A cozy and safe room we had, they had a little candy package to welcome us and the view was unbelievable, not to mention the little surprises and events they had. They even had daily life materials and free netflix. Overall, the condition was sensational and it was quite inviting, for someone who likes cozy, convenient rooms (lovely water view) 10/10!

Very nice, modern apartment c/w cooking facilities. Great location for easy access to beach, restaurants and coffee shops. Friendly and helpful staff.

It was close to everything, loved the welcome bag of lollies on arrival, staff were very accomodating and friendly, it was great walking distance to everything (dining, beach, wharf, NYE events). Just had some issues with opening the window and closing the sliding doors. Will definitely return again

Great property and location. I would recommend away from the smaller rooms, as ours was very warm, and struggled to get cool. Perhaps the larger multiple bedroom apartments would not have this issue

The check in was so easy and the receptionist was very friendly and very efficient. The quickest check in we’ve ever experienced.

LOVE staying at Terminus apartments. I stay regularly for business. Customer service from the “Dream Team” is always personalised and genuine. Great location, funky apartments and great showers!

I did wonder if the bedsheets were changed before we arrived. My son found a hair scrunchie (hair still attached) in between the fitted and top sheet. My other son’s top sheet had an oily looking stain directly up top and a small lipstick stain (??) on his pillow. (I took photos.) Other than that, it was ok. Oh, the water pressure in the shower was awesome!

Brilliant location and easy walking to everything. Staff are brilliant. Cleanest room I have seen in a long time. Good water pressure in shower. Bed was comfortable. There was no noise.

Expectations were much higher given the price we paid. Be warned - all photos show beautiful views. Our view looked at walls, rooftops and carparks. Not to mention the elevator that didn't work. 5 floors up and down the fire excape! Very outdated decor, average cleaning. Would not stay again. Location was good, communication was good.

This was a great place to stay, across from the harbor. Very clean and loved having the nespresso machine in the mornings! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed in a studio apartment. Communication was excellent. Room was clean, quite and spacious. Paid parking was easy. Good shower. There was an unexpected gift package which was a very pleasant surprise. We were both very happy with our stay.

staff were all very friendly. communication was smooth. Text msg was sent on the moring of trip to give us some tips on the checkin. a nice letter and snack bag were found on the desk for us. good view, clean n spacious room with a proper dinner table and sofa, strong hot shower, clean kichen etc, could not fault anything. Quiet at night, very convenient location to any tourist attractions. Did not have to drive to any where. close to good restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. I loved it and will definitely stay there again.

Great location, located across the road from old Newcastle terminal (before they put in the light rail). Easy walk to the beaches, the breakwall and the light rail. Staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room had an amazing view. Will stay again

Recommend spending extra and getting Harbour views with balcony....so relaxing! Great proximity to beach and lots of options for a leisurely stroll. Beds are firm otherwise hard to fault this place.

Great location

Location was great - central to a lot of spots. The staff were friendly and professional. However, the layout of the apartment can be re-considered. The sitting area and tv were not aligned and the bedrooms seemed tight with limited space.

The staff at this hotel are super friendly and helpful. The apartment was stylishly decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel

We had a great stay at the Terminus Hotel. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment, which was huge. Fully furnished with a kitchen and laundry. Beautifully appointed and in a sensational location. Only a short walk to the harbour and beach, and minutes from many restaurants and bars. Happy to recommend this property.

It was lovely and clean, staff very friendly

Was a lovely apartment for 2 adults and 2 kids. Only downside was we had to park off site up a steep hill with luggage. Might be an issue for elderly people

Best accommodation in Newcastle

The staff and communication was amazing they went above and beyond and even had a snack and kid pack for us when we arrived. The location is great was easy to walk to everything we wanted and a grocery store was a 5 min walk away. We parked on property for ease of it but there is a lot of free parking locally. The place was clean but could use a good deep clean as the kitchen had spilled dried food in random places. We could have just been after a very messy people as the rest of the place was nice. I would definately stay at this place in the future if we go back to Newcastle and would recommend it especially to families or couples that want to be able to cook for themselves.

Thank you to the Terminus Dream Team for welcoming and looking after us. Excellent location, walk to beaches, Hunter Street Mall, Woolies Metro and more, with stunning views on the harbour side. I hope to bring family here again - we loved it!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, the welcome snack gift was very thoughtful, location of the hotel was perfect and very well done - well decorated and clean. Only down side was the town clock dinging every so often and the sound of the trams during the night. (but were not unbearable)

Weekend day in Newcastle

A weekend stay at Terminus catching up with friends and it was a treat. The front desk service was gold standard as she was clear, helpful and sent a text advising the room was ready for check-in. Stayed in a 2 bedroom with water views of Stockton and the port. An excellent stay and would return again! Its close to nearby cafes, a few restaurants and a 25min walk to the seawall.

Terrific Stay

My husband and I were very impressed with everything about the hotel. We were greeted warmly and efficiently on our arrival and our room was exactly how we wanted it to be. It was big enough for the 2 of us and it was clean and had every thing we needed and more.The bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in and the pillows were just as comfortable. The location is great, only steps away for the esplanade on one side and shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to visit again.

Hospital Trip

The view from 405 was beautiful. The apartment overall pretty good. Few issues but we got over them. Stove didn’t work. House keeping missed us. Communication and helpfulness from front desk amazing. A lovely touch flowers and a small welcome package on arrival. It’s the little things that count

So glad we stayed at Terminus Apartment. The hotel location and the view (Harbour front) was great. Easy walk to Nobbys, Newcastle Beach, Honeysuckle, Cathedral etc. As we hadnt been to Newcastle before we didnt know where to stay. originally booked an hotel in Newacstle West but Terminus was much more centrally located. Apartment was good size for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds were really comfortable. Rooms and facilities clean and water pressure on the 7th floor was really good. Only Minor callouts; Couch in sitting room was a little small for the family. The bells from Customs House (just across the road) rang ever hour. Onsite parking wasnt free ($25 perday) and it would have been better to be included in the price considering the rooms werent cheap. Overall I would definitely recommend the Terminus Apartment if youre staying in Newcastle.

The apartment was spacious and clean. I loved how there was lovely music playing in the apartment on arrival also a note and goodies where left for us saying hope you have a great stay.

Central flat in Newcastle.

Very clean and uncluttered apartment with all the basics. I would have liked more choice of pillows - they were all high and hard. I use soft and flat. I really liked the small drink cartons of milk in the fridge. It meant far less wastage than a half pint. Great views. Windows that open. Blockout blinds. It was a very warm flat. The memory foam mattress felt a bit warm at times, though we were there in the cool season. Great Australian made skincare products. And all wall mounted, no tiny plastic bottles to create rubbish. I would suggest leaving the nest of tables separate - the heavy marble tops are hard to separate and you can easily get your fingers caught between them - as I did. It was a great birthday getaway and we enjoyed it very much.

What a great spot and great people. Check in was easy with sms messages prior with directions, welcoming staff, little treat bag in the room and a lovely room in the heart of Newcastle. I will be making this a regular.

Stay was great. Staff we very friendly and helpful with all questions. They even left a little gift in the room for my boyfriend birthday which was a really nice touch. Room was good, clean and comfortable just a bit dark from no natural light but nothing to be done about that. Hotel was right in the centre and close to everything that we needed. Overall great stay. Would recommend highly.
