Noisy place no sound proof between rooms poor stuff

I had an amazing stay. I had to change my room because on a noise that was coming from the HVAC system, but once I got settled everything was great! The only downside was there was no airport shuttle that was advertised.

Nice place to stay if you eat in somewhere else

Cleanliness is good i stayed in a room at 18th floor with a good view. However i have experienced the worst meal i had ever. I ordered twice. Both were awful.

The hotel room was designed perfectly suited for travellers and it was comfy. I like the stuff being very polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

I liked the pool and the gym , they were clean and available all the time, the room was not big as expected but since it is not needed only for sleeping so it doesnt matter. For the cleaning , there was an issue , when they take the dirty towels and bathrobes , no clean ones inreturn is given but when asked the receptionist he was very helpful.

Reception employees are very helpful , over all facilities are very good , indoor and outdoor pool with gym is amazing, maltepe station is few seconds from the hotel. Migros and small minimarket is one minute away from the hotel

They upgraded our room free. The service was great. They allowed for free late check out. We forgot our slippers at the room and they made it ready in reception when we came next day. Service quality was spectacular in overall.

Having booked a 1 bedroom premiere room we expected a good room size specially having my 8 year old son with us. The room was very small. We could not really move around comfortably. The windows were extremely dirty so we could not enjoy the view neither we had such angles to see anything properly. The kitchen had absolutely no cutlery and we had to ask for cups plates and cutlery. The bathroom was stocked for 1 person despite the fact that we were 3. We requested towels and did not receive them till next day. All in all disappointed with our experience.

Chic hotel,conveniently located next to Metro

We booked a room for one night as we came back from Antalya to Sabiha Gokchen airport and had to fly out the next day for Doha via the same airport. The room they gave us unfortunately was smoking and on asking for change they switched us to the Burgu Tower on the 18th floor with breathtaking view. The room and attached lounge was very nice with TV in both, a small kitchenette/microwave and washing machine. The sofa was big enough that I slept on it while my two boys (9 and 6) slept on the bed with their mom. We had booked without breakfast as the rate difference for breakfast was considerable. However, the room was wonderfully priced for the area and standards.

Checkin saati ile geç giriş yaptık. Tam olarak detaylı oteller hakkında bilgilendirme yapılmadı Örnek veriyorum havuzda bone kullanım zorunluluğunu gibi Yapılmadığı gibi kolaylık gösterilmesi gereken yerde Yaklaşık saat gece doğru giriş yaptığımız otelde çok doluydu ondan dolayı açıklama yapamadık tarzında geribildirim aldık havuzda ilgili yaşadığımız sıkıntıda Totalde üç gece dört gün kaldık Sadece bir gün havuz kullanmak istedik onda da bilgilendirilenmediğimiz Bir durum ile karşı karşıya kaldık. Onun dışında Odadaki perdeler tam anlamıyla kapanmıyordu Bunu odaya giriş yapmadan önce kontrol edilmesi gerekiyordu. Onun dışında Temizlik işlemleri gayet iyi yapıldı Fakat havuz durumu bizim gerçekten can sıkıcı bir durum oldu. Gerekli şekilde check in giriş bilgilerini anlatılmadığı gibi Yoğunluktan dolayı zamanınız yoktu tarzında Gece geç saatler olmasına rağmen bahane uydurulması Tamamen yanlış bulduk Zamanımız da vardı resepsiyonda bir yoğunlukta yoktu. İlk defa lokasyondan dolayı Konaklamak istediğimiz otelde bu şekilde sorun yaşamamız bizi üzdü gerçekten. Birdaha tercih etmeyeceğimizi söyleyebilirim.

L’hébergement est correct dans l’ensemble, mais ne mérite pas le nombre d’étoiles. Car les installations sont vieillissantes. Climatisation qui ne fonctionne pas correctement dans certaines chambres, lits affaissés , bouillard d’eaux qui coule etc… Points forts: Les personnelles sont super professionnelles Le métro presque dans l’hôtel, une des sorties, celle avec l’ascenseur est à 50 mètres de l’hôtel Le calme dans l’hôtel et aux alentours La propreté Points négatifs: Vraiment une audite est nécessaire pour remplacer les installations de l’hôtel.

Por el precio de la estancia teníamos más expectativas. Se inundó el baño luego de la ducha, pedimos que lo arreglaran porque no era posible usarlo así y nadie acudió.. luego al otro día tenia muy mal olor… el desayuno y cena son caros.. te venden una gorra de natación para meterte a la piscina.. ni volvería, hay mejores opciones en Stambul.

Hotellet er moderne og beliggenheden helt OK. Desværre var personalet meget lidt imødekommende og trods et lavt antal gæster var der ikke overskud hos personalet til almindelig venlig betjening. Jeg håber det er anderledes, når der er almindelig travlhed på hotellet.

Güzel bir deneyim oldu

Odalarda çamaşır makinası, mikrodalga fırın ve elektrikli ocak gibi detayların varlığı beni şaşırttı. Odanın özellikleri gayet yeterli. Ütü gibi ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. Kahvaltısı gayet yeterliydi. Personelden de oldukça memnun kaldım.

Erkek arkadaşımla birlikte üç gece konakladık. Yanında metro olması güzel bir ayrıntı ama ulaşım zor olduğu için pek bir işe yaramıyor. Odaların dizaynı çok kullanışlıydı otelde harcadığımız vakitlerde hiç sıkılmadık. Kahvaltısı son derece güzeldi. Tek sıkıntısı odalar tam anlamıyla temizlenmiyor. Lavabo, çarşaflar çok temiz fakat odada genel bir temizlik problemi var. İlk iki gün temizlenmesi için birkaç kez rica etmek zorunda kaldık, gün biz demeden temizlemişlerdi. Personeller gayet güleryüzlüydü fakat resepsiyonda adını hatırlayamadığım bir beyefendi Burgu Arjaan’dan aldığımız odayı erken check-in yaptığımız için Tango Arjaan’dan verirken bize tebliğ etmedi. Dalgınlıktan odaya gittiğimizde diğer binada olduğumuzu farkettik. Genel olarak güzeldi, çözümlemesi çok basit konularda birkaç eksik var onun dışında tekrar tercih edilebilir.

ASANSÖR VE HAVUZ KULLANIM ŞARTLARI BERBAT!!!!

Asansör problemi büyük.18 katlı binada asansörün bir tanesi bozuk ve saatlerce kimse ilgilenmedi(resepsiyona bilgi verildiği halde). Aşağıya inebilmek için 15 dk fazla asansör bekledik hemen her seferinde. Bir de havuzu kullanırken , duş,WC ve soyunma odalarına erişim için bir kat çıkıp ,tekrar "Bodylines" denen yere 1 kat inmek , gördüğüm en saçma durum. Acilen havuz etrafında bu konuda bir şeyler yapılmalı.

الفندق مريح ونظيف خاصة البرج البرتقالي التانجو واجهتنا في أول يوم وصلنا بعض المتاعب في الاستقبال كان هناك زحمه جداً وموظفين الاستقبال مضغوطين من كثرة المغادرين والقادمين طبعاً كانت الساعة التاسعة صباحاً والمفروض ندخل الساعة الثانية ظهرا من نفس اليوم وكنا مرهقين جداً وكلمت موظفة الاستقبال أعتقد أن اسمها بيلا كانت تتحدث العربية رحبت بنا ووعدتنا بعد ساعتين تحل مشكلتنا وتعمل لنا تعجيل في الدخول وفعلاً كانت عند كلامها ودخلنا الساعة ١١ صباحاً لغرفة واحدة فقط والأخرى عند الساعة الثانية والنصف كان موقف رائع منها رغم معارضة زميلها لهذا الكرم الفندق بعيد عن اسطنبول الأوروبية والأسواق الشعبية والبسفور ولكن يتوسط أسواق رائعه مثل مول هيلتون داون ومول بايزا وشملجا وقريب من حي كادكوي المسابح الخارجي والداخلي رائعين والنادي الصحي المطعم لم اجربه لكن اطلعت عليه جيد . يقع بالقرب من الفندق مقاهي ومطاعم ومتاجر صغيره تفي بالغرض عمال النظافه رائعون وامينيين .

Yenilenmeye ihtiyaci var

Daha öncede birden fazla konaklama yaptığımız bir otel olmasına rağmen, bu sefer çok rahat edemedik. Yatak boyutu daha küçük, koltuklar eski ve konforsuzdu. Ust kat odalari ekstra daha sicakti. Resepsiyon yardim sever guleryuzlu , otelin konumu guze. genel olarak vasatin uzerinde denilebilir
