Has everything U need there

Very well maintained grounds and holiday park facilities. Beautiful swimming pool and poolside area, and a hot tub that could be booked. We had a self contained cabin with a comfortable bed and a lovely veranda for outdoor sitting/dining option. The only negative comment is that the bathroom was dated.

Lovely check in and staff so helpful with things to do and see around Taupo

Upon arrival I greeted at the desk by Rich who was very friendly and answered aĺl my questions he even went out of hids way to show me where all the restaurants were on the map, very nice guy. The room was pristine and had all the ammenities free wifi, heat pump etc. I would definitely come back again.

Unit was recently renovated and was clean. Water pressure for the shower was extremely poor. Casting tech to the TV kept dropping off, no matter what phone was connexted.

I found paying for the use of the spa pool rather unjust, considering what you had to pay for a self contained cabin.

Very central location, excellent amenities, all new and very clean. Would thoroughly recommend.

Booked a cabin with one queen bed and two singles, ended up with a queen and a pull-out sofa with only one sheet. With two people with bad backs, definitely not happy

The family unit was spacious and clean and fit our family of 7 comfortably but the hot water wasn't working and for $315 a night that was really disappointing. Also the towel heater overheated and daughter burned her hand on it and it was a potential fire hazard. I don't like giving bad reviews but to me these 2 things were a huge oversight for a premium rated top 10

Great place to stay. The unit was clean and in good condition. Locationally, so close to everything we'd recommend it to anyone who is wanting to experience what Taupo has to offer.

Cosy quiet but shower angle a bit of a hazard as it’s slippery, otherwise relaxing clean and friendly

Warm rooms equipped with heaters, full basic cooking utensils, shower pressure was ok, clean & tidy

Staff very helpful, as we were to arrive late. Directions to our unit were clear. Although their milk supply hadn’t come, gave us enough from their own frig.

Enjoyable stay

We were running late and the hotel tried to get a hold of us and advised how we could get into our accommodation. We appreciated this. The stay was very nice. Family and friends also stayed.

Lovely park-like setting. Quiet. Great little coffee shop on site. Clean unit.

Check in was fast and easy - front desk were lovely and friendly. Cabin was very clean and large - we are a family of 5 - kids enjoyed the thermal pool, tgough more for soaking than playing. Very central to everything in taupo - would stay again.

Loved that the units had own area and koved the kids olaygrounf and pool (once we could finally use it.. was closed day we got there)

We love staying in the park and will be back over New Year. The staff is so polite, the rooms are so clean and the area us great for kids.

An Excellent experience

Overall experience was excellent no complaints or faults to report. Family and I enjoyed our stay there and are planning to go back again later on in the year

The kids loved the trampoline and the nice warm pool. The unit we stayed in was very comfortable and having a separate room for the kids was great. We didn't use the communal facilities but they looked very clean and functional.

As a family of 5 with 3 small children, we found the grounds to be extremely family friendly. Our ensuite cabin was emmaculate and fully functioning. The friendly staff were helpful and even delivered a portacot to our door! Thanks for a positive experience!

A basic room, priced accordingly. My room smelled a bit musty. Internet access is $5/day extra, and data capped (which shouldn't be a thing in 2019!), but the data cap is a generous 10 GBytes/day.

We had a great stay. The site was peaceful and friendly. The reception staff were very helpful. We'd like to stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed here, mainly because of the facilities it has for small families. My 6 year old son loves the place, and reminds me of staying at holiday parks when I was a child. The self contained units could really benefit from reverse cycle air conditioning however. Other than that its comfortable enough. We will be back

Lovely staff. Lovely room. However water pressure on the shower is terrible - a shower under the hose would provide more. And I deleted pet friendly on trivago but however when we arrived only to be told that’s for camping and camper vans and the dog couldn’t go inside. Not sure where that falls back on. But that was a little bit of a let down.

Friendly holiday park with good facilities. Thermal pool was very nice. Cabin was clean and tidy and well equiped kitchenette.

Clean and comfy holiday park

Our family had a great stay. We had a self-contained unit that had was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the shower was great. The park itself is in a handy location and is nicely kept.

Beds needs a upgrade

We always stay at the All Seasons, but this time round the double bed was back braking, we could feel the springs, its definatly time for a upgrade. Other than that we had a great time like always. Would recommend this holiday park.

Not enough heaters and heating facilities.

Like the staff and instructions but not enough heaters and heating facilities.... Didn't sleep well.

Nice and clean, they had the heaters on ready for us which was a nice touch and very much appreciated!

unfortunately the night we stayed there was a party across the road (not in the complex) however we were the closest cabin to the fence line. The music and loud voices kept us up all night making it and unpleasant sleep. however the cabin was roomy and very clean. I would have loved another pillow, only one provided per bed, and only one face cloth for the family. Hot pool was a little disappointing as was only 3/4 full. lovely grounds and nice how the cabins were apart from each other, great picnic tables around the complex. kids enjoyed the pool table in the games room, and great to see there were bikes for hire, I would stay again but fingers crossed the neighbours are a little quieter.

Great accomodation

Laundry facilities 4 washers 2 dryers 10 Feb wet and damp Spent at least 3 hours going back and forth and standing in the laundry waiting for dryer. Temp not very hot took 80 mins for regular load to dry

Spacious and comfortable self contained unit

Lovely, spacious and clean unit with everything we needed. Friendly staff at holiday park. Nice walk to the hot thermal stream nearby. Bit further out of town, but nice to walk there along the river.

Nice quiet peaceful campground even though it was chokka full. Studio cabin was very comfortable with a nice veranda where most of the time was spent because it was cooler out there than in the room. Aircon unit in room could be a bonus especially on hot days.

Little small for the family

Lucky only there for the night. Little small for 5 of us. Place was tidy. Beds and pillows were more comfortable than other places we have stayed at. New toilet and shower area was a plus. But no soap or shampoo for the shower! We book a motel room, and these are little extras we would expect.

Bigger room than I expected when considering the price, and very nice staffs.

Nice quiet spot, but not to far from the action of the main centre if you want it.

The All Seasons holiday park was a pleasure to stay in. The Chalet was spacious, immaculate, set in amongst beautiful trees, gardens and hedges. Lovely roses growing, manuka and silver birches. The other folk here appeared to be respectful and nature-loving, a number of camper vans quietly tucked away under the trees. This place was a blissful oasis (compared to the horrific motels we've been in recently, dirty, overpriced, cramped with screaming drunks and traffic all night). We have already booked to stay at the All seasons holiday park when we return to Taupo in a couple of months time, can't think of anywhere better than this. Thank you.

Comfortable Stay in Taupo

This is a fantastic place to stay for young families, the self contained cabins are spacious and well appointed. The grounds are tidy, and safe.

Road trip.

Clean rooms, double bed made up with an electric blanket, but bunks not made up, but clean linen provided. Hot shower, clean white towels quite simple but efffective. Kids play ground including two trampolines, flying fox swings, again simple but effective. Locaition is a bit far from the lake,thank you for the stay in All Seasons Kiwi holiday park Taupo.

Quiet and Spacious

The staff were helpful with our queries, and the room was really spacious. Our kid loved the playground, and there were lots of activities about 15 mins away by car.

Just what we needed

Came to Taupo for a football game which was right around the corner from all seasons . Was enjoyable to soak in the thermal pool .

A+ Service,Accommodation,Facilities & Location

Driving from Auckland on a stormy Friday evening I rang ahead to let the staff know we were running late. We checked in after the office had closed (8.20pm) and the staff - I think her name was Sue, was so accommodating and caring and she made sure our room would be warm when we arrived. We were in Unit 7 which was spotless and suitable for my family. Having the playground next to our unit was great as I could see the boys from the kitchen window, The facilities were great for kids, the site was very clean and not far from all the shops. We only stayed one night but our next trip to All Seasons will definitely be longer - we definitely recommend All Seasons for those looking for reasonable rates with excellent service!

Nice holiday park. Close to everthing

Staff very friendly and helpful. My kids loved the playground. Lovely thermal pool. Room was very spacious, tidy. At the office you CV would buy little snacks if you need milk or butter they had it there. They also had maps and information of places and things to do. My family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Great Family Destination

We had an amazing stay in a unit. The kids loved the playground, the grounds to ride their bikes, the hot pools. We loved that the kids were safe. So many wonderful attraction near by, both free and $.

We loved our stay at Kiwi Holiday Park. The rooms were perfect. Very clean and well maintained. The kids loved the playground and pool. We'll be back again for sure.

Taupo bliss

A most enjoyable stay. The room was tidy and clean and we appreciated the afternoon hours check in that was arranged. We will definitely stay again when next in Taupo.

Great value for money and excellent location

Had an amazing stay. Accommodation basic but comfortable and has all you need. Site and amenities clean, maintained and pleasure to use. Close to many attractions including falls, pools and shops. Would recommend to others particularly those with families.

A great place to stay with young kids

We stayed for 3 nights with 3 young kids and we all had a great time, the kids enjoyed free play on the great playground and enjoyed play in the thermal pool. The kids also loved the little cart that was free for kids to use, what an awesome thing to have available for free.

Only a place to chill. Not much for kids.

There was really nothing for the kids to do other than play on the little playground that was there but if you are looking for a pool, this is not the place for you. It is more of a quiet place to chill if that is what you want. We had children and they are less than amused with the non activities to do so we had to go out during the day and find things to keep them occupied.

Perfect cabin for a family of 5.

Would like to have stayed longer! Very comfortable cabin which was clean with everything we required. Lovely quiet clean camp ground.
