A good stop for Overnight if you have an early train to catch. 10 to 15 walk from the central station, depending on how much luggage you have.
Sketchy at best. Not worth the risk.
Excellent hotel
Good place n location to stay as it is near central station
Hotel was conveniently located close to train station and metro.
.
Good location Decor seemed outdated, but clean and was sufficient for one night
Very good
Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, good breakfast
Convenient location
Near train station, food and small stores.
The hotel is dated but relatively clean. They were in the process of painting. Security was good. Our room was on the street side so a bit noisy. Especially with the street cars. Close to train station and Mercato which is full of energy, people, food and drinks. Little stores close by as well.
Very disappointed
- bed was broken: either the frame or the mattress. - room not properly ventilated, cigarette smell. - cigarrette butts and espresso cups left from previous guests. - room needed fresh paint. - slept on top of the bedding, the bed sheets and mattress didn't look appropriate for a 3 star hotel.
Nice location, convenient!
Main reason to stay in this hotel is that it is within walking distance of the train station The facility is worn and amenities are bare bone. The TV in the room had a mind of its own going on and off at will.
Disgusting place
The hotel needs upgrade. The papers are falling off, the matres of the bed was bad. It is not dirty. Lobby does not look good. Location is not so bad
Unexpected
The room they had us in was not really in the hotel but back above the car garage. It was the only room like this and instead of an elevator we only had stairs. The room was old, hot, and noisy. I would not recommend this place
We stayed only one night, we did not even want to stay the first night. But we had no choice it was too late to move. We ended up getting another hotel the day we arrived and checked out immediately. This hotel should not even have 1 star. The staff was terrible, it was so dirty and dark. Not a 3 star hotel. Will ask for a refund
Is accessible close to train station. The room was too hot, they don’t allowed you to put the air conditioner how cold you want it.
Well located, reasonable price, nice room, very helpful staff. Shower very tiny! No tea/coffee!
The room smelled of cigarette smoke, received next to no sunlight, and was all in all depressing. There was noise from reception. The space was somewhat crammed, but ok. Usefully located near the main railway station.
WORST.
worst hotel stay in my life.
stay there only as a last resort. there are other hotels near the train terminal. I went there in January. the heater is not performing. felt very cool when I bathed. Room smelled. The free wi-fi was a joke. spent more time to join the network than actually using it and the speed was very slow. the hotel really looked very old and used. tram right in front of hotel. if your room was located in the front of the building, it was noisy up to midnight.
Always coming back to this hotel!!!
Recommended
The hotel was perfect, near the Central station. Only the area is a little bit noisy, but the room, the service were great.
Close to train station but that's all
Dated and dirty front desk was ok but weak when addressing AC issues which worked ok. Can't say too much that's really positive
Great location and cozy
Location was great close to Centrale, area was quiet. Room was nice but bed was a bit hard. Nice and cozy!
Nice hotel😀accessible to train stations Friendly staffs...clean rooms
Great Location and Decent Quality for the room
Its very close to the central station.
Good hotel with narrow twin beds and no English TV
The hotel is very close to the train station that makes it comfortable for travelers. The twin beds were very narrow. The TV has only a few programs in Italian.
The traffic was noisy at night so that caused some disturbance to our sleep.
not clean poor room
room is not clean, on telephone and hair dryer is dust. smell from toilet, room is not warming. in February in this room very cold, conditioner is very loud. hotel staff (Russian man) is very unfriend, he not showing us more rooms...
Stayed here only because it’s close to the train station.
Average hotel, good location to train station
For the price and location, I'd recommend Terminal Hotel. Nothing really special here but it was quiet and clean (our room) and nice balcony overlooking street. Place is rundown somewhat and somethings could use fixing up, but overall no major complaints. We only stayed overnight and appreciated the proximity to train station for our journey following day. Also, b/c of location, there are plenty of places around station to eat, even late.
Needs a major overhaul
It might once have been a nice hotel, but lo and behold it is now time to do something about its state of general decrepitness and laissez-aller.
Worth It.
Convenient location and close proximity to Malpensa buses. A healthy walk to Duomo and Galleria. WiFi was sketchy, though.
Comfortable enough
Not flash but reasonably well located.
Clean budget hotel close to main station
For the price, it was a clean and convenient spot for our one night stay. It is pretty close to the main station (walking distance even with luggage). We got the metro to another part of town to eat dinner but there were some restaurants nearby the hotel, and supermarkets.
Convenient to Public Transport
Very basic hotel, basic amenities, small room, friendly desk clerks. Chosen for easy access to public transport, which it was, and ride-share services are inexpensive to this location also.
We loved it.
We loved it!
Truly the cleanest best kept room I EVER stayed in. Kudos to Mr. Wang, the gentleman who serviced our room.
Close to central station
Staff very courteous and professional. Very convenient location, 5 minute walk to the station. Room very comfortable and clean. I would certainly stay here again. Breakfast is extra, we did not choose this option, cost €15 per person. There is a bar a few steps from the hotel that serves excellent coffee and pastries.
BrilliAnt location nice hotel
Brilliant location to the central station easy to travel everywhere and get to and from the airport. Hotel is friendly and fab for the money.
Hotel was fine, little older and warn but easy to find and convenient for train. Liked having a little balcony and small fridge. Biggest thing that was a problem was there was a lot of mold in the shower/tub which is hard for someone with mold allergies like me.
Gem of a hotel
The hotel is in a great neighbour hood with many restaurants and small cafes
2 star hotel
location is good, close to central station but not the best street. Customer service more and less. Internet connection is a joke! if you want to save money is ok. but is you need to work on computer is impossible.
couple
room are clean and tidy. polite and helfull staff.
The receptionists are very friendly. Wifi was very slow but improved after we bring this problem to their attention. Near to Milan central station and easy to catch bus to airport. A bit pricey but overall good
Surprise! Great find in a funky location
Funky neighborhood but close to Centrale station and good metro
The service was very good but the room is a bit small for three and wifi wasn't very stable.
Not so nice
The only plus of this hotel is its location, which is about four blocks away from Milan's central station with very easy acces to all national and regional train routes, metro lines and direct transportation to Malpensa airport, which is about one our away. The ait conditioning, while functional, did not cool the room down enough, and the Wi-Fi/Internet signal only worked intermittently and at a very low speed. The facilities are outdated, and even though they were clean always gave the imoression that repairs were desperately needed.
Real handy to the Train ideal location Pice was good for us
OK for those needing to be clse to train
Reception culd not find reservqation. After severql minutes we got a lqrge rm with view. Breqkfqst was very good, frnt desk was helpful with info. Hallways dingy, with filthy carpet qnd flourescent strip lighting. Very convenient locatin for trqin. With some TLC, this culd be a very good hotel.
Close to train station.
Close to train but not in a good area of Milan. Far from attractions without using transportation.
Great Location!
Hotel Termini is literally a few hundred metres walk from Milan Centrale Station. it was a great place to base ourselves while in Milan. The metro system is cheap, easy and safe, so this was perfect for us! The room was spacious and modern. The beds were comfortable enough, but the mattress was very firm. The bathroom and shower were the biggest we encountered while travelling in Italy, however we were a little surprised by the glass brick wall right in front of the toilet! We found the staff to be a mixed bag. One staff member bent over backwards to help us and answer our questions, while another sat looking at us for 5mins, got up, walked away, and came back again before he even acknowledged us! Wotif.com's booking page advised breakfast was included, but the fine print on the confirmation advised otherwise. Only a small detail, but worth remembering when cafes around offer better coffee and pastry at a fraction of the cost. Overall, for the location and size of the room, we would book here again.
nothing works
The front desk people were very nice, but nothing worked. The tv would not work, the safety deposit box did not work, the elevator did not work. The maids and maintenance men were foreign, and could not speak english and not much Italian either. At this time, this hotel does not compete with the others in its price range or location. Window would not open. Coffee was good.
Not too bad a hotel
The triple bedroom was a little too cramp for 3 pax, but still manageable. Location of hotel was not too bad, quite near the train station and a supermarket jus a stone's throw away.
Basic Hotel convenient to Central Station
We were booked into the terminal on a Mystery Deal with Wotif so we paid a very moderate price but I was worried after reading the previous reviews. The Hotel was a little hard to find only because the street changes name between the station and the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean, basic but comfortable. The bathroom had been completely renovated and the King bed was brand new. No problems there. The street the hotel wasn't remarkable but there were a number of cafe/bars serving good coffee. All in all we thought it was good value for Milan and fine if your after good, basic accomodation.
Very Good
My stay in the Hotel was excellent in every aspect
Cheap and convenient location
Hotel was close to train and subway stations. It is an easy walk. Rooms were cheap enough to get 2 single rooms for a cheaper price than other hotels offering a single room with 2 beds. We stumbled on to a Restuarant near by with great value and selection (at corner toward train station and turn left go one blocking right side).
Good location - ok hotel for one night
The hotel is conveniently located near by the central station, that was the reason we picked it. But other than that, there is not much to say. When got checked into the room which was not ready. We walked in while the housekeeping was working on it. Room was spacious and had all necessities. The bathroom is spacious but the shower is kinda oddly placed so when you shower the water spills all over the bathroom floor. The bed is really hard, so if you have back problems it will work for you, otherwise, you will have a rough night. The sound proofing is poor. We were checking out at 3.30 am, and at the receptionist told us the the room was not paid. But, I clearly remember that my account was debited, and regardless us showing the print out of Expedia reservation with all details, the receptionist insisted that we still had to pay. We had to catch the airport transfer at 3.50, so we had no time at all. I had to waist time and search in my email the confirmation of the payment and we almost missed out airport transfer. And it was really stressful. So make sure that you set the payment details at the time of check in, not to run into such situation.
Short stay near Milan main terminal
Rented two rooms for one night. Rooms are small but clean, have queen size beds barely enough space to place luggages. Free wifi but signal was poor and erratic, an irritating point here. Reception staff are friendly and helpful. Can leave luggages in TV area after check out.
leisure trip
pleasant time in Milan, weather was sunny plenty to do and see, friendly place.
Not bad
The hotel is conveniently located. There was an electric stove, but it did not work. It was rather cold at night, we asked for an additional blanket and it was delivered to the room.
Hotel is very well located! Walking distance for the main train station.
Great place, perfect location
We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, the Hotel room fits for us, same exactly as mentioned in hotels.com. Neighborhood was OK for us because we could find Halal Food, and groceries.
Excellent value
I booked a single room at the last minute. It was excellent value, the room was clean and exceeded my expectations. The location was very handy for the Central station
Close to Central Station
TV didn't work. When I called no one ever came. The walls are thin and I could hear the people next door.
Convenient location to Milan Central Railway Stati
Very helpful staff at reception desk. Pity I had concerns regarding my personal safety as a solo traveller after dark in the surrounding neighbourhood.
Good proximity to stazione
Wasn't bad, the first room they game us smelled like cigarettes and febreeze, but luckily they gave us another room no problem that was much cleaner.
GREAT location.
A comfortable room, clean and quiet a 3 star hotel.
Stay somewhere else.
Need for rest
We required accommodation prior to the late train departure. Very nice welcome and sufficient amenities. Easy to find and quite conveient to Milano Centrale Statione. Very nice
Poor wifi, good location
if wifi is very important to you, avoid this hotel. However, location is close to railway and metro. Small and simple room
The staff are very friendly and helpful. I will st
The staff are warm and helpful. I will recommend
all perfect
I stayed at single room with private bathroom. And had a bath tub. All good and perfect for me . Too pity I only stayed for one night. Cheap for me. Good location. Good internet access.
Terminal stay
The hotel was fine for an overnight stay; safe, clean, properly equiped except for an extra blanket as the a/c was cold. The neighborhood, however, was quite grim; not at all pleasant to walk around in.
Comfortable enough
Very close to Milano Centrale. Staff were easy to deal with and room was comfortable enough. Clean, No complaints not luxurious but manageable. Breakfast was not included in my rate but i went for the cheapest available so no problems there.
Very close to Milan Centrale station
Very comfortable facilities but internet was not great.
Well located.
Good experience. Well located and with a fair price. Staff was kind. Internet worked fine too.
ok one night stay near train station
If you cannot find any other place, but must stay overnight near Milano Centrale, consider this hotel. My room was very hot, but it was not possible to turn the heater off. The bathroom was simply steaming! The switch between the shower and tub was not working properly. In addition, this hotel has a strange policy to demand that you give them your room key when you go out. Seems like no big deal, but if you are in a hurry and there is a bunch of people in front of you, may be quite annoying.
Handy for airport buses Bergamo & Malpensa
With helpful information from hotel staff we easily caught the airport bus to Bergamo early morning, after a brisk 10 min walk to REAR side of railway station through the traffic tunnel. The room was OK for an overnight sleep between train trip from Venice & flight from Bergamo which departed 6,30am. Front facing room had street noise with the window open, but the room was very hot & uncomfortable with the window shut. There were no security problems but we were careful & we could not close the safe in the room. Room was small with dim lighting. OK for 1 night.
Very close to train and subway stations!
Hotel staff was very helpful checking us in early because we arrived very early. Good breakfast. Location is very good - within walking distance to train and subway stations.
Close to station, nice and clean
Nice and friendly staff, close to the center.
Good for the Money.
Good value for the Money. I will stay again. However if you are looking for a reliable internet and TV programs, this is not the place for you. Otherwise, great location.
Very close to the train station (Milano Centrale)
Good Hotel and good service. The breakfast is very good.
good location
good location, but very expensive parking in the hotel
fun traveling
Overall is good! Location is very convenient, close to train station!
Close to Central Station
Only complaint was that the pillows were quite hard. Other than that it was close to the station for an early flight out the next morning, nice places to eat nearby, great front desk staff and very clean room. Will for sure stay there again.
Great location
Very close to train station. Great front desk people. Comfortable rooms.
Close to the Main Train Station
Hotel is OK but for sure not 3 stars -- maximun 2. Breakfast is OK comparing with the other Italian Hotels of this class. OK for a couple of nights.
Central Milan Hotel stay
Was looking for somewhere close to central Milan. Terminal Hotel seemed to have everything I was looking for and was reasonably priced.
1 nite stay
Close to the train/bus station. Great for a nite's stay especially if early morning flight.
Very convenient to the train station...
The hotel is about three blocks from the main train station… it’s an easy walk. We had no complaints about this hotel. We had a nice room with a great bathroom and a glass-block enclosed shower. Excellent wifi! The only negative things were that there was no air conditioning, but it wasn’t that hot and the window worked! And late at night, you could hear the trains in the nearby yards… but that was not a deal breaker. Also, there was a nice grocery store less than a block from the hotel if you need supplies. I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay here again.
Location great, very nice Man in reception, would prefer a room next time overlooking the street. I have recommended this Hotel to anyone staying in Milan.
Bad neighborhood
close to main station
I stayed 2 nights and had bisiness meeting at lobby. The price is great, room was clean. and service is also great!
HOTEL TERMINAL
The hotel was adequate. It met most of our needs. The concierge was exceptional in helping us achieve our goals to visit certain places in Milan. The concierge was there to help us with anything we needed at any time during the day or night.
Quiet and comfortable close to Milan train station
We have stayed here twice in May 2013. Both times the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to Milan centrale train station - less than 10minute walk (with suitcases). Rooms are well appointed and clean and affordable.

Close to central station, convenient for an early leave. Clean and safety. The staff is very friendly.
