Really enjoyed our stay there, lovely unit, comfortable and great location, friendly owners. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely rooms

Second time staying here and it has been great both times. The rooms are modern with really comfortable beds and everything you need. The owner is so lovely and helpful, would definitely stay again!

Robin the owner was very helpful with transporting our daughter, family and bikes to the accommodation where they stayed A relaxed , comfy stay with good amenities

Should have complained

Booked a Delux Studio room for 2 nights -less than 20sq.m. and nowhere to put a suitcase, nowhere to hang our clothes, no stove. Really spoilt our stay not what we booked through this site. Motel did not appear to be booked out, rooms were vacant. Owner was very friendly on our arrival but locked the internal door on what appeared to be a second room preventing access to more space. We certainly didn't get what we booked or what we paid for.

Immaculate condition and super clean. Great location and quiet. Perfect for what we needed.

Te Aroha (Town of Love)with accommodation to match

Perfect location in the centre of Te Aroha (Town of Love) with close by walkable, thermal hotpools, Museaum, and Mountain of love walks. So nice and cozy rooms, modern and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the TV worked perfectly.

Tidy, quiet and good location with lots of parking and food nearby.

Very pretty town, and quiet place to stay. Staff was very helpful, even though we were late.

The room is very small and the owner is very unfriendly

We found the proprietors very friendly and accommodating and helpful. We take our hats off to them such a hard working team.

The location was excellent as close to eateries, supermarket, pub and mineral springs. The accommodation was clean, comfy beds and had everything we needed.

All good for an older couple - one with walking difficulties

Lovely Motel

Myself and my partner had a lovely stay at this motel. I was greeted by the lovely Glenys who checked us in very quickly and showed me where everything was. The motel room was lovely, one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. It was very clean, the beds super comfy, had a smart tv and nice bathroom. We would definitley stay again.

The environment is nice and convenient. But this unit has no kitchen facilities and the wall seems thin as we can hear the conversation next door.

Very nice studio apartment with very pretty gardens

From arrival to departure Robyn and Glenys were very personable and helpful. We hope to stay there again. Charming little town with treks and hot bathes.

Nice and clean motel room and the check in was easy and owners are very pleasant. We stayed there as we were climbing Mt Te Aroha the following morning and the hotel is at the start of the track.

I unfortunately slept in due to alarm clock failure on the morning of departure but the cleaning and management staff gave me good tolerance and understanding.

Location was excellent and very reasonable price

Good amenities and easy access to the mineral spa we were booked in to. Just late check-out (wanted to leave around 11am) was not possible at all and staff moderately friendly. Overall good for a night stay.

Robin and Glenys could not have been more helpful and friendly! The room was super clean. Kitchenette was well stocked. Gas grills were great. We enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed in the area longer!

Te Aroha best stay

We had two units. One an apartment and the other a unit. Both were clean well appointed but the apartment was really lovely. So large you could spread out.

The rooms were very clean and tidy and the beds were excellent. The owners were very friendly and approachable and overall we had a great stay.

My room looked to be recently renovated. Everything was clean and tidy. I received a very warm welcome from the owner and their dogs.

Such a clean and tidy little place. Had everything we need plus friendly manager and walking distance to shops and activities in Te Aroha. Right at the bottom of the mountain, was really beautiful. We went to Hobbiton and was an easy drive there and back. Highly recommend.

Great stop-over on return trip from Hobbiton to Auckland by car. Rooms were clean and welcoming, owners very helpful in suggesting restaurants and arranging a delightful visit to the hot springs spa just up the road. Would gladly return here for a night if back in the area.

The best bed ever!

We'd been awake since four o'clock so I was dropped off to sleep while he carried on to the tangihana at Paeahi. I looked under the sheets to see what you had to make the bed sooooo comfortable. Thanks for that. I slept for two hours solid - wonderful!!

Enjoy local privately spa

Very good location at the central, closed swimming pool and local famous, super friendly owner.

Onwer was very informative, her two dogs very welcoming. Beautiful grounds to sit in outside the motel. Very convient location to Huraki rail trail, Domain, Spa, and town.

The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was strong. The location was perfect as it is in walking distance to mineral pools and restaurants.

I just had a studio unit, but it was as good as most bigger units. just a 2 minute walk to shops and restaurants i would be happy to stay here again

First trip back for a while, to be greeted by lovely new owners, very welcoming, friendly & informative. Pleasantly surprised to be offered towels to use at Te Aroha Spa, really appreciated this service.

Great little kiwi town. Very nice motel, But what really made our stay exceptional were the Motels owners / hosts ! Great people ! Service above and beyond expectations ! I had a problem with my motorcycle while staying there and they helped in any & everyway they could ! Great people ! Thank you !

It is a nice motel handy to the Domain and town but the units are noisy you can hear creaking and movement from the other units during the night

Very nice managers, friendly and helpful all the way. There were some nice grounds out the front with tables to sit at and socialize. We were even given umbrellas to put up as it was an amazing day. There are some amazing walks to be had and there is also some hot springs nearby. We would come back here again if staying in this area Thanks Darrin

Great place for a 2 day Stay

A well positioned motel near the centre of town and within walking distance of the Edwardian soda pool spa and the geyser which is the source of the water. Pleasant woman owner and good basic motel. Te Aroha is very close to the Hauraki Rail Trail

The property was in a great location. Walked to dinner and breakfast.

Great Position

We stopped here for 1 night and its in a great location. Easy 5 min walk to the hot pools and its right beside town. Comfy king size bed, great shower and friendly host makes for a good stay. Would stay here again.

The room was so clean and cozy, with a very comfortable king size bed. The motel owners were very friendly and welcoming. We planned to do our own cooking but there was no stovetop, only microwave and electric frypan which was not so convenient.

Great location. The communal garden,table and chairs made the motel feel very social.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Enormous comfortable bed. Very close to restaurants and shops and The Domain mineral spa which they booked for us.
