Great place to stay.

Great place for the family, plenty to keep the kids occupied and comfortable for the parents

We love staying at Tasman Holiday Parks Christchurch. The playground and games room are great for the kids and having a supermarket and dining options 2 minutes down the road is ideal. My only comment this time around is that our room was lacking hooks to hang things on (towels clothes etc) and a mirror.

Great facilities, especially for the kids! Very central as well. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic accommodation, easy for late check, clean, spacious accommodation - awesome areas for kids.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean. The only issue we had was cooking, there wasn't enough cooking equipment in the kitchens to prepare a meal (oven trays, bowls, graters etc.)

My stay was excellent. Prosperity has one of the best customer services. All of them were great. I definitely recommend this place.

Excellent place to stay with a young family. Lots of things to do around the holiday park. Clean and tidy facilities overall. Our 2 bedroom unit was upstairs across from reception and next to the pool, excellent for our family. Bedding in room was comfortable. Bathroom was small but really nice. Shower was so good! Heaps of extra bedding for a winter night and aircon unit warmed the whole unit up well. Kitchen was sufficient but some serving bowls would be a great addition, and possibly some overhead cupboards/open shelving to store food. Great sized fridge/freezer. A great addition would be a clothes airer to hang your togs out on the deck. It would be helpful to have 2 keys per room as the key turns the power off/on as well as opening your room door. When our family all went swimming, it was freezing in our room when we returned as the power cant be kept on when you take your key out. Also the TVs in the units cannot connect to TV streaming apps- Netflix, Disney etc for you to login too and watch, even thought they are smart tvs. The channels available on the tvs are very limited. Meant no movie nights! I would def recommend staying here. Overall we had an amazing experience here and all the recommendations I have made are only small little things!

Great for a few nights stay; major condensation issue in ensuite and toaster broke. Apart from that, good value.

Unfortunately we had a large yellow stain on our sheet but apart from that it was fine

Everything was fine. Plenty of space, it felt safe and it was quiet.

Fair for the price

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Love the bathroom, looks newly renovated, just little bit small! It would be nice if they put some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels . They provided everything that needed for the! We didn’t use their kitchen but looks amazing. Also has cool kids playroom !

Awesome place to stay

Property was clean and spacious. Bathroom was really nice! Kitchen had the basic utensils needed, and even an oven, which was nice. Beds were comfortable.

This was our third time staying in the Kozy cabins, was pleasantly surprised that they have been renovated. New beds which were really comfy. Perfect little cabins for a family of 4. The kids as always loved the pool and playground. We will be back :)

Easy

Our new go to place next time we visit chch.....great place for families with little kids....so much to do they wont be bord, i will recommend families with kids to book rooms that near the park to avoid kids running through driveways...we booked the lodge room the park was right at the back didnt have to worry kids crossing any roads etc. Great customer service felt welcomed. Comfy clean beds/linen. Only down fall I'll say is the slide in pool area its too close to the edge can cause injury either than that I recommend this place to anyone awesome place.

Charged more than the confirmed price i agreed to through wotif. Staff weren't interested. Told me to take it up with Wotif. Don't stay there!

Great property with lots of amenities for family and kids. It was walking distance to a supermarket and to a bus stop direct to downtown

Very good value, stayed in cosy unit 2. Bathroom and rest of unit was spotless. Beds comfortable and was nice that it had aircon and small desk outside. Plenty of room for two adults. Everything you need for a pleasant stay.

was scammed not 2 pools like stated to go stay somewhere else with kids never ever again

Excellent place to stay

We stay here often with no issue, kids love it great for families. However we arrived late this trip coming off a flight that landed at midnight arriving to the accommodation around 1.00am to find they had not supplied the right code for the lockbox having to call the security out. Once we got our keys and put our kids to bed it was nearing on 2am. So when we woke to the cleaners banging on the door demanding to come in as there was 'guest coming for our room' we were abit saddened. It was 10.15am and we should of probably booked a late check out and i did apologize for us sleeping in. Sometimes I think people take advantage and ruin it for others and maybe the cleaner had had enough but we were just tired and with 3 children who were also very tired.

The room we had was really good, the downside was it back onto the play area but we dealt with it. Would definitely book in here again

Great Holiday Park and the staff were fantastic. We stayed in a family cabin. Great set up with beds for all. Some of the facilities are dated, but very well maintained, and a real family camping atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay, our room was very clean and tidy and comfortable for our two night stay.

Really like how it was suitable for a family of 8, both weekdnd of being in Chch.

I did not stay overnight, but when i went back it was good to have a quiet place to have time out

This was a good option for us to stay as part of a larger group. The staff were friendly and helpful, however cleanliness of the room was far from optimal.

It was too congested, not enough room to move around. The washroom was at far end, making it difficult for members in other bedroom to use it.The staff were very nice and cordial.

Staff were very friendly. However, I asked for a blown light bulb to be replaced but on my departure two days later, this still had not been done.

Awesome place to stay for families! Staff were great and friendly, the whole resort, even though they just went through some horrific rain the week prior, was in good condition and we were able to enjoy it all. Kids loved the karts and the playground and really enjoyed the NEOS light game which is a great way to entertain the kids. Room extremely quiet and warm and beds were comfy for us all. Size was good to and being on the ground floor certainly helped to. Our only negative was the temp of the pool. Though heated it is worth noting it isn't that warm for a winter stay, especially for the younger kids. On the flip side, there is a spa you can book for a small fee which the kids enjoyed anyway. Very impressed and happy with our stay and look forward to coming back again soon!

Maintenance needs work.

Unfortunately I had some maintenance issues. As I entered the unit I heard the water in the toilet running. I fixed it. Every flush required me to raise the lid & fix the issue. Then in the evening I didn’t have hot water but bb then I persevered & had a cold wash. In the morning I turned on the shower & still had no hot water. Maintenance came & eventually fixed it. The front desk told me that they knew about the toilet issue. Should have been fixed before renting out the room.

A great place to stay, especially for the kids.

Great venue. Shame playroom games not working when it was school holidays.

Disappointed with this stay, I've stayed here a few times. The unit we were in had an extremely noisy heater which the kids complained about at night. Unfortunately it was cold so we had to have it on and just deal with the noise. The laundry facilities were also minimal as a lot of the machines were out of order so it was a very long wait to do any washing. Would have been nice to be notified prior to the stay.

It was very quiet. Comfortable. Just what we needed.

Our Kozy Kiwi Cabin was very dated but clean and warm. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Children's playground is in need of upgrade. Rusty and broken swings and muddy ground all around the jumping pillow.

Stayed in a Kozy Kiwi, room was very "cosy" and was in desperate need of an update. The kids bunks had something like pastry crumbs all over it and there was a random dirty sock. The facilities were all very dated and could be so much better (the TV room had a bunch of old sofas in a room with a tiny tv on the wall, it could be painted to look very cool and give the tv etc an upgrade, then kids would want to hang out there), same with the games room.

Nothing I didn't like

Ours was a last minute booking but turned out to be a great choice. Check in was going to be late but that was no trouble. Communication was excellent, services and amenities were excellent. Definitely staying again in the future with the whole whanau. Many thanks!

Only downfall was the checkout time of 2pm was unavailable due to rooms not cleaned in time.

Great space for the kids but the bed was very uncomfortable, seemed a bit old and needed so tiding up of the older room.

The occupying neighbour made the stay unpleasant for us but other than that the cabin was nice and my children loved the playground. We didn't use the site amenities.

My kids enjoyed the playground and giant pillow. Also had fun in the pool and slide. Was great it was heated. We didn't have a car as we came up from Mt hutt and returned the rental car. Was easy 8-10min walk to the Northland's shopping centre. We will be back again.
