property is a distance from the center of town so you need to rely on taxi or a car. Yet the location is quiet. The property is 15 years old but looks new. Large rooms. However, they could improve with more bathroom amenities.

Malgré le bas coût des nuits, on a l'impression d'être dans un établissement de luxe avec les hauts plafonds, les arches, les beaux jardins, piscine propre, plein d'oiseaux chanteurs, etc Le seul petit bémol : mal insonorisé entre les chambres, mais quand même correct.

The design of the property, all the details of the room, the pool was unique, clean and quiet.

We stayed for one night and liked our stay. The room was spacious, had what we needed. Breakfast was included and the staff were friendly and quick to serve. Overall, the property is located in a quiet area abd felt secluded from the busy streets outside.

The hacienda is very nice, we really used the room for it's proximity to Chichen-Itza Pyramids. All in all good for what we needed.

Is a nice hotel but if you don’t have a car you would have to walk almost 2 km to reach the center of the city with narrow sidewalks. Taxis are not to easy to get if you are walking, but the hotel can call a cab for you. I had problems in my room with internet/wifi, but the hotel staff promptly moved me to another room.

We loved our stay here. The property is clean and beautiful and our room exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel. Not sure if we would stay here again though. A tour group of teenagers/ students showed up the 2nd day and were very loud. Both us and the people beside us called the front desk about the yelling, screaming, pounding, slamming doors, running all over and yelling. They sent security over hit all he did was stand outside their door. At one point a field shrieked at the top of her lungs from in her room as though she was being murdered. All the security guard did was approach the door and stand and listen and wait. I don’t understand why the young chaperones weren’t told to reign in their group and give them a talking to but clearly they weren’t. This went on for several days that we stayed there. They also took over the pool at times and weee jumping in fully clothed. The staff did nothing. After that there was too much grime and hair at the bottom of the pool and my own kids couldn’t use it. The second night the group of teenagers were there we went to the restaurant to eat. We were tired and hungry and didn’t want to go anywhere. We sat down and noticed a buffet set up near the kitchen. We asked a waitress for menus which she brought us and said we may just need to wait a bit to order as the group was coming theough for the buffet. There was lots of room at the restaurant even with them all there and as we looked through the menu she came over to say they wouldn’t be serving anyone else that evening except the group so we had to leave and find somewhere else.

It is very uncomfortable not having outlets by the night stands to charge your devices, or if there are, you find them in a very unpractical positions. The breakfast lacks variety of offers. Other than that, everything else is awesome!

Quiero resaltar el trabajo de la gente que trabaja en el comedor de desayuno especialmente Marcelino que es tan atento y cordial que nos hizo sentir muy a gusto en el hotel. A solo 45 minutos de Chichen Itza es una opción muy cómoda para usar de base para moverse y conocer el area. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Very nice hotel

Very nice hotel, pretty and clean. Walls are too thin though, as we can hear some noise from the bedrooms next door. The restaurant inside the hotel is good with great service. We are a little bit outside downtown, but it is very accessible (10 minutes by car).

Its a good place to stay over night, I wish it has more ammenities in the room and more security, overall good. The staff at the restaurant was great and really accomodating, I wish they had longer hours of services. Really good service overall from all the staff

The hotel itself was spacious and not bad. However the location isn’t so great, it’s quite located quite some distance from the city center and the neighborhood isn’t this great to walk in.

Un lugar muy bonito , limpio ! Un poco alejado del centro del pueblo . Pero si traes carro no hay ningun ploblema por q todo te quedara a 5 minutos maximo. Les recomiendo desayunar aqui en el hotel , esta muy rico y economico!

It is a very comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff is very friendly. I like it a lot the yard has many beautiful plants and trees. But there are many mosquitoes in the dining area.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The room is big, well lit and clean. Toiletries are included. There’s no fridge, microwave or even a coffee pot! It’s just a room to sleep and shower.The breakfast was delicious but limited. You are assigned one of the choices from the list on the menu. Nevertheless, the waiter was very accommodating. The scrambled eggs with ham, simply delicious. Reception and staff are friendly and accommodating.The hotel is about a 10 minute drive to the city center. There are many restaurants along that road and stores and one of the cenotes, opens at 9. The pool is always crowded with children running around and playing balls. So if you are looking to relax by the pool, this is not it. Overall, it’s an affordable, comfortable hotel to stay in since it’s near the city center and many restaurants.

Property is in a quiet neighborhood at the edge of town. Enclosed private compound with plenty of parking. Rooms are large, especially the Deluxe ones. High ceilings and nice solid wood doors and furniture. However, the room does not have a safe, coffee station, iron and board, table and chairs, patio furniture, bath mat or wall handles (slippfery shower floor), hair dryer. Also, only two towels, one hand towel and no wash cloth.

Solid travelers' hotel. A step up from the usual American model. Clean, quite, modern, good water pressure. Seems to cater to a Euro-crowd with cars. We had a larger room, but I think the bulk of the business comes from a block of 24 standard rooms. Small pool, quiet restaurant area, nice grounds. Rooms were modern and fully outfitted, no complaints. The cleaner that was being used was a bit overwhelming, though, and we had to air out the room. Central Valladolid is about 2km away, and we drove there. Really a charming small city not taken over by tourism. Easy to drive around town, unlike Merida, where we spent the bulk of our time. After two weeks in the Yucatan, this was the first place we heard Maya being spoken. Since he asked, I'll mention the breakfast waiter, Marcelino, who gave us a small Maya phrase guide for our journey into the countryside. I appreciate his engagement and desire to make our stay more enlightening. The restaurant Ix Cat Ik is only three blocks away, albeit on poor sidewalks. Worth checking out if you have the budget for it.

I went back to this hotel and again I will totally recommend it.

The room is large and comfortable. We never did find the restaurant. Small items like an ice machine, a safe, etc. were missing. The only downside to this property is its location. It is a half hour walk to downtown where you have access to great restaurants, pubs, shoppers, etc. Loved Valladolid and this is a great property if you are driving.

The staff were very helpful checking us in and seeing us to our room. The room itself was huge, very spacious and clean and just what we needed for the night. We stopped off for some late breakfast and the food was excellent! Again staff very helpful especially with our little Spanish language they were very accommodating. Breakfast was the same as our lunch, food was very good and I would recommend. The staff at the reception also helped us book a taxi into central which cost 40 pesos. Overall I would stay here again easily, it was a great find!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Marcelino was our waiter each breakfast, he was very kind and quick. The hotel area/common places looked well maintenaned and in good condition generally. The room was rather OK, but a little too dark and had the "worn out" feeling. Sound insulation was rather poor, so we heard a little too much from neighboring rooms. The WiFi worked pretty well around the area, just our room was somehow in WiFi "shade", so we had to manage online stuff on the bench just outside our door. Parking was fully convenient, literally few steps from our room and capacity looked sufficient. Breakfast was quite satisfactory, but the choice is low and repetitive every day Location of the hotel is a bit far from center.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. Loved our stay at TechnoHotel Valladolid.

This hotel was really nice and well maintained. Beautiful landscaping and very good breakfast at the cafe. These rooms have air conditioning, but they don't have mini fridges or microwave. Overall a luxurious hotel and i would definitely stay again.

We looked at several hotels before booking. Im glad we chose this one. It was an excellent value for such a nice property. Breakfast was good, the room was comfortable, and the location was great, near the city but more quiet. The property was well maintained and the parking was right next to our building. The staff were polite and friendly.

Hotel très bien placé et au calme. L'acceuil est très agréable et serviable. Le petit déjeuner est bien trop cher pour ce que c'est, donc nous vous conseillons de ne pas le prendre et d'aller en ville plutôt ! Le restaurant n'était pas ouvert le soir quand nous y étions. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la climatisation n'est pas trop bruyante. La piscine est agréable et l'ambiance y est très relaxante. C'est un très bel hotel et nous y retournerions sans hésiter.

This hotel was wonderful. The restoration of the almost Hacienda style architecture, the suites and amenities was perfect as was the pool. The breakfast was hot and first class.

Good hotel. Far away from downtown. As VIP, as was not offer any upgrade or discount. I was even charged for an egg for a three year old (breakfast).

Every time we visit Valladolid we always stay in TecnoHotel. From our very first visit i fell in love with the property. The beautiful landscaped grounds and the staying true to the gorgeous Hacienda style. The entire staff from the front desk, restaurant and housekeeping are just lovely.

Generous space in suites and veryaccommodating staff. Only thing I would suggest is that they add a sofa bed in the suite, there's plenty of room. The pool is in the smaller side but was well maintained. Overall its a good hotel, It's a bit further from the downtown area but it was nice and quiet.

Very nice place and great room and pool. The breakfast and the service are both amazing! My only complaint is the internet is really really slow in the room, and is almost none for most of the time. So don't plan to get too much work done here.
