TravellerThe hotel was clean, check in was easy having their app makes it alot easier. Particularly with having your room key on your phone. WIFI in my room was nonexistent, which wasn’t ideal. Great access to public transport Unlimited brunch was very good, a lot of selection!

TravellerWe arrived and had to wait for 2hrs for the room we got allocated, to have the air conditioning fixed, after waiting for that amount of time, we then got moved to an alternative room, where the air conditioning was better but still poor. We went out onto the balcony and the door closed behind us, numerous attempts to contact reception with no response and by this time stuck outside for an hour my wife upset, I managed to finally attract the attention of a passer by . On speaking to the staff and witnessing 1st had with another person staying the following day. Extremely disappointed and for my wife traumatising
TravellerSuper clean and friendly. A lot of Germans so as a Brit we were in the minority. Walls are thin between rooms so you can hear next door but that wasn’t an issue. Would stay again perfect
TravellerItems went missing from our room after it had been cleaned, small cheap items, i might not have noticed if we hadnt just bought them, water stopped working on one of the days we stayed, some staff were helpful others were very unhelpful, bar staff wouldnt even let us have a tub of ice for our room for our drinks.

We didn’t realise when we booked this that it was in a very noisy / lively area I’m sure if you were younger this place would be great. We couldn’t sleep due to guests on balconies all night up. The breakfast / brunch was available till 1.30pm which I thought was very good for guests.

TravellerWir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende hier. Lage zum Meer ist ganz gut. Zimmer sind zweckmässig. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Welches sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit ist. Frühstück ist hervorragend da es sehr viel Auswahl hat sowie das man dieses bis 13 Uhr einnehmen darf. Im Grossen & ganzen können wir es bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

TravellerOur stay was definitely pleasant. The room was slightly different from what we imagined but overall ok (we thought it would be a double bed, we got two separate single beds instead). The hotel conditions were definitely good. Our room was clean, the breakfast was very good and the place was kept really well. Right next to the Lidl which is super convenient and in a good area. The structure doesn’t have its own parking premise but you can park for free on the road and it’s very easy to find a spot right next to the hotel. The only thing I noticed is that the bathroom doesn’t have a ventilation system - so the only wait to circulate the air is through the window which in the evening or in colder weather is not amazing. Other than that, I only have positive feedbacks for the hotel.

TravellerTolles Hotel mit guter Lage. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und auch zum Ballermann kann man einfach in ca 10-15 min laufen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück /Brunch hat eine große Auswahl, gute Qualität und hat lange Öffnungszeiten für Feiernde! Zimmer sind sauber und mit Kühlschrank Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war ein bisschen lauter, aber okay... Das einzig "negative" war das Licht im Zimmer. Es gibt halt kein kleineres Licht um den Raum abends etwas Licht zu geben. Es gibt nur eine Festtagsbelleuchtung. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

TravellerAverage no frills hotel
A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well. To be honest, I’m not a fan of the area situated, there’re too many people and not very clean. However, the beach promenade is pretty nice in the morning for a jog because the beach goers swamp in. Maybe It’s just me but I think other guests (mostly German) really enjoy their stay, because there is lots of space and two outdoor pool to hang out with your friends.
TravellerThe staff was lovely and very helpful with everything. The things we didnt like: There was a weird smell in the bathroom. The rooms didnt have duvet and pillows. Only blankets. Our main problem was that it smelled marihuana all the time in the hall and whenever you opened up your balcony door. This made us not feel safe and was also very troubling during our stay.
TravellerDie Lage der Unterkunft ist gut. Die öffentlichen Busse fahren direkt vor der Tür, so dass man für kleines Geld in 20 Minuten am Flughafen und 40 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden was dabei. Die Straßen um das Hotel sind gut befahren und viele Partygäste waren im Hotel, so dass der Geräuschpegel etwas höher ist. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand / Meer.
TravellerMycket trevliga och service-minded receptionister. Städning i princip begränsad till att byta handdukar och lakan. Brunchen ingen höjdare. Bra luftkonditionering och bra sängar på rummet. Många som rökte på uteplats och balkonger, så balkongdörren behövde hållas stängd för att rummet skulle vara rökfritt. Inga bra restauranger och kaféer i närheten. Två större mataffärer nära. Ganska lugnt område. Busshållplats nära.

À noter : l'hôtel se situe à Arenal, une ville faite exclusivement pour faire la fête donc des bars tout le long de la plage. Palma et à 30 minutes de bus. Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Les + : - brunch jusqu'à 13h30 avec beaucoup de choix - propreté dans les chambres et parties communes - balcon très agréable dans les chambres - un peu excentré de la vie nocturne beaucoup trop agitée donc très agréable -Lidl et Mercadona à 5min à pied très pratique Les - - piscine ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h et franchement quand il fait plus de 35° et qu'on est en Espagne, 18h c'est beaucoup trop tôt - les piscines pourraient d'ailleurs être un peu plus propres - il n'y a que très peu de chambres avec des lits 2 places dans l'hôtel nous avons dû coller nos lits
TravellerWir hatten in unserem Doppelzimmer nur ein kleines Bett für zwei Personen und mussten uns eine Decke teilen. Die Klimaanlage war so laut, dass wir sie nachts nicht laufen lassen konnten. Wir durften am zweiten Tag unser Zimmer wechseln, jedoch ist auch hier die Klimaanlage nicht zufriedenstellend gelaufen. Leider mussten wir uns selber um den Zimmertausch bemühen und hatten dann von morgens bis nachmittags zweitweise gar kein Zimmer mehr, weil alles belegt war. Für diese Unannehmlichkeit haben wir nicht mal eine Kleine Wiedergutmachung oder Aufmerksamkeit bekommen.

Autre point fort : petit déjeuner libre et à volonté de 08h à 13h30, ce qui signifie que durant ces horaires, chacun peut s’y rendre autant de fois qu’il le souhaite et cela comprend uniquement le petit déjeuner dans le tarif. Nourriture pas très variée pour le midi, toujours les mêmes propositions, idem pour le petit déjeuner mais ce n’est pas un souci à ce moment de la journée.

3 nights half term trip
Check in was great, all the receptionist were very welcoming nice and helpful. On our last day my Son was not feeling well but they allowed us to stay beyond our check out time for him to rest and they were also concerned about us not getting a flight back to London due to the storm in Palma, they said that we can come back if our flight is cancelled they will be happy to accommodate us, which I really appreciate their kind gesture. Hotel is averagely okay, not busy maybe due to the time of year there is not too many options for breakfast but our stay was lovely. Thank you to all the staff in Tent playa you are all fantastic.
