for families, not ideal for couples, who seek a quiet stay, as the kids play in the pool right outside your pool access room. I found the staff extremely helpful and nice. Hotel is 14 years old, now showing areas that need to be renovated etc. Room was very nice. No complaints.

The room was so noisy, we had a pool access room and everyone sat on our balcony no privacy at all. Breakfast was not great not a lot of selection.

Beautiful stay. The staff were amazing. The room was lovely and very comfortable for the price. Breakfast was great value with lots of food options. They had juices, smoothies, healthy shots (turmeric and ginger) as well as tea and coffee of course. theres not too much to do in Sanur but I highly recommend staying here if you need access to the port the next day. We stayed for two and enjoyed it a lot. Sunrise is a must see!

Perfect location

Comfortable quiet hotel in perfect location. Near shopping complex and plenty of restaurants. Rooms need updating but good enough especially for price.

Great location, big selection at breakfast, rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. One thing I noticed the washing of dishes, cups and glasses are done quickly by hand and not in a dishwasher, needs hot water and detergent.

This was just what we needed in Sanur. Clean and well appointed but affordable and right in the middle of things.

We had room with a plunge pool which was awesome- very clean, easy access & deep. Friendly staff, spa available, easy access to restaurants & shopping. Free shuttle to beach club. Bed was hard & creaky & breakfast had limited western options.

Cabana room exactly as described

We had a great stay at this hotel but there were issues. I am writing this review as clearly as positive to help you weigh the negatives with the positives, as the value for money WAS excellent. GREAT THINGS The staff are fabulous. You can't beat the location. Right on the main strip of restaurants and next door to Hardys so you can buy all the water, drinks and fresh food you need. We had a cabana room and it was exactly as portrayed. Loved our plunge pool and comfy lounger chairs. Plenty of pool towels available. The hotel food was excellent especially the cakes. The breakfast didn't have massive selection, but was well cooked and tasty. Room service meals also great. I am also mindful that no other hotel could offer a plunge pool room with breakfast in a main location for the price we paid. It was excellent value for money. NEGATIVES Our king bed was so awful. It was on a wooden base which creaked loudly every time you moved and swayed. The room doors have a big gap in the middle, so room not mozzie proof It is very noisy. There were 3 dogs in the laneway behind our room who barked all night. Not intermittent barking, constant barking. don't know what was being moved in the rooms above us, but it sounded like furniture was being dragged on and off most of the night. I was incredibly loud and woke us,even me wearing earplugs. The hallways are also very noisy On the whole, I still consider the room was excellent value for money

Overall the hotel was good. One negative point. We needed to get some laundry done, and didn't really pay attention to the pricing, since it seemed like laundry shouldn't be too expensive. So we gave the laundry service a small bag of clothes to clean. The next day, they returned the clothes with a $31 bill, for one small bag. The cost should not have been no more than $15 at market rates. We complained at the front desk, but they said it was their pricing, and couldn't adjust. Don't do laundry, and you probably will be happy with your stay.

Huge rooms

There were some negative reviews so I was hesitant, but glad I pushed through with my booking. It has a restaurant infront, but also nearby other cafes and shops, so pretty central. There’s a cozy pool on the ground floor next to the lobby. The room is huge! And i love the balcony where you can sit down, grab a pillow, and read or eat or just hang out. Happy to go back.

We had the villa duplex room for two of us, my adult daughter and myself. This gave us plenty of room so we weren't on top of each other the whole trip. The room could've had more sitting options such as a couple of chairs/small lounge and needed more small tables. Staff were excellent, friendly and happy to help. Hotel has no laundry facilities so it's best to go local, there are a few laundry people nearby.

Need improvement please

No spa due to renovations without informing us from the beginning prior to booking. Hair dryer and air con so weak, bath room sewage smell into the room. Pool have many dead leaves. Many dead and or alive insects example croaches. Bed very soft, pillow very flat. Blankets sheets not soft nor smooth, have material balls. Smell smoking. Close breakfast too early. This is our third stay, we returned due to prior to our stay we had amazing experiences. Unfortunately this time it had decreased it's hotel quality. We noticed the hotel use to be called Oasis lagoon so maybe this is the reason of new management. However Staff were wonderful and try their best to facilitate. Appreciated laundry service in house were not available but hotel staff offer external laundry services. Hotel clean very well unfortunately many insects which I had to call front desk.

Bed bugs and dirty!

Loved our pool access room, it was great being able to move from our room to the sun lounge and access to the pool. The room was comfortable and spacious, but a bit more storage space would have been good. The breakfast was not bad, but other than the freshly cooked omelette the hot food was not hot, it was cold.

Needs some improvements

Pros: Pool is big and good for families and socializing. Staff is nice and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent. Cons: WiFi is horrible, basically you won't be able to use the internet for more than a few minutes at a time before being logged off and the connection speed is the worst, even for Bali. The rooms are not very bright both in terms natural light and lighting. We had the family duplex and sound insulation from the room was very poor, so it was very loud in the room when it rained. Similarly the sound insulation from neighbors was very poor and our neighbors kept us up at night while we are really risers and they asked us to keep it down in the morning when we were on the balcony and the kids were playing/talking. Overall: The property has great potential and is well operated but needs significant upgrades to be a better stay. I would say the value for money was simply not there for us. I would've been willing to pay 40% less for the same experience.

Enjoyable Vacation

Good value for money. Excellent location and we were well looked after.

I didnt like this hotel. Pool is too small, rooms are so noisy. Had dogs barking all night out the back and other guests in their private pool areas splashing around till really late. When on holidays my rest is important and i didnt get any here. Rooms are ok, nothing flash, food was good though, variety and tasty. Location of hotel is great. Close to alot of restaurants.
