It's run down. Horrible restaurant extremely pushy hotel tour guide ,no view of pyramids from room
Staff are very freindly, location is good.Clean and modern...
The hotel was nice. After couple hours of being shocked, they realized that they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned. The new room was nice and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location. One bad thing was the continuous noise due to being at a main street.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean. There were some constructions going on, so the pool was quite dirty and unusable because it was so cold. Also a little bit noisy outside.
Kind people Good breakfast Beautiful rooms WiFi The area around the hotel was nice also.
Central, nice decor and calm. Friendly staff. Food prices not bad, but didn’t not have it for reason below. Downside, nowhere to sit and breathe fresh air. Shisha smoke everywhere even at the restaurant. Feel sorry for the staff. Are they insured for shisha related respiratory diseases?
Wi-Fi was not good, breakfast was a small spread and the food was all cold. Had a problem with the air conditioning in my first room, management immediately changed my room. I booked a junior suite and the rooms are spacious.
Staff member was incompetent
The staff member was stupid as I told her I had no pin number for my credit card so I told her to take the payment manually. Which she was unable to and threaten to call the police for me. The hotel was perfect but my last night was awful, the guess from next door was doing alot of noise by pulling the furnitures at 3am.
Average at best
Arrived late in the evening. Our room wasn’t ready. Had to sleep in a smaller room than I paid for. Whilst I was in the small room the shower was flooding as I was showering. Upon going into my room I paid for the next day I realised the fridge wasn’t working. The best thing about the hotel was he staff who carry your suitcases. So helpful would flag taxis for us and and advise us what to pay. They are brilliant. Apart from that that the hotel is just average
Dirty hotel, centrally located, rude staff.
Arrived in the evening was informed about hotel tax. Offered to pay by cash, but hotel had no change. Offered to pay by change but I was 1 dirham short. Then asked if I could pay by card and they refused payment would only take larger bill without change. Then room was dirty with dirt embedded in floor. WiFi was spotty to non-existent. Safe didn’t work. No lights in hallway or stairs at night time. Menus all in French. Wait staff didn’t understand English.
Good hotel
Great breakfast! Beds comfortable. Basic room with usual amenities.
Average hotel
Location for the hotel is great as the Menera mall and other shopping places are within a walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a huge let down, all food was cold no matter what time you come down to have this. We had the junior suite which wasn't too bad but more of a big room than a suite. I would recommend this hotel but definitely NOT the breakfast or food
Good service and hotel but noisy
The hotel Is quite nice and Morden. Our room was on 4th floor , we were not able to sleep due to the load screeching sound From the traffic, cats crying in next lane . After two hours of restless stay I went and talked at reception about the disturbance from the roadside. After my few requests they changed my room immediately to other side of the hotel . The staff helped to move my stuff . Impressed with the service, good breakfast . The only problem with the hotel is the walls are very thin , you can hear notices all the time people walking on top floor or corridors otherwise it’s a good hotel with good service.
Highly recommend!!
Awesome location and service!!
not a bad place for the price.
clean place but you can hear all the noises from the above and next room .. seems wallas are made of cardboards.
Simple, yet clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and good breakfast.
Nice hotel in Hivernage
A very pleasant, clean, modern and comfortable hotel with 4 floors in Hivernage, the smart new quarter of the city. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Congress Centre (Palais des Congrès), though to get to the old city requires a taxi. Well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds, decent breakfast buffet. The staff are very pleasant, and try to please, though they sometimes forget to do things they have promised. Excellent value for money.
excellent
The Hotel is in very clam condition the staff are friendly enough speaks English. Menu price is high breakfast is bit boring same thing every day. over all good
The laundry rip office
I needed to get laundry done so I asked about the service yes it was available. So I gathered my Laundry. Afterward I was told it may not be ready first thing in themorning because the laundry was closed on Sunday. The check out was at 12 and I was still waiting for my clothes. I finally got them delivered at about 12:30. Then I checked out the bill for just the laundry was 380drm which was 2/3 of the price of the room for the night. I said I was refusing to pay. I was the equivalent of $50.00 CDN for a bag of laundry! The room cost $ 72.00. I was very angry. I call this highway robbery. They decided not to charge for breakfast and to reduce the cost to about $47.00 for the laundry. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Nice staff how ever ....
Nice staff and very courteous... However I had laundry to get done. I asked if I could get clothes washed. Yes the service is available. The staff did not offer any pricing on the laundry. The next day at check out time they charged me $52. 00 for the laundry which is about 2/3 of the price of the room. I managed to negotiate and got the price reduced but as far as I am concerned this is robbery. It still ended up cost me 50% of the cost of the room.
disappointed
Stayed here one night as it's close to the airport, had an early departure next day. Windows are not double glazed, suffered traffic noise, and there were mosquitoes in the room (gap in window) - made for a most uncomfortable night, still itching now!
I would never trust what is written about hotels
I did not stay there and I had to move to Jardin Agdal hotel. This means that I paid for two nights at Tempo without staying there. The hotel was gloomy and dark overlooking other terraces of the hotel. The so called swimming pool is a funny one.
It was a very good stay
Nice place and clean rooms. Good location. Only problem is the noice on the road. You can hear the cars and people talking.
Location was convenient and staff super helpful especially the front desk guys and the luggage guy.
Very good for basic hotel
Has all the basics covered, near train station and some restaurants and main street. Would stay here again !
Convenient, Clean, Connectivity. Avoid 1 man
The staff are very welcoming and helpful, excluding the "Bar Chef Manager" (Mr Tariq I think his name is) who seemed to think that providing any assistance was just beneath him. He actually refused to collect a tea-pot from our room, instead sending me up to get it as I assumed they take it down themselves. Terribly rude man. The rest of the staff are always willing to help. They don't really seem to know much about the local area but in-house facilities are pretty good. Rooms were large and comfortable, and was cleaned daily. I was surprised they didnt ever change the bedsheets (we were there 6 days) and there was no iron and nothing in the fridge. They were happy to bring up food and drinks from downstairs but thats only before 11pm (which is quite early). The breakfast was okay, just don't ask for a second glass of juice as they'll just tell you its run out. Apart from a few flaws, its a pretty decent place for the price. Its not a silver-spooned service and you have to ask for most things (slippers etc). The shower power isn't great aswell. The wifi is fantastic so if youre looking for connectivity, this is your place. If your looking for luxury and a decent spot of food/drink at night, then this isnt your place. (But the News Cafe restrurant opposite has some fantastic food, I would recommend it!) I'd recommend getting the breakfast aswell as its 7-10am, cheap, with some variety of items. They are also very flexible with a late checkout and storage of luggage.
Convenient lovely place to stay
Very friendly and helpful staff Breakfast fresh and tasty Very lovely friendly staff eager to help with anything Downsides Wifi in room but slow No tea and coffee in room
Clean and modern
Very good hotel for a short stay.
Good
Good overall but breakfast wasn't brilliant

Good hotel
Good hotel
This was a one night stay before travelling back to the uk. The hotel was perfect for out needs and fairly priced for what they provided
Neat value for money hotel in good location
Clean, tidy, hotel in good, quiet location. Room was clean and functional, good shower. Breakfast ok. Taxis into main square or new city max 20Dhs daytime.
Convenient in Marrakech
I wanted a place close to, but not right in, the medina and this place met that requirement. It is a lovely place, with a good breakfast. The rooms were comfortable. The only downside is that it's on a busy street, and there was traffic noise. A car alarm was going off every minute or so for about an hour, but was finally shut off. If I could get a room away from the street, I would give the neighborhood a higher rating.
Nice location
Close to restaurants and shops. Nice walk to jamaa lafna and the medina. Great service and staff are professional and very helpful.
New Year's Eve stay
Hotel is quaint & within easy reach of the medina in the old town & the new malls
Good but take ear plugs
The staff couldnt be more helpful and approachable though the owner does not reflect the staff and was a little grumpy and made it feel like we were an inconvenience when we had problems with the safe. The hotel rooms and all areas are clean but the rooms are very noisy so take ear plugs. Your hear every step from the rooms above, every noise from the corridors and even with the windows closed if someone has a chat on the balcony you hear every word, disrupts your sleep completely. Taxis are plentiful if you want to go to the Medina though it is about a 40 minute walk from the hotel. Restaurants are plentiful in the area even a McDonalds within 5 minutes should you like that kind of thing. As its a dry country there are few bars serving alcohol though there are a couple close to the hotel should you want one. We were there for New Years and had a great night even the hotel staff brought round chocolates. Breakfast at the hotel is a choice of breads, meats, cakes, fresh fruit juice and a couple of lovely ladies who will fry eggs or make some of the best omlettes to your liking. Coffee is avaialable though you can ask for tea. The pool is not heated and only gets the sun for around one hour a day and is too small to be of much use outside of the summer months. With ear plugs this is a good value hotel which after a day in the souks would be a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the souks. I would use this hotel if you wanted a base from which to see Marrakech.
Nice rooms and close to local restaurants and cafes.
Pretty but boring neighborhood
The hotel itself it beautiful. It is in the new part of the city and all the taxi drivers we used had a hard time finding it because of its newness. The room was fully equipped but pretty noisy in the evening. We could hear lots of outside street noise and noise from neighboring rooms. The location is so-so. There isn't as much to do or see as in the medina (old city). Everything nearby is shopping and western style restaurants. Pretty to look at but boring in comparison to the medina part of the city.
I would stay here again!
Pros: the hotel in general was very nice and they were friendly and helpful in the front desk. We got married and they fixed decorations for us for free with roses and rose petals on the bed and towels folded to swans. Cons: the hotel room key kept getting demagnetized for me so when getting up to the room I had to go back down at least half of the time to fix the key. The "guardians" on the street can be a hassle if you have your own car because they try to get as much money off you as possible, up to the point that they told the hotel that we hadn't payed them at all (which was a lie)

Outdated overpriced hotel
Outdated overpriced hotel with false 3.5 stars rated and it’s not even 2 stars. I checked out 15 mins after check in and they denied refund. I highly don’t recommend!
