Perfect location close to everything you need

The location of the property is excellent. Walkable distance to Central Station which can also be reached by bus or metro. The stop for the airport bus is also close. The condition of the room was also great - clean and functional The area around the property isn’t the most welcoming, that’s the only con.

Property was very good, clean, well equipped, close walking distance to centre and sightseeing. Building was on a street that had daily flea market so was crowded when you come out of main building doors and quite dirty and dilapidated

Very modern and clean. Even smelled great. Best hotel I’ve ever gotten in the $100 range and I travel almost every weekend

Central location

Our room was just renovated so everything was brand new and clean. We arrived later in the evening so did a self check in. Good location for exploring Catania and easy to get to with the airport bus (5 minute walk)

Excellent choice for central Catania

Great location right in the middle of the market in central Catania and near bus and metro stops. Located in a condiminium on the 5th floor, the appartments are modern, clean and comfortable with air conditioning, and ours had a balcony. With the balcony doors closed you don't hear the street at all but we enjoyed opening them to hear the hustle and bustle of the market each morning and to enjoy the fab sunset with views of Etna each evening. The staff were lovely and will do a quick or full clean each day depending on what you want. Also quick to reply to questions on whatsapp. Bottles of water were replenished each day which is always appreciated. Via Filomena and it's run of great bars and restaurants is on the doorstep and Piazza Duomo is a 10 minute walk. There is no direct parking except evening to 6am because of the market but a secure car park on the next corner which is €12 for 12-24 hours. Would definitely return here if coming back to Catania.

The room locks very nice in the photos, in reality, AC didn’t work, and didn’t regulate to any normal temperature like 23 or 24, the place is extremely noisy can’t really open the window. There is a huge bazaar market and from before 7AM extremely strong noise from the outside, as well was very difficult to reach. The host took me two hours until I could get the instructions in purpose to get into the property, I really don’t think I would like to come back to a place like this.

Very good stay. Very nice and helpful host. Place looks new and clean. We had room with nice view on Etna volcano.

Nice, but certainly not luxury. Clean, but complicated with three different keys or fobs to enter and exit. Staff were kind but limited in English.

Modern stay minutes away from the key attractions

Good sty at this hotel. It actually has no reception but is very easy to get in and the instruction are very clear. If you are coming from the AirPort, the alibus will drop you off a few minutes away. Nice to have terasse, a few minutes from the etna corso where you will find nice shops and monuments. The room is modern. Loved our stayed there.

The rooms were fine, modern and clean market at your door step , we found some authentic Sicilian restaurants and the food was sensational . The area it’s self is an eye opener graffiti is a shame

The property is located in the midst of a 5-acre daily open-air market. There is garbage at the entrance to the lodging. There was loud drunken partying all over the neighborhood till 3 am. I got little sleep. The area was filthy with human and animal escrement. They lied about it being a no smoking facility. My neighbor smoked on the balcony inches from my balcony. All the smoke came into my room. I told the personnel my neighbor was smoking and that I felt nauseous. I was told by personnel "It's not our problem. Close the door." In 30C weather that is not an option. No air-conditioning. Even wearing a mask while in the room did not help. This hotel should be removed from your listing.

Don’t let appearances fool you - even though the area is unassuming and not immediately apparent, the accommodations provided by this location were excellent! If you drive in, there is a parking garage one block away and it is peaceful to haul luggage from it to the location. Every morning, we woke up to a lively and bustling market and, with many coffee shops throughout, you will surely enjoy your stay. Definitely recommended!

Excellent price/quality ratio. Walkable towards the city center. Easy to find access thanks to the host who gave many details (you can do self-check-in which is very convenient because our flight was late). This is a wide flat on a big building rearranged to welcome many independent rooms. Modern design and brand new appliances. The only thing is that if the guests are not quiet when they enter the place you can hear them.

Beautiful

Essentially just rooms on one floor of a large building. No staff permanently on site or for cjeck but all done very simply with keypads. The rooms are modern and kept very clean on a daily basis by friendly staff . Market outside the building but no problem with noise. Restaurant and bars within a couple of minutes walk. Excellent value, I would use again

The hotel is very clean, service was excellent but no breakfast included and parking is very hard to find.

Modern clean room

Very central location for the metro and a short walk to the main Duomo square. The room was great with a little fridge and kettle and the bathroom was very modern and clean. It just lacked a shelf to put you items on in the shower. We were able to access the building earlier than the 3pm check in to drop our bags by messaging on WhatsApp. The room was clean and ready, and we even picked up the room key, but check in was still 3pm, this seems common in Italy. We were also able to store our bags after check out for a few hours. The market literally sets up outside the building door and on the streets around, so taxi pick and drop off isn't possible, and you would need to get dropped a block away. Overall a good stay and we were happy with the modern room, however the rooms are on the 5th floor. There is an ancient lift which we used when we had bags. I would probably stay near Duomo next time as there are more restaurant options in that area. I messaged the accommodation the day before check in. A more automated message was received the morning of arrival.

Looks can be deceiving. The area around this is quintessential Catania. Street markets, trash, but let me tell you this room was top notch. Excellent staff and a great value.

Loved my stay at this gorgeously decorated apartment. The street it is on is not so clean but it is very centrally located and walkable from very scenic and interesting places to eat and see, and the people in the neighborhood are very friendly. I strongly advise arriving in the daytime if you can.

L’hébergement est bien conforme aux photos, il est propre et fonctionnel. Très bien situé, proche des stations de métro et de bus et du centre historique. Mention spéciale à la femme de ménage qui était très aimable avec nous.

Das positive vorab. Die Zimmer und der Vorraum sind wirklich sehr schön, sehr modern und sauber. Auf den Matratzen lässt es sich auch sehr gut schlafen. An den Zimmern gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen, allerdings ist die Umgebung, wo sich das Hotel befindet, wirklich schrecklich. Von außen erkennt man nicht, Dass es sich um ein Hotel handelt. Man hat sofort ein sehr unwohles Gefühl. Man wird jedoch sehr positiv überrascht, sobald man erst al im Hotel ist. Auch der Check-in verlief unproblematisch und unkompliziert

Da vi så bydelen tænkte nej et sted men da vi kom ind i luxury Apartmans blev vi MEGET overrasket meget rent og pænt og ligger godt centralt , hvis jeg kommer til Catania igen vil jeg helt klart vælge stedet igen

In pieno centro

Camera spaziosa e pulita in pieno centro, a due passi da via Etnea e dai locali del centro. In zona si trova parcheggio sulle strisce blu a pagamento e la notte si paga solo un euro, oppure c'è un parcheggio multipiano vicinissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte, lo consigliamo e ci ritorneremo. Se facessero anche la colazione sarebbe 🔝. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente

Affittacamere di lusso. Centralissimo, comodo per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni in pochi minuti a piedi. Fermata della metro a 5 Min. Sotto casa mercato ogni giorno. Balconcino vista etna. Camere pulite. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani giornaliero. Ogni giorno ci hanno dato due bottigliette d'acqua naturale. Deposito bagagli. Bagno moderno, un po' piccolo e non c'era finestra..nel complesso esperienza superpositiva

日本から来ました。部屋はとても清潔でシャワーの水圧も強く良かったです。問題は場所で、入り口がかなりわかりにくいです。また、月曜〜土曜はこの通りでマーケットが行われているらしく、ゴミの量が非常に多かったです。そして、宿の目の前にスーパーがあるので必要なものは揃います。この宿を利用する予定の方は夜遅くのチェックインではなく明るい時間帯にチェックインをすることをおすすめします。

Tutto organizzato struttura in ottimi condizioni otti ma posizione un po’ problematico il parcheggio ma risolto ad un isolato il multipiano parking la mattina ti sveglia con il mercato sotto casa .. si consigilia favorevolmente

Modern, tolles Bett, schöner Balkon mit Panorama über die Stadt & Etna-Bilck! Auch der Wochenmarkt ist um die Ecke und einen Spaziergang wert! Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert. Empfehlenswert!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit Self-checkin. Sehr moderne und saubere Zimmer. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Fantastica struttura

Cosa chiedere di più? Vicini alle nostre esigenze con un bambino di 2 anni, premurosi. Struttura nuovissima, super pulita, super silenziosa. Fantastica.

Non è stato possibile accedere alla struttura; nessuna reception e chi doveva fornire i codici di accesso ha risposto alle 21:45 al nostro messaggio delle 18:00.

La struttura era molto ben tenuta e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, tra cui il check in a distanza che è molto comodo. Per chi non è pratico della zona potrebbe sembrare, come a noi, di essere più in periferia, ma in realtà a pochissimi minuti si è nel centro di Catania, per cui la posizione è ottima. Stanza molto carina e ordinata, silenziosissima. Proprio per il self check in non c'è nessuno in struttura ad attenderti. Si trova molto facilmente parcheggio, l unica pecca è che appena abbiamo posteggiato sotto la struttura è arrivato subito un 'parcheggiatore' a reclamare il suo ruolo (cosa che nelle strade limitrofe non abbiamo trovato) e che abbiamo saputo per caso, da un passante (per fortuna!) che la mattina dopo ci sarebbe stato il mercato e, se avessimo lasciato la macchina li sotto, ce la avrebbero portata via. Nel complesso, apparte questo piccolo problema, tutto molto bene.

Chambre et services parfaits. C’est beau, c’est propre, c’est décoré avec goût!!! Rien à dire sur la prestation! Petit bémol: nous aurions aimé être prévenu de na pas stationner dans la rue de l’entrée car présence du marché quotidien et fourrière garantie

Bad service and no pool or spa as promised

At the website it says that there is a pool, spa and a sauna, which is why i booked the stay at that place. It was raining outside, so an indoor pool was what i was looking for. When i came with my sibling we couldn’t find the place. There wasn’t a big sign or something like that, and the adress said no. 21, but it was in no. 11. When we finally found it, we rang on the doorbell, but no one answered. We had to text the hotel-number on whatsapp (luckily we had whatsapp), and she opened the door. When we came the receptionist couldn’t understand ONE word of english, so we used Google translate the whole conversation. The room was clean and it was a very nice and comfortable place with a clean bathroom, so that was nice. We couldn’t find the pool and since the receptionist was gone, we texted her where the pool was. She told us that the pool, spa and sauna wasn’t finished yet and if we would’ve texted her before our stay if they had a pool, she would’ve told us that they hadn’t… But surely we didn’t ask as the website told us they had all of the things. We then discussed with her for a while, but didn’t get a refund or a “sorry” or anything. VERY bad service and very rude to discuss with your guests. Also not a great idea to have a receptionist that doesn’t understand anything else than Italian. I’m dissapointed, but i would have been more happy if we could just get half of the Price, a small refund or a sorry.

新しい施設だけあってキレイでした。 場所が分かりにくいのが最大の欠点。 エントランスにTH LUXURYの看板は一切ないので地名のサインを良く確認しないと迷います。 深夜1時の到着でしたが、鍵の番号をメールで事前に教えて貰ったので問題なかったです。 建物のエレベーターが物凄い年代物で驚きました。 立地はALIBUSのバス停やPENNYスーパーからも近く、街の中心なので観光にも便利です。

Clean hotel in central catania

The room was very clean and it was easy to communicate with the hotel. The hotel was located in a very central area, so a perfect place for a weekend trip! All in all a good experience and would book again :)
